The staff there are genuinely nice! It is just the hotel was not very well maintained. You could see where they have painted over the mold in the bathrooms. Then rather than giving us flat sheets; they gave us mattress protective covers. The 8 days we were there our room was never cleaned. As a matter of fact, I had to find an attendant to get a vacuum myself and trade dirty towels & rags for fresh ones. And the food they give was disgusting! The powered eggs were runny and coffee was never hot to say the least. Anyhow, upon departure I was asked and I told them so they wrote it down to be discussed later. In all, I will not be doing a Hilton again. This was 2nd bad experience staying at a Hilton and for the amount of money we paid I shouldn't have to deal with all this. Lastly, we were overcharged and at checkout was told it would fall off but hadn't.

We stayed in a king suite with a kitchen. Very clean, very big, very nice! Big free breakfast in the morning.

Very comfortable rooms. Large space and decent kitchen area. Liked the way that bedroom was separated from living room area. Front desk staff and managers were very helpful. Had reserved block of rooms for our daughter's wedding. We were able to utilize their outdoor grill and patio, plus reserve the meeting room for a pre-wedding cookout.

Wonderful clean Hotel. For one or two nights we stayed and everything was wonderful room service was right there for you. Very friendly people also everywhere!

Excellent location for Salem and the northern end of the Boston area. Close to several good restaurants and attractions. Clean rooms, friendly and knowledgeable staff, good breakfast. Typical Homewood Suites experience. Have stayed here many times and will return.

We came here just for a rainy weekend to sit by the pool and relax. Our first night was horrible there was a power outage and the worker was clueless and a noise from the mechanical room which is right next-door so we were awake all night. At least they moved us the next morning On day two we were sitting by the pool which was very nice and about 25 people came in to the pool.,adults and children. they must’ve all been together and started splashing around with loud noise rude language and put a Radio up so loud with Spanish music that I felt like I was out at a club in Puerto Rico. Would never recommend this place.

Nice accommodations at a reasonable price. Rooms nice and clean, front desk helpful and beds comfortable. There is a daily breakfast which had a good variety to choose from and several items changed up daily. Late afternoon early evening they offer light dinner items that also change daily.

Don't go in the pool. There are way 2 many chemicals and just by smelling it your eyes will burn. But thank God there is a water fountain to cool of your face

My days at the homewood suite hotel were Amazing! Rooms were neet, bathroom was luxurious, everything was perfect! The staff there were the best part of it all. They were super helpful, especially Kenea. She was really a sweetheart and did her job with love and Effort! I really recommend this hotel for anyone in search.(their breakfast is really delicious too.)

The King suite was spacious and had everything I needed for a long term stay.

I was only there overnight, but I wished that could be my home-base hotel. Three rooms, doors, blackout curtains that actually allow overlap, quiet fridge.

For a frequent traveler, this was a good set up. and I'd definitely recommend.

Only downside is it's difficult to get into the property and Google maps isn't as helpful as I hoped. Plan ahead and you should be fine.

Great value. Rooms are inexpensive. For the inexpensive rate you get clean rooms with full kitchens. Breakfast choices are great considering breakfast is included. There are even free snacks at the dinner hour. The staff is friendly and efficient

Newly renovated and fiarlu updated room. We we're staying a few nights for the Halloween fretivitied around the area, so this room was just used at night. Due to some friends dropping out, we we're left with a room that had double beds, a small kitchenette, and a small living room with additional tv. More space then what was needed but again, wasn't bad at all. Room s were always cleaned on our arrival and breakfast the one morning was sufficient and more then adequate. I will note the pool was out of service and we we're advised to go across the way to a neighboring hotel.

Homewood Suites are usually pretty good. This one is clean with friendly and helpful staff but is ready for new makeup. There were lots of nicks and dings, some bare and others touched up with poorly matched paint. My assumption is they are getting there, because the pool was undergoing maintenance and appeared to be almost ready to reopen.

Great location close to Salem if you want to stay somewhere outside of town. Renovations are nice the hotel and rooms loo k great. The free breakfast is amazing the options are great I loved making my own waffles it was fun.

Amazing Rooms. Only thing I wish they had was a shuttle and bigger televisions. Other than that I would highly recommend.

We had our wedding party stay at the hotel the night before and the day after I cannot say enough good things about the staff they went above and beyond treating us like family the food was hot with great choices the rooms were very large and very clean the staff was exceptional

Great location. Very easy to get to Salem area where we needed to go multiple times. Right on Rte 1 where there's everything is. Large rooms, clean.

