Well, the hotel was bought by the Maryland Live Casino back in September 2016. I made reservations with Homewood Suites in August 2016 and didnt know that the hotel changed names and management until October 2016 when my stay was scheduled for. The hotel itself is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and informative. I reserved two, two bedroom suites for two nights and they were amazing. We were only 12 minutes from Baltimore, MD. Walmart and many shopping centers less than 10 minutes away. Dennys is across the street. We had a wonderful stay.

Easily one of my favorite Homewood. Great location near BWI and Arundel Mills. Close to Fort Meade. Great hot hors d'oeuvres each night. Good breakfast.

Very nice stay. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.

The cozy suite made our overnight stay wonderful. It's so humanizing to be able to cook a meal in your room. The bed was super comfortable and the staff was exceptionally kind and courteous. We brought along our dog, which was an absolute delight! Check-in and check-out were simple processes as well as its we were given access to the Garden Inn's pool and gym area. The hotel is situated a very short way from the local mall and casino. They even provide a complementary mall-to-hotel shuttle. Our stay, though brief, was memorable and really great. Would highly recommend this hotel. The value exceeded the cost of the stay by far.

The hotel was nice and clean with spatious suites. The carpeting and upholstery felt and looked pretty worn out, though. I wasn't really excited about walking barefoot on the floor. The goofy set-up with 2 hotels combined in one was confusing and annoying for both me and people meeting me there.

The front desk receptionist was amazing, though. Very friendly and helpful.

The staff and leadership is awesome! They saved our vacation by going out of their way to get us on the right train, and were awesome while we were here. Good food too.

The Hilton Homewood suites are always my first choice when traveling. The rooms are always updated and spacious. The staff is welcoming. Breakfast is always good. Dinner can be a bit of a hit or miss, but I can't really complain about a hotel that provides a free dinner.

We had a pleasant one night stay! The location was close to the airport and rental car shuttle and easy to find. They provided bottles of water in the room for our arrival. The business center was adequate and I was able to print directly from my laptop to the hotel's printer and simply enter a code to get my documents. They also appeared to have a happy hour for residents. I would stay here again for business travel.

Rooms were clean and had everything we needed for our weekend away. Staff was very friendly and accomidaiting, the night time staff were very friendly and had a great sense of humor. It was nice to see a staff that had personality!!! Food from the restaurant was great, both breakfast and dinner. Would def stay again!!!

Room was nice. There was a lot of construction going on but I couldn't really hear anything. Overall it was a nice stay.

Friendly and helpful staff, great room, although the elevators confuse me. Why does it go from 2 to 7? What's on floors 3 thru 6?

It's okay. A pipe broke, setting off fire alarm - we're finding another hotel for last night of stay, ours is overbooked now that 1/3 of rooms are flooded. Decor: It's aging. Neutrals, golds. There are many shared features with Garden Inn - e.g., the pool, which does not open until 4, closing at 9. The advertised 'happier hour' from 6 to 8 ends at 7. Furniture worn, damaged. Apears clean. Space, excellent. It's close to Ft. Meade. Staff is helpful. Windows actually open to let in fresh air - big plus. Kitchette helpful, I have 4 children along with.

All in all, it's okay. The cost skyrocketed by $70 from one night to the next - weekdays are more expensive. Not sure of value for $$. Not sure we'll return.

The front desk was very friendly. I got hellos and goodbyes every time I walked by. The breakfast was good and they even have dinner served Mon-Thu. Good clean pool with a lifeguard. The only complaint there is that they open at 4:00 pm. My biggest complaint is that housekeeping seemed extremely disorganized. There were a few days where no one came. One day they took all of my towels and didn't replace them. I had a coffee maker but had to ask for coffee. To be fair there were a couple of days where I came back and the room was acceptable. I'm not sure if they're shorthanded or simply lacking a check sheet for rooms and tasks. I'm a very polite man and I never lost my temper the whole time I was here. I have no idea why I was receiving such bad service.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very nice bedding very comfortable, hotel staff was very nice and helpful couple of complaints that I have is the pool closes way too early and it has very limited hours from 4 to 9 on the weekdays if you're on vacation you want the pool to be open all day long. We were hoping to eat dinner there but the menu was not that appealing. one other thing is when I found this hotel it said tub and shower combination when I got there was only a stand up shower which my younger kids do not like getting showers and was looking forward to the big bathtub that we seen in the pictures however when we got there it was just a stand up shower which was fine but we were really hoping for the tub that was advertised other than that I highly recommend it and we would definitely return again

Wonderful hotel. It is a very nice hotel! The room was really clean, spacious and staff was friendly. We stayed there for 3 nights. Didn't have any problem at all. I will definitely stay there again for my next visit.

There is a nice indoor swimming pool there also. However, it is only open when there is a life guard on duty which makes it kind of inconvenient to use.
