Room was clean and the included breakfast worked out okay for our family for a quick stop and go.

Country music is played everywhere. At breakfast, in the pool area, in the lobby, at the elevator, its loud enough cut the volume or shut it off.

Kitchen area worked out great, and having a fridge is always good.

Very clean room and helpful staff. Kids had a great time at the pool. Only complaint is that the furnishings (couch, dishwasher, etc) are quite dated.

The room was large and beautiful. It had a small kitchen and nice sized bathroom. The bed was comfortable too. Everything felt very clean and the hotel didn't smell funny like some places tend to. I really liked that I could work out in the fitness center at any time using my room card. The breakfast was above average. Overall a wonderful experience.

My friend and I have attended an annual convention for years now. The kitchenette helps keep costs down, as we don't need to use the local fast food. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet.

The Staybride is a cozy hotel perfect for large groups traveling together. It's small, quiet, and the fifth floor has pretty great views. It has a pool, small shop, and buffet breakfast, and the rooms are clean and nice. Highly recommended

I stopped by to pick up some coworkers. The breakfast was nice and had a good variety of food. The front desk and lobby were clean and had a nice modern decor.

Staff are very friendly. Hotel was clean and neat at all times. Our room had a really weird setup. There was a sitting room with the pull-out couch and a master bedroom. But the bathroom was in the master bedroom. So if our kids had to go to the bathroom they had to walk through our bedroom to get there. The bathroom was also really small and you had to squish yourself behind the toilet to open the door. Pool area was clean and neat. Laundry facilities available for free. But you have to pay for detergent. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. The only drawback is that it's always very busy and the only nearby bathrooms nearby are for one person at a time only.

I had a great time. Very comfortable and roomy. However, I do wish each room had an individual air conditioning unit by the window.

Great check in staff, and the one of the best continental breakfasts I've ever had. Beds were comfy, and the pricing was very reasonable. Only downside is shuttles only run every few hours to Mall of America, at least in the winter months. Perhaps this is on a higher interval during the peak season. Pool overall was clean, but should be monitored more closely. People drinking alcohol and leaving empty beer cans was a bit disappointing. Would come back again.

Location is great, rooms are comfortable and clean. Full set of dishes and cutlery provided with the kitchen area. Friendly staff, and decent food served downstairs.

Room was comfortable. Loved that I could charge room service from the neighboring hotel to my room since there's no place to eat in the hotel.

We are staying here long term, since July. They have clean and roomy suites, awesome food and amazing people especially the food service ladies, Pramela and Sabrina. My boys love these ladies and they have gone above and beyond to keep our boys smiling. We love it here and recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Awesome atmosphere! Warm, homey and cozy, like a chalet or mountain resort, perfect for a weekend stay in Minneapolis in December. Staff were knowledgeable, friendly and overall professional. Room was perfect for what we needed, spacious and tidy, and the bed was the most comfortable thing ever lol. Sadly we couldn't take advantage of the pool facilities as they close at 10pm and we usually got back later than that after a day of sightseeing in the city. All in all we had a pleasant experience in Staybridge!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms a large and very nice. This hotel has ample parking. Breakfast is served daily and is pretty good.

My daughter and granddaughters stayed here this past weekend. It was bar none the best hotel that I have ever stayed at. I will always look for Staybridge Suites from now on. Nothing to complain about. it was all perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful! Our suite was comfy. Towels and bedding great. Beds comfy. My granddaughter left her new stuffed reindeer and it was sent free of charge back to us with a note and picture from housekeeping of the stuffed animal sitting by the fireplace. what a nice gesture. Who does that? We were impressed and very appreciative. Thanks to all who made our stay wonderful.

The rooms are very nice and well kept. The staff was super friendly. Pool is a little small, and breakfast selection was not what I hoped, but overall this is an excellent hotel. Will happily stay here again on our next trip!

Nice little hotel near Minneapolis. Cleaning service for the room was not up to my standards. Decent dinners and continental breakfasts.

I stayed here for 23 days, and had a pleasant and comfortable time here. The staff was extremely friendly - I almost formed a personal relation with all of them. The breakfast is good, and so is the evening social snacks. Shuttles to airport, mall of america and near by offices makes stay easier.

