Amazing location, clean rooms, friendly and prompt customer service, and high quality experience. Stay includes breakfast and happy hour at the bar. The fitness center is well maintained and well equipped.

I was in this hotel from June 8th to the 10th with my two kids. Prior to arrive I had requested fruit, strawberries covered with chocolate and water bottles for my kids. When we arrived, they sent us to our suite. When we entered the suite, there was people already there; obviously all I ordered was consumed by them. We got transferred to a different suite, we did not get any fruit, water bottles, or strawberries. I complained and they sent guacamole and cheese; I did not order that! I asked for the strawberries and they told me the kitchen was closed already, we had to wait for next day. They did not charge us for the guacamole and cheese I did not order, and they gave us strawberries cover in chocolate as complement. I understand they made a mistake and tried to make us happy after all, I applaud that! But the initial experience will not be forgotten for me.

We frequent Embassy Suites as it is our favorite hotel to stay in. This Embassy by far has the most beautiful rooms of any I have stayed in. The staff will bend over backwards to help you. Pool is a bit small but nice. Breakfast is made to order with many options and fresh fruit. Only downfall with this location is the $27 per day parking fee you have to pay to valet your car. But you do have all day in and out privileges. Beautiful hotel, would definitely stay here again.

We stay at embassy pretty much everywhere we go and I can say without a doubt this location is one of the best! Every single employee we encountered was extremely nice and helpful. Valet personnel, front desk, coffee bar, breakfast bar and everyone else working had the highest level of customer service I have ever encountered at an embassy property. Thank you guys so much for making our stay memorable and making such a great impression on us! We will for sure be staying here next time we are in town even if are 45 min to an hour away from where we are going! This property deserves 10 stars not 5! We will for sure be recommending this location to anyone we know headed this way! See yall again soon!

Embassy Suites in downtown Fort Worth is so awesome. We've stayed there 3 times so far and enjoyed each time. The staff are all very pleasant. The manager's reception is great. There's a great selection of beers and cocktails. Free drinks and homemade salsa and chips can't be beat. The free breakfast is the best ever. The cooked to order omelets are so good. You've got to get one. The hotel only has valet parking. There are numerous parking garages close by that are free on the weekends. I've thought about staying somewhere else but the hotel's location is so awesome. We enjoy this place so much that we will keep going back.

The location and price are perfect for downtown Ft. Worth! They don’t have self parking, so you’ll have to valet. The hotel has been recently renovated. The staff was accommodating. They have a tai restaurant on the first floor along with a Starbucks. They offer a manager’s social hour with cocktails and snacks. You also get free made to order breakfast too. The rooms come with there own seating areas and small kitchenette and desk area. All the rooms are bright with wonderful views. They have a nice balcony terrace overlooking parts of downtown. The service was great! The location is close to three nice steakhouses and other restaurants.

Nice clean place and the room are terrific. I was a guest of a guest. Well, okay, I was a trick. Still, very nice rooms. Staff, that time of night are pretty nonexisitant. I worked at the hotel next door, courtrooms by Marriott. You will enjoy Embassy Suites far more.

Hotel facilities are quite nice for the price. The breakfast options are far superior to any I have previously encountered at a hotel. From 5:30-7:30pm, they offer a happy hour with free drinks and finger foods. The location is wonderful; walking distance to major downtown attractions. Staff is friendly and helpful. I look to stay at any Embassy no matter where I travel.

I travel alot and stay in many hotels....with that being said this was one of the best experiences that I have had in many years. The staff here is absolutely amazing and the rooms were perfect. 5 stars all the way and if I could rate 10..I would!

Our stay great. We loved the happy hour! Nikki at the front desk was very informative and fun. The valet guys were prompt and also served as our group photographer. Our room was clean and the pull put couch is super comfy! I will always stay here!

I had an event in January! I loved the facility and most of the staff were professional. I experienced an issue with 1 staff member and it was handled very professionally! Even with the issue I still enjoyed this hotel and staff. Shout out to Paris and Eloy!

