My sister booked our room in May which was a 2bdrm suite. When we arrived and after paying for said room we were told the suite was unavailable and we were given 2 rooms w/ a connecting door instead. That’s day one! Wake up to a charge of $50 on the card...why? They said because we have 2 rooms! If that wasn’t discussed at the front desk yesterday then why are you charging us today you gave us two rooms because of your mistake why would you allow someone to pay for a room that’s unavailable!!!! Was told the $50 won’t be refunded! This is my first time in Miami and this is the only turn off that I have about Miami I would never stay at Homewood suites again to take the chances of these kinds of things happening again. I would not recommend it yeah it looks nice yeah the pool is nice but as far as the employees( Front desk and management) I’m not seeing it... was told we had four people in our rooms and then came out of my bedroom pulling up my shorts and there’s three employees in my living room area and they did not knock on the door so I guess they can see it’s only me in here. 😤The manager was very nasty customer service is at a all time low. Mind you this is her birthday weekend.... now I’m just ready to go home.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a stay of 6 days and it felt like HOME! The amenities at this hotel really had me feeling like i was at home. I was surprised to see a full fridge we were supplied with pots and pans and the even the plates glasses & silverware were a great quality! The staff was always pleasant and accomadating! I cant say enough. I cant wait to book my next stay 🏝🏖❤

We stayed at this hotel the night prior to our cruise and it was very nice. The shuttle to the hotel was easily accessible. We by called in letting the hotel know we had arrived and the shuttle was there to pick us up within 15 minutes the same as we were told on the phone. The rooms were clean and the evening social was a great addition to our stay. Free wine and beer with various snacks, and the breakfast in the morning had quite a few different hot and cold options. The shuttle to the cruise port was very affordable ($12 dollars per person) and was right on time to pick us up. We had options of an 11,12, or 1 o'clock pick-up time to go the port and it was about a half hour shuttle ride. The only small complaint I have is that the shuttle to the mall that is offered only leaves at 3 different times during the day and only picks up 5 hours, at least, after drop off. So if you went to the mall at 10 am you would not be able to be picked up until 3pm or so. Again, not a big deal to us but maybe to others. Overall I would recommend for an overnight stop before a cruise departure or if you were wanting to stay near the airport!

Very close to the airport but you hear very little noise. Free shuttle from the airport and to a local mall and Walmart. There are a few quick restaurants within walking distance. Evening social is not a full meal but is filling. Free breakfast has many hot and cold foods. This is our second stay and it's just as nice as the first. Shuttle to the cruise port is $12 a person and you select which departure time of 11 am , Noon or 1 pm.

Humid hallways and rooms, but nice location for airport. Hallway unbearably humid and muggy at 81%. Inside room was slightly better, barely getting below 60%. Not a good place if you have allergies. Air was cool but wet/muggy. They may not run AC in hallway. Room was spacious and overall clean. Plenty of free parking shared with 2 adjacent hotels and hotel was very quiet.

Absolute jewel... minutes away from the Miami Airport. The suites are very nice and the property is very well managed. Upgrades are underway but no inconvenience.

Great place to enjoy at a reasonable price. Enjoy walking into a clean room with a wonderful surprise to brighten the workday. Always feel appreciated and cared about with the staff, social nights, and cleanliness of the team.

Everything looks new, our room was large and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are included, both meals were good. 2 draft beers and wine at dinner. Free airport shuttle, a nice break on a very long flight. We did not want to do a 8 hour layover at the Maini airport.

We had a great overnight stay. The hotel lobby and courtyard were absolutely beautiful. Breakfast and a cocktail hour with drinks and apps were included which i thought was a great touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend. Great value for what u get out of this hotel!

Our room had a full kitchenette and separate bedroom. It was clean and spacious and prices were acceptable upon check-in we there was a reception in which we were offered free beer hot dogs and hamburgers and snacks which they have on Friday and I believe Saturday nights. employees seemed nice. shuttle service to the nearby Dolphin Mall was free and shuttle service to the Miami Cruise Terminal was available for approximately $11 USD per person. There are few interesting places to shop and eat on the nearby strip. The pool and basketball court we're decent although the pool and the sitting area outside was much nicer at the hotel right next door overall decent value for the money and a good experience

Very clean, nice hotel with pool and half basketball court. The included manager's special dinner Monday through Friday is a nice touch. Plenty of free parking and close to the airport.

Very pleased! Stayed here on Christmas night and they had a complimentary Christmas dinner. Room was clean, and comfortable and staff was decent.

This is located very close to the Miami Airport, so you get a lot of plane noise when you’re outside (you can’t hear it inside). If you ask me, it’s actually kind of cool to see the planes fly right over your head.

Let’s be real though - if you really want to relax you are better off going on a cruise from the port or to the beach. Both are about 20 minutes away by car.

This place was awesome from the time we got off our cruise ship until the time we went to the Airport to go home the next day...property was very clean and breakfast was great...but most of all thanks to LUCRECIA MAGANA who went the extra mile for myself and 8 others traveling, we really appreciate you for being so helpful, excellent customer service!!I I DEFINITELY recommend this property for anyone looking for a hotel😊

Great hotel! They try to vary breakfast daily and also serve free dinner in weekdays. Best option for a family travelling on a budget.

Perfectly clean and up-to-date room. However the hotel could use upgrade on the corridors. The breakfast was perfectly adequate. I cannot say I would stay here again because of the drabness in the hallways. The pool looked really nice. The staff was very helpful.

