Always a pleasure staying here. Nice staff, clean rooms and plenty of accommodations for anyone, whether you travel on business or pleasure. Right on 200 close to a lot of restaurants and a convenience store right down the road.

Very nice hotel. If tour looking for extended stays great place our room had a full size fridge and full kitchen including plates and utensils. Close by grocery shopping also. A little off the expressway that would be the only down fall. Some locks need a little maintenance also. Definitely will stay here again though

Loved this place, breakfast was good eggs, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal with toppings, waffles,fruit. Plus they have light dinner and salad to go with it, if ur over 21 yr of age they have beer and wine. This was cool for a hotel to offer. Beds were nice pool and hot tub was great. It seems like it is in a older area but it was quite with no problems, I saw police officers cruising the hotel to see if everything was ok. I felt safe. Housekeeping ladies and gentlemen was really nice and the breakfast and dinner attendants were wonderful. Can not say enough about this hotel. So far it was the best I have ever stayed in. BIG THANK YOU FOR making our vacation great.

Very nice and modern hotel for the money. They have a great fitness center, basketball court, mini golf, pool and hot tub. The place was very clean and the rooms were nice with comfortable beds. We stayed on our way in and out of Florida.

Awesome for the price! This room is clean and nicely decorated. And, 6 weeks ago, when I stayed here for the first time, I lost my pearl ring down the drain! I had to check-out and leave for a meeting. They assured me they would send maintenance up to try and recover it. 2 hours later, I checked in and sure enough, they had my ring! They went above and beyond and I was grateful! I’ll stay here every time I visit my dad!

A great hotel not far off interstate 75, the rooms are spacious and the separate bedroom and sitting room was a nice feature. I love the online check in and digital key just arrive walk in and open your door, quick and easy. I would stay here again anytime.

The check in was very fast and efficient. The room was very nice and comfy. The pool area was great. Internet worked very well. Breakfast was delicious. I had an issue being woke up on my last day at 9 am by housekeeping when I really just wanted to sleep in. The front desk agent received my complaint with grace and provided me compensation over and above. Her actions at fixing my problem make me want to stay at this property every time i am in Ocala because I know they truly care about my comfort. A 5 star experience!

You will find anything you need. Rooms are a nice size, bathroom clean and a cozy kitchen with a full size refrigerator.

We stayed here while visiting Family in Ocala. The Hotel is very clean and well kept and Staff is super friendly and helpful! We stayed for 4 days and by the end of our stay we were actually calling it our home! We will definilty be staying here the next time we come back! Great breakfast, pool, meet and greet, and local resturaunts/shops nearby.

Hotel was nice. Front desk and maintenance were very quick to respond/fix an issue with the shower. Breakfast fare was typical hotel good but again, staff was very attentive and helpful.

As usual, our stay was great. Our room was great with the exception of the shower door. One of the door rollers had come off the track and when my wife tried to move it, the upper door rail track assembly popped completely off the side rails. Luckily, I was able to reattach the top and reset the door roller. I told the front desk about this. Additionally, the breakfast selections were not being kept stocked even though there was only a small group of guests present. This may have been due to one of the staff members being absent and another person, possibly not a regular food service worker, having to fill in. The absent employee arrived shortly after we started eating and things seemed to improve.

Very comfortable accommodations when away from home. Suite was perfect and loved the amenities.

This place is lovely! We got in very late and Logan greeted me with a big smile and had us in our room right away. (My kids loved the tree frogs dotting the back of the building!) our beds, bedding and pillows were AmAzInG! Our place was very clean!! The kids commented on the "cleaning smell" in our room. The next morning on our way to breakfast we saw rooms getting new carpet installed; that was the smell. New carpeting! The showerhead has a setting for everyone. The furniture is beautiful and reflects the tropical Florida theme. Everyone is warm and friendly and greets you with a smile. Breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious!! Carpet layers didn't even make a sound till 8:30 am! Cleanest Homewood Suites I've seen so far and I've stayed in many of them. We had a 2BR (1K, 2Q) Suite with plenty of room for 6 of us. No complaints!!!

Room was wonderful, spacious and clean. Everything was working and looked new. The only complaints I have is that the breakfast wasn't really that wide of a spread and the hallways were all quite warm.

I really enjoyed this hotel. It seems relatively new and the rooms are spectacular suites. They are spacious with a kitchen, a large walk in shower, comfy bed with pillows of varied density, and a very responsive air conditioner. I didn't partake in the managers reception, but I checked it out. They served salad and had a hot tray of diced grilled chicken. They also had beer and wine. The breakfast was typical with a waffle maker, oatmeal station, pastries, cereal, cheese-filled egg folds, and biscuits with sausage gravy. I wish they offered a breakfast meat like bacon or sausage. The hotel also features a Pokestop that can be accessed from lobby and rooms on the Dillard's side of the hotel. The location is convenient with many restaurants nearby. The adjacent shopping center is just finishing construction and has a town center feel.

