Nice facility. But no remote for the tv. Ice maker not working. They did nit have change fir a $20 to get pop from facility concessions. Ac not working in main lobby for months. And pool is cold. The heater not working for a long time.

Accommodations were adequate. Room was appointed for either a brief or extended stay. Only complaints about the room are the bed and shower. The bed was not very comfortable/lumpy and there were a few unidentified hairs in the shower. My guess is housekeeping cleaned with their eyes closed. Skeptical at first of the location (surrounding area a little sketchy) but no problems encountered. It is located close to a number of places to eat, so this made foraging out less difficult. The pool was out of commission, leaving the solution as trucking everyone/thing next door to a sister property. Thanks for the offer, but no. Hopefully it is not a long-term issue. All of the staff was very courteous/helpful.

I was really impressed with this hotel. We rented a 2 bed, 2 bath. One room had two queen beds and the other room had a king bed with a private bathroom, plus the sofa pulled out into a bed. It was basically like a small apartment. I recommend calling the actual hotel to book this room. I first called through one of those hotel sites and they didn't know what I was talking about when I asked for this room so I called the actual hotel.

The room was clean and had plenty of space for all of us. They had two good sized closets. The kitchen had everything we needed (dishwasher, cooktop, fridge, cups, plates, bowls, etc.) and it had a small island with two barstools. All the windows had the blackout curtains.

The pool area was clean and kept up. All the staff were friendly and helpful. But the best part was the breakfast every morning. It had just about everything you could want for breakfast. Just make sure you go kind of early or you might encounter a family of 8 making 2 waffles for each person and you might miss getting any waffles.

I really enjoyed this hotel. I'm currently planning another trip to Amarillo just to stay here again and get a break from everyday life.

Nice newer clean place. The owner Mr. Patel is a great person. If you ever have a complaint just tell the front desk and it will be fixed. Great hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was very nice! The sofa bed was not comfortable though so our kid had to share the bed with us, but other than that it was a great stay. We had previously stayed at a motel a few miles away on our way through Amarillo but it was not a good experience so we opted to pay a little more for a better experience this time. You never really know what you're going to run into when you're traveling through a city you're not familiar with so the more tips we can get from other reviewers, the better!

Travelling to Amarillo for work is not the greatest thing in the world, but this Staybridge is my ALL time favorite IHG location! Becky and Terri are super heros.
First, Becky knew my name before I knew hers, I felt bad but it was always "Good morning Samantha!", or "Is everything going well, Samantha?", such great customer service! Also, I like to work out at the gym here and one day the safety clip disappeared, when I told Becky about it she was able to replace it quickly! And then there is Terri, who is an absolute treasure and when she sees a problem she immediately acts to fix it! All hope was lost when i thought there were no rooms available, but calling Terri she assured me there were rooms and quickly got me a room on the same day! These two ladies make my stay better than can be imagined!
Whenever my coworkers ask where I am staying i proudly say the "Staybridge Suites off Western! Their team is super nice, quick to respond, and work above and beyond!"
To be honest, I want ALL Staybridge suites to learn from this locations team! Thank you Staybridge Suites Amarillo! You rock!

Great place for big or small groups. We love the two bedroom suites. Good free breakfast .

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was average. Only bad was the laundry facility had a broken washer and dryer and the hot tub was filthy and didn't work for part of my stay.

My family of six stayed for one night on our way up North and we had a great stay. Clean rooms and a good breakfast

Great Hotel. The manager Becky runs a fantastic location here in Amarillo, and the stay is always nice.

Monday Tuesday & Wednesday they offer a wonderful evening hours devours and drink opportunity, they every morning offers quality breakfast options. There is even a waffle iron the shape of Texas.

If you need to stay in Amarillo, this is a great option.

Generally clean, the included dinner and drinks are a nice perk. Gym is one of the better ones. Good location for chain restauraunts, and easy highway access.

A.C. did not work like it should have it never completely cooled. Parking lot is really small so we ended up having to park in the parking lot next to theirs and there was no lights. Other than that it was a decent place to stay.

Clean, friendly, comfortable. Better than most hotels in this type. Good amount of grass for a dog. Very pleased.

Nice but needs fesh paint on walls, at least where we stayed. Bring your own pillows. These are so soft you sink into the bed.

