The rooms are nice. The views are great. It's close to everything you need to get to in the area.

Very nice hotel! Good breakfast and a warm friendly atmosphere. I had a large room and it was very comfortable. Three stars? There was a smoke detector in the stairwell or room behind me that beeped every 30 seconds all night long. A call to the front desk resolved nothing.

Wonderful stay. Clean and spacious rooms, great for families! Really good breakfast included and even some dinner options. Staff was attentive. Lovely view of Pike’s Peak from our 4th floor room!

Was in town on business for the week and I really enjoyed my stay here. Very clean and comfortable room, and I also had a beautiful view of the mountains. Great amenities as well. Free laundry, fitness gym, patio with fireplace as well as a pavilion for lounging, hot tub and heated pool. Great place to stay.

Plumbing catastrophe at home renders my whole family of 4 plus toddler and 2 dogs temporarily homeless for weeks now. Insurance company consistently fails to make proper hotel accommodations by stuffing us into tiny studio suites. Tourist season keeps forcing us into new hotels in honor of long held previous reservations. I showed up here with freezer goods melting in my car and learned they did it again, they arranged a tiny studio suite with 1 bed. So frustrated and home sick I started to cry at check in counter. Then David Valdez, general manager, overheard the situation and immediately started at the computer. They offered me cold water, words of sympathy, then David shocked me by apologizing for my misfortune and put our whole family in a huge 2 bedroom suite! Then i wept some more, this time in relief. God bless that man and his awesome staff! Also the place is so clean and beautiful. I'm not homesick for the first time in weeks!

That was a FABULOUS hotel. Wonderful staff, super comfy beds, sat in front of a patio fire at night, breakfast in the morning. Great views on the west side, and the hotel is back behind other ones, giving it great views and total security.

Excellent rooms and six star service. A wonderful patio view with grilling space overlooking Monument Creek. Breakfast and dinner are served throughout the week and when the outdoor pool is closed, an indoor one in a neighboring building is made available to the guests.

If you have any problems with your stay, ask for Zoe. She basically runs the place.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and its clean. It is also pet friendly. They have a workout room, its not big but it is nice. They also serve breakfast and it not just continental, fruit, eggs and meat.

I have stayed here a few times now and am very pleased with Staybridge Suites. The rooms are nice and cozy, the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, has good breakfast and dinners, and the housekeepers do a great job and are very friendly too. It’s in close proximity to a few good hiking trails, restaurants, a convenience store, and a park n ride. Located just off the interstate so it’s a short drive to many other great sights and restaurants around town.

Beautiful hotel. Very nice looking inside and out. Pretty woodwork and stone. Lobby is nice. Desk clerk was helpful and friendly. I only visited and didnt stay so i cant rate on much more than that.

I wrote a review on Staybridge about a week ago. I have to say that the management resolved the problems very quickly (thank you, sir). Did I also mention the housekeeping? Great! They do a fantastic job.

It's a really nice place with extremely nice staff. Only reason I gave it a 4 star is because some of their brochures and information on the rooms information guide is out of date. For example, a couple of restaurants in the information guide on your room have been closed down and we found a brochure for the pikes peak cog train that had times they were open for December but when we got there they were closed until spring. That's the only issue we had the entire time and it's really not a big deal. The staff was very friendly and offered us free bottles of water when we checked out. Breakfast was really good with lots of options and was never crowded or busy. We were there in December so it is possible that it was during a slow time for them. All in all would highly recommend this hotel.

Thank you for the quick check in service and the clean comfortable rooms. Breakfast was so fresh and awesome. (Not the standard. A little more upscale.) The balcony from the lobby area has an incredible view of the Mountains.

Had an amazing stay in the Staybridge Suites in Colorado Springs. The staff was extremely attentive, accommodating, and friendly. The hotel itself was so clean and well kept. Our room had a full kitchen that looked like it had never been used before. The view was spectacular as well. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area!

I have stayed here three times, and absolutely will again. I travel for work. I am partial to the IHG brand, and Staybridge in particular.

I always know I can work, and relax at Staybridge. This one takes it to a new level. The customer service is over the top. I have never had a single issue, or auestion at this establishment. Lucian at the front desk when I checked in was particularly helpful.

As I am in Colorado Springs every 6-8 weeks for work, I plan to make this my hone away from home. Stay here you won't regret it.

Nice room. Nice place. Easy access to I-25. Quiet. Offers Continental breakfast and a dinner (3 days) a week.

This hotel has everything we would possibly need for an overnight stay-plus more! It is in a very convenient location to where we were visiting and the neighborhood was very quiet. There's an Old Chicago across the street that's very good. Only complaints were the musty smell in our room and the continental breakfast was just okay.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! It was very clean, had good breakfast, and a perfect Mountain View. We live 12 hours away, and I always have a hard time finding a good hotel because I am very picky. Staybridge met my expectations! The staff was very friendly. We were originally only suppose to stay one night and last minute found out we would have to stay another night. Even though they were almost booked, one of the girls managed to get us in for another night! I do not have one bad thing to say about this hotel. Anyone who stays in Colorado Springs and is looking for a good hotel, Staybridge is definitely the way to go!

The place is nice, the food is good, they have free dinner most nights also a plus, my room was very nice with a little kitchen. Leaving only 3 out of 5 stars because the front hotel parking spaces are very very tight as well as extremely slow internet. I stayed over 30 nights for work.

This location of Stabridge Suites was great! We enjoyed the friendly staff who were eager to assist us. They allowed us to check in early, and as Platinum members with IHG we were upgraded before we had even asked, and the went over all the available amenities we would be able to use while we were there. They offer free dinner Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and change up their breakfast buffet daily. We also really enjoyed having the Santa Fe trail close by the hotel to run on.

