A+ accommodations and delicious free breakfast. We did not get to partake in the happy hour and light dinner due to our schedules but otherwise a fantastic place. Quiet, clean, spacious, pet friendly. Staff was so welcoming. We will be back again next year!

Great location! Many nice restaurants, sidewalk cafes, stores, etc. around this well located downtown hotel. No parking fee! Nice little bar. A many free breakfast choices. Nice size rooms with full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, full size coffee maker, sink, etc. For a large city downtown hotel; I consider it to be reasonably priced.

Amber was amazing! Very understanding when our plans changed and very friendly. Definitely will return! In these days when people don't care, she made our experience wonderful!

Great place. Rooms are very comfortable and are suites with kitchens. Loved the rooms! Breakfast was great and even had gluten free options. Location is awesome and shuttle to town is great and saves searching for parking. Only complaint is no housekeeping on weekends unless you request which we did but it was never done. However when I called the desk to request what I needed they brought it right up. Staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. This will be my go to place when I come to St. Petersburg.

Amazing hotel and customer service. We had an event here where we had 20+ rooms reserved and used the conference room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The group reservation staff is incredible and helped us find area entertainment and activities. The rooms were clean and the conference room was kept stocked with water and candies. We will be coming back at some point!

Nice visit. Came for Memorial Day Weekend Ray's/Orioles games. Stayed in the king room with kitchenette. Room was clean and comfy. Location was great for Tropicana Field. Could have easily walked but with the storm we took the courtest shuttle. Shuttle takes you anywhere within three miles. So ample restaurant choices without having to drive yourself. Linette at the front desk was helpful for dinner suggestions and for a forgotten toothbrush. We will be staying again.

Very pleased with our stay here. Room was great, plenty of parking, wonderful breakfast... The only thing that wasn't ideal was that we could hear our neighbors very easily - the soundproofing was not great.

Large rooms with nice aesthetics. Close to a park and Tropicana Field, extremely easy to get to downtown. The only downside are the thin walls.

Very nice room and very enjoyable stay. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and evening happy hour were both very nice and well stocked. Hotel offered shuttle service in a 3 mile radius. We used this several times, was always prompt and friendly. Short walk to downtown and a paved trail connected to the hotel, connects to The Pinellas Trail, which gives awesome access for biking both for sport and transportation, running and walking. Room was very quiet except for last two of our 5 mornings due to a swim competition booking moving in and even then only noise was due to constant early morning door slamming.

Very Happy with out stay in St. Pete. They were very busy because of Grand Prix weekend but everything was great. They obliged my request for an early check-in. All staff were very nice. Room was big and clean.

Always stay here when visiting St Petersburg. Great suites, very comfortable beds, and a wonderful variety for breakfast! Spotlessly clean throughout. Never disappointed.

The best service! We had an amazing 2-night stay with the best service you can imagine. Claude was the best in the morning. He had a gracious personality that deserves recognition. Deona was with us in the evening on our first night. She was the most hospitable and has a radiating personality. Loved talking with her and she had great suggestions and was very informative. Great employees all around! The rooms are beautiful and close to everything in the city! Definitely coming back!

Big suites, clean rooms, good rate. Continental breakfast is decent but not great. Location is ok but close enough to walk to the Bay.

Great room with the best bed and accommodations of our trip. The staff was friendly and their shuttle service (and excellent driver) took us wherever we wanted to go downtown free of charge and picked us up as well.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was alright. During a 4 nights stay expect a bit more than fresh towels and taking out trash. Rooms need some maintenance; kitchen and bathroom sinks both choked. Breakfast and dinner both were good.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Breakfast was excellent each morning and the staff was very friendly. The shuttle to local locations was the cherry on top. I would certainly stay again.

We had our company retreat here last week and the service was excellent, rooms were comfortable, conference area was spacious, and service was wonderful. Can't say enough good things about Staybridge. Will be looking at Staybridge as a designated hotel for future travel. :)

Clean and the staff was courteous and helpful. We also had a shuttle that took us to the Tampa Rays stadium and to a local bar and back. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great hotel. Suites are beautiful. Also has nice outdoor patio with pool. Also free shuttle to the Rays game.

I felt the service and facilities mostly matched the price. Staff were attentive and very competent. The room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle service is excellent. There were some issues - the elevator had a false alarm ringing the entire time. We booked a Two Queen room but got a Two Full room. I'm sure that could have been fixed but it wasn't worth the time and effort. Overall it was a comfortable stay but not worth 5 stars.

This hotel was just right for our extended stay. The room was comfortable and the kitchenette was perfect for our needs. The full size fridge even had an icemaker! Free breakfast was awesome and so convenient. There is also a mini pantry where you can buy food and drinks for the room. The staff was helpful and friendly. The pool and surrounding area was clean and towels were provided. Hotel even has a free laundry room. I highly recommend this hotel for extended stays!

