The rooms are far from soundproof. I think the people above us brought their pet horse who is an insomniac. Our room had a slight odor and was due for a little updating. Giving them 3 stars since the service was decent and because of the amenities inside the room and out.

Rooms were clean and had decent amenities. Breakfast is very good and is the standard hotel fare. The evening dinner socials were an interesting and welcome addition.

In town for work for 4 months. For sure gonna stay here again. I stayed in a studio. Was the handicap one because they were really packed. Has a stove top, full fridge, everything you need in a kitchen except a frying pan. Pet friendly, a good sized pool, breakfast 7 days a week, dinner Monday-thursday, 2 grills, laundry for $1 wash and 1$ dry (cheaper than what I pay at home) Staff was super friendly and helpful about what's around the area. Not much else to say. Would recommend

Cozy, Clean, & in great location. Located on the west side of Knoxville nearby many restaurants & entertainment. Suite is great with all the amenities: fridge, microwave, ministove, etc. Workout room is a little small, but other things makeup for it like the courtyard view & great breakfast.

Stayed for a week with a group of people on a work trip. Very good location, short distance to many food options. Pretty nice hotel, liked the suite room though I didn't get a chance to use the appliances much.I had trouble getting the temperature comfortable when trying to sleep. Also got some strange smell wafted in on occasion, but I don't know where it came from. Could have been people outside smoking or the A/C unit I'm not really sure. Pretty good breakfast and coffee, overall I would recommend it and would stay again. Friendly staff too!

We stayed in room 312, everything was great. Only complaint would be that I checked in with the app and was using my phone as my room key, apparently the exterior doors cannot be opened with the digital key.

Homewood Suites is one of my favorite places to stay. It's always a pleasure. This particular trip was highlighted by Hannah and Tommie who's service was exceptional. The only disappointment was the evening social, which could not serve wine, and only had warm Bud Light on time. The food was also sub-par. I still love Homewood, and look forward to my next stay.

Great service .. rooms are clean full service everyday ..soap bath, hand lotion, shampoo+conditional towels etc.... Couch, lamps and tables... Refrigerator microwave etc... Basketball court..Medium size pool ....free breakfast ...Light supper during the week free beer ....Nice area over 100 stores in a 5 mile radius Walmart target etc.....Alot to do.. here on a busniess trip 2 weeks ... Suite of choice ...

Room was in need of refinishing. Very dated. However very clean. Breakfast was very good.

location convenient for our stay. Service was excellent and pets allowed. Free dinner and breakfast offered but not the greatest quality (chicken nuggets at dinner were cold and hard, but the salad bar was good - breakfast pancakes also cold). Rooms very clean and comfortable.

Homewood Suites never disappoints our little family with their 2 room suites. We love it here and this Knoxville location is no exception. Keep up the good work, Homewood! Being able to put our kids to bed in the front room while Mom and Dad sleep in their own bed in the bedroom is the only way to stay sane.

Nice hotel, friendly and helpful staff, decent rooms. Free breakfast and wi-fi. Wish you didn't have to sign in every 24hours for wi-fi. Breakfast was hot and good. Had a work event on the property and everything went smoothly. Located close to shopping and restaurants.

2nd time I have stayed here in the last 2 years. Very nice rooms with a small kitchen and a living room, then a king bedroom. Nice and clean. Full breakfast that is not terrible but it's not cracker barrel quality either. I will say if you can ask for a room on the side oposite the interstate. If you're a light sleeper the road noise will keep you up. The pool side of the hotel is a lot more quiet.

Free dinner and breakfast. Clean two room suites. A clean pool (although the hottub was recently filled in with concrete). Friendly staff and accomodating. And close to every shopping place you might need! No complaints and pet friendly.

Truly amazing hotel. I am consisterly surprised by how good there staff is. They also serve diner four days a week, it's not amazing but it's free with all the bud light you can drink.

Wonderful staff! Fanastic! Big rooms! One issue, but not enough to not say it was a great place to stay with my pets, its a bit pricey.

Room is very nice as well as the staff. Was disapointed that the pool was being repaired and unusable. I was not informed of this when booking room. Only one ice machine working on fist floor,I was on the 3rd.

Nice hotel, though the rooms feel a little dated. Unfortunately, the floors are thin and I can hear every footstep the person above me makes as they feel the need to pace back and forth all night long... it's hard to sleep when the ceiling creaks and groans above your bed. On the plus side, the staff is friendly and the hotel is otherwise quiet.

I really liked Homewood Suites. It is in a good area for both tourists and people who want a grand place with full amenities to stay for a night or a while. There are restaurant to fit any budget in the area as well. Service was amazing and I would return given an opportunity.

Homewood Suites in Turkey Creek is a great place to stay. The hotel is around many restaurants and lots of shops. The hotel room has a full size refrigerator and any kitchen necessities. The customer service here is exceptional.

Nice place to stay. Clean and comfortable suites equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, & dishwasher. Roomy walk in showers. Very friendly and welcoming staff in a nice area with many options of all price ranges, for food in the area.

A number of different stores are nearby to get anything you might need. The hot breakfast offering is very satisfying as well as the light meal/social hour they offer Mon-Thurs nights. Has made my handful of nights here very pleasant.

Also is a business center with computers for use, as well as a modest fitness room, seasonal pool and hot tub, and small basketball court. Free wi-fi is included.

Nothing wrong with it. I just have high expectations for Hilton properties. If you're coming for a long period of time the bball court, BBQ, pool, etc... Are all nice.

Stayed here as part of a job interview. Rooms were clean and more spacious than I anticipated. Would stay here again.

The room is setup nicely with logical separation of bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen. The staff are friendly. I do wish breakfast starts a little sooner.

I'm staying here while my home floors are being refinished. I like it. It's a nice hotel very clean rooms are clean daily. Breakfast in the morning is very nice. Overall pleased with my stay.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and well taken care of. It's not a huge deal but the layout of the building is a bit odd.

Rooms and breakfast are very good. Parking is ample. The location is great. There are other guests with pets.

We reserved a room on the 2nd floor and were given a first floor. Bradley Grainger, Assistant General Manager, made everything all right the next day. We got a 4th floor king suite. Bed was very comfy, room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast had quite a variety and dinner was tasty and more than adequate. Bradley was everywhere we looked, from the front desk, to overseeing the buffet, and making sure tables were cleared. The staff was great to deal with. We will definitely stay here again when making the move into our new home..

Nice and spacious rooms.

We needed a pet friendly hotel in Knoxville and the choices were limited. Our first selection was booked solid, but I'm glad we found Homewood Suites. The location is great with many stores and restaurants nearby. The room is clean, modern and with all the amenities you could ask for. They also honored a military discount which made it affordable. Walls are on the thin side though.

Great place - excellent service and staff. Comfortable room and bed.

Odd location in the middle of giant mall. There's a bike & walking path out back, but right behind it is the highway.
