The rooms are spacious. Love that they have suites. Everything was clean as expected, kitchenette was stocked w what we needed. Used the grill for an evening dinner; that saved us a little $$$. Breakfast is good with a variety of choices. Loved having coffee available throughout the day. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Biggest disappointment was the pool and hot tub wasn't not functioning. Not heated. I was told at check in it was posted on their website but I didn't reserve my room via that site. We have 3 children and a pool is a highlight of any stay. Seems the pool has been out awhile. Our children DID brave it, though the adults didn't. Overall, enjoy our stay and would recommend it for a family

This is a nice hotel in the heart of Calgary. Its clean and the staff are pleasant. I recommend if you like a good stay.

Not informed prior to arrival that pool was out of order. Went to pull out sofa couch for the kids to sleep on and it was full of nacho chips and other crumbs. Was really gross. Not what you'd expect when you pull it out. On a positive note the brunch was fantastic. Very well laid out with lots of food available.

Decent and clean place. Friendly staff. The parking lot has a bit of debris in it at times, but overall a good experience. Very convenient location as well close to lots of amenities.

Very nice staff, you are well received. The facilities are good and the breakfast is good quality. It is located close to the airport and not far from the city centre. Would stay again

The location is convenient and close to highways and restaurants. Internet speed are around 5mbps on average. Suites are good. Breakfast is also okay. Like that there are take out snacks like juice box and some granola bars.

First time here and it's first night so might change after more time here as booked all week for work not really a bad review just shocked as NO bathrobe first hotel ever that I didn't have a robe wish I knew I would have brought my own

Been coming here for a while now. The staff are probably my favourite to date. Super kind, accommodating, and efficient.

Rooms are clean and quiet. Tvs need updating as you can't stream to them like you can at the Holiday Inn in town. Breakfast is basic but passable.

Staff are courteous, meals are VERY robust (not ur average continental breakfast). Though the building is newly refurbished, the furniture is old, the TV setup in the room is horrible, and the pillows are not very comfortable. Might have to go out and buy my own pillows for the remainder of the week. 4 stars with the above considerations.

This time the pool was out of order, the guy at the front desk did not know how to do his job and the elevator was vandalized with food and what looked like blood. Last time we loved it, but this time it was really bad.

Second time we've used this hotel. We had a problem getting through on the phone to get the shuttle bus from the airport so we had to get a taxi but the front desk staff were very apologetic and paid the taxi fare. Really helpful staff with plenty of advice for places to eat etc. The hotel isn't as handy for the airport now that a new runway means the travel time is longer but I will definitely use Staybridge Suites for airport stays again due to the spacious rooms and great service.

We went to visit a friend staying at Statbrudge Suites. I was impressed with how this place provided good services for their guests. Really nice.

Good hotel rooms with breakfast and evening snacks on 3 days. Kitchen equipped for longer stay but house keeping sucks. Food no variety and complaints takes long to sort out. Budget hotel with less options and average services.

We had a good experience there. Got there early for a great supper. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only disappointment was pool had no apparent heat and the hot tub wasn't running

We had a 3 bed suite. The third bed was I'm a separate room with it's own bathroom. The room was clean. It was in a good location with multiple eating options. The wifi was pretty fast and the TV had a good selection of channels.

While I'm somewhat used to other guests not knowing proper hotel etiquette, mainly staying quiet in the hallways, I feel like there shouldn't be any excuse for the staff. I don't like being woken up early after I check in late the night before no matter how funny the jokes may be. Otherwise, the rooms were nicely stocked, and breakfast was decent too despite not having much on hand. I'm assuming it was a unexpected busy morning.

Nice hotel. WiFi is probably the best I've seen in Canada. Water pressure in the shower is great, towels are nice as well. Bed is a little uncomfortable, but not horrible.

Very underwhelmed from the start. It took well over 20 min to just check in. The zoo passes we had prepurchesed with our reservation were no where to be found. The rooms were ok, at best. Towels were frayed and showing wear. Went to the pool there were no Towels. When we called the front desk there was no solution. Considering the cost was approximately $300/ night.... Not pressed likely will not return.