Staying for 1 night. Room so far is great. Spacious enough for me and my sis. Full size fridge, nice for the leftovers. Couch is comfy and so is the leather chair. Great that there are 2 tv's! Plenty of lighting in each space. Overall very happy. Have been to this location before. Trying to get on and off 36th street is a hassel but manageable if you drive crazy too. Would recommend and will stay again. Happy travels!

This is a great place and its food is great and it has great views and its it by the beach and best of all the pool, it is 3,4,5 feet tall and its great for children and even adults and 3,4,5 feet might seem small for adults but trust me its great for adults too!

Just a one night for us, but overall a good experience. Bathroom is very basic but clean a spacious. The bed was excellent, the comfort of the sleeper sofa wasn't that good. If your length is more than 1 meter and 75 cm it's just too short.

The hot breakfast was good but nothing special. Lighting in this area feels very cold it could use some warmer light.

Check inn experience was good and efficient.

The in room kitchen had a large cooler/freezer.

Would stay here again depending the room rate.

We stayed here the night before our cruise. Very large layout room. They have an evening reception with food/drink. My wife liked the dark chocolate cookies they left for her in our room--and the free bottled water was a nice touch. The room was very clean and fit our family of five easily.

We stay here twice a year it's a great location my only complaint is the wait time for the shuttle from the airport

Clean friendly hotel. Free Morning breakfast is good. Watch the planes landing at MIA fly over head while relaxing poolside.

This is my second stay with my family and we all enjoyed our stay. It is really a home away from home..

Does as advertised. Clean and spacious rooms, free breakfast and supper... However, the pool was not in the best of conditions and the times to access the meals are too limited for my taste. Plus, you can very well hear the aircrafts landing right next door. Still, it's an all right hotel as long as the stay is short.

Great clean facilities. Plenty of parking. Breakfast is great and I like the idea of the nightly dinner but haven't made it back to the hotel in time to try. Instead of 5:30 -7:30, a 6-9 would be nice.

Located close to airport. Close to several shopping and eating areas. Hotel is in great condition. Breakfast is served daily, limited choices but sufficient. Managers cocktail is held from Monday to Thursday from 5:00pm to 7:00pm, this can actually your dinner. Would highly recommend for business or pleasure. Staff is very helpful.

The room was very nice - suite and well laid out and stocked with comforts for a longer stay. We simply were using it as a lay over on the way out of the country. It took a while for the shuttle to arrive at the airport to take us there - so it seemed farther than it was. In the morning, breakfast didn't start until 7:00AM, but we needed to catch the shuttle at 7:00AM. We asked the breakfast staff if we could grab something early (there was a nice fair for breakfast). Paula checked and allowed us to grab food early - THANK YOU PAULA! This was especially nice as we had only been there 12 hours - so felt like that helped with the pricier room.

Had a very enjoyable experience. Used the airport shuttle and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Nice hotel grounds next to other major hotel chains. Safe location and clean rooms. Ferrel cats roam the parking lot area so somebody must be feeding them. They are friendly and do not bother the guests. If you have a dog with you, beware.

Stayed one night on December 12. The hotel was very good . The shuttle collected us at the airport very quick after telephoning the hotel. The evening had a free managers buffet which was very nice. The room was very good and overlooked the Lagoon. Breakfast was a good mix of hot and cold food. Will definitely stay again when arriving from the UK.

Very friendly staff and clean hotel. The hotel is conveniently close to lots of food and the airport. It's set in a nice area a few hundred feet from a big street, but set in offering a secluded quiet area. The only exceptions are the aircraft flying by; however inside the hotel I didn't hear a sound.

Stayed 5 nights in room 108. The standard Studio room was spacious with complete kitchen. Room was clean. Sofa bed was used also to sleep, but by far not as comfortable as the normal King bed. When sleeping on sofa bed AC was a bit noisy, since you are adjacent to it. TV made some background noise. There was no...

Inexpensive, close to the beach. Rooms are modern and very clean. The whole hotel is very clean and looks spacious.

I love the Homewood brand from Hilton. If you stay during the week then you can enjoy evening dinner with drinks along with breakfast for the whole week. This is a great way to save money when traveling. I also love having my own kitchen too so I can cook my meals.

I took a star off for two things. Number one is that this hotel is directly under an incoming runway which means you are going to see a lot of airplanes. We went to the pool and it was plane after plane after plane. Number two they lock the gate at night and you are locked in the hotel or out of the hotel depending on what side of the fence you are on. It seemed like I had to always call the front desk to get in or out. I do like safety but it made me wonder what is out there at night. I've seen too many horror films.

The weekday happy hour is always nice. The wine is cheap and they usually have two nice beers on tap. The dinners aren't great but what free food is fantastic. They always have a salad which is a great healthy option. If you are running late the front desk will always make a plate for you if you call ahead.

The rooms are comfy. It's great because the kids can sleep on the sofa couch and have their own tv while Mom & Dad get a little alone time. We get our own tv too. No cartoons for us. It's all HBO and foul language. Ha!

If you're looking for a nice hotel near the airport than this is a great option. Parking is free but you will be locked in. The kitchen is great along with the free food. If you've never stayed at a Homewood than you are missing a great hotel chain.

I rented a suite with a few of my friends and the a/c broke down in the middle of the night. We called the front desk and they have us another room right away. They also let us keep the current room for our stuff. They were very friendly and accommodating.

Didn't like the hotel. My room was not so clean. The bathroom was dirty. I don't recommend this one.