The rooms are surprisingly spacious and have enough amenities to make it feel like home for a few days. Service was prompt and friendly. Food options could be a tad better, but certainly more than fine for what it was.

Large suites; bedroom; bathroom; living room; kitchen w/fridge, stove, microwave, sink, dishwasher, table. A bit loud at night from the mechanical room in some parts of the hotel, unluckily the rooms that we reserved/stayed in. Nice employee's, breakfast was the average so-so most "hot" food is luke warm at best. Overall an average place to stay, many better options in the region but good for the specific area.

About 30 minutes from DT Boston. Hotel's in a little tricky of a location if you're coming from the north, but once you figure it out, it's easier. Rooms are quite spacious and on the newer side, which would explain the abundance of USB charging ports. Continental breakfast is serviceable.

Great hotel but location makes it difficult to get in/out of because of heavy traffic. Unless you know the area it can be a challenge to get to local restaurants easily.

Location is excellent, close to Boston. Extremely comfortable and roomy. Lovely hot breakfast every morning. I highly recommend staying here!

The location was convenient, the price was excellent, and the suite was nicely laid out. A bit more attention to detail would be nice: the bathroom door lock was broken, the sofa bed was a bit saggy, and the carpet was beginning to look used. But the suite was very clean, the breakfast was great (scrambled eggs with veggies: delicious!), and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice room. We were able to fit the whole family comfortably. Excellent breakfast.

Convenient location and easy to go to. I've stayed here several times over the last few years. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are always fresh and clean. Standard Homewood Suites evening fare, and an above average breakfast.

It was a $60 dollar a night room, it wasn't to fancy. The rooms design wasn't appealing and a lot of loud guests at that hotel. The pool area was nice, overall I had an okay experience there.

The staff is very friendly and willing to help you! They were so kind, it was an excellent experience. The rooms are huge and well stocked with kitchen-ware. 12 pm check-out time and I was able to extend it to 1:30 pm for no extra cost. Very clean and new!

My experience at Homewood suites was awesome. I stayed overnight with my wife and 3 children. We stayed at the top floor in the corner. Our room was very spacious and clean. We were offered complimentary breakfast in the morning. The young woman at the front desk was very nice. She was interacting with my 2yo son and was smiling. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who ask. Thank you Hilton!

Customer service was excellent. Arrived early and the lady at the front counter worked her magic and let us check in early since we were super tired from the flight. Room is nice and comfy. Has everything you need to cook your own food. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Room itself was okay but very noisey bring directly across from the swimming pool. I asked the front desk about moving rooms as they were not sold out and I was willing to pay to upgrade but they couldn't figure out how to do it and didn't provide any further assistance.

Construction machines outside bedroom window were also very loud in the mornings.

The hotel is always clean, and comfortable. It's ideal for families. The staff is kind and courteous. My family loves Homewood Suites.

The room was large. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free dinner was delicious, and breakfast wasn't bad either. The couch was a bit of an issue, but the lady at the front desk said they knew it was broken, and all of the couches are on back order. This makes sense, as back order happens a lot in this Industry. I will say she offered to get us a rollaway bed if we needed it for sleeping space. I also noticed the coating in the shower was coming down from the ceiling. The maintenance guy came promptly and looked at the issue. He explained that the shower above had leaked, and that the coating was peeling off of the concrete ceiling. He said he'd fix it the next day, and did. This stay has been the best experience I have had in a hotel in a long time.

I absolutely loooooooved my stay at the Homewood Suites. There were so many great things about this hotel. They served breakfast AND dinner, everyone was so kind and accommodating, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the beds were super comfy. What more could I have possibly asked for.

Questionable integrity of the housekeeping staff. I frequent this hotel on business, but I think this previous stay will be my last. I left my video game controller in the room and didn't realize it till my flight arrived at home in atlanta. I called the hotel and they assured me they would call me back to let me know if they had found it. Two days passed, with no call from them. I called back and have been told numerous times that the item is not there. Not the front desks fault, but someone in housekeeping clearly has a low level of integrity. I know exactly where the controller was when I left. It fell off of the bed under the desk. I made a mental note, 'pick that up before you leave'..... But forgot.

first of all i hate hotels! we went to another hotel in the area, coming in for a wedding, and it was horrible. our family was staying at the hilton, so we came over for breakfast. i was floored. it was beautiful. the hotel team was amazing, everyone smiling, as if they were family. and it was genuine. the people who work here love being here. the hotel is in mint condition. the rooms are like little apartments but better! clean, bright rooms. comfortable beds, even the pool was amazing. they paid such attention to us, the quality of the landscape, and service. i am amazed.
