Everything about this hotel is excellent. The interior, cleanliness,and the accommodations were a five-star. From the moment we checked in, to the moment we check out, it was a pleasant experience. Staff was super friendly! (Thank you Max, Julian, and the others) worth it, for sure.

Beautiful hotel. The food is over priced and and wasn't that great the breakfast location next to the lobby. The roof top food was delicious especially the vegetarian burger. The rooms are roomy upscale its inviting and comfortable. I would stay here again it's best to eat outside of the hotel. The rooftop view is a sight to see well. The staff was friendly except the people they have standing at the wooden podiumwhen you first enter the hotel lobby. They barely spoke to you upon entrance and leaving.

A great hotel, in every way that you might want. If you are staying at 1 Hotel, you are someone for whom price is not an issue (or your company is paying). The property is gorgeous, with odd bits (ex: the low ceilings at the reception).

Rooms are large, with modern decor. The bed is on a raised wooden platform, with nice bedside tables and reading lights. Two sofas for you to comfortably lounge face the balcony with an ocean view. The bathroom is good size, with high water pressure rain bath shower.

There are several pools, all wonderful. At the beach in front of the hotel, you can show your room key and get free towels and beach chairs (the covered sofa costs more).

All in all a great destination, not that far from Miami night life.

1Hotel South Beach is always a pleasure to stay at. It's the only place I'll stay in South Beach and for good reason. The service is impeccable, amenities plentiful and the rooms are beautiful with incredible City or Beach views. I'd recommend staying in one of their homes, it's an amazing experience. I've been here five or six times now and the standard for guest experience is always incredibly high.

Excellent Hotel. All of the staff make extra effort to see that you have a great stay. The Rooftop Bar and pool are excellent amenities. Also, the hotel's courtesy car made it easy to see Ocean Drive and the other nearby stops. I will definitely be back to stay again!

Just too good except the dining. Habitat restaurant should have better dinner options. We had both breakfast and dinner and was happy with the breakfast but not much with the dinner. They should have few more restaurants inside the hotel. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed our 3 days stay. And yes, their beach is not so clean. Amazing pool area

Love the decor and vibe. The rooftop and main pool are great. The beach is nice and private. Service was for the most part wonderful. The gym is fantastic too! Take advantage of the Tesla’s on site to drop you off places. Will definitely return.

Wonderful get away in south beach Miami! Best rooftop pool! This hotel has many indoor and outdoor amenities that the entire family can enjoy. The room itself is spectacular for the price around $1,000 a night. Deducted one star because the service could have been better for the price we paid for. However, we will definitely stay at the 1 hotel again for next visit in South Beach, Miami.

Service, Amenities and Decor are incredible. Jay the bellman was very helpful, Marie and Victoria at the front desk were very accommodating, Chris at the pool was very attentive and Reuben head of concierge went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Would highly recommend!

Awesome Spot if you can get into the Sand Box Bar during regular Hours (usually open only to guests) but sometimes you can ask the concierge downstairs and they will let you go up and eat. wonderful infinity pool. Bring swimming wear and enjoy the hot-tun after your meal.

The customer service is impeccable, each and every employee had a smile on their face and enjoyed their job - they literally went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Rooftop bar opens at 7pm on the weekend to the public not 6pm as referenced on maps. Definitely worth the wait great views and delicious cocktails. Great place to go before dinner. Be sure to watch out for the typical Miami ratchets that haunt the place searching for a sugar daddy

Very sleek modern if you will. Friendly staff and beautiful people. Easy beach access great valet with service of a loner for the right price. Expensive to stay but you get what you pay for. Quality and respect

The hotel is stunning. Food and drink are superb. However - It is very clear that the staff has not had any customer service training, and does not know what term even means. If staff and service personnel dislike their job in the hotel Industry, They should select another profession. We’ve stayed at the Ritz and St. Regis, and while the aesthetics of the 1 are unique and luxurious, every other 5 star hotel is beyond friendly and hospitable in comparison. With attitudes and sass like at the 1, room prices should be cut in half. I truly hope upper level management gets it together with a trickle down approach. What a disgrace to sandal 33.

We consider the hotel as the best hotel we have ever stayed in the USA. Rooms are superb and service is great. Be however aware that the buffet breakfast is very poor - considering the price ($51 with tax). It is very disappointing that a hotel of that level provides such a poor selection of a "buffet" and dares charge so much for it. The Setai provides much, much, much more for similar price. By the way at our stay in March 2017 the breakfast buffet we far better.

Friendly staff with exceptional service. Complimentary house car (Tesla) makes travel around the area quite convenient and comfortable. A bit expensive, but reasonable for the area. Very niche in it's incredibly "natural" concept, everything is designed to feel more "organic" with most walls either covered in plants or made of wood. Bathroom door is sliding and does create a considerable gap which makes using it a bit awkward. This concept is definitely not for everyone, and I can't say I'm a huge fan myself, but never the less, there are comfortable beds, pleasant views, and overall I had a good experience, primary for the fantastic interaction with the staff.

