We stayed for almost a month. Only one staff didn’t seem happy but towards the end, she did try to be friendly :) We were not informed of the available amenities and that dinner was included in our stay, thought it was just breakfast. We discovered something new everyday but it was fun. Huge parking and it’s free. Lots of shops around and it’s near Costco, Weis, Subway, Lakeshore Mall, etc.

The room was not properly cleaned. There was dirt behind the Sofa, some hair in the shower and food left in the drainer (in sink).
The customer service at the front desk continues to be very bad and I don’t feel welcomed by the staff here.

This place is like a home away from home. Tboy and Liz are the best! Would highly recommend!

Very clean hotel right in the middle of resturants which was nice for travelers in town for the night, we took a drive to see the monuments in DC and felt that it was a perfect commute without over doing it or staying directly in the city. The staff here was super friendly and made you feel at home

Nice & recently renovated. The suites are amazing. Inexpensive and high quality. The front desk staff and breakfast staff were quick and attentive.

The office and lounge areas are great. The pool area outside and the hot tub are great. Unfortunately, the hours on the pool and hot tub are fairly restricted.

I'd definitely return.

Caution when driving near this hotel, the nearby roads seem to have lots of photo radar systems and ambiguous speed limits.

The facility is wonderful. We initially booked for two days but extended due to great property and service. Rooms are very clean, recently refurbished, good size and advance. Staff is also very good, here I will specially mention Liz who knows very well how to deal with guests and very friendly and cooperative. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and have a kitchenette. There is also a social hour that small plate for and drinks. Highly recommend.

The hotel was sooo nice and spacious and I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg for it! My family was very impressed! Plus they gave us a veterans discount! The only negative was they don't have an indoor pool...but it was beautiful out so the kids were fine swimming outdoors!

Kitchen staff has been exceptional. Dolores is wonderful and attentive. We will miss Cristina. All personnel is terrific. Great upkeep of facilities and pet friendly.

Overall, the hotel is nice, but there are a few things it lacks given the quality that I’ve come to love in the Homewood by Hilton brand. When we checked in, the staff gave us a room that they knew has nesting animals in the walls. The staff was accommodating the next day and offered to move us, but they knew about the problem. The breakfast didn’t have the options that many other Homewoods do (no yogurt or bacon). The bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard. It was great compared to a budget hotel, but I like the Rockville location much more. (Plus, that location offers an indoor pool!)

When we first checked into this hotel, we were given trouble at the front desk. I am 20 years old, and my boyfriend is 23. I had made the reservation online, and since I knew that the age restriction for a room was 21, I was sure to add his name to the reservation. I work in a hotel, so I am quite aware of how most age policy's work. The man at the front desk continued to argue with me, claiming his name was not on the reservation, so I pulled up my confirmation email to show him BOTH of our names, and he STILL argued with me. It took about 10 minutes to get checked in. Once we got to the room and got settled in, I took the sheets off of the bed and found a hair. I always bring my own sheets(skeptical of most hotel linens), so I took a picture of the hair, put my sheet on the bed, and called the front desk. I called four times and the phone was breaking up, so finally someone came to my room. I showed the manager the picture of the hair and he replies with "We called the housekeeping manager and he said there was no hair, but I want to take your word." THIS PISSED ME OFF!!!! This hotel was HUGE, and you're telling me the manager was 100% certain that there was no hair??? I could expect this from a lower brand hotel, but not a Hilton, especially when I am paying good money for it. I was only offered new sheets, or a new room, but I had a lot of stuff already settled into the room which would have made it a hassle to switch rooms. I was upset I was not offered some sort of compensation/refund. Really upsetting stay, did not expect it when booking and after reading reviews.

More modern than most of the traditional Homewood Suites I've been to. Very up to date and clean. The location is great too. It's right next to Lake Forrest mall.

Local getaway. Hotel is fairly new. Very clean and smelled great. Indoor jacuzzi was very nice and relaxing. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Complimentary breakfast had great choices. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is soo clean and I've never had a feeling where I feel 100% safe at a hotel! Their breakfast is awesome and tasty! The best lobby I've ever seen! The TVs at the lobby are high quality and couches everywhere with a fireplace! The bathroom is so clean and has awesome features! My room had a couch bed with 3 beds in total and they were all queen beds! The rooms are spacy and I don't feel uncomfortable.

Stayed two days. Liked the feel of the place. It has a fridge, microwave and a two-burner oven. Bathroom is spacious. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good, lots of hot dishes. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Will stay again.

