Nice ambiance and good staff. ITC’s are always better than other.

Interior of rooms are decently good but feels little aged. Bathroom are neat and clean but due to aging some tiles are having gaps. Staff having good hospitality culture.

Amidst all the chaos, an exhausting travel, jet lag and the fear of catching the virus, I felt extremely comfortable staying at the hotel.
From being connected to the person in charge, to a lovely communication, a highly professional and tranquil check in and assertive measures taken during the pandemic, the stay was extremely warm and cozy.
Even though my first stay at the hotel was due to an unprecedented time, I am certain to come back and have a blissful stay again, and enjoy all the services and facilities that aren’t available at the moment due to COVID19 (to ensure complete safety of the guests).
I am glad to add ITC Grand Central as an amazing hotel and a must come again place to my list of pleasant stays in the world.
I highly recommend this place for people seeking a delightful yet homely place to stay at.

A beautiful hotel in all respects from its architecture to its stylish and luxurious feel...to its A++ customer satisfaction and service. The stay the food the facilities are all at the top of their game. A highly recommended destination for a very comfortable stay be it a business trip or a family vacation. The food too in the establishment was of stupendous taste and quality. Will definitely visit again and again.

Beautiful hotel with lovely landscaping. Regular venue for a lot of corporate events but getting here is a task. Plan your journey ahead. The coffee shop in the lobby is a great place for casual meetings.

Great place to stay/visit. You will love the interiors and adore their staff. Food is definitely good as they have a huge spread, definitely well crafted menu catering to many cultures and ensuring quality. You should definitely visit the rooftop (30th floor) for the view of the city. Overall, you will not get disappointed.

Arrangements for more than 600 people were made in the hall/dance-hall. There was option for open dining, but it got messed up due to rains. The place is expensive and upscale, attracts higher echelons of the society. The property is iconic in architecture and it is well maintained. The staff is extremely courteous and attend to your needs gracefully.

Nice place to stay , close to downtown. The property is dated however they have been renovating the rooms to offer upgrades. The cafe on first floor where breakfast I served is usually over crowded. Try making it early for breakfast to avoid the rush

Traffic at location. Otherwise one of the poshest locations in Mumbai. Well connected by taxi and local. Rooms are comfy and spacious. Room service is very smooth and prompt. Multiple food options serving different cuisines in the hotel itself ensure you get the food of your dreams. Overall, an amazing experience.

Superb 5 star hotel. Excellent place for verious type of conferences and seminars. They made a fantastic arrangements. The ambience as well as food here is awesome. The cleanliness is very perfect. One can have a pleasant time here. The staff here very polite and helpful.

Old but reasonably maintained property. Spacious... Situated in the heart of the city. Food quality is above average. Security and Front office have a laid back attitude. No sufficient parking space and driver amenities.

Luxury in true sense. Rooms are spacious and up to the mark. The best part about this hotel is the amazing quality of service. You ask for any type of service, and it's there! Staffs are quite well behaved and always smiling. Buffet breakfast is sumptuous and lavish in true sense. Don't afford to miss out South Indian delicacies in breakfast.

Excellent service by the staff is definitely its strongest point. Right from the entrance, from the doormen to the front desk staff are very helpful. The receptionists/greeting ladies roaming around in front of the reception counter are very helpful, trying to approach you even before arriving to the reception counter. The staff are courteous enough to entertain questions asking for suggestion regarding the local places of interest.

Really nice hotel only thing it lacks is a view. Like all ITC hotels the Grand Central also has great ambience. The rooms are really nice and service is prompt. The breakfast menu offers really nice Indian spread along with the usual American and English breakfast options. There is an awesome kebas restaurant which make some lovely kebabs. The honey almond tart is my all time favorite.

Excellent service by the staff. They were super courteous. The property is well maintained with lovely ambience. Not sure about the rooms as we weren't staying. The location of the Hotel is also an added advantage.

Beautiful architecture building, right on the highway and with easy access. The roof tops have one of the best views of the nearby societies, specially at night. But what is special about ITC is the food. Best indian food-specially the Dal Bukhara! Hospitality and comfort are of course a given. Overall , if you are travelling to Mumbai with an intent to exploring the city and need quick access to prime location, this may be a good choice amongst 5 star hotels.

