Such a welcoming and helpful staff, food very much up to standards. We have hosted an event there for three years in a row now, and every time we are dealt with the same hospitality. The rooms are very clean with all basic amenities. Ballrooms ( where we hold our event) is extremely clean and the staff is ever ready to provide anything we all for. Really a commendable experience. Keep up the good work guys!

Good ambience. Peaceful and calm. The staff is polite and nice. Food was enjoyable. We have tried multiple options and enjoyed each time we have been there for dinner. The chocolate shop is interesting though a bit expensive. Parking is never an issue.

Costly hotel in Bangalore city on all aspects. Ambience is nice, parking facilities are available. Security and service provided by the hotel is good. Overall the Hotel is good for conducting meeting, birthday parties and functions.

The staff are very helpful and very friendly. The restaurant serves excellent food. If we decided not to go out....we still enjoyed the food inside the hotel. We have no complaints!

Great hotel, very friendly staff, excellent dining with a lavish buffet breakfast. Rooms are comfortable and the location is outstanding. The only pain point was that their key cards kept needing replacement like, leading to a lot of trips to and from the front desk every time we returned.

Let's start with the good stuff first. Hotel staffs were very polite and helpful. The room was very clean. I tried taking out the sheets and check if there was any dirt but I couldn't find anything. Swimming pool was clean but the depth of the pool was low. The not so good part is there was no free WiFi and one expects free WiFi in a 5 star hotel. And there was no complementary breakfast too.

Certainly a well maintained ITC hotel with a great staff. I have never taken a room here but have gone for dinners and some meetings. It has always been a great experience overall. Their restaurant which they call Cafe generally has a great spread over buffet but the Indian restaurant which is Indian Oven lacks variety and way too expensive for the food presentation and taste.

Nice hotel located at very convenient area for easy reach, very next to Hosmat Hospital. Ambience is excellent and very well ventilated. Conference Hall is beautiful and well designed. Excellent options for high tea.

I visited the hotel to attend a event. I like the ambiance of hotel. Staff was so kind and helpful. The food was great and delicious.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service, magical ambiance and wonderful food. It was a great experience participating in a workshop here and I can only imagine how fabulous it'd be to stay a couple days. Loved it!

Very good centrally located, approachable by bus auto ,it is a five star hotel,very clean and we'll kept RESTUARANTS and bar rooms reasonable charged ,when compared to other five star hotels.we had a small birthday party on the ground floor ,it was good with very good buffet and the staffs we're very good

Nice business hotel..In the heart of the city. Spacious rooms & great spread for the breakfast buffet. Many healthy options along with all the regular ones. Courteous staff. Only disappointment was the swimming pool.

Little far way from city railway station and Majestic Bus Terminal.
The hotel is very good with good parking space and staffs are well behaved and courteous.The buffet was well spread and food quality is tasteful. The room was very good and room service was absolutely upto the mark. Overall enjoyed the stay and love to come back again.

Hotel Fortune is one of the beautiful star hotels in Bangalore, India. This is located in Richmond road (end) near Central (MG Road) or UB city as well. It has all amenities which basically guest of star hotels needed. I attended one of the event over there and enjoy the overall peaceful surrounding and atmosphere beside some of the tasty foods.

You can get other general reviews from various posts but I am just mentioning few points only. You can definitely book and enjoy the safest hotel in Bangalore. It is in city center as well, 24hours transport facilities and healthcare facilities available.

Rooms are of adequate size.
The boufets are very satisfactory.
The location too is appropriate as the Garuda Mall is very close by, precisely at a walking distance.

Fantastic hospitality. Good size rooms. Has a small gym and pool including steam and sauna. Also has a spa, 24 hour coffee shop and Indian fine dining. Good wifi and amenities. Recommended.

Had Pranic Healing Session for a 2 day event in one of the halls. The place is very well maintained and clean. Good for business Seminars and events.

Great atmosphere, top quality service - in the restaurant, with tours organizing, concierge, pool and room service. All of the people seem like they enjoy coming to work and it shows - great team spirit! Breakfast buffet is generous and offers a large variety of great food - both Indian and western. Rooms are spacious and fun, with seating area on the window, great shower and generally real comfortable.

My first trip to India staying at my fortune and have a great experience the room was perfect the food was excellent and the service was 5 stars espeseally one of the waiters nitish who was always polite and helpful. I m looking forward to my next trip to bangalore and my fortune, Gregg Kaplan

Comfortable stay in Bangalore...hospitality, ambience service, maintenance n my experience was good

I stayed with my family for 4 days recently. Its not to ITC standard at all.
First while checking in itself they insisted the ID proof of every member of the family(Me.wife,children) and created a very un-pleasant scene.Such formality was not informed properly while booking the rooms earlier. (we dont have any problem in carrying the same but the family head carries always) Only when I asked to cancel then we were considered to check in.
Secondly,the house keeping department was very negligent and never cared for our request for a table fan as the rooms are highly stuffy and we had to stand in the fire escape route for some time to breath fresh air during nights.
As we booked and paid in advance the entire amount, we were unable to lose the money by going out to other hotels also.
Thirdly , when we call the assistance and request for anything they didnt even care to provide or respond well.The attendants in the phone cant understand or even try understanding our needs.Really highly disappointing experience and would never recommend this type of treatment by such supposed to be star hotel.
The bathroom door is with a two inch gap exposing clearly inside and only after two repeated complaints someone came and told that its project design fault not only one but in around 10 rooms and nothing could be done at all.So we ended up using open bathroom and the womenfolk had to cover the gap with cloth or the men had to get out of the room. When fallowed repeatedly they said that we could be provided with another room but with same problem.
Highly disappointing and I couldnt even meet any higher officials like the GM and informed that he was not available.
Whatever explanation ITc may address I lost my peace of mind for 4 valuable days!
I was fond of ITC since decades as a well managed corporate but it was highly disappointing to experience the hospitality.

Excellent hotel, in the heart of the city, at an affordable price. We took a Fortune Club room, which turned out to be a good decision in the end. They gave us the top floor and we had a fabulous city view from our room. The sauna, steam, gym and pool are complimentary with fortune club room - and they have very high standards of maintaining it. Quality of food was excellent, range was good (tried breakfast and lunch, did not get a chance to try dinner as we were roaming around in most evenings). If you have some work in the centre of the city, try this hotel definitely.
