My husband, myself, and 5 kids recently spent 3 nights here and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was very nice, clean, and the staff was very friendly. We loved the pool/hot tub. The breakfast was delicious and they had different options every morning. My kids loved the waffle bar and my husband and I loved the coffee! Will definitely stay here again if we return to LA!

We stop here when returning to Austin from Orlando it is the perfect location for us, just enough today behind us and a manageable trip ahead. There is the added benefit of being able to take a trip into New Orleans is the mood strokes. The accommodation outside is comfortable and clean. We often travel 3 adults and 3 kids, the two queen beds and sleeper couch are enough that we only require 1 room.

Homewood Suites by Hikton was a beautiful property. Very nicely decorated and extremely clean. We only stayed overnight but got to see the nice pool and exercise room. Our suite was beautiful and highly functional. We are a family of 5, so it fit us perfectly with 2 queen beds and a pull out. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans as well as utensils and a large refrigerator. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone staying in the are to stay here.

This hotel was beautiful and the rooms were very spacious. We were only overnight guests, but the time we were there was great. They had breakfast in the morning and the staff were all nice and polite. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're passing through or staying for awhile.

This is an excellent hotel! The staff are all friendly and nice. The rooms are very spacious and clean. In addition, there is a large pool and hot tub area near the large patio where guests have access to two weber grills. The General Manger, Miss Myra Turner is very personable and sees to her guests needs in a way that demonstrates true hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to both travelers as well as locals wanting to get away with their families.

We were just passing through and only stopped for the night. The staff was nice and our suite was clean and well stocked. The fitness and pool area were nice and well kept. The location is great and is walking distance to great eating places (*ahem* Zea) and stores. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good and was nicely presented.

One of the best hotels in Slidell! None of the other hotels are going to have this kind of quality. They provide two free meals 2xs a day Monday-Thursday. If you want comfortable and quiet as your on the road, this is it.
They do not have a restaurant or room service on property but there are plenty of close restaurants. Hotel is right off the interstate without the interstate noise. Kitchenette, living area in rooms and spacious.

This is a nice clean property operated by friendly folks. I have to give a thumbs up to the hot breakfast as it was far better than many properties I have visited. My only complaint - not a non-smoking facility. Can't tell you the last time I have seen an ash tray w/matches in my room.

Its an awesome residential hotel. Stayed there for 4 weeks. The staffs are very helpful and the hotel has homely environment. The suits comprised of mini kitchen and good natural view.

Very nice hotel. Staffs are friendly. Hot Breakfast is fine as expected. The elevator is very slowly. There is another elevator at the end of hallway so ask at check in which elevator you should take.

True suites in that there is a wall and substantial door separating the bedroom from the living room and kitchen. Nice free breakfast, good beds, the pool and hot tub look nice but we had freakish bad weather for our entire stay so we couldn't use it. Nice manager's reception on weekdays.

Best place I have ever stayed. The staff is great. Lisa makes sure you don't go hungry, Ms Myria and staff makes sure you have what ever you need. If you're coming to Slidell stay here you will be more then satisfied. THIS PLACE FEELS LIKE HOME.

I spent about two months at the Homewood Suites in Slidell, since I was temporarily supporting the Space Launch System program at the NASA site in Michoud. It was a welcome change from the hotels in downtown New Orleans. Much quieter, and no need for valet parking. They also serve complimentary food, self sever beer and wine every Monday through Thursday afternoons. Rooms are large with full kitchens. Very nice hotel, and the staff are very customer oriented. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

Very welcoming and accommodating staff. My room is wonderful. Nicely decorated to give a homey feel, which is nice because I will be here for about 3 months.

Jake, at the front desk, is superior. His restaurant recommendations were flawless. The entire hotel staff was helpful and friendly. A great place to stay and very convenient location.

I travel constantly and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed during my experience using Hilton.
It is the BEST not because it is more luxurious or cleaner than the other hotels, but because of its incredible staff. These guys made me feel like home even though I was far from it.

MIster Jake with his cinematic personality (reminds me of the Tim Roth's genius character at the Four Rooms movie), The young lady at the front desk with the positive energy and the charming spirit. Angela the night protector of the front desk and of course the two extremely polite and eager ladies at the kitchen side.

After a long day on the road traveling to Florida, we stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Slidell. Very clean rooms and the beds were very comfortable. Also, we noticed how quiet the rooms were and you couldn't here anything! Will stay here again!

The studio room and suites are very spacious. They do need to upgrade the TV size though. Staff is very friendly and helpful. This is my 2nd time staying here.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. All facilities including kitchen area, pool and exercise room were impeccably kept. The staff is so friendly and accomodating. Can't say enough great things about them (especially the wonderful woman in the kitchen!). And all the breakfasts and dinners were amazing. I would stay here every time I was in town!

Very nice place! I was pleasantly surprised to find out it was like a mini suite when I thought we were getting a standard 2 bed room. It was about the same price as one too! It even had a mini kitchen with everything you would need to cook and clean with.

Rooms were clean and cold. Staff was very helpful with no reservation.

This was pace is top notch. The room is outstanding, and it's even divided into four separate rooms. Has a full kitchen with plates and silverware, a "bedroom" with a separate TV from the "living room", and is very nicely furnished. I wish all hotels were like this.

We had an excellent experience! The accommodations were extremely nice, so many amenities, breakfast was delicious! The staff was extremely friendly! We were very impressed, and will definitely be looking for these hotels during our travels!

A very clean hotel with a very attentive staff. Highly recommend this location. Clean rooms, nice amenities and great breakfast. The breakfast custodian was on top of her job making sure everything was stocked, fresh and the area stayed clean. Very friendly staff as well. We love Homewood Suites and this is another stay that confirms we will continue to use Homewood Suites in the future.

One of the best hotels in Slidell! I've read a lot of reviews and visited plenty of other hotels. None of the other hotels are going to have this kind of quality. I've traveled a lot 1. You there is no such thing as a non smoking hotel, so get over it. 2. They provide two free meals 2xs a day mon-Thursday which no one provides even one anymore. 3.
