This is my new favorite place!! I booked at the last moment and traveled down on the same day with my teenager and two little dogs. The hotel is wonderful. Everyone was beyond friendly and helpful. My interaction with the front desk, valet, pool/beach employees and housekeeping were all extremely pleasant. Everyone had a smiling face even with their mask on. We had not left our home since March and I was very nervous to go anyplace but I have to say I felt at easy and safe. Thank you to each and everyone of you for taking such good care of us. We have only been home for one day and I miss this hotel. We will be back soon!

Soo... I’m not a huge fan of Florida, period. But this place in Vero Beach is fantastic..service is amazing.. amenities are terrific! Decor is not over the top nor is it outdated..it’s perfectly balanced. Adam at the front desk is a saint and knows all the good eats around town.. beach is clean with chairs, kayaks and beverage services.. water is tame and enjoyable.: terrific experience. Also, room layouts are freaking great! Mine had a sliding door to bathroom so I could watch my partner bathe! .. or watch them use the toilet.. whatever floats your boat!

This is such a great resort, it all starts with the exterior appearance. The architecture of the building does well to incorporate coastal styles. Each area of the hotel has a unique and inviting aroma. Also, there is immediate beach access, and a restaurant on the premise. The rooms are quite clean and high-quality, and even though they are a bit dated, they show a timeless quality. not only is the hotel great, but the location is excellent. it is walking distance from many of the best restaurants in the area. I would definitely recommend the kimpton at Vero Beach.

We stayed here because of the amazing reviews that praised an amazing property and an attentive staff. The property is secluded and in a great location with amazing views. The rooms are comfortable, clean and up to date. The service at the front desk was second to none. The restaurants have good food although there was a bit of a wait. The bartenders and servers however were less than attentive. We watched several tables get up to go search for their servers to find water or silverware. Watched food be placed on the wrong tables and then picked up after the fact. Again, food was average to above average (nothing mind blowing) but the food service was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced, especially considering the prices. This is the first time I ever write a review. Would recommend the property but eat elsewhere.

The Kimpton Vero Beach Hotel & Spa is a very nice resort located right on the water. I stayed there on May 16-19, 2020. The staff is very nice and helpful. Anything my family needed they were there to provide. From the guys at the valet parking to the front desk folks, the room service, the guys at the pool/beach, and bartenders everyone treated us with respect. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone family or couples. Everything is right there on the property. Good Job Kimpton! My family and I will definitely be back.

this hotel is exceptionally pretty and right on the beach which makes it a really great place to stay. The only negative I would say is that there's one only bathroom/shower in the 2-bedroom suite. And the shower pressure was extremely weak. Beds were comfortable room was spacious and the grounds were delightful. Everyone I met was lovely.

The Kimpton Vero Beach Hotel & Spa was a very pleasant and much needed mini vacation for my wife and I. The scenery, the food, the drinks and all of the staff were absolutely amazing. Michael at the front desk was super helpful and extremely professional. Bottom line is we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Amazing resort. 2nd time there, and the team is always so welcoming..! The views are lovely. The resort is just beautiful. Jean at the Front desk is simply amazing, and so service oriented! Jillian, front desk, so warm at check in... Grace paying attention to our requests... and Bryce, at the pool/beach... a GEM!!!!!! Thank you for making sure my son found his cellphone! Can't thank you enough! I can't wait to go back... it's like paradise!

Unfortunately we came on a holiday weekend and everyone had to wait for their room for hours after check in but they added a nice bonus for us waiting; breakfast in bed! we were so happy with our stay wish we could have relaxed longer in our room. Beautiful view and Spa, I recommend calling ahead for an appointment at the spa just in case

Very impressed! Smooth check-in, exceptionally friendly staff and wonderful first impression. Stayed in an ocean view suite that was phenomenal. Couldn't have asked for a better place to relax by the ocean! Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Fresh, high quality ingredients and again fabulous service make it a place to return even if not staying at the hotel. Did not use the spa so can't review that. I traveled with my dog and the hotel is pet friendly. The entire staff was super friendly and loved on my dog at every encounter, which made a great impression. Highly recommend!!

I can not say enough great things about our stay at the Kimpton. I stayed here with a group of girlfriends for the weekend. We were all celebrating our birthdays. We were looking for a nice relaxing place to spend the weekend. Kimpton was a perfect choice. The staff here was amazing! From the time we booked our trip until the time we checked out the staff made us feel at home. They want above and beyond to make us feel special during our weekend. We stayed in the two bedroom suite overlooking the ocean. The views were amazing! The room was clean and beautiful. The beach was nice and they provide you with the beach chairs and the towels. The pool area was a great place to relax after hanging out on the beach all day. They do a nice happy hour in the lobby every evening. We are already planning our next girls weekend here.

Booked last minute, hotel was clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were nice, and the pool area was amazing (when not overrun with kids). Beware some 3rd party booking sites online list valet and self parking, what it doesnt say is the self parking is off property (on the street) and vehicles need moved by 8AM due to parking time limits.