Good rooms. The people working there are very very courteous and always greet you with a smile. The doorman is also a very sweet and helpful person. The concierge was also very helpful. I needed a document printed and they asked me to email it to them and they printed it and got it to my room. Phenomenal stay experience, very happy

It is a great place for those who can afford. Food (Buffet breakfast and dinner) is extremely good. The chefs include a South-Indian Master chef who prepares the Dosas so well. He prepares South Indian filter coffee with the classic aroma. Rooms and other facilities are on par with any 5-star hotel

The ambiance of the hotel is just very amazing and pleading to the eyes. The staff and help people are courteous. Had a complete safe and stress free check-in and checkout here.

It is a great place. Located at the centre of the city, that is Parel, it's easily accessible, and easy to find. This place has a great view. The rooms are magnificent and the service is great. The staff is very Friendly and co-operative. Well trained staff. The service is great. Food is good. I didn't get to have any beverage so I don't know much about it. But overall a great place.

A nice city centre hotel of the ITC group. Well located and well maintained. Good fine dining and meeting room options too. Close enough by Mumbai standards to the distant suburbs and city too.

Nice upscale hotel. However, the property is getting dated and needs refurbishment in the rooms. Nonetheless, the rooms are neat, clean and well maintained. Service levels are really nice - warm and friendly. Breakfast is very nice. Spread is good. Also don't miss dosas made by the old chef - he really adds a personal touch. Gym is small across 2 levels but still nice and functional. Centrally located property.

Spacious but dated rooms, with the staff making sure you personally feel the luxury. While I would give five stars to the staff, there's a huge scope of improvement for the rooms especially to justify the price tag compared to stalwarts like Grand Chola.

Location is easily reachable, rooms are very good and provide every service you need, views are nice from the high floor rooms and the food is very delicious. Its overall a great hotel to stay in.

The Hotel Property is little aged but has all the things that you need and expect from a five star ITC. Like other ITC , this does have Bathtub but it also lacks Glass bathroom with shower. This place is very luxurious with high end rooms and the service is top notch , it is present at a very clean area also. Would recommend to go to this place if expense is not to be considered

The best Sunday brunch in Mumbai. Kebabs and Curries is a great place to dine. Begin with starters in veg and non veg. Don't miss the fish starter. Wash it down with a superb selection of spirits. Main course don't miss the mutton and the Biriyani. Superb service of the staff. Ask for Hrishikesh to help you along the gastronomic journey. Must visit this place.

One of the best hotels I have been to. Delicious food, courteous staff, lavish interiors, beautiful pool & trendy Gym. The Club bar on roof-top is very beautiful. The millet kheer is awesome. Loved the concept of reviving forgotten cereals & pulses of India.

Stayed at this hotel on a business trip and the service was brilliant. There is an Indian restaurant there and I advice asking the Chef to prepare a meal made up of dishes to his recommendation. It was one of the finest Indian meals I have ever tasted anywhere.

It used to be fun/ great food once upon a time at ITC Grand Central. Now it's just hotel having some restaurants in it.

The Hornby's Pavilion for a sumptuous Sunday brunch. A must for a wonderful satisfying experience. The salad options delicious melting hot sodas by Chef Raman and the never ending options in Indian, Chinese and Continental sets the mood for the week ahead.

Spacious lobby. The place was quiet and serene. The dining area was dimly lit. Nothing too fancy about it. Food was average. It was a buffet menu served on the table. Service was slow.

Got room with a good view, plus comfortable bed, international electric outlet, mini-fridge, iron etc. Regular housekeeping. Decent gym on premises, and hotel is close distance from most parts of the old city. Palladium Mall is walking distance and Gateway is 100Rs away on Ola cabs. Restaurants at the hotel are too pricey!!

Went there for coffee with a friend. The espresso is way too strong and was lukewarm. Cookies served with the espresso were some ITC brand cookies which is surprising considering they call themselves a luxury hotel. Ambience of the coffee shop is just ok. Not that great. Service is good and prompt.

