Very nice place to stay. Had complementary breakfast which was really convenient. Double queen room also had a pull out couch so my friends and I all had our own bed. Had a mini fridge and front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to friends and family wanting to stay in Nashville.

We are staying here after our wedding before we leave for our honeymoon. We got upgraded to pent house. Had drinks at the bar... Not very strong but turned on the soccer game for us. Overall, great place. Front desk lady was phenomenal though!!!! Great place to stay and free shuttle to the airport.

There was free breakfast and even free happy hour every night from 5:30 to 7:30pm.

This was a nice hotel, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the free breakfast selection was large along with double made to order omelette stands. Parking was a bit rough as all the obvious entrances were near the front with the back and side lots barely touched. But otherwise very nice

This hotel is almost bizarrely nice for the price. Absolutely gorgeous atrium style lobby that is a joy to relax in and enjoy the nightly free happy hour. Rooms are spacious, modern, immaculately clean. Hospitality was excellent and I felt very comfortable here compared to other more expensive hotels that have fewer amenities and poor service. Highly recommended, likely the best at it's price.

Location was fine, room was large, clean, and comfortable. Would have liked a few more towels but we were ok. Really liked the room overall. Foyer was beautiful, kids loved the elevator. Staff friendly. Breakfast was the best! Huge variety and custom omelets. Door lock took forever to work and our bathroom light had a short of some sort...finally had to sleep with the door closed because couldn't get the light and heater off at the same time. All in all would definitely stay here again.

This place is amazing! We absolutely love the managers reception each evening with free snacks and drinks. The breakfast is always delicious. They even have an omelette station! The rooms are very spacious and clean. It’s also nice to have the indoor pool! We stay there about once a year and always look forward to it. I would highly recommend Embassy suites to anyone.

Met colleagues here in the lobby to go over some information prior to an event so I have no information on rooms or restaurant. Lobby was very nice and comfortable. Very large area with tables and chairs for dining as well as comfortable seating (chairs and couches) close to entrance. Very large and open spaces. There were a number of people smoking near the entrance although they were the minimum of 50ft away, the smoke was very noticeable several feet before the doors opened to exit lobby. But this is minor. Overall, very nice looking establishment.

Rooms were down and in order. For was good. Breakfast was great. Only issue was the keys had problems working. They did what they could a few times. I would highly recommend.

The rooms are nice, the bathroom is a bit small. Location is great for what we needed. The staff is very nice and the evening free drink is nice to have at the end of a busy day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family for any event in the Nashville area.

It's your standard suite with a living room and a bedroom. Beds are comfortable and the room has everything you'd expect. Breakfast is included and quite good. They have an omelette bar, and other hot breakfast items. Parking is sufficient and elevators seem to run okay.

Excellent hotel. Was only in town for one night but they were awesome. I loved the free cocktails from 5:30 to 7:30 and the free snack bar was also great. The room was extremely clean and the lobby was quite beautiful. I highly recommend for either a one night stay or a week long...doesn't matter, you'll love it!

The customer service was good. However we did have an issue with the hit water in our bathroom that maintenance never fixed so we had to figure out what to do ourselves. But over all the hotel was clean, pleasant & comfortable. It was also conveniently located.

Great size room, excellent atrium and staff were excellent. Only downside are the washroom aren't quite as big as other Embassy Suites we have been to. Free drinks and snacks 5:30-7:30 are such amazing way to settle down after a long drive in.

I really hate doing this, but this is unacceptable business. I was charge for my room with a hold, told the hold would be removed once the room was billed, and then doubled billed for my room! When I called, you acted like I'm strange for thinking this is how it works. So, you can get the money for my room over one business day, but it takes upwards of 4 for you to give the money back? I never would have agreed to pay the full room cost and security deposit if I'd know you would be billing for it twice. Extremely annoying.

UPDATE: I'm moving this to 3 stars because the charge came off my bank that night. Well good. At least my bank account was only empty for 1 day. Neat.

