Amazing service. Alison was super friendly. Will come back. Highly recommended. Excellent location, walking distance to SkyTrain and Gastown and Canada Place. Rooms are spacious and fantastic.

We arrived late, and were greeted professionally but more over, we felt so welcomed by Amber ,who was friendly, helpful and genuine. Very diligent re Covid hygiene protocols, and got us checked in and parked. Super friendly, room and views were fab. Thanks so much for everything Amber!

I viewed this hotel as one of the best hotels of its price/ level/ target customers. The reception is truly professional compared to some other ones I stayed in US at the same level, such as other Marriott properties. Breakfast also much better than US hotels. Location very convenient, except when I stayed there the lobby seems to be renovating. (No noise was heard from my room though)

(Plus, I did get all my elite benefits as a Platinum member, in contrast to many other Marriott properties)

Great hotel! Rooms are recently renovated and spacious. I ended up with an accessibility room but it was no less equipped. There have a simple eats menu that can be delivered to you room or picked up from the lobby. Great alternative if you are on your way out in the morning and want a breakfast to go. Overall, great location and some great amenities nearby and in the hotel. Would recommend.

Very very very impressed with the staff at this hotel. Everyone from the truly awesome front desk staff, the house keeper, restaurant and lounge was fantastic. Even when there was only one elevator running for a short period one morning, the staff was manually running the elevator inside to skip floors when it was packed with people which saved a lot of time for everyone. It's an older building (hence the faulty elevator) but it's very well taken care of throughout and the rooms are newly renovated. The staff deserve ten stars. It's a great location across from the lookout (where you can see great views of the city) and we were able to walk anywhere in the city within 25 minutes. Breakfasts were great and so were the drinks in the lounge. Strongly recommend this place.

A great hotel in a great location just a block or two from the waterfront. Hotel bar is cozy with a good staff and pretty good drink selection. Staff are friendly and helpful. Concierge breakfast is served in the restaurant and is good.

We often pop in here for to meet friends at the lounge. They own a condo near by. It's a lovely modern hotel but the location is a bit edgy. The Staff are always friendly. I had a business colleague stay here when he was traveling from Las Vegas. He thought the room was nice and served his needs well.

Lovely location. Great rooms. We had a king bed and a pull out sofa - Queen size. Sleeps 4. Parking was 35 CAD. Right below the hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Mattress was great and helps you refresh over a night sleep. Easy check-in and check-out

Expensive parking! But you don’t need a car since you are right downtown. Excellent service. Our room was clean and modern. View of the bay and mountains. On the smaller side for a 1 bedroom suite, but the largest we have had for any other Vancouver hotel. We may not stay downtown again because of the $34 self park fee, but it will be on the short list for sure.

Really great service, the room was amazing and bathroom was super clean, the front desk was so helpful. We were only in town for 24 hours and they guides us to the best stops and coffee. Highly recommend. Easy access parking too
