My husband and i stayed here overnight to celebrate our anniversary. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable and inviting. The biggest disappointment we had was with breakfast. The eggs were some kind of garlic chive, the smell and taste was way too strong for the first meal of the day. The coffee tasted like it was made from already used grounds and watered down. There was a make your own waffle station but I didn't get a chance to make one, there were only two waffle makers that a lady occupied while making waffles for her whole family. They ran out of plates and forks so the attendant put out paper plates and plastic cutlery. We ended up eating at McDonalds. I think next time we will bring groceries and cook our own breakfast in the room as it was well equipped to do so.

Great place...I enjoyed my stay. Nice rooms with a full small kitchen and pots, pans, and dishes....only 4 stars because it was always hot in the hallway and the dinner was not good at all. FYI the breakfast was great!!

For the value it's a definitely a 5 star hotel, but without factoring in the prices it's a solid 3. The pullout bed is uncomfortable, the bathroom for the suite is inside the bedroom, and the pillows are not very full. Overall though I would definitely return due to the value, but it is definitely not a high-end resort.

Pool a bit small for the size of hotel. No closing drapes in living room where our children slept. Notified front desk first night. Not resolved after two nights. No linens provided for sofa bed. Had to ask at front desk and fitted sheet had dark stain. Only 3 sets of towels in room at arrival. Had to ask next day. Room never cleaned and bed never made. Good breakfast and light dinner. Nice hotel but disappointed on the above.

I checked in through the app the day before and arrived at the hotel around 3pm and there were many guests waiting for their rooms. Our room wasn't ready until after 6pm.

Pool was cloudy, room was clean, full kitchen, super small dining table especially for a 2 bedroom suite, and only provided 1 large towel in each bathroom. We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast buffet at the lobby.

BEWARE: 4g network is almost non existent there. You have to connect through their wifi to get any service in the hotel.

The rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was great. I would stay again without hesitation.

El hotel estaba muy bonito! La habitación tenía una pequeña cocina y un pequeño comedor, una sala y la recámara estaban juntas pero muy amplias. El baño sólo tenía regadera sin bañera. En el servicio si fallaron un poco porque mande a pedir sábanas para el sofá-cama y no me las llevaron. También estaba sucio el edredón de la cama pero cuando los llamé si me lo cambiaron. En el cuarto de mi suegra dice que estaban sucias las sábanas y habían basureros con basura todavía. El desayuno incluido estuvo muy bueno y la experiencia también.

Nice, spacious rooms and friendly service. Nice social hour with free drinks and food. Housekeeping strangely gave us fresh towels, but didn't take the old ones or even make the bed up

I stayed in room 353, 2 queens, 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms. Really well maintained all hotel. The sofa bed is without linen but if you ask to front the you can pick up all in one bag ( linen, pillow and blanket) from them and its easy to make it. Also from Mon-Thu you can enjoy and complimentary evening cóctel.

Great customer service, I had an issue with the digital key and the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and even brought the key card to my room when the digital key didn't work. The room was nice and spacious, perfect for a night stay while visiting family. Great to have the full kitchen available for use. Having the bedroom separate from the rest of the space was great for noise reduction as room was by stairs. Overall great experience would stay again.

Loved this place. Very spacious and had everything you need in the kitchen. Also AC worked great and was close to an Applebees and a quick drive anywhere. Only think I didn't like was how to get into the hotel parking lot. But the breakfast was great just be sure to get up early to beat the crowds

Love this place ! Always welcoming staff at the desk and the breakfast buffet is excellent, along with the happy hour in the evening. We really felt right at home with suite and our dog was able to enjoy the cool room with us. Discounts apply when you join their honors program and some apply the AARP discount . Check with the front desk at check in. I will always look for a Homewood Suites in my area of travel. Tucson's got one at the St. Phillips Plaza and the river walk. I would recommend this hotel to my visiting friends and relatives. Best thing is, they welcome your well behaved dogs as family.

Great new rooms after renovations. Still working on some other floors. Great staff, food is really good for the breakfast and dinners. Great stay!

The hotel itself is nice and clean. (When looking beyond what was being done to the hotel) Good amenities and location. The bed was comfortable and the staff nice. The rooms are spacious and accommodating. My issue is in 2 areas. First, they were having renovations but that wasn't disclosed upon booking, which is kind of annoying. The last thing you want to see is dirt, dust and huge remodeling bins in the parking lot/hotel, especially on a special occasion stay. Second was the breakfast. I travel frequently, and have stayed in many different class hotels. This breakfast definitely wasn't great, which is confusing since the name denotes the Hilton umbrella. I would say this is a decent hotel for a one night stay.

They are going through renovations but it's not too much of an issue. Our room appears to be redone except the tables haven't been changed and they have some pretty badly chipped veneer. Interesting that they wouldn't change them as the same time as the upholstery. The breakfast has been run of the mill. The personnel, though, have been outstanding. Everyone smiles and greets you and helps whenever they can.

