Perfect place. Clean well organized and priced right. Free dinner MTWednesday. Free breakfast everyday. Rooms are spacious.

Never stayed at a Staybridge before and it was by far one of my favorite hotels. The staff was very nice and accommodating, Chris made my checkout very quick and simple. The rooms have a very spacious feel and the kitchen is going to make my awkward interim period before I move into a new house a lot less stressful. So excited for my next stay at the St. Petersburg location!

We stayed for a night at Staybridge Suites. The staff is very professional and welcoming. They offer a free light meal and a breakfast, making it rather comfortable for families on the go.

While the rooms provide kitchen, ample space, and are easily accessible, the A/C leaked and the carpet was wet, very humid.

Great stay. Wonderful interaction with staff, who was eager to help with an accident while booking for my stay.
The were quick to cancel the unnecessary reservation (for no charge to me, thankfully!)
The issue was made by the booking site.

Free use of the dryer to dry my clothes soaked from the Florida rain.

I stayed here for about a month. Nothing was ever out of order! I saw them cleaning the metal where you step out of the elevator 😍 this place is never dirty! The breakfast and dinner after delicious! Best hotel in Tampa haha down! Not to mention the wealth of things to do in nearby Brandon 😁😀👌👍 They're number ☝️!

The room was very nice large refrigerator. Microwave, dishwasher and stove. Free wine and beer in the evening for 2 hours Monday and Tuesday only. The staff was super accomadating. The location was awesome very easy to get everywhere. And breakfast in the morning

The hotel room was clean. We enjoyed the Continental breakfast. Parking was also ample and the guest services excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location, great food, dinner during the week, nice rooms.

The place is a bit run down but the location and price works. They provide an above average breakfast. The staff is very nice and helpful. The showers water pressure was above the norm, but the bed was way too soft with little to no support. I had some aches in the AM.

Convenient location. Plenty of parking very friendly and welcoming staff. Free high quality breakfast and dinner buffet. Very well priced. Lobby and common areas have updated design. Suites are spacious, clean and have a full kitchen. Cons:. Beds are too soft. Room design feels dated and furniture and sheets are worn. However, everything was clean and we'll kept during my visit and for the price and location I would recommend this hotel.

We have a winner! Staybridge has their game on. I truly enjoyed a near flawless three-day stay.

Large, clean room, good price, substantial hot breakfast, top notch staff. Kitchenette is very complete with apartment size fridge, garbage disposal, full-size coffee pot, ice maker, steak knives, large microwave, electric stove top, cutting board, granite counter tops, etc.

The bed was the extremely comfortable - without sags. The room has a large office desk. The office chair adjustments actually work. Plenty of wall outlets. Notepads and pens. Two telephones in the room, nightstand and desk. Bath has a large shower head and plenty of hot water. The textured towels provide a "mini-massage" feel - a nice touch.

Two small nits to pick. A single wall switch in the bath controls both a somewhat dim overhead florescent light and a noisy ventilation fan. Also, the television service and interface were cumbersome. The flat screen TV was adequate, but a little small by today's standards (motel is 12 years old). You turn it on and then you navigate among guest services, movie purchases, TV programming, and something else. There's no on-screen guide that tells what's on the channel. Just 3-4 or pages of channel numbers and IDs, with movie ads eating up a chunk of each page. Nor is there a printed copy of channel listings in the room.

The remote control is quirky and requires careful aim when seated close. Channels are very slow to change. Lastly, the picture format doesn't change to match the broadcast format. Thus most programs are improperly stretched as if somebody sat on them. You can't fix it with the remote - you must change the settings on the TV itself. It will take some time to discover the correct button sequences by trial and error.

This motel/hotel has great amenities. A full exercise room, an outdoor patio, daily newspapers, and no-cost washers and dryers. The rooms are supplied with paper towels and dish washing soap. There's even a laundry basket.

Every staff member I met was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly.

