I visited Staybridge while my in laws were in town. They seemed very well kept, next to lots of stores and restaurants, and we got to swim in the pool. Although the pool was way too cold, I still feel like this was a great place to stay. They offered a huge breakfast each morning and the rooms were clean and well supplied.

In town for a multi-day conference. Convenient proximity to Western Michigan University. Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. Nice bonus that breakfast and dinner (weekdays) are served. Furnishing in the suite were a bit old and contain a few dings (adds charm and character) but it was very clean. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Staybridge Suites!

The hotel wup top notch. Everything was beautiful and well taken care of. The amenities were very nice, and the room quality was excellent for the price paid!

Comfortable bed in a large suite. Nice to have a full size fridge along with a microwave, plates, and silverware when you're staying for a longer time.

Frig. Small stove microwave LG sofa and a very restful night 🌙 sleep. I loved that the bathroom. The staff checking in and out were all smiles and very helpful. Thank you for our stay.

For our family of six, this place has perfect room accommodations. The staff is super helpful, the place was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious! We will be going back!

A cost effective hotel with comfortable beds and clean sheets. The staff is pleasant and very responsive. The breakfast makes up for the simplicity of the place with a self service waffle station, eggs, cereal and some staples. The parking lot is moderately sized with a McDonald's right across the street and a supermarket a stone's throw away.

The employees were nice, and our hotel room was recently renovated. However, we chose this hotel for the pool and spa for Valentine's day, and they never advertised online they had it down for a few weeks. And it was too late to go elsewhere for cheaper. They did post at the hotel they can cancel for free. We also paid for a spa tub for our suite and never got it. The breakfast was good.

It's a decent extended stay hotel with a small range in the kitchen of each room for cooking. They were in the process of remodeling rooms in December 2017, which looked to be new couches and fresh paint. Breakfast was limited but was sufficient. Only issues we had were a few stink bugs in the room and the pool was closed (Christmas holidays).

Newly renovated rooms. Like the comfortable layout. Have stayed several times when visiting WMU. Easy access when coming down from up North and convenient to get to Western.

Comfortable and clean. The crew is very friendly, the breakfast is great, and they give a light dinner for free from Monday till Wednesday. They have a charming inner yard, and a small pool. I can recommend them.

Housekeeping is lazy about cleaning. Other than that great hotel! Friendly staff. There were only 2 staff members I would complain about. Nice pool and hot tub, gym, free laundry!

Arrived to a suite that was not properly cleaned. The dresser drawers had coffee grounds and popcorn seeds in them. The room guide was also completely written on and torn to shreds. The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. The bed was fairly comfortable. The water pressure was low even for a hotel, and the water was very hard. The breakfast was the best part of the visit. There were eggs, waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy and more. The wifi was pretty bad, and there were even connection issues when plugged into the data jack in the wall. For the price, I expected more.

I wish I could give 4.5 stars. This place was great! There were only minor things that make me not want to give it 5 stars. The rooms were nice. The bed was so incredibly comfy! The hotel was in a great location with ample parking. The hotel is nice looking and appears to be well kept. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a yummy meal. You really feel right at home in here. The staff was very nice! This was my son's first time staying in a hotel so I was nervous how it would go. Sadly, he did end up with stomach issues one night and got sick. The staff was great about getting the dirty linen out of the room right away and bringing me fresh stuff. I kept apologizing because I felt so terrible about the extra work. The gentlemen that came to the room told me to quit apologizing...babies get sick. He was very reassuring and made me feel a lot better about it. The downfalls of this place are the breakfast is the same thing everyday and not a lot of variety nor is it super yummy. I usually love hotel breakfast. This was edible, but not great. When my son got sick, I was looking under furniture to make sure I had cleaned up all of the mess. I found 2 shirts under the bed and a pair of socks under the night stand. Also, when we arrived, one of the trash cans still had stuff in it from the last guest. That being said, every other aspect of the room was super clean and well kept. I'm hoping these were just oversights and not the norm. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to other people.

Loved this place. The staff is awesome, very polite and helpful. The rooms are great clean, and big. All things considered, the breakfast is well done. They also have a “social hour” with a small dinner for an hour or two. Saved me a lot of cash on food, haha.

I would definitely stay here again, and I probably will soon!