Had a wonderful time. The staff was excellent, Giselle brought us dinner both evenings and she was very nice. My girlfriends Flank steak was very tough one evening and they comped it. The room was clean and the view of the ocean was wonderful. Overall it was very nice, we will more than likely be back. Thanks for a very nice weekend..

Wonderful hotel and spa. Clean, romantic, family friendly. Beautiful views and amazing staff. Room service prompt and reasonably priced. Grace, who works the front desk was incredible. Not only polite and professional but she took the extra step to really make our stay special.

This hotel is top notch. Beautiful executive suite with 2 balconies and ocean view. And the service from everyone was stellar. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay during two separate business trips.

The hotel is amazing, very clean rooms and lovely staff. I am especially happy with the pool lady how will always find a way to make you feel great about choosing this resort. The pool is great size and if you want something more private you can head to the spa pool or go and sit on the beach (just steps away). The food and drinks menu at the pool area was great as well.
Very impressed with the wine hour and the complimentary chair massage for the guest and of course great vale service.

I had a treatment at the medi-spa. The front desk staff were prompt and friendly, and Sarah the technician was informative and made the prodecure as quick and painless as possible. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel with the friendliest staff. Rooms are massive and the bathrooms are gorgeous but it's going to cost ($$$). If your on the North side there is some construction on the condo approximately 30 feet away that will wake you up around 8 am. Pillows are ok but need to be biggger and additional power outlets are needed. We had to unplug lamps and radios to charge our devices.

Staff is amazing. Valet parking, gorgeous rooms but we were told we were on the ocean front room with a view. Its a view of construction workers drilling into concrete in the next condo unit. 😕 Very expensive especially for Canadians!

YOU NEED TO ORDER THEIR FRIES OMGGGGG omg de. lic. ious. I always get the burger and fries. So awesome. Awesome service and beautiful views. They have a fire pit, too. Also, residents of vero can use the pool. You dont need to be staying at the hotel. They dont ask questions. Just order a drink or two. Oh, and when you do order one, get the mango margarita LOVE IT i always get the virgin one.

Loved this resort! We were there for a week in August and it was a great experience. The pool-side bar has excellent food and is a nice casual area. The resort's restaurant is top-notch. The food was excellent. I would suggest trying it at least once for brunch and dinner.

I’m in a room that faces the courtyard jacuzzi and pool and parking lot. Not an oceanfront view. I’m having a great weekend despite the record low temps for Florida.

Room was nice and the staff was very helpful. Especially the valet staff. My door card kept fail after working fine first day. They reprogrammed three times and never worked again. Glad I had other people staying in the room to let me in.

Most beautiful place I stayed service was excellent the pool attendent was very accommodating to the kids preparing clean places on the beach for kids preparing the deck chairs for everyone. I will love to take my grandkids from the UK on a vacation in the future.
The wedding was great that I attended.

Our son booked this hotel for our family vacation and we couldn't have been happier! The hotel is beautifully decorated with large bedrooms king sized memory foam beds and tons of pillows! A fully equipped kitchen was great for our budding vegan gourmet chefs and the large covered patio with ocean view provided perfect ambiance! Wine was complimentary every evening served with homemade hummus and crudités with flatbread. A nice touch. The entire staff was helpful, friendly and promptly filled all requests. A delightful experience. We will definitely return!

Excellent service, accommodations and staff. So professional. They truly are pet friendly. I wish I could extend my stay but I must go home. I needed a relaxing getaway after surviving Irma. This was the place. I will definitely be back for another weekend getaway.

Nice accommodations. Tv has limited channels. We did not receive room service every day. Pool nice. Everyone very pleasant and accommodating.

I hope to change this rating by the end of my stay but to start, check in is 4pm and room wasn't ready till 536pm, desk was helpful so give them a 5, valet was very rude when I asked about handicap parking and when asked if I can use there cart I was told no so give them a 1. Pool and outside area very dirty, cups, trash and tree debris everywhere, I know it stormed by noone cleaning area, no outside lights on per there pictures so give them a 1. Room very nice and ocean view. Update, Tropical Storm Emily came and is gone so let's see how today is before I update my review. Sunny and hot already

Over rated a bit. For the money paid, I'm used to a little better treatment. Front desk staff not the best. Wait staff excellent. Housekeeping acceptable.

This place was the perfect place to stay while in Vero Beach. The staff was friendly & the room great.

Can't beat how this place cultivates a tropical atmosphere, even for locals it's like a couple hour vacation! Stop by for happy hour, have some appetizers next to the fire pit and watch a full moon rise at sunset over the ocean. Kids are welcome and easily entertained at the beach and pool. Best vacation experience around hands down. We regularly consider staying here on weekends, even though we live 10 minutes away! maybe someday we'll actually follow through

Had dinner at Cobalt with my family. I had the blackened mahi and the lobster mac and cheese. The mahi was some of the best seafood I've had and the lobster mac was absolutely amazing. If I'm ever in the Vero Beach area, again, I will definitely make a return trip to Cobalt.

