This was a beautiful place to stay! Me and my family did a two day stay. It did have a few flaws like the sheets and pillow cases not washed. The sheets had hair in it. I called down to get new ones and we got it fast!! It was a oven, fridge and stove in the room. The smoke alarms went off for about 20mins they had to send someone to take out the smoke alarm for a hr. Clean bathroom although its Covid 19 i went ahead and cleaned everything before we used anything!!!!! I would stay here again jus make sure the sheets are clean!!!!!

Great location very spacious rooms. The room wasn't as clean as I would have expected from aHyatt property. We found random toys and a empty juice box by the sofa. There was dust and dirt all over the cabinet doors and long black streaks of dirt on the bathroom door jamb. The pillows were also really flat and smelled musty.

Always love to stay at this chain of hotels, they are the best.

Could not recommend this place enough! The breakfast is amazing, rooms were fantastic and comfortable. Management and front desk are all incredible.

One of the best hotels in San Mateo / Redwoods area.
They don't charge for store boxes (Amazon, etc), there is a nice free breakfast.
The rooms are new, clean and big. There is kitchen with oven and refrigerator. Internet is fast and free, with free parking around the hotel.
The only downside is that there isn't elevators, and if you stay in 3rd floor, could be an issue.

We had a two bedroom suite which was perfect for our family of 5. Beds were soooo comfortable! The included kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. The breakfast which was included was very good with a lot of variety and a build your own omelette station. Staff was also very nice and I would definitely stay here again.

Really good hotel. Apartments are made for extended stay. Mine for example had 2 king sized beds, a microwave, an oven, tons of cooking tools and just general things you would expect in an apartment not a hotel which is great. Morning buffet is good. Incase you're wondering where the minibar is. It's a mini shop in a corner of the lobby which is a cool concept in my opinion

Really great place to stay! The rooms are massive and felt like home right away. Breakfast was superb! A huge value especially for northern cali which can be quite expensive. Pet friendly as well. The staff was amazing kind and helpful. I only wish there were more places like this!

This was a very good place in general. The hotel room has a stove, pans, and a kitchen sink to make you feel at home. I found out that you could request things from the Hotel Host. There’s also a shop there. They also allow you to order groceries + let them pick them out for you.The only problem is that there is a sign saying NO SWIMSUITS. The sign also says that you have to wear shirts + pants to the pool. They also make you feel at home by having a basketball court there.

We traveled with adult daughter and her fiance and got a two bedroom suite this was perfect as both bedrooms had locking doors and their own private bathrooms. the only complaint we have is that the pet friendly room was carpeted. They charge a $75 non-refundable fee for pets however the room was not clean from pet smells and urine stains. Vinyl or laminate flooring would have been a much better choice for a pet friendly room as it would be easily cleaned. While wearing socks around the room I noticed they were collecting dirt and foul smell from the carpet. The breakfast buffet was nice and the pond adjacent to the hotel added to the aesthetic of the property with ducks birds and birds and fish..

Ok this place is nice and though I no longer have small children this place is perfect for families. We are in a regular room which is like a small 1 bedroom with a full kitchen, so dom self catering wwould be easy. Plenty of space. Breakfast was good but crowded. Go early. Staff are young and eager to please. All very nice.

This was a really nice spot to stay during the Maker Faire. The suite was nicer than my apartment, with all the amenities I would want in one. Two bedrooms, a full kitchen, a dining area, and a nice sitting area. If you are there during the week, you can order groceries from the front desk to be delivered to your suite.
The shared amenities are also very nice. Near the outdoor pool, there is a basketball court, and a patio with grills and I believe that also had a central fire pit.
The hotel has a decent bar by the lobby that doubles as the hotel restaurant and breakfast area. The restaurant has a small, but tasty selection of pub grub and bar bites, while the complimentary breakfast offers a nice variety of hot and cold options, and made to order omelettes. Overall it was a very nice stay

Stayed there for 3 days. Enjoyed the experience. Complimentary breakfast is typical American breakfast with cereals, fruits, breads, juices etc. Decent gym for a quick workout while on the move. Area around is nice to have a small stroll in the evening. The free shuttle service was also nice, especially as my your work place was nearby. Room was decent. Definitely a place you can stay without hesitation.

Nice location beautiful scenery, and the room was fantastic. The service was very friendly. My only complaint would be that we booked a two king suite and we got a king and queen Suite instead but we're too tired to say anything.

The hotel is very nice! We are leaving tomorrow and we are staying in the 2 bedromm suite and so far we are loving it! The only problem is the dishwasher but they tried fixing it and just needed to be replace. The breakfast are pretty good they have different menu every morning. Th Gym is small but clean and they have everything that me and my kids needed. Bathroom doors needed to be updated or painted otherwise it has been a great stay and everyone has been pretty nice and helpful. So overall this hotel is 4 or star for me!

Not what I was expecting. Location is good close to Oracle. It's one of those old school suites places with stairs everywhere... Like an apartment building. They were nice and the room was ultra clean! Not bad in a pinch.

Well kept, safe and clean. One weird issue...no elevators. If you have no problems humping your luggage up one or two flights, you will be fine.

This a "motel" design. All of the room entrances are from the exterior. You can park your car right outside your room. No elevator access to most of the upper floor rooms.

I've stayed here multiple times and each time has been nice. Staff is quick, courteous, and helpful. One time I explained that my grandma couldn't get up the stairs, so I requested a ground floor room. They said that none were left, but somehow they made it right and got us into a room on the ground floor close to the parking. A+ service!

Very nice rooms but I wish there were elevators. Kind of a drag to carry a bunch of luggage up two flights of stairs. Location was very convenient for me and the courtyard area is nice in the evenings in summer time.