Awesome place to stay highly recommended, place is nice and clean, great breakfast and light dinner, friendly and helpful staffs. Bed and pillow is super comfortable wife told me to buy her the same exact ones, clean amenities, and pet friendly. This place is a gem, my guests from New Jersey is so impressed, they even took a picture of the place to remind them to stay at staybridge when ever they travel in the future.

Second time staying here. This place is amazing. Had a free "light meal" with drinks compliments of the hotel. Free shuttle to anywhere within a few miles, cheap price, beautiful room. Will stay here anytime we stay in st. Pete. Highly recommended!

Within the first 5 minutes of being in our room we got a noise complaint from some extremely bitchy guests... But it didn't stop there!! This is such a strict hotel when it comes to noise!! We were treated like we were throwing a huge party when we were talking in our normal voices! The entire hotel is full of "quiet zones"... It was very annoying!! On the other hand their free breakfast bar is AMAZING! And the staff were as friendly as they could be with all the rules

Nice room, spacious and clean. King size bed with pull out sofa. Functional kitchen with pots and pans and stove top. Full size fridge. Pool area was nicely kept. They offer hot meals a few days a week. In a buffet like setting. Front desk has a pantry available to make food/drink purchases. Friendly staff. Would stay again. Very close to Tropicana Field.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The complementary breakfast serves the purpose. It's good but not great. The one strange thing is that the rooms are not cleaned on any weekend days. I was not told this upfront so I was confused coming home to an unclean room. Overall a good stay.

This is a fantastic hotel. Great rooms, workout rooms, pool and the breakfast was good with lots of options. The staff was so kind and they even sent my son's Curious George stuffed animal home to us that he left behind. We will be staying there again next time we are in Florida. Thank you!!

Customer service was excellent! Staff was friendly, warm, and helpful. The epitome of southern hospitality. Tammy even recommended places to visit and helped me find the location of my manatee tour. Every employee at the hotel had superb customer service.

This is a newer, clean, hotel in a good location. It's close to downtown St. Petersburg. We appreciated the evening reception and breakfast buffet so we didn't have to go find a restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver told me his favorite beach was Pass a Grille.

A comfortable stay downtown. Suites are spacious and well stocked. There is a nice outdoor area with a pool and fire pit. Suites have different sleeping arrangements, so make sure you know if you're getting a single king size or a couple fulls.

This is the only place I will stay at Saint Pete! Just spent last Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday here.
From the desk clerks, to the maintenance people, shuttle guy, breakfast buffet staff , they were all fantastic! Great location right off of 275 and the shuttle will take you anywhere within a 3 mile radius for free and pick you up for free😀....

A real nice place to stay has free laundry Monday through Wednesday has free dinners, seven days a week breakfast also has a free shovel for the local area and free WiFi a nice weight room and swimming area outside. The staff is very nice very helpful. Made some really nice friends.

The facility accommodations are tastefully appointed, clean, and updated. The staff were cordial and generous when assistance was needed. Would definitely recommend!

Staying at the hotel for 2 evenings attending a wedding. Hotel rooms are very well kept. Staying in a king suite. Lots of space and the fridge and microwave come in handy

Nicer, newer Staybridge. We had a problem with a shower drain that we were disappointed they did not adequately address during a weekend stay. That said, we think this was an outlier. We already booked another stay.

My son was in hospital. They gave us a 2 day rate and we paid for it plus 25 depost. The next day we noticed they charged 45 more dollars to our account on our card. They didnt know how it happened but it did. Other than that rooms are great and good breakfast

Lady that checked me in did perfect job. This is as close to 5 star 5 diamond as you will get in IHG Brand. Have known Mr Menna's reputation of operating first class hotels and he has outdone his reputation with this incredible product. GM and team great job !! And clone lady that checked me in !!

Fantastic hotel. Breakfast is large and filling. The social hour is great with tons of free food. Rooms are comfortable and very large. Only complaint is wifi signal is much weaker in floors 4-5, and sometimes it was nonexistent. If this happens, just go down to the lobby, which is also very nice with many sofas/tables.

Fantastic place to stay overall. I must say that Miriam at the front desk was one of the most dedicated and over the top employees that I have ever encountered in a hotel. Hat's off to her for her efforts. I highly recommend this place for St. Pete.

Honestly, this hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but the rooms are awesome. Almost like little condos. The staff here is unlike any hotel I've ever visited. They go above and beyond for their guests. Also, the social hour they offer for free is wonderful. Free drinks and food. If I'm ever in St. Petersburg again I will definitely be back.