Russell was extremely helpful. Fourth floor gets all the setting sun, so prepare to close all curtains and do not turn the a/c down below 70, or you'll freeze it up. Bring a fan or borrow one. Outdoor pool and grilling area. Comp breakfast is awesome. The staff work very hard and it shows.

place to stay. Very family oriented. Great Buffett for breakfast with different menus different days. MON, TUES, WED, evening meals provided. Friendly, helpful staff. Even offered us a bottle of water for the road when we checked out. Beds were very comfortable. Stayed 6 days, 3 adults, 1child. Will definitely stay again.

The service has been great. My room is always clean to include my dishes. Ill come back after my day and they'll all be washed. Also the staff is very friendly and has been very accommodating.

The Staybridge exceeded our expectations in all aspects of our stay. The service was incredibly helpful with activity and dinner recommendations, the lobby offered plenty of seating along with a fireplace and television, the room had a full kitchenette (complete with a fridge, sink, dish washer, microwave, stovetop, flatware, and cookware), the room had a spectacular view of the mountains, and the complimentary breakfast offered a wide array of options including omelettes, sausage, breakfast potatoes, yogurt, cereal, bagels, pastries, waffles, fresh fruit, oatmeal, juice, coffee, and tea. We were shocked to have found such an all-encompassing hotel for such a low rate, but are truly grateful that we did!

I would highly recommend this place. We will be back to stay on this hotel. Staff at check-in was amazing giving info for things to do around close by. Room was much nicer then anticipated. We stayed in a one room suite amazing. The breakfast was delicious. Didn't have the same thing to days in a row. Lots of choices.

This was a really nice hotel. Very clean. Breakfast was good. They offered cereal, baked goods, make your own waffles with strawberry topping, eggs and sausage, bagles, toast, oatmeal, fruit and yogurt.

Staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was tasty with a variety of options. Watch out for the bear though that likes their dumpster!

The room was great. I really liked having a mini kitchen. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The maid service was phenomenal. The view was superb. I highly recommend this Staybridge.

This is hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed at. This was our first family vacation and I cannot rave enough about our stay. Starting with Chanel, who after an unavoidable conflict arose with my husband's job, rearranged our days, upgraded our room (due to nothing else being available at that time) for free. She was absolutely amazing and immediately alleviated my stress! The rest of the staff is very friendly and everyone was a pleasure to talk to. The breakfast and coffee is amazing, and they serve dinner a few times a week, (which we didn't realize ahead of time, so pleasant surprise and saved some $$). The rooms were excellent and worked really well for our big group. We will stay at a Staybridge from now on everytime we travel!

Having to older children who are not old enough to have their own room makes a suite very appealing. It's nice that you are not all on top of each other. The kids get their own beds, which is important to them. e Only stayed one night, but I would book there again. The hot breakfast was good and they kept it filled. The staff was very friendly.

The location is beautiful! Have a wonderful view of the mountains. Staff is friendly. My only complaint is the layout of the room. Our bathroom door wouldn't close because it would hit the toilet seat. We had to lift the seat and cover anytime we needed to close the door. Fix the layout and it would be perfect!

Stayed in Staybridge. Must be something going on this weekend because everyone is sold out. Wasn't my first choice but I haven't found anything to dislike. Room 203, this is huge, ridiculously. Front room with a small kitchen and two separate bedrooms with bathrooms. Queen bed, king bed. This is bigger than my place in college. Would totally reserve this for vacation with wife and a few kids. Bit much for single me on business. I owe my admin a thankyou card.

They do tjd hot breakfast spread you can expect at a good hotel. And dinner/socials in the evenings comprable to a residence inn. Or if you wanna go out there's a pizza place across the street etc.

Gorgeous extended-stay hotel with a HUGE phenomenal breakfast included! Real dishes, soda fountain & the makings for Belgian waffles (whipped cream and all!)
Nice bed, fully-appointed kitchen & an awesome staff. And the outdoor activities! Omg, the back deck is off the chain! Outdoor fireplace, huge pool, tennis courts, gas grill for cooking out, and a basketball court!
My favorite part about the design of this hotel is their careful attention to providing tons of small little areas so each family can have a little privacy.
It's nice that the pool is on one level, and the deck is on another, while the tennis & basketball are in a different area as well. And... it's pretty magical to wake up to Pikes Peak every morning as well!

I stayed for 62 stays and all of the staff were friendly, they have free dinner for you a few nights a week, the view is amazing and they really work well with the military and their lodging requirements.

Excellent customer service. Front desk was awesome. Being a Gold Elite Rewards Member she upgraded me for free to a 1200sq ft 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a complete full kitchen, a living room....love this place! Extremely reasonable and definitely well worth more than what they charged. I'm a FAN! This will be my new place all over the country. Thank you Staybridge. FIRST CLASS!

Not sure what hotel these other folks were staying at...our rooms were clean, quiet, newly remodeled and the staff was amazing. Priceline screwed up our booking, as usual, but Sarah at the front desk made it right immediately, even though she didn't have to. This was our first road trip with our dog, so I was a bit nervous, but Sarah was very reassuring and the rest of the staff was truly pet-friendly - even when our pooch got loose and was running crazy down the hall, housekeeping was all smiles.

The free breakfast is your typical fare, but the coffee was better than you usually get at a hotel. We did not eat anything else there so can't comment on the other offering

Thanks again to Sarah, who from the very beginning took our momentary disappointment and turned it into a wonderful treat for my family!