I wish I could give this place 6 stars. The service was impeccable. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. It is definitely worth your money to stay here at least once. The smell in the hotel itself will keep you there. Go see Joey at the rooftop bar for drinks!

A relaxing and beautiful stay. Amazing ocean views with great customer service all around. The pool service is great and they do attend to your every need, there is plenty to do in the local area and it is very centralized. Lincoln Road is approximately 7 minutes away via walking and the good part is you can Uber to any of the local clubs and places to eat. The rooms are very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. It's amazing to see the interior on how it is made out of everything that is recycled and organic. The theme and decoration is excellent for anyone who is into interior designing and hospitality. The roof bar and the pool is unique and extremely well worth the stay, the view will blow you away.

Think of the most beautiful luxurious hotel you've ever visited, it's better. Believe me. This hotel is amazing, the inside wood work, the design, the service. and it's apparently one of the most green hotels in the world. It is expensive but it's worth it. ONE ( 1) OF THE BEST HOTELS IN MIAMI. No Questions asked.... yes you will be paying a bit more.... but you get what you pay for. If you want good service, friendly staff good working elevators that smell nice. You come here.... they have nice partys at night on the roof top with amazing views. Then during the day go to the pool party with some of the most gorgeous girls. The food that they have by the bar ( which is owned by hotel 1 ) is amazing... good non stop alcohol ( that has to be paid for or charged on the room) walk another 20 steps down and you sitting on the beach.... now remember next door to you is the W hotel, so the women there are on FIRE! Also nice walgreens down the block. A lot of good places near the area that is within walking distance. Rooms are very up to date. Wireless NFC Charging in the rooms. Worth every penny

Beautiful environment. Do not like that the only way you can connect to front desk is using a cell phone to text in the room. Being a young black woman it definitely affected my service in the hotel. First when checking in automatically assuming there was “fraudulent activity”. When the lady checking me stepped away to talk to manager...her colleague reassured me that she was being unfair.
Being poolside and rooftop seeing servers walk right past me and not even offer water. Literally having to flag them down, when others next to me wouldn’t have to do the same. Wouldn’t stay again 👎

Remarkable food and service, one of those restaurants where you can see the captain making sure you are getting what you are paying for. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone for special occasions or for a dinner to close a business deal.

I normally don't do a lot of reviews, but this place was phenomenal. They messed up my booking a little bit, and so they gave me a huge ocean-view suite to make up for it. I wasn't even mad in the first place but they really went out of their way to make me happy. All of the staff were incredible and are some of the nicest people I've had the pleasure to meet during my many trips to South Beach over the years. Plus, the hotel is just beautiful. I wish I could have spent a few weeks there. I would highly recommend this place.

The best hotel I have ever been to in South Beach. The rooms are luxurious, well worth the price. Now it is a resort hotel so be prepared to pay for it, with you having to pay for the amenities. They have everything you could possibly want there, restaurants, pool, and bar. You are well attended to while you are there with towel service and excellent customer service. This is the go-to place in South Beach if you want to have a nice relaxing vacation with only a few blocks away from the party scene or from excellent eats.

Valet parking staff (with a troubled attitude) and reception not prepared to receive outside delivery. Neither understand what or know how to let a delivery from its own guests get into the hotel. They are so into the policies of the hotel that they even lecture you about all the safety and securty procedures of the hotel. There is no need for that. A 5 star hotel treat everyone nicely. And no demand is a problem is a way to find a good solution to make everyone's life easier and make the place's name grow with a welcoming culture. Sorry far from five stars. A fancy roof top and a well designed hotel means nothing when its staff are not humanized to the point of have empathy for other.

This hotel is perfect blend of nature meets modern. The smell when u walk in is crisp and clean, the cool natural color palette of the Interior design calms you, and the staff are responsive. I loveeeeee the rooftop pool deck. Also they are the only hotel with a full vegan restaurant on property. I definitely will continue to attend.

If you end up at the back of the hotel, be on a high level as road noise can be bad, lots of horn honking

I was invited to a cocktail hour with my company, Pure Romance. We met in the lobby bar area. The seats were comfortable, service from the bar was good (if a little slow), and overall we had a nice time. I would go back there again.

The 1 is the best hotel experience I've ever had. The staff was beyond professional and accommodating. The services offered and the facilities themselves are amazing. I am currently deciding if I want to spend the rest of my weekend there and abandoning the room I have with friends. If I so not revist this weekend, I will be here in the near future. Went to an outdoor event for Miami Music Week. The staff were friendly and energetic and they had great drinks. The mixed drinks were around $20 which is what I expected for an event like this. However they did run out of some ingredients. Overall great atmosphere and event venue. Between the stage, seating, volleyball, and beach view this was a highlight of my trip.

