Nice rooms and pleasant staff. The breakfast is really nice and they have small event type things each evening to give the guests fun things to do. Facilities are usually well maintained as well. The one thing I wish they had were bigger bathroom sink faucet to match their large sinks. It's like playing bloody knuckles every time you wash your hands. Solid hotel for it's price range, 8/10 would recommend.

Amazing rooms!! Even had windows that opened for nice fresh air!! A room could fit 7 easily with a roll out bed added. Apartment sized fridge, small stove, sink, cabinets with plates, bowls, cookware. Bathroom is connected to shower and sink is separate which I feel it should be the other way around, it was hard if someone was in shower to use bathroom or visa versa. Service very nice, complimentary breakfast.

Great place. I wish we could have found this place the night before. They make you feel like you are wanted here. Definitely if I come back to Syracuse I'm staying here.

We had the privilege of staying at this hotel last weekend for our 19th anniversary. We are Gold members and have the opportunity to stay at many of the Hilton properties through the year and as such our expectations are moderately high and we have come to expect a certain level of service and professionalism during each visit. During this visit however we were blown away!

It started with a conversation with Candice a week before the visit. I called to let her know this would be an anniversary weekend for us and she could not have been more genuinely happy for us. She engaged me in personal conversation in which I asked for some special requests as a surprise for my wife. She let me know she would do whatever they could for us.

Upon our arrival around 9pm on a Friday night we were greeted immediately with a Happy Anniversary from the gentleman at the front desk and he probed us to find out what our need were while visiting the area. He mad an excellent suggestion to go visit a local food event in which a great band from the nineties would be performing. We arrived in a upgraded room the graciously provided us and the look on my wife's face when she entered the room was worth the price of the entire weekend. Candice and the entire staff had gone above and beyond to accommodate my requests complete with a beautiful anniversary card.

The property was fantastic with three separate buildings. In the main building they have a great little games room with electric darts and a pool table. In the morning we went down for the included hot breakfast which included all of the standard options we love but far from the standard level of service. All of the staff was very eager to accommodate any of the guests. Specifically Sarah she was personally concerned with each guests experience.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, but the staff made the stay at this property truly one of the best we have ever had.

Great hotel with kitchens, living room, and bedroom, free hot breakfast, and a dinner meal Mon thru Thursday 5-7. Free good coffee 24 hours, outdoor pool, close to Destiny USA, and ice cream shop.

Seemed like an hotel but many is kept up and very clean. Outdoor pool not recommended in this part of the country tho. Indie would have been preferred. Basket ball hoop and pool table inn lobby area was nude too have fire stuff to do.

I travel all over the country and stay at lots of hotels. This is by far my Favorite. No where in the country have I found a more friendly staff who makes you feel at home . And it's not just the front desk its everyone from kitchen to housekeeping to maintenance. I LOVE THIS PLACE and the people here are the best

SERVICE!!!! In every way, this hotel has gone out of their way in every area. By far one of the best looking, cleanest Homewood Suites we have been in. Tonight's Happier Hour, literally was soup to nuts. Included wine, beer and cookies not always found in other hotels.

The rooms are in detached building from the main lobby building, kindve annoying but not at all a deal breaker. It's a very short 50 ft walk, and the lobby building has more than your average amenities.
There was a billiard table, dartboard, and your normal homewood; dinner room, couches, tv, fireplace. As typical dinner on weekdays.

My room was exceptional, and had a fireplace. Perfect for me as I love sitting by the fire!

Room was perfect! No problems at all! Huge room with 2 tv's, a couch and chair. Doors closing off the bedroom to the main room. My room had a stove, refrigerator, microwave and sink.

The rooms were nice and clean. I enjoyed having a kitchen so we didn't have to eat out but I was with someone who is in a wheelchair and the room was not accommodating. The bathroom did not have a bar to hold onto and the tub made it inpossible for them to shower without being lifted. The hallway was also too narrow for their chair and they had to be lifted from the living room to the bed room when ever they wanted to sleep. We did enjoy the workout room it was small but had everything you needed. They also supplied complimentary head phones which was nice because I forgot mine.

I travel a lot, but this was. One of the nicest Hilton brands I've stayed in. Free breakfast, free dinner with drinks, spacious rooms, and very well themed lobby that wasn't trying to go for the cheap modern look. Didn't get to try the amenities during my short stay.