Not as good as other Embassy Suites. We were in room 633 for 7 nights. Tub drain did not have a stopper so unable to take a bath other than shower. Drain was very old. No hot water unless let run for 10 minutes but yet hotel policy sheets not changed except every 3 days to conserve water. Floor not vacuumed except every 4 days or so. Never dusted. Cleaning product for tub left it slippery when showered. Cleaning product on bathroom floor left a sticky residue when we walked on it with our shoes. Breakfast area too small to accommodate a full house. We went out to eat 3 mornings because too crowded, long lines, not enough seating. Staff very slow to refill items when ran out, at breakfast and at evening hospitality. Was okay when had fewer guests. Front desk staff nice and helpful--printed our boarding passes for us when guest computers were down.

This hotel was very nice inside. We had 5 people in our room and there was more than enough space. The beds were comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was not bad.

The rooms seem a bit smaller than the normal Embassy Suites, but they are very recently renovated (as in days/weeks old) and are nice enough and well-appointed. The breakfast service is passable. Overall the hotel is as good as you'd expect for a hotel near an international airport.

I have been to a few Embassy Suites over the years. They have all been great but this visit to this particular one has a lot of rennovation going on, and they did not let us know before we checked in. The bathrooms are very small. Breakfast bar is great, and amenities are wonderful. Location is lacking, cause it is too far away from City center. They do have a bus to transport you to the downtown area for $10 per person.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The atmosphere of the establishment felt cozy yet elegant. The drinks and options were plentiful. I had a very delicious soft pretzel with dip that was incredibly good. Would definitely visit again.

I had a great time here during my stay in 2013! The interior is great, the hotel itself is close to the interstate, the breakfast is FANTASTIC, and the rates are solid. Not to mention you get a great view of the airport and takeoffs/landings/taxiing. The room also had a couch which turned into a bed for a good nights rest. I recommend this to any Music City tourist.

Friendly staff, breakfast was great, rooms were a good sized and clean. Beds need too be replaced and the indoor pool was freezing! Staff said the gym and pool are on same temp so they couldn't turn up the heat. This is one of the main reasons we choose this hotel so that was disappointing. The temp ranged from the teens to the low 30s during our stay so turning up the heat was a reasonable request.

Great location extremely close to the airport. Awesome omelette bar and breakfast in the morning, and 5pm to 7pm happy hour after. There is a bit of a line to get a beer, so consider that when making plans. About 20 to 25 min from downtown Nashville.

We were placed in an upgraded suite. The room was extremely clean and quiet. Breakfast in the morning was excellent! I would highly recommend this location.

This is a very comfortable, high-end Hotel with a lot of extra amenities. The rooms are spacious with living areas and multiple elevators make moving between floors quick and convenient. Breakfast is included and has more food options than can be imagines. Staff is very courteous and work to provide the very best experience.

Its been such a pleasant stay here. All of the employees have been very nice, we had to ask for a late check out, just didn't want to leave. The Ten bar and grille inside the hotel is delicious and the staff puts on a free snack and drink reception every night and a free breakfast in the morning. Overall a great place for a good price

My review is of this location as an event venue. We hosted a marketing workshop with Google. The facilities were wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful. The venue was set up very well for our style of presentation. And, there was ample free parking. We will absolutely consider this venue for future events in the Nashville area.

I like the lobby and the feel of the hotel. The front desk are very responsive if you have trouble, and are willing to change your room if the issue is bad enough. They don't get five stars mostly because of the other guests that stay there. People will take food up to their rooms, then leave the plates outside their doors in the hallway, expecting staff to treat them like royal children and clean up all their messes. It would be nice to see one of the housekeeping do an hourly sweep of all the hallways to check for glassware and plates. I know that's a lot of walking (with eight floors of rooms and a large common space) but that's really been the one thing I've noticed that needs improvement.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Great bar and restaurant in hotel. Free parking. Awesome unlimited complimentary happy hour...for 2 hours! Very nice, clean rooms. I love everything about this hotel. The only thing I'm missing is a balcony, but everything else makes it worth it. This will definitely be our go-to spot when coming back to Nashville.