This is a lovely welcoming place. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Morning breakfasts are varied and yummy.
Many people staying here with their children. dogs, bicycles or other stuff yet the hotel still has a sense of quiet and ease. It is very pleasant.
Employees are smiling and helpful. All greet you and wish you a good day. Nice.

Food was OK for microwave. Furniture had some rips and a little dirty. Beds were very comfortable and room was clean. Had a very nice time. Understand that it is going to be renovated very soon, good it needs updating.

Quiet and clean location with friendly staff. Near numerous eateries. It is located just off of I 10 making it an ideal spot for those traveling through the California desert communities.

Very cozy. The staff is really friendly. They know alot of their guests by name. Location is great. The mall and outdoor shopping is 10 minutes away. The rooms are kept clean. We will definitely return.

Nice rooms easy to get to. Has a kitchen with utensils a sitting area for living room and a separate bedroom and bath. Swimming pool large Lobby suitable for family.

Hotel is not too big but that's a plus in my opinion. Rooms are really spacious. Pool is a bit small but not many people use it, probably due to the extreme heat in the summer. Hotel offers complimentary breakfast and an evening social dinner (Monday to Thursday). Hotel has a little convenience store right at the entrance. Gym is small but has all the basic equipment. Overall, good location and good amenities.

The rooms were nice and clean. No problems. Has a nice little park next to the hotel. Has a nice pool and a lot of places near it.

Great size room! Couch and full size kitchen. Very clean. Ac is a little old school but I was never too uncomfortable. Great view overlooking the pool. Will stay again for sure

A gret place if you just need a place to sleep for the night. It was a clean hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful. They also have a great morning breakfast. Good rates as well.

The place is great like most hotels. I rate a 3 star only because cellphone service sucks! And it's not just my service provider. Also don't like the fact that they serve food and start shouting down early instead of the time posted.

The rooms are clean and to me that is a high point of where I stay. Albeit it states full size kitchen, there is a full size refrigerator and microwave but the sink, and to maneuver around the kitchen, is small. The hotel does offer complimentary breakfasts and dinners along with hot coffee and cold iced water available all day. They also have sweet treats upon check in everyday. The first day they had brownies out and it was delish. Not to mention a big size cut. Today they had different types of muffins in the morning, then later towards the afternoon, there was another tray of brownies (different taste and still good) along with these yummy giant chocolate chip cookies. I haven't yet eaten their dinners as I'm out of the hotel at the times it's available but one day this week I will.

A studio was mistakenly booked, so the manager offered a partial refund. The water took a while to get hot. The room didn't come with a hair dryer, so we had to call for one. Breakfast was fresh and the staff hustled to get everyone fed. All in all, a decent experience, but I've had better. Staff was very helpful.

Great breakfast buffet. I booked 2 rooms here for adjoining rooms and called multiple times to confirm well in advance of our trip date and was assured it would be no problem. When I called the day before we were scheduled to arrive, the lady at the desk said the request wasn't going to be accommodated. Thankfully, we were still within the no penalty cancellation window. When I threatened to cancel the reservation, she moved rooms around to accommodate us. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

Free parking and free breakfast. The rooms are basically apartments with a set apart living room, with its own tv, and fully stocked kitchen (dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans, hot plate stove, toaster, microwave, and full sized kitchen). Close drive to downtown and other attractions as well.

The hotel is really easy to find and get to since its close to the freeway. The sevice was great, you get compliemntary breakfeast at 6 30am. You can ask get coffee as well throught the day. They also have a dinner schedule. I even called for extra pillows because i have problems sleeping without a buncj of pillows. The television is great and i get to watch HD cable television. The showers kind of take a while to heat up. The water didnt get hot until 20 minutes in the shower. I love that the rooms i was in had a kitchen. A big fridge and a microwave. There was also a dishwasher. Overall experience was just great.

Go attention, great place to stay and easy to find places like groceries, pharmacy, and outlets. Free breakfast and close to three pokestops and a gym good place to catch Pokemon too.

My visit was for a business opportunity presentation and I really didn't have an opportunity to experience the hotel in it's entirety. However from what I saw it seems like a decent hotel with great location in the heart of the Coachella Valley.

Really enjoyed our too short stay at this all suite hotel. Room was well equipped, bed was very comfortable, shower water pressure was more than adequate, room was quiet and secure, staff very friendly, professional, and accommodating. If I could change one thing: bath tub instead of shower. My biggest problem was that I couldn't stay any longer...

Homewood Suites by Hilton Palm Desert was amazing! We stayed for one night. The rooms were very clean and roomy. Also, the beds were so comfortable. We had beakfast in the morning which was delicious and the staff was so sweet. Such a great experience!!!

The hotel was very nice. We had a king bed suite. The breakfast was surprisingly good as well. But I don't know if they had let pets in the room because I came away covered with bug bites after one night!