I'll definitely stay here again, as I come to Brandon every year and this is the first place I've given 5 stars. Note to Staybridge Suites: Keep up the great work!

Great service, excellent rooms, free hot breakfast everyday, and free washers and dryers for all guests. That is a nice swimming pool and gym as well as a grilling area on site too.

Hotel suite room was spacious. Furniture a little worn but beds were comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. Hotel short drive away from downtown and attractions.

Stayed M-F on corporate tab. Facilities we're clean, the breakfast average, the mid week reception was a great bonus. The food could be used as a dinner or an after work snack to hold you over until group dinner. Nice touch having red and white wine plus beer on tap. The things that set them apart was staff.

Theresa in particular was very aware of needs, could decipher the looks about where to go and what to do and she exceeded all expectations with a genuine concern for helping. She was always visible, no hiding in the back room. In addition the other front desk staff were cordial, the kitchen staff helpful, curteous and there was never a wait for hot (or cold) food or condiments. Great stay,great people..thanks

I've stayed at another staybridge establishment near home but my girlfriend and I came up to visit Busch Gardens and decided to give this hotel a try. Check in was a breeze. The gentlemen at the front was nice enough. Our room was clean and we really liked the kitchenette. I could spend all day talking about how comfortable that bed is... my gf did not want to wake up due to it providing such a peaceful rest. Woke up for breakfast which is served at 7:30am. I had eggs, bacon and toast my gf had fruit and a bowl of cereal. All in all not a bad experience for one night.

In budget and worth rooms. Stayed for a night on a cold day. It was beautiful in the morning standing in a sunny day. Specially live there breakfast. Good tasty & healthy breakfast served from 7:30 to 10:30 in the morning. Loved this place.

It was better than Holiday Inn, but still... The place was bad. The lights went out, it was quite expensive for such a small room, and it wasn't even clean. The wall was also ripping and room service didn't even show up after we called them several times. Also, room service gave special attention to those they new, but overall breakfast was good, and so was Roberts service... He was such a nice young man. But, unfortunately I didn't enjoy my stay quite as much. But, this place saved me from the disgusting small room at Holiday Inn

What a beautiful hotel. All good rates with every room being a suite! Wow! Monday through Thursday free, hot, delicious dinner and hot breakfast everyday with changing menus? Wonderful!

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. It isn't often that the cleaning lady stops you to tell you have a good day. The rooms are very nice and spacious and the breakfast is good too. We would definitely stay there again.

New mattress was amazing! Front desk was very accommodating. Housekeeping Manager was excellent. Food and happy hour was good. Overall, I stayed almost three weeks. I would recommend this hotel. They have plans to renovate next year. Most important to me was cleanliness and comfortable bed. Met my expectations.

Nice rooms. But nothing like walking into your room with someone else's urine still on the toilet seat and waking up to the smell of marijuana in the morning.

Great for business trips. Not a separate room suite but nice kitchen with big refrigerator.

Good location where it's not too far away from downtown Tampa but also not too close to all the crazy city. Online it said we'd have two rooms with full beds but they ended up being king sized which was a nice surprise. Nice and clean rooms with lots of space. The workers here have been very nice and helpful. Only problem was that my parents apparently found one dirty pillow but I didn't see it. Upon talking with the maid, she mentioned that she hadn't been there for a few days so she didn't know what happened.

Nice room, great outdoor pool and jacuzzi, staff has been really nice, evening social is great as always, breakfast is so much better than other IHG brands.

Although we were required to pay a 50 dollar deposit and were not prepared to do so. They accommodated for us and we received a room upgrade to a suite. Very respectful and kind staff. The hotel is very clean and rooms are very comfortable. I would stay here again.