We were in South Beach for a family event and had access to 4 rooms in various areas of the hotel. Beautiful location with easy access to the beach, restaurants, boardwalk, etc. It's expensive for someone used to Midwestern prices- you're paying for location, pools and access to services. Fantastic fitness center. There are staff everywhere and they were very gracious and helpful. They have funky little round discs that serve as door sensor keys so it provides access to only those areas of the hotel in your package. One of our party was on a higher, more exclusive floor, so it created some logistical issues. Lighting in the rooms is dim, or perhaps housekeeping & maintenance needs to check light bulbs in the lamps they do have because there were lamps that weren't working. The hotel had a Tesla service available to take us up to 3 miles away which we utilized multiple times. Nice! We weren't aware there was a resort fee on top of the room fee and taxes when our booking quote said "total for this stay". We had made our reservation through the hotel website.

I went to stk south beach. The drinks where great, the food was just good. But it was all about the atmosphere and music. It's a great time all around. Can't wait to go back

LOVE this hotel and love the rooftop. Sadly now they are restricting it more to hotel guests only, for the first time ever last weekend I was charged $20 at the entrance because I was not a guest. Is it worth it? For me it is.

This place is beautiful, let's start there. I love the roof top bar and must make a point about coming here to have a few drinks and enjoy the view!! The pool is so great and everyone else is so helpful. Oh and you have to try the muffins ...blueberry and apple... Amazing!!

Our concierge Paula Abrantes was amazing! She recommended and booked great restaurants and organized and planned a day trip to Key West for us! It was fantastic, like having our own private guide. She really helped to make our stay in Miami fabulous!

We came here for drinks on the rooftop bar and downstairs lounge. My girlfriends and I had a great time enjoying the atmosphere and delicious cocktails. There was also a live band downstairs that was really fun to dance to. Would definitely return again.

I stayed during the first week of June and let me tell you, i couldn't have been more pleased with my stay and the services that were provided at 1 Hotel. Out of all the luxury hotels i have stayed at, this is above and beyond the best service i have experienced. The layout of the hotel from the rooftop bar(a must visit after 11pm) to the incredibly clean and private beach was everything i could have imagined. Not to mention the free upgrade when i checked in. For anyone looking to stay in the Collins ave area of south beach, this is definitely worth checking out. I am counting down the days until i go back in March! Thank You 1 Hotel!

My boyfriend and I loved 1 Hotel. We know for sure that this will be the place we will always stay at when we visit South Beach. The restaurants, pools, beach area, everything was top notch and you could tell they put a lot of time and effort in making the place look and feel awesome. Our room was also great and we loved the design and layout. The hotel employees were always so nice and accommodating! Definitely 5 stars!

Expensive hotel but worth every penny....they offer drop off service which was great...rooftop pool is adults only... Great for families and couples....would definitely recommend. ...if you fall in love they have a resident section.

This place is amazing. The service is definitely the best I have ever received and I remember their names to this day, Asia and Chris. I'm hoping to see them as we are returning this week for a little getaway. Love the roof top pool, the spacious rooms, the restaurant that delivers 24 hour dining that is spot on in execution right there in your room. The greenery and wood mixed with soft textures gives it a modern and peaceful feel to it.

Absolutely incredible experience. My wife and I travel often and on numerous occasions we said that it was the nicest hotel/resort that we have ever stayed in. The staff was incredible and treated us like we were the only guests in the hotel. Beautiful design, perfect beach, trendy rooftop pool w/ DJ, huge lower pool for families, bars galore, and even a few celebrity sightings. They could've had a bit more of a selection in dining but it's South Beach so there are tons of amazing restaurants within walking distance. Having stayed in some of South Beach's most exclusive hotels I would say that you are CRAZY if you stay anywhere else. Amazing job to 1 Hotels. I look forward to seeing this new brand spread worldwide.

Staff was a top score of 10. Front entry a 10. Totally misled by the web site on the room view. We had a suite ($1,000 a night) ocean front (room itself was an 10 minus only because the mini bar was never filled, would have been a 10 without that) that looked over the air conditioner units with their sound 24 hours a day. The view means the ocean is far, far away, but you can see it (residents have all the prime locations and views, hotel is by the street). Construction on the residential units starts at 7 a.m., noisy all day long. Pool area turned on loud music on Saturday at 8 a.m. Pool service (level 3) was poor due to the fact only 2 great servers were doing the serving while 7 staff people stood around looking. We rented a cabana 2 days and were promised no smoking in our area. The cabana next to us smoke on both days with different guests. When we asked they be told to stop, the staff said they would see, and nothing was done. Meals a 5, limited and poor selection, especially at breakfast. Pictures on the hallways to the rooms were hung at odd heights and spacing, plastic cover over the prints are buckling. Only 4 of the 6 elevators worked and the new technology they are trying is irritating if you want to get off at another room, rate the elevators a 4. Probably still one of the better ones in South Beach.

Very nice hotel, amazing in every aspect, location, service, decor, amenities,.. Job well done and at a very high standard. For sure we will come back again and again, we all had wonderful time. I personally didn't like the check in policy: in at 400 pm and out at 1100 am that's 19 hrs only.