Very clean, very large suite with nice kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was good with a lot of selection. Nice and quiet. Would stay again if in the area.

Have intended to write a review for a long time. Spent a few of days at this location last July. Our visit started off with vehicle problems which required a trip to a car dealership. Fortunately all was fixed in record time. Upon hearing of our troubles, the staff made a point of sending a special plate of goodies to our room and provided a complimentary movie to help us relax after a trying day! And the facility was really nice. Beautiful buildings plus above and beyond service. Could not ask for better! Thank you!

Staff was great and so was the room. There are many places near by to eat like Denny's for breakfast or afternoon. Destiny is only ten minutes away.

Awesome room and great service

We stayed in a King Suite for one night. The room was extremely clean and nicely furnished. There was not a lot of extra space in the room, but it was adequate and had an excellent kitchen. The included breakfast included many options, and the staff was helpful and welcoming. We would happily stay here again.

All the hotel staff are very pleasant and accommodating. The facilities are all very well kept and in great condition, despite being 25 years old or so (according to the desk clerk I spoke with). The location is perfectly situated near a lot of good restaurants and even small dive bars if that's your thing. It's not far from downtown Syracuse either, so taking part in city night life is easy. It's also very easily accessible from the highway (I-90), which simplifies travel elsewhere if you're staying for a business purpose. I would highly recommend this place and I know that I'll be coming back here in the future.

TERRIBLE INTERNET SPEED! The free averaged about 1Mb, could barely run Netflix.
Room was nice, felt kinda like an apartment complex which I liked. One particular staff member was always rude to me, even though I don't think she knew she was. She seemed more the exception than the rule for the staff. The lobby has a free cocktail hour on weeknights

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I stayed for two nights on business. I always try to choose Homewood Suites for the convenience of free breakfast and their evening social meal. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only reason I rated this a 4 instead of 5 is because the lobby is in a separate building from the rooms, which made it slightly less convenient.

Suites were very nice and were stocked with all the essentials one would need for anything from an overnight to an extended stay. This hotel additionally has an option to get groceries for you and has nightly socials. There was also an electronic gas fireplace in the room I stayed in.

Room was very clean and the service was the best of any stays we've had at any other hotel in the past. The area of town whet we stayed was nice too. The breakfast was very good with more than the average continental breakfast. Nice to have eggs ham and fresh made waffles off the waffle iron.

Kitchen suites are really awesome. Love it. would stick to Homewood suites where ever we visit.

I went Just a few days ago with my family and we enjoyed our stay there like we were on our own house ,everything was very clean and organized , every single person from the staff were Amazing and realy helpful, the gays on te front desk are realy nice , friendly and high cuality of professionalism, the housekeeper every single Day they asked to clean the room and they did it without problem, the kitchen team were awesome the first night on the dinner I request rice and they brough me rice jajaja .I highly recommend this place to stay and relax ,next time when I decide to relax I will choose the same place again .

Excellent suite for family of 4. Rooms are spacious, kitchenette present in the room, bathrooms very clean as well as bedding and linin. Two on site fitness centers are present. Complimentary continental breakfast breakfast including a full array of hot breakfast items including home cooked Oatmeal!! There's also a complimentary small dinner included on Monday through to Thursdays.

Very quiet suite. Friendly staff. We actually called on our way to and from our road trip to Canada and staff was very helpful getting us a room near to the main building on the ground floor which was very helpful with small kids.

We've stayed here a few times (extended 20 days plus) and it has been so great. Abdul (the manager) is a wonderful man who made us feel like family. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place for anyone just passing through or for long term stay.

I have stayed here regularly for the past 8 years. I live on the West Coast...but this is home away from home when I am in NY. The staff are absolutely incredible. The breakfast (and evening snacks) are well above the standard fare that you find at similar hotels. Really...the staff are the best. Most of my interaction has been with Richard...and he will take care of you like you're family.

Rooms are huge and clean. The lobby's mountain cabin decor is heart-warming. They have a game room, meeting rooms and workout spaces. I'm telling you...it is a mini-resort. I only wish all the other Homewood Suites could duplicate this location. Wow.