Nice composite Breakfast options available here, allows you to choose between Indian, American and Continental options.
It's more than enough for one at the price they offer is Unbelievable!

Hotel was pretty good. The room that I got was large and had the facilities expected from a five star hotel. Service is good and staff is friendly. Breakfast spread and quality is good. However the room keys malfunction quite frequently. Is perfect for a business traveller.

The rating of the most popular and famous star hotel in Mumbai have five but in my view it's seven. Mumbai is a limited area, place of scarcity but ITC grand Central never allow you to feel such way. Excellent rooms, location, staff and great service. Food are awesome in quality and also in variety. Hotel is costlier comparing other few. They don't allow you to complain. Strongly recommend for family stay.

The coffee shop Hornby , ambience is just wonderful.The sun light that falls over makes the place look natural bright giving an open cafe feel.

It was no doubt about the ratings being one of the best Hotel of Mumbai. A little higher in the cost compared to other five star Hotel .Morning breakfast was outstanding. Location is excellent.

Great hotel. Rooms and decor are a bit old but the awesome service and caring staff more than makes it up for it. Location good on map but to get to main lower parel area it takes a lot of time due to traffic and metro construction.

K&K Restaurant .... Underrated food.... Just amazing food ... Chef Patrick has a gift ....one of my top favourites and never been disappointed in all these years... warm and caring staff.

Very nice infrastructure, the room was comfortable and service is very good, everyone was very nice and attentive. The food was great, international options for breakfast and the new year eve had a great selection of alcoholic drinks included in the price.

This was a first time for me at any ITC Hotels property and it didn't disappoint. The hotel staff, services, rooms and the food are all exceptional. Our room had a fantastic view of the Mumbai skyline, they were clean and had everything we'd want and more. Breakfast was served in the ballroom. Too many options. Staff were courteous and took good care to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Point of View Lounge on the 30th floor is a good place to spend time watching the sun set behind the high rises.

The only little problem was the TV connection. Even though it was a Sony TV, the connection was from the Cable TV age. All the channels showed poor quality picture, I'd switch to my mobile phone to watch the match.

Besides, I don't think you'd leave from here unhappy with the experience.

This was the first hotel to see value in being mid-town. They clearly reaped the benefits of being first. Now they have more competition but their food is unbeatable.

The location is good and the ambiance was astonishing. I enjoyed the event and my evening at Grand Central. Since I did not stay there, I cannot comment on the rooms or the room service but whatever time I was there at the event, I enjoyed it.

Given the amount of money you spend on this hotel, it is not worth it.
Rooms are luxurious with comfortable beds. Bathrooms are good too.

However, following are the cons -
- Bathrooms weren't cleaned properly.
- Their TV and cable connection is from stone age era.
- In one-off case, we got calls at 1am from staff

I had pretty bad check-in experience. Apart from that the hotel has all good qualities of a classic ITC hotel. The breakfast service was good, room service was pretty good as well and the staff helped me coordinate a great checkout while I was rushing between meetings.

Really nice ambience, lobby area is amazingly beautiful and has a fresh scent of spring. Hotel staff was very professional and welcoming. Rooms are well kept although the linen seems quite worn. Wifi access was an extra cost for a hotel that host a lot of business travelers this was surprising. Breakfast was at an extra cost (if you decide not to go to the buffet) which serves the same items. ..this also not reasonably priced. Average (USD 50) for 2 persons if you are having omelet, toast, fruit, juice n coffee... (don't get the croissants)

It is a very charming Hotel with excellent service. Location is its prime calling, being close to South Mumbai's business district. The rooms are spacious and well furnished. The variety of food / restaurant is very good.

Good hotel with good service. The vip lounge on the top floor is very good.

Room was okay but only after changing it because of the smell. Breakfast was alright with some lovely unusual things like green Thai curry, but none of the staples like decent baked beans or hash browns. Dinner was actually rather good! Lack of free internet was ridiculous in a business hotel.

An average 5 star property the rooms are old. The bathrooms look their age. Worst part, they charge for wifi.