The rooms were decent but definitely need some renovation. Free breakfast was great and staff was friendly. With a little bit of an upgrade, I'd give this embassy a 5 but as it stands compared to others, I can't quite do that.

Great hotel! Room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Close to downtown. The breakfast had a ton of options including freshly made omelets! The kids really enjoyed the pool and the front desk staff were always very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay again when we visit Nashville.

I was greeted with a nice smile and I had a smooth transition from the hot sun to my cool room. Amanda is good for the company with her attitude and knowledge of the check in operation with complications. My reservation was not very easy because I double booked, but knowing your job and patience with guests really goes a long way.. thumbs up to Amanda

This is a great hotel. The free Happy Hour and free breakfast are a bonus. The restuarant is really good. I recommend the wings. It is also very close to the airport.

Superb when it comes to the best bang for your buck and friendly staff. The hotel offers made to order with buffet style breakfast and a complimentary evening reception. Which all balls down to free happy hour everyday from 5:30 to 7:30. It's excellent if your with a group or family or even to meet your fellow hotel residents. There is an indoor pool that maxes at 4 ft but I will say it's a solid 3'6" and they offer adult swim hours of 10PM until 12AM. This one blew my mind away the elevators are actually fast as in they give you a nice scenic view of the atrium lobby which will give you a lay of the land while you navigate to the happy hour. There is also an on site restaurant and bar which is nice they cover your steak to salad to past selection and carry a great selection of adult beverages.
The not so downside: the lobby is modern and updated the bathrooms are updated but the room are a few year behind in the style department. There are flat screens and a k cup maker but the couch, carpet and furniture are due for a little upgrade. They are still very comfortable and clean.
It's a 10 min drive into downtown Nashville and 3 minutes to the airport. The hotel also offers a free shuttle that will take you anywhere within a 3 mile radius or to the airport.

Great atrium space, breakfast, managers snacks 5:30-7:30, indoor pool. Very convenient to airport with shuttle. Rooms are being renovated so 2 double beds are turning into 2 queen beds.

Good breakfast complimentary with room. Has a drink social each evening also. Beautiful atrium and public space. Public spaces are nice.

The room however definitely needs attention. The furnishings are fine; it's the details on housekeeping that are overlooked and very disappointing when you are paying $180/night to stay here. I have stayed in much less expensive places that have better attention to housekeeping.

I spoke to the front desk manager about this and I got the perfunctory "thank you for letting me know". He didn't even write down the room number. For this reason I would NOT stay here again.

This property was great! The size of the room was good and the amenities were awesome. I had a conference at the Sheraton, so glad I found out the Embassy was across the street, I changed my reservation. We were there almost a week. The staff was helpful and the shuttle vans were very useful. The property was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was much more than we expected. Thanks Houston for the recommendation! I recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Off the beaten path some, but that is a good thing. Quite local, especially considering it is near the hotel. Extremely easy check in. The front desk was helpful and described the free drinks and morning breakfast. Room was clean and had 2 tvs. Mini fridge was nice along with a microwave. Indoor pool was a hit with the family and breakfast was good. Would recommend to people.

Our stay here was great. Room was clean and spacious. The kids loved the indoor pool and the omelet bar was amazing.

Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, and the breakfast is exceptional. Ask to stay on the highest floor at check-in. If available they'll upgrade you to a premium suite.

I visited the Embassy to attend a staff meeting for my organization. The staff were helpful, attentive, and curtious. The meeting room was easy to find and we were kindly supplied ice and water with nice glassware. I would highly recommend this establishment for any businesses looking for conference space.

Check in was flawless.
Shuttle driver let me follow him in my rental to the airport and waited for me to drop it off, then took me back to the hotel.

Hotel was immaculate and staff very friendly.
Note - it's not super close to any dining so you'll have to plan ahead, order room service or get delivery.