So I'm picky with hotels. Most people would give this place 4-5 but I have higher standards. The staff was great, the lobby was great and check in was smooth. The room was fairly modern and well maintained, so why three stars.

We pulled out the extra linen from the closet and it wasn't clean; easy remedy and we got new linen

The two climate control units remote panels didn't work and the machines were a little on the Loud side.

Very friendly staff. Clean rooms and so many conveniences like a kitchen so you don't have to eat out all the time. We have stayed here twice and have not been disappointed.

First of all, everyone at the front desk was amazing and friendly. Second, our stay was wonderful. We were in town for my sister's wedding and not only was the staff helpful, we had a problem with our shower the first night and they fixed is right away in the morning. The housekeeping staff folded my daughters blanket up and arranged her stuffed animal in adorable positions each day. The hot tub was wonderful, breakfast was fantastic, and the business center was perfect. Thank you so much to everyone there!

My room was perfect. I loved the couch and desk as well as all the outlets. As a traveling professional, this was perfect. Even the convenience store in the lobby was perfect for later work nights when I needed to grab a quick dinner. The only complaint I had was that my towels were refreshed every day even though I followed the conservation rules laid out on their placards.

Very friendly staff, clean & beautiful room, very comfortable bed. Quiet. Bathroom was big and very pretty, breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Overall very good stay. Hilton is the only hotel company we use, they never let us down. Any town we stay in they are consistently good.

Everything was good, but especially the breakfast. The kitchen staff have an impressive variety of food they cook, and all of it is delicious. Wilson in particular made me feel at home and welcome.

The staff was all extraordinary. Above and beyond doesn't even cover it. the evening cocktail hour was lovely and well managed. The room was spotless, and up to date. Tons of space, and an AWESOME shower. Reliable internet, plenty of TV channels, and it seemed like the buildings construction was REALLY excellent; I didn't hear a peep from any of my neighbors the whole time. Every detail of this place was excellent.

Stayed for a night and had dinner in their restaurant. Good food and a full bar. Free shuttle to and from the airport. Nicest drivers! Luther even took me on a Starbucks run in the morning! Such a great guy!

I have stayed in many Homewood Suites across the country. This has to be one of the best kept secrets in Gaithersburg. Great rooms, very clean, modern and spacious. Every room has its own kitchenette with stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. This hotel has a wonderful staff. It's always very clean and the breakfast is great. Paul (the driver),Maria and Wilson (the meal makers) went above and beyond to provide their services in a quality way. Rasheda and Carla and Christina made us feel at home the entire stay. Five stars does not do it justice!

Incredibly impressed by the staff and facilities at this hotel. Needed to travel to the area for work and chose to bring my wife and 7 month old (on formula) with me. The hotel caught my attention because of the dishwasher in the room, which - while not necessarily a "must have", made the idea of traveling with the bottle-fed baby a lot more palatable. Check-in was very easy and Liz at the front desk was very accommodating in helping us get the crib to the room and seeing that our needs were met. The room is spacious, the kitchenette nicely furnished, and the bed as comfortable as I've had in a hotel. They serve a full breakfast daily, meaning actual food not just boxes of cereal and a carafe of milk. Very highly recommend this hotel to anyone, whether for one night or several months.

All of the staff was friendly and helpful for our entire stay. Paul was extremely helpful. The rooms were very clean. They have free parking where most of the hotel do not. They have a shuttle to the train station for going onto DC and other places. I highly recommend this Homewood suites location.

I have been staying at this location for a couple of months and will be here until April this year for work. I spend a lot of time in hotels through my job and I am extremely impressed with this location. It is very clean and comfortable. The social hour dinners are good, with free beer and wine. What I am the most impressed with is the staff. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff goes out of their way to make sure all the guests have everything they need. As far as the front desk staff goes they live up to and exceed the high standards Hilton hotels are known for. Paul and Liz are by far the BEST hotel staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Both of them are very knowledgeable and helpful. They make me feel at home whenever I am here. I cannot say enough to explain how completely awesome Liz and Paul are.

I stayed here for a work trip as I always do when I visit the area now. I used to stay at the Hilton across the street, but this Home wood is a much better alternative. The amenities are great, the rooms are very clean and spacious, and the staff is super friendly.

Highly recommended! The suites are very modern. The bathrooms are new and extremely clean. The complimentary breakfast was kept well-stocked. The only complaint we had was with housekeeping- one of the employees was quite hesitant to give us extra towels upon my husband's request.
