Fantastic location, amazing view and friendly, efficient staff. First time there enjoying the buffet. It was incredibly extensive and was beautifully presented. Food was very tasty and varied. Coffee was also great. Thoroughly enjoyed the lunch and would highly recommend other to attend. Worth saving your dollars

Stayed for 3 nights. A lovely hotel in a great location. Very close to everything but also very quiet. Staff were very helpful. Room well appointed and bed was comfortable. Great pool and spa. My wedding anniversary and they left a small plate of fruit abs a lovely cupcake to celebrate.

Only downside was lack of free movies. It’s $16.85 pay per view with limited Foxtel channels and free to air TV. Other hotels provide movies for free and it’s something I prefer.

Housekeeping was a little lax. Our sheets weren’t changed at all. Not all toiletries were replaced daily and they neglected to replace the tea bags and milk we used.

I’d recommend it as a place to stay. Old school luxury.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Southbank.
Service was impeccable, from valet through to check-in.
We stayed in a corner Riverview room which was comfortable and well appointed. The personal touches during our stay were also much appreciated.
The hotel itself is beautiful and only a stroll from the city centre.
We enjoyed a buffet dinner at the Melba restaurant which was also excellent.
I look forward to my next stay at this wonderful 5 star hotel.

We went to the Alto room for a function and it was amazing.
Langham has parking issues. Took us 15 min going round n round to get a parking spot. As the garage is small not enough to cover the capacity they host.

The room was set up n decorated very well, the staff were attentive and happy to serve,
The food was very tasty. Pleasantly surprised as they catered Indian food and desserts for the event.
Very tasty and plentyful for all to enjoy.
The view from the rooms balcony was lovely would live to see it at sunset one day.

Definitely recommend the Alto room at the Langham for your next big event. They did a smashing job.

Great hotel in a fantastic location however from our last visit back in May 2019 to the long weekend just gone we feel that the standards have slipped a little regarding housekeeping. The buffet breakfast is pretty good but I think the dinner could've had a bit more variety. A pleasant experience overall but considering the price, the standards should be higher.