The staff was very nice, and so was the valet. The free breakfast was also very good. The room was clean but the bedroom tv did not work. There was construction going on in the hotel, and I understand things have to be worked on. But not at 6am on a Sunday.

Tood was phenomenal. Housekeeping was mediocre. There were the same hairs on the wall of our shower all three days we were there. They did not reliably replenish towels, glasses or other supplies. The staff was generally helpful, pleasant and caring. The regular beds were comfortable. The pull out couch was incredibly uncomfortable. Pillows and a blanket for the couch were in the room, but there were no pillowcases or sheets. When we called for them, they literally took hours to deliver them.

Very nice rooms, helpful staff... love the decorations around the rooms.. they have great shampoo and conditioner, as well as really soft towels... always clean.. great attention to the little things that travelers would need.. will definitely stay again!

Loved our stay during Christmas! The bar tender we had Mark was a true gem! He was so genuine and really put a smile on our whole family faces! We also had experienced an unfortunate experience that was out of our hands but the staff made sure that our family was well taken care of! Again Mark thank you so much!

My son and I stayed recently at the hotel for the weekend. Whereas our suite had all of the ambiance of a Moscow housing project circa 1959, the people at the hotel WERE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. I have seldom experienced such warmth and hospitality. I highly recommend staying there. I know that I will do do every time I am in Fort Worth. Great job everybody!

Embassy Suites is what a hotel should be. They pay attention to the little things and the big things. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Their breakfast might be the best in the hotel business, with fresh fruit, made to order omelets and pancakes, etc. The negatives: parking is pricey at $26, the pool and jacuzzi were closed for renovation, and the only milk was whole or 2%. Arrive early for the Manager's Reception at 5:30 with free drinks and snack food. Location is in the heart of downtown Ft Worth, near Bass Hall. ES is where I stay when I want a 5 star hotel.

This hotel is GREAT! It's a little older (until 12/2017), but the made to order breakfast, the complimentary happy hour with REAL adult drinks and sitting area outside of the sleeping area, make it my number one choice for hotel stays. I run a multi million dollar company and have visited some great cities and stayed at some of the best hotels. From now on, it's Embassy or teleconference!

Great walking distance to a lot of the fort Worth downtown area. No parking really available. The room was clean and cold. The salsa at the snack bar and breakfast was great. The bartender was friendly and made great drinks. Would stay here again.

Feel like the staff are really family. They take great care of us, and are very kind to our children. They consistently go above and beyond in their service to our daily. From the folks downstairs at the reception desk, to Mark and Danny at the bar, to Ebony and many others who take care of us throughout the day, they have been phenomenal.

I hosted my wedding at Embassy Fort Worth and had a great experience. The location is impossible to beat, the hotel is beautiful, and my guests and I very much enjoyed the breakfasts and complimentary nightly cocktail hour! The whole staff was really good to my guests and family, and went out of their way to be sure we were happy with everything. They are very attentive and it shows. :)

The rooms are spacious and offer separate living and sleeping areas. Comfortable beds and couches make for a restful experience. The breakfast and custom order omelets are worth the early rise. If you can't tell I definitely recommend this hotel. It's location is ideal for walking to everything downtown Ft. Worth has to offer.

We had a group of 17 people meet in this hotel. Our stay was for 5 nights. Everything was excellent. Sleeping rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was excellent. One server in the dining room was Ebony and she went above and beyond every day! We adored her. All the staff was friendly and very helpful.

The staff was nice but we had some issues with our reservation. We were supposed to have two separate rooms not a suite. There is also a good social hour at 530-730

This is easily the most professional staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They unloaded 28 very heavy packages for me and were incredably polite and courteous the entire time even though I caused them so much extra work. They also had rolls of quarters for the laundry room and gave me some free soap and dryer sheets. There is no reason this hotel should not be 5 stars.