The rooms were fantastic. They came with a mini kitchen and full fridge. They were quiet and updated. Would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently right off the freeway but without freeway noise. Hot breakfast buffet in the morning and a soda fountain. Kitchen is well-equipped with a full size fridge, dishwasher, and two burners. Beds and bedding are very comfortable. One downside is that there is a single elevator which can make going up and down take a while.

Hotel has free laundry, free weights and Home Gym in Fitness Center, complimentary breakfast, pretty fast internet, and we'll maintained rooms. Parking lot is pretty big for large vehicle parking also.

Location was somewhat hidden but nice interior lobby. Room was very spacious and quiet. Seemed to have a lot of guests with dogs.

Compared to most Suites and Hotel's, Staybridge is completely reasonable. Very clean, Comfortable. And I expected to see some of the usual suspects and bad people, but very well maintained. Although, there were not 1 Bud Light Lime, there are places in very close walking distance. Great Job

Great for family travel, as they have 2 queen bed suites available (though, it's not every room). Sofa beds are great when the kiddos are small, but are really uncomfortable as they get bigger. 2 queens allows everyone to sleep in a real bed, even if it is a bit cramped!

They do allow pets, which is wonderful for some, but can be problematic for others like me who have pet allergies. The nice woman at the desk was kind enough to move us to a suite that didn't have an animal in it recently. Knowing this now, I'd recommend making the request upon booking.

We stayed at Staybridge Suites while passing through with my husband in Amarillo Texas. It was a great room. Everything was really nice. The service was amazing. We'd stay again if we're ever back there.

Very pleasant experience here. Clean comfortable suites with kitchenette and easy access. It's a little tricky getting to the place at the moment as the sides that border roads don't have driveways.

Large rooms, with great staff and amenities. Rooms come with a full kitchen and workspace. Pantry down below if you need to buy supplies or food. Free breakfast is fresh and includes pastries, eggs, fruit, oatmeal, and waffles. Only disappointment was low water pressure in shower. Definitely recommend even for a single night.

So far, best hotel in Amarillo. Looks like brand new. Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Full kitchen. Friendly stuff. Will stay again.

Nice enough. Front desk on check in was awesome. Very helpful and genuinely nice. Nice courtyard in the middle for dog to do his business.

This hotel is perfect for us because of the pet policy. We have 2 pets. There is a one time pet fee at the beginning of check-in. The rooms are always clean. If an issue arises, the staff is quick to respond. The location is conveniently situated right off I40 and Bell Ave. behind several restaurants.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. It was perfect for our family of 7. The suite was clean and well finished. The pool was a fun bonus. The complimentary breakfast was yummy.

Nice hotel! We liked our room (the king room and 2 queen room separated by a living room and kitchen). It was clean and up to date on decor. Bed was comfortable too. The walls were paper thin so you could hear a lot going on in the halls and around you, but we would definitely stay here again. The staff was nice too.

Nice location, staff is polite and professional. Breakfast in the morning was served by the friendliest Texans!! Refreshing stop after a long day of driving!

The room was ok. Stains on chairs, carpets. We had 10 rooms rented this day and one was a 2 room suite. We asked Becky if we could use a conference room to have a quick meeting. She said it would be $100. Which we found to be unreasonable since the room was not being used that night.

Stayed in 2bedroom w/ 2restrooms and spacious kitchen. Its nice. Kitchen is cozy. Liked the wide variety for breakfast. Free social time (mon-wed) is cool, salads, cookies, wine and beer. Free laundry room and gym are nice!! The back grilling area is also nice.
The bad... Furniture is stained :(
Need to clean or update furniture, and kitchen needs a good coat of paint.

Its the best place we've stated in awhile. Very family friendly. I travel with my teenage boys and they loved it too. I was able to minimize cost by cooking dinner and they had everything we needed.
The boys got to swim and we were able to do some laundry. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. GREAT stop for us on a long drive.

The BEST hotel in Amarillo hands down! I travel to amarillo about 6 times a year, and I stumbled upon this place. I got the room at a fantastic rate. It was CLEAN, and had a kitchenette with a full size fridge. There wasn't anything about this place I didn't like. Well, maybe the 800 pound riverdancer above me and the dumb jackass down from me that believes you MUST slam the door EVERY time as hard as you can to make sure it closes, especially after 11pm,but that's just my crappy luck that happens to me everywhere I stay. But seriously, this is my new place to stay in Amarillo.
