A very nice hotel. If I have to come back to this area, this is where I'll be staying. The staff were very accommodating, even when my wife and her friend got lost coming back from the concert. (Uber delivered them to the wrong hotel. I had to go get their drunk asses.). The only negative is the lack of on-site parking. I almost had to park across the street, at another hotel, when I got back from my little midnight excursion.
Overall, I highly recommend Homewood Suites if you have business in the Stafford/Southwest Houston area.

Beautiful place for holiday or any kind of getaway. Sparkling right from the lobby. Warm reception means you're made to feel at home as soon as you step in. If you need help the staff attended to us promptly and effectively and efficiently as well. I like to go back asap 😍

Rooms are on need of updating. The staff is polite but your Honors status will not be acknowledge so you'll need to ask for amenities. Gym is not well equipped.

This is a very nice and comfortable hotel. The rooms have a nice kitchen, dining area and living room and are well decorated. There's good options for food nearby and a convenient Walmart also near in case you choose to take advantage of the kitchen area and bring in your food.

Room is large and very comfortable. The towels are soft, like new ones.

I stay here frequently and have never been unsatisfied with service or quality. Everyone who works here has been great.

Nice rooms. I love that it has a small kitchen including a refrigerator, stovetop microwave, kitchen sink and dishwasher. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Breakfast is typical. It isn’t great but it beats going out to find breakfast. Dinner is normally lite but I really appreciate that they have dinner and snacks in the evening. Dinner does include some beer and wines.

The staff are all friendly and helpful. This is where I like to stay when I am in Stafford.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. Our room had a cook top with 2 burners and a full size fridge and King size bed that was the most comfortable bed I've slept in. When looking for things to do around the hotel we didn't have to look to far because the hotel is located near many restaurants and shopping centers. If we did need any assistance at this hotel , we were always greeted with a smile and friendly service. We will definitely be staying with them again.

Very good place to stay. Stayef here as a safe net while waiting out the Harvey storm, was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would not mind staying again.

My husband and I recently have had to stay here while purchasing a home. The staff has been so kind including the managers. They even had a bingo night with gift cards. Although it is a little older, it has new carpet throughout and is very kept up well and clean. Rooms are spacious with full fridge and cooktop. The breakfast has been amazing every morning with a large selection. Much better than Home 2 Suites and even more than Hampton Inn and Suites. They serve a decent dinner mon thru thurs. The pool was clean. Really no complaints other than the fitness room really wasn't much of a fitness room. But all in all, it deserves 5 stars for friendliness, cleanliness, and great location.

The room has great space, clean, nice breakfast but has plumbing issue at kitchen sink, dish washer or bath tub from time to time base on my past years experience of staying with them.

This was my second stay at this location and my third time staying long term (1 month) at a Homewood Suites. I can't express how pleased I have been with each of my stays. The amenities offered are fantastic - in particular, I really appreciate the evening socials where meals are served alongside salads and alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages. Their customer service and friendliness of everyone from the front desk to the kitchen staff is unparalleled.

Very nice hotel. Has an outdoor basketball court, small gym with 3 machines to work out on and a portable area. The staff is nice and helpful. Free breakfast everyday and free dinner weekdays mon-thurs.

We stay here every year to see family they could upgrade our room free every other year or every year like hotel in San Antonio does Duty Inn & suites still very nice hotel food is okay

Very clean and comfy rooms. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. Plenty of parking with security. Free breakfast in the mornings. I can't think of any negatives.

I loved it here! I would recommend this to anyone who needs to stay in the Stafford area. I came for work and was pleasantly surprised to have a huge room with the most comfortable king bed I have ever slept in, and a really nice kitchen/living area. I could have stayed here for much longer. The included breakfast was delicious too - lots of choices. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in the area.

The hotel is nice, exactly what you would expect from a Homewood Suites. Room was large and clean, very good value for the price. Staff was extremely pleasant. However, the internet could not have been worse. It constantly disconnected and when it did connect it was incredibly slow, making it almost impossible to get any work done. Had to hotspot to my cell phone just to write this review! After complaining for several days I was referred to and AT&T representative who tried to troubleshoot the issue. She said there was some problem that was preventing us from connecting and would turn in a work ticket to try to fix it, but she was unable to say when and if it would be resolved. So...great hotel unless you actually need to use the wifi.

Had a wonderful experience here. We attended a class for work and we had water and coffee given to us liberally. It was quite a comfortable environment with a great staff that attended our needs and was diligent with service.

I've been staying here for approx 2months because my house is under construction. We were at marriott residence Inn initially, but switched here and am really glad we did. The ambience here is wonderful plus the week day dinners are always something to look forward to. The staff is friendly and they sometimes bake cookies

My friends and I stayed here when we attended the Houston Caribbean Awards 2015. It is a nice hotel, not too fancy and opulent looking, but practical, inviting, and comfortable. Upon arrival, checking in was easy and Jewel who checked us in was very welcoming. Our room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. There were four of us in there. We got a suite that had 1 king bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed is the size of a full bed. Suites contain a dishwasher, full sized refrigerator, microwave, glassware, flatware, and cutlery, etc. Wifi is free, and is hassle-free to connect to if you choose the attwifi hotspot.

After interacting with some of the other staff, I gathered that customer service is a high priority. We only stayed one night, so I cannot speak about the other amenities such as the fitness room, or pool. Pets are allowed.

Breakfast is continental and is from 7am-10pm. At breakfast, the server that day, Brandon, ensured that we had a wonderful customer experience. He even brought us fresh, hot scones from the kitchen and served us straight at our table. His overall demeanor was very welcoming and pleasant.

This hotel is located in a decent part of town and was chosen for its proximity to the place where the event we were attending was, and based upon reviews left by others. I enjoyed staying at this hotel, and will definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay here.

Great location, and the staff lights up with a smile any time you come near them. The staff is helpful and approachable. The suites are spacious affordable. Ours included a mini-kitchen complete with a stove, pots and pans, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Oh, and an update: the TVs are now digital.

Good value for the price. Ideal for a little peace and quiet but not too far from many places you will like to go!