It was a good place to stay or our family. The staff was really friendly. Some of the accommodations were a little run down. But overall, a nice experience.

The rooms were very nice and unlike your stereotypical hotel room. There was a full kitchen with decent sized fridge. The beds were comfy. Would stay again!

Very nice, the rooms okay, the bed was great wish it was a queen size. Felt safe, front desk staff real friendly, others not so much. Great breakfasts lots of veriaty different main dishes every day. Would I stay here again, probably.

This is an excellent staybridge! Better breakfast than any I've been to and wonderfully courteous staff! Great outdoor entertaining area and pet friendly! The one disappointment was the lack of cutting board and blender other staybridge's have. Rooms and linens are perfectly clean!

We loved our stay at Stay bridge Suites. The 2 room suite was perfect for a large family. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast bar was excellent. We loved the lodge, inviting decor. The staff was great. The shuttle service was an awesome bonus. Relieved a lot of stress not having to drive ourselves to the MOA or to the airport.

We had a suite which accommodated us all vet nicely. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good... oatmeal excellent

Can't find anything to complain about. Enjoying my stay. Both bed and pull out sofa are comfortable. Good pillows​. Sheets aren't too scratchy. Breakfast was good. Prepaid check in was fast. Housekeeping checked to see if we needed anything and emptied garbage and gave me another coffee pack. Easy to change the temperature in the room as the temperature changes from morning to night. Now, if they could only control other people's screaming children in the pool room when grown ups would like to relax in the hot tub. Maybe add a sauna.

The rooms are always in great condition and better than I've found anywhere else for the price. Brtter breakfasts too. The stove and dishwasher would be especially useful on longer stays, as would the ability to do laundry. Lots of provided conveniences such as the pantry and the pool make this a wonderful place to stay.

5 star rating because I simply have nothing to complain about. Traveling with a family of four the rooms were clean, spacious and affordable. Comfortable atmosphere and the service was very polite and helpful.

Good overnight stay with good amenities. Bed is comfortable and so are the pillows. Don't really have anything bad to say about the place.

This was the best hotel I've been to yet. The only thing I'd recommend is that the one bedroom suites should have a separate small bathroom outside of the bedroom suite, so a guest on the sleeper sofa doesn't have to go through the private bedroom to use the restroom at night. Also I loved that the hotel is pet friendly, but pets should have a separate area of the hotel. We listened to a very loud dog two nights in a row. Otherwise the hotel was clean, modern, bed was very comfortable, has all amenities you'd need and then some. They offer free laundry, free full breakfast, free social activities, a library that rents out games and books, have a pool, hot tub (tone down the chlorine level please), fitness center, business center, convenience store and shuttle service to airport and Mall of America.

Staybridge is the only hotel chain I've found that reliably has wired internet in the room. Food's good.

Nice room, 301, except ice machine in room did not work, pillows were very small a vent blow on your face while sleeping.

This is now our favorite place to stay in the Minneapolis area. The room was very clean and spacious. We never heard another guest in the five nights we were here. My wife enjoyed the fitness room.

We have never felt more at home. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We can't wait until we return.

Staybridge Suites is the perfect choice for families; small kitchen, living rooms, and bedrooms if you so choose. That being said, the suites at this hotel are not as spacious as others we've stayed in. It was a very warm day for Minnesota in March (70) and our room was hard to cool. Other than those to things our room was clean, the shuttle to and from the MOA worked perfectly for our large group, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

In a fairly good location. Room was clean and spacious and the wifi was great. Great place for the price. Breakfast on weekend is nothing to write home about but it does its job.

Room was really nice. Kitchen has dishes and pans for cooking and fridge has ice maker. The small separate coffee tables are a nice addition! Closet and shower/sink area ate laid out nicely and having two end tables is always nice to have. Would definitely stay here again. There is food on some weekday evenings. It isn't much, but was nice to have a salad w whatever food I was cooking. Breakfast fruit and coffee are also good!

Had to wait until after posted check in time because room was still being cleaned, after we got in to the room the housekeeper had missed frosting on a chair and tape on the walls left over from a party, the kitchen sink also back up and almost over flowed from the drain, even though we never ran the water, the manager said that can happen. Found broken chair in the lobby. Other than that, it was okay.