This is our go-to hotel whenever we visit family in Kalamazoo, which is a number of times a year. The suites are roomy and comfortable, the kitchenette is handy with icemaking in each room, it has a lovely landscaped courtyard, the greatroom with fireplace is attractive and inviting as a gathering and breakfast spot, the breakfasts are excellent, and three times a week there is a complimentary evening light buffet. Soda and gourmet coffee are available throughout the day. There is a designated library/reading room and a computer center. The indoor pool and spa area is pleasant with separate available towels. Staybridge is well positioned off Stadium Dr., close to shopping, expressways, and WMU. We wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

Recently my family had a house fire and our insurance some any paid for a few weeks at this hotel for us. not only was it a very nice hotel, but all the staff took special care of us because they knew our predicament. very great service!

Excellent place the spend the night. Very clean and organized. Hotel staff very accommodating. We asked if they had any fresh baked cookies, within a half hour, there was fresh baked cookies. A++

My first impression with Zeus over the phone and at check in was fantastic! Room was clean & neat, breakfast was great and so very friendly. One main reason for booking here is a pool (kids) & hot tub (Mama) - we were excited to spend some time there before checking out but to our sad dismay the hot tub and pool were cold. The hot tub wasn't even working. When I went to the front desk to ask if they knew what was wrong and they said maybe the heater went out, we'll call the maintenance man when he wakes up....ummmm, what? I'm sorry - but if you offer amenities make sure they work or have someone who can fix them round the clock. I would stay here again if I knew I could enjoy everything it had to offer.

The cleanest, most beautiful hotel I think I've ever stayed at. And I can't speak enough about the quality of those beds!

I cannot say enough great things about this location and it's staff. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we needed it to be. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. This home-like hotel had everything you would need to feel right at home. Highly recommend and would stay at again for sure!

Everything great but the carpet

The location wasn't the most scenic, but the rooms were spectacular, and the service was amazing. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've had at any hotel ever.

It was cozy. We did not spend much time at the hotel itself so taking advantage of all the amenities was not possible. There was no meat at breakfast time so breakfast seemed sort of "incomplete". Our room location was away from the elevator as requested but not on the top floor as requested...no big deal. Other than needing a few renovations and maybe some meet on the breakfast buffet it was a pleasant stay.

Value for money place. Neat, clean & well equipped rooms. Well situated & many options for dining nearby, which you can even walk to. They serve buffet breakfast, which gets monotonous if you stay for a week. Nice accessibility to downtown or highways.

Very helpful here when my car broke down last week and I needed a quick stay for the night. Quiet, clean hotel with nice rooms, and the front desk couldn't be more helpful and kind- even knocked some of the price off on a slow night because of our situation. Would definitely stay again.

Room was up to date.- soaps went too weird and the free breakfast was pretty good. Would not advise visiting Michigan in the winter months - but did get a good test of the heater!

Front desk associates were very nice. The hotel itself was very aesthetically pleasing. The room was very sizeable (normal room, 1 bed) and clean. Free breakfast in the morning was very good.

We stayed with friends in a two room suite. More than enough space for both parties and the common space between the rooms was great for winding down at night. Beds are terrible.

We did not eat the hot breakfast but I think it would be just fine for most people.

I do like how close it was located to the interstate.

Fabulous place to stay, for the price! Zeus at the front provided amazing customer service. They have a variety of rooms- some are better than others. I love that all of the rooms have kitchens in them. The hotel was very clean, and they provide fresh towels daily, if you want. Decent breakfast too! We would definitely stay here again.

Whenever I have family visit me in Kalamazoo they always stay at Staybridge.
Pet friendly and complimentary hot breakfast are great and rooms are very well priced.

One of the most comfortable places I've ever seen. The pool and spa are always clean. The breakfast is excellent. The room is provided with cooking facilities. The staff are very friendly. I enjoyed all my five nights stay!!!

This is a Fantastic Extended stay Hotel! The rooms are clean & updated. The staff is AWESOME. They serve dinner Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday every week.

I have stayed at several Staybridge Suites because I like the rooms and the amenities. I have never been disappointed by any of them including the Kalamazoo location. Clean, nice people, comfortable rooms, and great location.

I travel the country for job purposes and in the last 4 years of staying in different hotels this by far the best hotel I've stayed at overall. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks guys