It's really a nice, clean, Family Hotel. We truly felt like being home. Room is equipped with a kitchen, stove, big refrigerator, pots and pans to cook our own meals if we chose to.

I do NOT recommend this hotel. Terrible experience regarding my final bill. I drove late into Ocala to see an ill family member. I made a booking for June 6th to June 7th. I showed up for my booking at 2:00 AM on June 6th and was checked in without any problem or questions. (Before I continue, I want to make aware that this was my first time ever getting a hotel room.) I was never made aware by the man checking me in at 2 AM that by me checking in at 2 AM, my original booking from 6/6/17 to 6/7/17 was changed and I'm being charged for this night, instead of my original booking.

I checked my bank account today and I see I'm charged 248$ for 2 night. So I call to clear it up and turns out, there's some things you should know when booking hotel rooms......thing I have never learned or was told. I was then told by the hotel that it's policy and there's nothing they can do.

I was charged for 2 nights when I stayed barely 1 night (being that I checked in at 2AM on the 6th and left the same day) .. NONE of the staff had the decency to explain to me that I'll be charged AGAIN if I choose to stay past check out. And above all else, NONE of the staff explained the booking situation, even when I asked about it.

The room was very clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but I was disappointed that there was no orange juice, just apple and cranberry. Everything else was delicious. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Roomy and well appointed suites. Close to restaurants and shopping. Good hot breakfast choices but, oddly, no orange juice. Probably wouldn't have noticed if I had been anywhere but Florida.

-I booked a room at Homewood Suites Hilton for my family of 5 through Expedia. I'm a Hilton Honors member and normally trust Hilton completely, but this experience was deeply disappointing. At check in, I informed Robert at he front desk I was a HH member- he told me the perks didn't apply to me because I booked through Expedia. What?! Ok. So We drove around to get to our room. Walking in, it smelled and looked old and grungy. My family and I were very surprised to walk into a grungy smoking room that smelled awful and looked and felt gross. I called the front desk on the room's landline- and told him there must be some mistake because this was a smoking room. He immediately informed me there was nothing he could do as there was nothing else available. The room was awful so I informed him we were checking out. As I walked to the front desk to check out, he seemed worked up on the phone talking to a supervisor- complaining about my being upset. He had me wait around while he was on the phone to tell me there was nothing they could do to help since I booked through Expedia. We will definitely deal with Expedia- but i expect way more hospitality for $189! We booked another room at the Fairfield Inn by Marriot who had plenty of vacancies. It was much brighter, way cleaner, the woman at the desk was very helpful and professional, the room was very clean and comfortable with a delicious egg, sausage, ham, fresh waffles breakfast included... all for 119 plus taxes!! All of that to say how deeply disappointed I was with this Homewood Suites by Hilton- they're normally so great and accommodating.

Whenever we stay in Ocala, my husband and I always stay here. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Very nice suites. We always feel at home.

Had family in town who were very pleased with their stay! Joined them for breakfast on a couple of occasions and the food was above average for hotel breakfasts.

Very nice staff and the rooms were excellent. However, the hot tub was not working (and it wasn't working last year when I stayed there). Overall I was happy with my choice.

This is my favorite homewood suites in Ocala. Every opportunity I get to stay over, I do so. The staff has been the same I've dealt with since 4 years ago. And the funny thing is that they still remember me every time I return. Very friendly staff and a relaxing place.

We just stayed here for 3 days. Very nice! Gorgeous lobby and pool area with hot tub and basketball court. Our room was $99 a night. Full kitchen in our room and it even had a dishwasher! It is very clean and passed my black light inspection for the most part (Unlike many, many other more expensive hotels). Our bed was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was free and not too bad. Excellent location! Thank you, Homewood Suites!

The company I work for has several people staying at this hotel. The people at the desk are very helpful. I have to leave to early for work to get breakfast but I'm sure I would enjoy that too. My room was very nice and clean. I have no complaints when it comes to staying here.

My husband & I stayed here 2 weeks ago and we loved it. The staff was AWESOME. The room was clean and it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was good and so was the coffee. We ate out for dinner, but our last night there had dinner there and it was tasty. The pool was very clean. All I have to say is when we go back to Ocala we are without a doubt staying at the Homewood again. Thank you everyone at the Homewood Suites for making our week stay with you very enjoyable.