We stayed for the first time on 12/9/17. Our group of referees enjoyed very much this Hotel. Hotel staff is extraordinary. They even gave me an complementary champagne bottle for being my birthday. We will continue to stay here every year.

They have great breakfast options but they were out of some amenities they offered such as a sleep white noise machine and didn't call me to inform me. Still an overall nice place and a gym. Would go again

For a group of six, the suite was perfect. It was like a mini apartment. It included two rooms a kitchen and a living room. The continental breakfast was good. They even offer omelettes. Seating is limited so finding a table for six was kind of hard. One of us ate breakfast standing.

The location is convenient to my business travel. I have found the hotel staff to be warm and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, but often smell a little stale upon entry. The doors are slightly hard to work, and it can be a challenge to stay on higher floors with luggage, as there are no elevators.

No lift u have to take ur luggage a couple of floors. Have common laundry coin operated. Breakfast is good. Staff is good a friendly. Small swimming pool. Good gym facility.

Great accommodations...New 2 bedroom 2 bath, apt. style with kitchen and living area. Great value when you need space or 2 separate sleeping areas. Excellent breakfasts and free parking included. Easy access to entire bay area. Will stay here again.

The rooms are very clean, a lot of parking space, the pool is also clean, the free breakfast is great, hotel room service was ok also. I asked for extra pillows and blankets and they came to give it even thought it took some time. The room has a great kitchen and living room. Rooms and bathroom are also clean.

Loved the location and the room. Small lake in front of our door which was amazing. Only bad part was the house keeping. We arrived at 3am and there was still trash in the trash bin, which means they didn't change it out. Also the rug had stains and there were food crumbs all over the floor in the living room. Also had a spider on my bed which I smashed, resulting in spider juices flying everywhere. Overall experience was ok because of the view. If house keeping was better then it would have been amazing.

Nice hotel, large one bedroom rooms, location is good for those who come here to sign and vacation. Rooms have kitchen and basic utilities, so nice for family. My room was handica ready so had strangeighting system.

Needed a large room to handle a a diverse family. 6 people and we stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with a sofa bed in the living room. Excellent accommodations.

The overall stay was great. From the room size, free breakfast to staff. Enjoyed it from the moment we got here. Room wasn't the cleanest as we found an m&m on the ground and the ice trays had some stuff that had to be rinsed out

Happy with our experience here. One quibble with a hotel with many units in 3 story buildings (as opposed to one many-storied building) is that the breakfast area is a far walk from our unit.

It's​ a very nice hotel. Rooms are apartment style with a kitchen and multiple rooms. Breakfast is good.

Good clean residences. A lot of items (in the room) such as utensils etc were only available after we asked for them. Breakfast here is good.

I always enjoy staying at the Hyatt House in Belmont. The location is quiet, friendly staff, tasty breakfast and other food items, and the facility is always well maintained.

Don't try to book this hotel online after hours. Unfortunately the poor lady at the desk does not get the online reservations and she was booked. She managed to get a room but the extra 40 minutes trying to check in at 2am was hectic. I still gave a good rating because she jumped through so many hoops to get me a room. Rooms were great and chic. Has a laundry and nice little pool. Its a bit of a commute to the airport but worked for an overnight after missing a flight.

The suite was awesome. It was right off the freeway and easy to find. Uber eats delivered pizza late night. The kids loved it. Breakfast was pretty good too.

This is now one of my favorite hotels. It has a great location a gorgeous view of the ocean. The scenery was so beautiful. The room we had was a suite with 2 rooms, 2 beds, 2 baths, spacious closets, a kitchen, 3 flat screen TVs and roomy living room with a couch that had a foldaway bed. We only stayed one night but we slept so comfortable and woke up feeling like we were home. We got to enjoy the complementary breakfast which was delicious. Next trip out we intend to stay longer and spend more time enjoying the hotel itself. I will be recommending the Hyatt House to all my family and friends. 😉

Comfortable beds in large suites with a living room, kitchen, and separate bedroom. Breakfasts were excellent with made to order omelettes and a wide variety of breakfast choices. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It's a really nice place with a good kitchen, has pretty much everything you need. Better than a college dorm room for sure. 2 (queen or king) sized beds with a pull out couch, free breakfast, and 2 baths. The gym is small but workable and the pool is nice, mostly free

The service at this hotel was amazing while I was there. The staff and housekeeping are friendly and I love that they have resources like grocery shopping delivery, as well as replacement items at the hotel you can use as long as you stay.

Huge, clean rooms. I've been staying here for the past 2 weeks so I am understandably sick of the free breakfast but in the beginning it was good. :) Service is nice and ideal for long business trips.

My family and I stayed in a building on the third floor in the third building. The hotel itself is conveniently located next to the freeways so you quickly travel to your other destinations. The room itself was amazing. It was well furnished, very clean, and the temperature of the room was always kept in check. The room came with a complimentary breakfast every morning, and the food always came out well prepared and the waiting staff were on top of their job. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.

Very reasonable rates for an exceptionally large room with full kitchen (condo style), included a great breakfast. Beautiful paved bike/walking trails surround the area.

Great place to stay with the family. The 2-room suite was comfy and clean. Only criticism is the overly firm beds. Had a backache after a few days. The hot breakfast was great. They even make omelettes to order. Staff was friendly.

Great place for long stays. Rooms come with living area, and fully equipped kitchen. Good breakfast in their dining area, that also serves light dinner and drinks until 10pm. Surrounded by residential areas, has a pool and barbecue area. A little away from downtown Belmont.

Service was great, specifically the manager. She anticipated customer expectations all while training a new employee. After a long day I was so relieved and satisfied to receive the customer service offered.
