Literally the best breakfast I have ever had the hotel was great everything was clean and comfortable with the best amenities definitely worth the money

Stayed here for the week and everyone is so friendly and nice. Everything was clean around the area. The Breakfast was great and the ladies there are so friendly. The rooms are super clean and nice. We did ask for cleaning one day and they didn't do a great job. Just vacuum made the beds with the same sheets and put more towels out.

Nice accommodations full kitchenette with stainless steel appliances. Nice shower area with modern touches. Adequate breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

Check in was nice and easy. The staff was friendly and even asked what floor I wanted. When making the reservation we asked for a crib. A crib was not in the room when we got here. We told the front desk and they bought over a pack and play. We noticed the next morning the glass pot for the coffee was broken it was replaced but the coffee machine was very nasty. Again front desk took care of the issue quickly. The room is very nice. More like a one bedroom apartment. Two tvs nice little kitchen and bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is not bad if you're considering downtown New Orleans. It takes about 10 minutes by driving.
Hotel amenities are good. They pretty much offer a little bit of everything-pool, spa, gym, laundry-just not great condition.
Hotel room is clean and nice. I stayed at 2 bedroom suite and they didn't have shampoo and conditioner, so I had to get those myself. There was no dish soap but detergent for dishwasher was. They give you things you ask anyways. Just not convinient.
Food here is okay but they were lack of something. Complimentary breakfast and snack bar in the evening - Not enough amount of food and plates (you have to ask and wait for them to refill), and No hash brown, bacon and muffins for breakfast(there're other good stuff but it feels like you don't have enough without something you expect). Staff looks hard working, but not too friendly.

Really enjoyed the two room suite. Breakfast better than expected. Our beds very comfortable. Liked the cubby corner seating areas in lobby with TVs. Pool too crowded to be inviting. Hotel cost reasonable. If you stay here or at next door Courtyard, go eat at Chef Ron's Gumbo shop on Causeway just 2-3 blocks away from Residence Inn.

The staff was very nice, frequently asking if I wanted anything. The amenities (pool, BBQ area, etc.) were many and available. The room was freshly refurnished with a kitchenette and necessary kitchen-ware, quiet, well air-conditioned, and comfortable.
When my bag didn't show up at the airport, they gave me a few complementary items to compensate. The breakfasts and evening cocktails were plentiful and cooked well. I heartily recommend staying here.

Excellent breakfast! Great service from the front desk! Great pool! The sink was clogged but not that big of a deal!

Breakfast was great. Staff in the breakfast area was super friendly. The biscuits and gravy were good, along with the coffee cake. Rooms were big and the beds and pillows we're super comfy.

Housekeeping and kitchen staff were amazing, courteous and so helpful. The grounds are keeping well lit and clean. Rooms were spacious and stocked with kitchen utensils and coffee. Quiet and couldn't hear other guests. Hot tub jets issue by the pool weren't working but the groundsmen kept the pool clean and tested the levels frequently. Watch the birdies if you eat outside. They like to steal your food. The staff puts on a terrific breakfast and dinner. The laundry facility has quality washers and dryers. At the time of my visit it was 1.50 in quarters to wash and 1.50 in quarters to dry. My clothes were clean and dry with one dry cycle.

Nice looking place. Very comfortable room. Some employees were nice and helpful while others were not so much. Didnt care for the ground maintenance starting at 8am or the trash being throw in the dumpster multiple times well before 7am and not in a quiet manner.

We came to New Orleans for an organ transplant at Ochsner. Kaiser booked us at The Residence Inn in Metairie. We couldn't have asked for a more accommodating staff. Every morning we we're greeted by Trudy at the breakfast area with a friendly hello. She was the epitomy of a gracious hostess. She made sure we knew that we had but to ask for anything and they would do what they could. Fresh out of the hospital, she suggested I call ahead for my husbands breakfast and they would prepare it "to go" and I could come and take it back to him in our room away from the public space. Every staff member bent over backwards and was unfailingly friendly, going above and beyond. The facilities we're clean and in beautiful condition. I would definitely come back and stay here for future vacations!

Clean room, very friendly staff, and nice room layout! Breakfast was okay I had scrambled eggs and oatmeal every morning, no complaints. The hotel was also a short distance from the city without having to deal with the hustle and bustle. The park nearby, Lafrieniere Park is a must go to for a walk, enjoy the bird sanctuary, or relax on a bench.

Property was very clean, grounds well maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of foods. Staff was courteous, competent and helpful. I'd definitely book another stay at this property.

We are traveling with our Dad and his dog. Residence allows pets. We had a 2 bedroom suite which worked perfectly. The room had an awesome walk in shower. The beds were super comfy. The breakfast buffet was above average and the evening snacks were very good. I generally can't drink the wine that is given, but this time it was good.

Nice clean rooms, good service, has a lot of socials with free snacks/meals.

Was an enjoyable stay, only issue that came up is our key card didn't work. They had to replace our key twice. They resolved this quickly though.

Nice, clean, and spacious hotel room and hotel. Friendly staff. We
stayed in the studio suite, nice size and accomodating to our needs. Bed was pretty comfortable. Would stay here again next time we visit New Orleans. Free parking is a plus! Close to major attractions and shopping centers. Just wish we were informed beforehand of the additional charge for incidentals when we checked-in.

Everything was on point the room, clean and spacious. We had nice lounging and seating area. The small kitchen was well equipped. We had enough portals for phones tablets and one whole full size desk and a smaller one. Full size refrigerator, nice. The place was like a large size efficiency apartment.

Great hotel. Great service. Staff was very nice and accommodating. We were here during Hurricane Nate. The hotel served us dinner due the 7pm curfew. We had to reserve a second night as our cruise was delayed one day. Late check out and early check in we're not a problem.

Nice clean hotel. Nice rooms. Close to THE BEST Gumbo and Bread Pudding in New Orleans at Chef Ron's Gumbo Stop.

Clean, quiet, comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bath suite. Spacios kitchen dining and living area. Good location close to many restaurants as well as the mall.

One bedroom suit was more than spacious enough for two adults and two kids. The property has a pool and basketball court. Breakfast offered a good variety of items and was different each of the three mornings we were there.

Martha at the front desk provided excellent customer service. Room was very clean and spacious. Halls clean. Full size fridge was a plus. Sent down for extra blanket and they were at the door within 5 minutes. I will be staying here again.