We recently stayed there for our anniversary and could not have been more impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and it seemed that everyone knew it was our anniversary and went out of their way to say something nice and make special accommodations. Rooms were very clean with plenty of space. Cobalt provided a great dinner and breakfast with an equally impressive view. Beach and pool area were well attended and clean. My ONLY "complaint" is not so much with the management but rather with patrons. We noted that many patrons would place towels on chairs to" hold" them but rarely even use them. Personally I/we don't function this way and if there is something management could do to set a policy prohibiting individuals or groups from holding seating and then leaving them unattended for a given length of time (e.g. two hours), that would certainly be a positive change. But again, overall the experience was great.

Beautiful, elegant, on the beach, expensive, fabouls, romantic especiaĺy on fullmoon evenings when you see the moon shine on the ocean.

Excellent property, but definitely overpriced. We've stayed here twice and had an excellent experience both times. Friendly staff, well maintained property, never feels crowded (even when hotel is full), excellent dining options, wonderful pool deck, first class spa ... we really can't complain about the experience. Rooms are updated and modern, plenty of light, spacious bathrooms. Our second stay was for a wedding there, and relative to other nearby properties, this Kimpton is literally twice the price, even with corporate discounts or using the group rate/room block. We will definitely look at Costa d'Este or Disney's Vero resort next time, as they are comparable properties with much lower rates. Interesting fact: each of the rooms at this Kimpton has an individual owner, like a condo. I suspect the overhead associated with that arrangement and/or a desire to cater to a more affluent crowd (parking lot featured a Bentley, Maserati, and 3 new Porsches while we were there, next to our rockin' rental Malibu) is what's driving their rates, because they are definitely not market driven. That's speculation on my part though. I've stayed at Peninsula, Four Seasons, other 5 star properties, and while this Kimpton is a solid 4-stars, it's commanding 5-star prices. I guess that's good for them, but if you're looking for the best value, this isn't it.

Just attended my best friend's wedding here and could not be more impressed by the atmosphere and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend this venue for a wedding or special event!

Went there for my nieces wedding and found the personal so professional and courteous that we wanted for nothing and our needs were met swiftly promptly and with plenty of smiles. I would highly recommend this establishment

I was attending a business event and what I experienced was great. When I am in the area again I would stay there.

Only stayed for a night due to work so I didn't really get to check out the whole place. Was kind of hoping for a better experience though, thinking I could bring my family back for vacation. They put me in a room facing the parking lot with 2 little tiny windows. It was like a hot and humid dungeon. Thank god for the ceiling fan. You could hear the horn honk every time the valet locked a car door. You could hear conversations out in the courtyard. I hated it. I expected a better room for the price. The furniture was old and dated with a lot of signs of wear and tear. I just was not impressed and am not interested in ever coming back.

For a luxury hotel I would have expected more. The resort was still very nice but there were definitely some drawbacks compared to other luxury resorts. You can tell the property was older and redone to be more boutique/modern. Even though the resort is smaller it never felt crowded.

We recently had our wedding reception at the Vero Beach Hotel and Spa, and I am still in a state of shock as to how perfectly everything was executed. Of course, the grounds and rooms are stunning, and who wouldn't love the setting, but the people that we worked with and the staff at the Vero Beach Hotel and Spa were really the highlight to our once in a lifetime dream wedding. I cannot thank Nikki and Courtney enough for all they did for my husband and I; maintaining constant contact by phone, email, text and any other method we needed to utilize. They were extremely accommodating and their staff were second to none. Every element of our reception went like clockwork and our guests took notice of how smoothly every facet of our reception fell into place. The food was astounding , with the most tender filet cooked to perfection, delicious hors d'oeuvres, and fresh and flavorful cocktails. All of the food came out piping hot, and expertly served to each guest to rave reviews. I cannot think of any criticism or critique about the planning, execution, or level of service we experienced. Hands down, the best experience of our lives.

Fabulous happy hour. Expansive outdoor patio overlooking the beach! What's not to like?

I only ate at the two available restaurants but did not stay in the hotel. Cobalt was a fantastic dinner. The food quality and environment lived up to what you would expect out of a pricier, fine dining experience. When we ate poolside though, service was fairly slow, with the first and last person to receive their meal in our group separated by more than a half-hour. Three poolside food was standard fare, but I highly recommend the truffle fries!

We had our wedding ceremony here and it was beautiful! Exactly what we had envisioned! Nikki and Courtney (and the rest of the staff) are fabulous. The food was delicious and everything went so smoothly. Nikki and team took care of all the details, which allowed us to really focus on and enjoy our day because we knew everything was in good hands. We stayed for three nights and ALL of our guests raved about the resort. It was a great weekend! Highly recommend this venue! We're already making plans to go back to celebrate our anniversary.

Vero Beach Hotel & Spa is always a pleasure, whether you are a local or visiting from out of area. The hotel itself is well appointed, the White Orchid Spa inside is fabulous and Cobalt restaurant is a treat. Sitting on the lanai in the evening and eating al fresco at the stone fire pits is a perfect way to relax.

Amazing weekend get away. From the couples massage in the spa to the beach side lounges. Staff are also really acconodating. . Excellent spot to relax and enjoy beautiful Florida.