I was in a suite. Clean, very well priced. Walking distance to mall and major amenities. Close to airport. Suite was very spacious. Very comfortable. Will definitely rebook!

Great place, they have all the amenities in the suites, fridge, stove, microwave & free breakfast, Aldo they have a cocktail party on Mondays, wendesdays. It's a great place for the price

Was just there to visit a friend staying there. Room had a king bed in its own room with an ensuite, living room and a kitchen with a full size fridge. Hotel has an indoor pool, hot tub and an exercise room. There is a guest laundry on site.

Got in late and and left early so didn't spend much time I'm the hotel. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and nice. Breakfast was very good and all the kids seemed very well behaved. They must have been Canadian children because our American kids are all brats.

The rooms are very clean and pretty big. There's breakfast buffet. Even, from Monday to Wednesday there is a complimentary dinner. The hotel has a little gym, I miss some bars, and a swimming pool. The suite where I am hosted has a kitchen with all the necessary things, including a washing machine. There's as well a complimentary laundry service with drier also for free. The staff is amazing: very friendly.

It was a very quiet hotel which was amazing. Very cozy. But the lack of housekeeping on the weekends was surprising. We failed to read that housekeeping was only on request. Pools not stocked with towels. Waterslide stairs could use a cleaning.

The rooms were nice. Breakfast was decent. I found the rooms seemed cramped to me.

For the price I was blown away. Water slide, huge continental breakfast with lots to choose from & great room set ups. Did I mention the pricing is awesome?

We had my daughter's birthday party here. My wife stayed the night with my daughter and her friends. The suite was big and clean. The kitchenette was a nice touch. The girls really enjoyed the pool and water slide and the breakfast the next morning was top notch.

Limited luggage carts. Bed was crammed up against wall air conditioner. I kept hitting it when I would get up to go to bathroom. Front desk was super nice and accommodating. We rented a conference suite and it was really nice. Held our party of 8 for a conference and dinner. Would stay again. Decor updated and an awesome business center.

I stay here quite often when in Calgary and am always very comfortable and content. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

The Hotel has always been well maintained and is a perfect place to stay for business or leisure. The fitness center has a good range of equipment and the pool was also kept in a very clean state. Their complimentary social dinners during certain days of the week are welcomed as well! Great place overall.

The rooms are spacious, and staff is courteous. The good that they provide us good, and well made. The pool has a 3 story slide, and hot tub. It's awesome.

This hotel combines great value and a convenient location. The property is designed for extended stay so all rooms are suites, and breakfast is included.

If you're needing to host meetings, I recommend upgrading to a room with a small boardroom table, or if you're flying out of Calgary airport then take advantage of their Park and Fly program.

We stayed here during our family vacation in Calgary. This hotel was amazing! When we got there we were told we had been upgraded to a bigger suite which was great. They provide a buffet breakfast, free laundry, free dinner Mon - Wed, pool with waterslide, hot chocolate & coffee bar 24 hours a day, plus so much more. The staff was exceptional and the manager was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was such a good experience, we will definitely be staying here the next time we return to Calgary!!!

Service was good. The elevator had near to none ventilation. On a hot summer day it's better to be in an oven than the elevator.

Great place for a family of more than 2. Suite has 2 beds in separate room. Breakfast with egg omelettes, waffles, sausages etc. New and clean.

A little hard to get to but is nice. The rooms are not dirty and nic ebreakfat in the morning

Great room and breakfast. Pool was REALLY cold and we were told they couldn't do anything about it. Made it difficult for our 2 and 4 year old to really enjoy the swimming. Otherwise it would of got 5 stars!

For business this hotel is great. Little kitchenette to cook and store food while staying for a week. Great breakfast. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday dinner very good both in the food but meeting other guests as well.

Room is always well cleaned and up to date.

Fruit and coffee/tea/hot chocolate complementary all day long.

Very good. Will continue to recommend this location.