The room was great. Service was outstanding. The pool was a huge hit with the kids! The breakfast and evening drinks and snacks were a perfect touch. The people were so friendly and helpful. A+

A very pleasant stay at an Embassy Suites hotel. Great service, great accommodations and a fantastic breakfast. Good location with easy access to Opryland Mills and downtown Nashville. Will definitely plan to stay here again. A great weekend trip with my son.

This is a beautiful hotel. Was there this past weekend with my church. Maintenance needs to be upgraded. My room was freezing the first night and maintenance came to check it out. Some progress was made but the heat was still not working that we'll the second night. I ended up with a very bad cold and missed 3 days from work. The staff was very friendly and the food was wonderful. Hopefully on my next stay with Embassy Suites it will be better.

I love Embassy Suites -generally consistent. Nice indoor pool for the daughter. Hotel and rooms were updated and well-kept. Very friendly staff. We enjoyed the big breakfast before starting our day.

Not bad. Redoing the lobby. Was no hot water this morning. Not sure if it was because the weather was in the teens but still should have hot water.

I always enjoy staying at Embassy Suites, as much for the amazing breakfast as for the bedrooms. The only thing keeping this location from being five stars is that the configuration of the living room does not allow use of the sofa-bed for sleeping. I had to do some major furniture shuffling in order for our adult daughter to have a place to sleep. When a hotel knows they have three adults checking into a room, they need to make sure all the bedding options are usable. In this case, less furniture crammed into one small living room would have been much better.

Beautiful hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Quiet at night, bed was very comfy with plenty of pillows. I'm the morning there is free breakfast with both hot and cold food, as well as a chef to make your omelet cooked to order. Parking is free. No complaints from us. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The Hotel was extremely clean and the people working at the desk did everything we asked. They were nice enough to place us on a quite floor. The housekeeping was nice, they did a great job. In the morning they served breakfast, everything was fresh and there were lots of options, we could even make our own omlet.

The hotel is quite nice, however overpriced. The good part to this is that you can usually find deals on travel websites for their rooms. Breakfast (a very good one, at that) is included as well as alcohol (at certain times). There are meals at all other times, except late night, that are extra.

The staff are excellent. Seriously, I cannot sing enough praises for them. They are easy to find and go more than above and beyond in helping with any situation that may arise. That alone, to me, earned them all five stars.

The rooms are comfortable, but as I said before, overpriced. We kept a family of five in a suite without any issue as to where anyone would sleep. The beds weren't anything special, but also weren't anything to complain about either. (Pro Tip: don't call asking why the hot water doesn't work in the shower. It does, it just takes a small eternity to be piped in.)

It is close to downtown Nashville. The staff is always friendly and ready to answer any questions. The rooms are nice and very clean. The pool is nice and not to cold. The front desk has menus of local places that deliver to the hotel.

My husband Marc and I have spent at least six (2 night stays) at this Embassy Suites. We will be back in November this year. If you have never stayed there please try it. We love this motel, and we keep coming back. We have always enjoyed the evenings live music (which was discontinued for awhile). I understand they are considering providing that again. The suites are "the best". The breakfast buffet with made to order omelets cannot be beat. The staff are friendly and we certainly have only good things to say about Embassy Suites Nashville Airport. I traveled to Nashville to attend a football game and visit with my son who is in college. On the Expedia website it stated that check-in was at 3 pm but once we got there a sign indicated that check in takes place at 4 pm. After driving a few hours I had looked forward to resting and freshening up before heading to the game. I was told that they were "slammed" and there were family reunions there , people were doing late check out and the like.... So not my problem!!!! This situation is typical demand for lodging on Holiday weekends. Not a surprise right??? That is what industry specific computer programs and software are for!! To help you determine demand to assure resources are available to provide optimal customer service!! I was very miffed. One hour may not seem like a lot, but I feel that management was taking advantage and holding us hostage because at that point, it was too late to seek other hotels. I do not like anything that resembles a "bait and switch" tactic. Conversely, I called Monday morning to ask about late check out and was told that there was no more options for late check out. So again, you can push back my check in to 4 pm to accommodate previous guests but not me????
