Friendly staff that was willing to help out when asked. Spacious rooms. We stayed on the 3rd floor with two separate rooms. The shower did not have a temp restrictor on it or it was just set super high. My daughter could've easily scalded herself. Otherwise than that the room was nice. I had to visit downstairs to get sheets/pillows for the pull out couch. The ground floor restroom was out of TP at one point. The breakfast was great. The plus was the very friendly staff. Plus plenty of parking!

I have stayed in this stellar hotel for more than 2 months. The General Manager, James Peel was always there for me especially for any financial issues and anything else. The most low- key and approachable GM in the Universe. Front desk clerk, Bryce Turner and Jeramy Cohen, Front Desk Manager were the love of my life at this hotel. They are always smiling, answers to all your question and solve all your problems/demands plus they are so handsome too. Stephanie Casas, the grand lady since 2016, always dependable and reliable she knows everything that you may inquire. Emily Olives and Erin N are two young and beautiful sweethearts, always ready to serve anyone especially me. I shall return. Thank you for pampering me!

Chef Joey, the best since 2016 that I have met him and the latest addition Chef Danele. Thank you for the most sumptuous food on earth.

Under renovation, should turn out nice. Coffee was good. Comfortable beds.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Living room and bedroom was separated by a door which is great. Complimentary breakfast had a decent selection. The eggs and seasoned potatoes were really good.

Service was great, employees were friendly, and room was perfect. No issues what so ever.

Staff are friendly, booked 2 rooms, no hot water in one of the rooms, and breakfast is not the best. I would prefer Embassy to Homewood. Rooms are Ok and the heater make noise waking you up at night.

The staff was friendly and professional. Rooms were clean. The room had a fridge, stove top, breakfast nook, couch, and a very soft bed. The towels were surprisingly fluffy for a hotel. The bad: the shower wasn't hot enough, and there didn't seem to be any anti slip material, almost fell right out. They also upcharge for high speed internet, a complimentary wifi connection cones with the room.

Great clean rooms with AC and heat in each room. WiFi speeds are good (10 Mbps up and down). Fridge and stove and microwave in King suites. Pull out couch as well.

Parking was great, close to the building. The meeting room was neat and tidy

Visiting a regular business guest who tells me about their stay and accommodations since they travel regularly. Staff is very kind and always helpful, however on this particular stay both televisions were not working which was frustrating as they were trying to watch a World Series game.

Decent option in Lubbock showing wear and tear. The biggest issue is the window unit air conditioners are loud, freeze over, and have a hard time keeping up with the Texas sun.

Everything was perfect: location, staff, room, breakfast. This line of hotels is firmly on our list when we need to travel.

Great breakfast, nice clean rooms. Extra blanket was great since I was cold because my husband likes a cold room. Our own AC thermostat in room was great. Private restroom area. We arrived after 9 and then the pool closed at 10p so wasn't happy that we didn't get to go into the pool.

Spent 2 weeks here. Good location with a very friendly staff. Rooms are in good shape, but the furniture is old and needs replacing. Pool is nice, but only has 2 chairs to lay out on. Fitness facility is small but has everything you need for a quick workout. Breakfast is complimentary in the morning, good options but little variety day-to-day. The evening reception is completely not worth it.

The staff of this hotel personify the emotion of "love". From the time you enter the door to the time you go to sleep at night, you will feel the warmth of their smiles and the affection in their ever-present watchfulness.

Stay was good overall. Room was a smaller suite that would probably be the same size as a regular hotel room. TVs in both rooms, small kitchen area and bathroom was efficient. Temperature was hard to regulate, and will be difficult to truly separate noise between rooms within suite. Breakfast was adequate, and pool is outdoor. Rear and side entrances are somewhat awkward in accessing the elevators.

This was a great place for an overnighter; clean, friendly and spacious. I think my only word of caution is that the surrounding parking lot is VERY bright so you're most likely going to want to keep the blinds closed to keep out all the light from the lot and Chuck E. Cheese's.

Great room! Great service!

Nice enough hotel... But other homewoods have set the bar high. This hotel doesn't have fireplace in the room. The refrigerator was so noisy i almost unplugged it.. the bathroom door was warped and stick... And there was mold on the shower ceiling. The bed was comfortable and it was clean.

The hotel staff was really nice, hotel was nice looking and clean. Room were clean and spacious extremely pleasant stay even with a welcome note in the room waiting for my arrival

There was an issue using Expedia and the room was unavailable due to things out of their control. They bent over backwards to accommodate us, giving is another room and another comped room and the manager left us a nice note and free snacks. Wonderful experience.

Amber at the front desk was great. Made sure my stay was amazing. The food is top notch as well as far as hotel free food goes. The housekeeping staff were great and even left little notes wishing me a great day. Not to mention the manager left a gift bag in my room with snacks and soda and a handwritten note thanking me for my service. What a nice touch. Can't think of any complaints even though I've tried!

Our room was nice and staff was friendly. However, we stayed two nights and no one restocked coffee, made bed, etc. For the price, we expected a bit of room servicing. I forgot a new pair of jeans in the room and when we called them, they reported that no one had found them. No apologies or offer to replace them at all. Guess a staff member got a new pair of jeans. I would not stay there again.

I am adding one star for the chef. He is always happy! Fantastic food, breakfast and dinner, creative hors d'Oeuvres. So much better than the typical hotel manager special and happy hours. Have stayed here about dozen times in the past, mostly because of the food. :)

Probably the best hotel experience I've ever had. Great customer service, room very clean and spacious, and the breakfast was pretty on point. No complaints with this place.

I stayed at this hotel over the 4th of July weekend. It was very comfortable and they allowed us to have 5 people in the suite. We could have had up to 6, I think so this was one of the few hotels in Lubbock that would take that many people. The hotel is near the mall and many stores and restaurants on the south loop, but that area can be a little tricky for driving because there are a lot of curvy one-way streets. The hotel staff seemed very friendly and efficient. We needed some supplies and they delivered them to the room right away. The room was in nice shape and we didn't have any issues with noise. It was fairly roomy and had a nice kitchenette. The only thing I didn't like about the layout was that the vanity was outside the shower area and in plain view of the bedroom. Also, the TVs were a bit shaky. I tried to watch the world cup and sometimes the channel didn't work. The pool is outdoors and isn't extremely large but it is fairly nice for a hotel pool and seems to be well-maintained. The breakfast was like most hotel breakfasts. There wasn't enough seating and they seemed to run out of food. Overall, this was a very nice hotel at a decent price. I would highly recommend it if you want a comfortable and clean hotel in Lubbock. As an additional note, I reserved this hotel through priceline and ended up getting double-charged. The hotel was good about removing the charge, but it was a nuisance.

Staff was excellent! Suite was very nice and clean. I would absolutely recommend this establishment to anyone! Complimentary breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel (I travel every week for work). The complimentary supper was great and the chef was very polite and made sure everyone was full and happy!