The staff and amenities were great. However, I believe that they could have done a better job cleaning my room prior to my arrival. For this reason this hotel receives 2 stars. There was no evidence that they dusted the cabinents, tv stand or tables. The carpet was stained and reeked of mildew. The bathroom smelled of urine. I found ants crawling inside the refrigerator door. Dead bugs and possible rodent droppings were on the carpet alongside of the walls. I slept with the lights on for the week. I didn't complain because this could have been the best out the lot. I was there for school and was too stressed and busy to deal with the issue. I cleaned the important areas myself. On check out day I did let the front staff know to inform maid service to address the areas. I took pictures and showed them exactly what I was referring to. The front staff were very receptive to my concerns and apologetic. However, I would not stay here again

Stayed just one night. 4th floor, room was very clean, queen size bed and pillows were very comfortable. My husband said the staff was very courteous when checking in last night. Breakfast was ok. Will stay here again.

My family and I stayed for a one night stay and the employees were wonderful. Jodi-ann at the front desk was very friendly and pleasant. the staff was nice. The breakfast was nice. Stayed in the studio room, it was a nice size room with a king size bed and king size pull out couch and a mini kitchen. The only thing, I wish they had extra blankets in the closet other than that, our stay was very pleasant.

They feed you, not only breakfast (which is a great selection with healthy options) but also dinner on mon-wed as a social event. Clean spaces to grill and have a small fire to enjoy. Pool is nice and clean also if you want a quick swim but clearwater is 50 min away and bush gardens is even closer so it is in a great location.

We had a nice and clean room, the breakfast was great too. We also enjoyed the little pool. We stayed for four nights, everything was fine. There's not much around the hotel, you need to drive a while for shopping or dining.

Room was fine. The cleaning service was skipped twice. They have nifty magnets about whether you're in or out. Apparently they don't work. Had to go request bedding, towels, etc. Made the bed myself. No apology offered or anything.

The suit was very nice with 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen living area. The location is not really close to much besides some corporate offices. I would stay here for the right price.

The hotel was clean, staff was nice and overall a pleasant stay. I enjoyed the whirpool quite a bit.

Came here with my boyfriend and cat to get away from Hurricane Matthew, and this was one of the last hotels that had a room that's pet friendly. I didn't come in with high expectations for this reason, but the room is SUPER cozy and very nice. Will have to stay here again.

Stayed overnight, with a late check-in. Staff were very polite and helpful, room was ready immediately and rooms was clean and well stocked with amenities. Had a mini kitchen with dishware which is a nice touch. Bed was comfy. Only downside is the shower, I'm 5' 11" but the shower head was easily well below that. Very difficult to wash effectively. Otherwise a nice hotel!

The rooms furnature was beat up and cutrains ripped, but the price for the room out weighed the faults

I attended a business meeting at Staybridge Suiyes Tampa East-Brandon. Even though I wasn't staying in a room, I needed to use their business center to print off some documents for the meeting. The clerk at the front desk was very accomodating, allowing me to have a door key to the business center to take care of my task. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Tampa area.

The location is great! The beds are very comfortable as well. However, the shower is a little leaky and there may have been mold/mildew on our curtains by the air conditioning unit.

The suite was very cozy, has separate living and bedrooms, a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and stove top tv in living area and bedroom, pullout sofa, nice and quaint. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Will be staying here again.

Recently I stayed at the Staybridge Suites Tampa East in Brandon Florida. I was there for the April 29th formation tour. Everything room 225 the room was in good condition once we enter. I had some concerns regarding the refrigerator which was not cool to put items in and the pull out mattress and had stains on it. The sheets and the linen in the other bedrooms were perfectly fine. The shower was glorious. The hall was quiet and overall I had a good experience. I enjoyed that had a kitchen that that has utensils that I was able to use but the Palmolive soap was really watered down and I felt like I wasn't getting much soap but more water based. I would definitely stay there again. There was a Continental breakfast and that was very good also.

The staff, the gym, the week night get togethers.. are all really nice. Rooms are spacious, very clean, and well maintained. Location was the only issue. It's near lots of business centers and everything including restaurants, bars, grocery stores, malls, shopping centers, or other fun things to do are all a 15 minute drive away. Nothing is within walking distance.