Great hotel. Conveniently located in Sundance Square within walking distance of the AMC movie theater, Bass Hall and numerous restaurants on the square (having a Starbucks right in the lobby doesn't hurt either). The staff was pleasant and efficient, the rooms are very clean, there is a separate living room with kitchenette including a mini fridge and microwave. The beds, linens and pillows are very comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. Complimentary hot breakfast was included with the price of the room and they have cocktail hour every night. The kids loved the indoor pool and the gym was fully functional. The Hotel is beautifully decorated and perfect for business lodging, a quick getaway and in my case, women who do not travel much and want a clean, safe place to stay with their children without worry. We have stayed here few times in the past 4 years and would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to stay in Fort Worth. Keep up the great work!

We enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites in downtown Fort Worth this weekend. It is in the perfect location to enjoy all that the is to do downtown. The staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The happy hour and breakfast offered at the hotel are great!

The location was great. It was in close proximity to all the Sundance Square restaurants and entertainment. We parked our car the first night and walk the whole weekend. The room was very satisfactory. The bed was very comfortable and I found the room inviting. Every staff member from the front desk to the valets was pleasant and kind.

We had a family reunion at this hotel and we were all very pleased. Rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. The staff was nice and the bar was very nice. They did a great job with the food and drinks in the hospitality area as well. I'd go back.

Great service and room was well kept. Our concierge Michelle was quick to anticipate our needs and very professional. The Manager's Reception was a great selling point (if not THE selling point) for us booking our stay.

Valet Parking, warm greeting from the staff. Room was clean, bed comfortable. The evening reception was nice..mixed drinks, wine, beer, appetizers. I came with my teen daughter..the bartender jazzed up her cola with some cherry flavor and a cherry..nice touch! Free breakfast is nice..cooked to order pancakes, sausage, bacon, omelettes. You can also find hot oatmeal, grits, and other choices..very nice indeed..staff were all warm, welcoming.

Great location, solid rooms, only went to visit my parents, continental breakfast was great with made to order omelets and pancakes (I think?). Overall service was great very nice doorman/valet.

Spent an evening there for our first anniversary. The staff was very friendly and even left us a treat in our room for our special day. The room was great. Nothing to complain about here.

We stay here for the weekend every couple of months. The location is great - within walking distance of several good restaurants, clubs, shopping, comedy and theater venues, and Bass Hall. We LOVE the staff. They always go out of their way to take care of us. (Shout out to Stephen.) All suites with comfy beds, free happy hour, and free made-to-order breakfast. GREAT Thai food restaurant in the lobby.
They need USB ports in the rooms.

Suites are big. Linens are fresh and clean. Service was great and attentive. Happy hour everyday from 5PM to 7PM with snacks and free beer, wine, and cocktails. Best breakfast I've had at a hotel; omelette and pancakes are made to order at the kitchen counter. Location is right on the middle of downtown Fort Worth. Great if you're visiting Dallas/Fort Worth on a business trip.

We were greeted nicely by the valet. Someone took our bags and helped us to our room. The room was clean and nice. Each time we needed to leave somewhere, we simply called and the valet service pulled our car up in a timely manner. I believe valet service is $22 / night. There was a decent sized pool and hot tub on our floor (8) and the breakfast each morning on floor 7 was nice, with made to order omelettes, as well as the usual choices. There is a nice bar and restaurant on the first floor next to the lobby. We didn't get to attend but it looked very nice.

The Embassy Suites Fort Worth Downtown was amazing. Great rooms and great employees. The hotel is in walking distance to many bars and the Cheesecake Factory. Will definitely go again!

The location was in a beautiful area. There were lots amenities in walking diatance. There were historical Landmarks that were enjoyable to go visit. The staff at the location were AMAZING.. And the food was delicious..

We stayed here during the wedding weekend. We lost the groom's ring and called the hotel thinking it may have ended up in the trash! Thankfully the ring was found. The employees went above and way beyond in helping us search for it. What a great staff!
