Enjoyed my stay there. The place was nice, clean, and spacious. The full kitchen was a nice surprise. Complimentary, breakfast was on point. This place and totally have those five stars.

Very roomy and clean. Love the kitchen! It's a bit bright at night and the curtains didn't totally black it out. But still a great experience!

It's like having an apartment with really great maid service. Good breakfast, nice bar, decent internet and a nice little convenience store that appears to be open 24 hours. Plenty of parking and quiet. Highly recommended.

Wow. Nice hotel. We had a 2 room suite plus fold out couch. Good breakfast. All for $138. No room for large rigs or small trailers in parking lot.

We stay in a lot of Hyatt Houses when traveling. This one was convenient to a soccer field we needed to be at. They always have a nice breakfast and nice clean rooms. I love the siting area with the fold out couch in addition tot the two twin beds. The rooms have a trendy feeling yet not fancy. There is also a 24 hour bar/snack counter for those late night snacks.

I like staying here as it’s like having an apartment away from home. It’s nice to have a full kitchen, living area, and separate bedroom. The walk-in closest is quite large as well and easily fit my suitcases and clothing. The breakfast buffet and omelette bar is a great addition to making the stay enjoyable. The location is convenient with shopping, restaurants, and Starbucks across the street.

Just checked out.Great location, good parking,The room was great, nice and clean, kitchen, pull out sofa. bathroom is quaint. Breakfast always great. Noise level next door was unacceptable. Pool needs attention, all the furniture needs to be replaced badly, pool was dirty.

Good extended stay place. Had to stay here for work for a week and it was awesome. Control the central air in your room, great shower. 2 tvs and a fully equipped kitchen.

The room was great. Great for families to share and spend time together while still having privacy when you get a 2 bedroom suite. Price is in line with a typical hotel room especially if you book a little early and take advantage of discounts online. Maid service was excellent. She even loaded the dishwasher!
The only reason I give it 3 stars is because the pool was freezing. I know it's Texas and if course it's cold in March, but I would think a hotel chain like Hilton could have a heated pool. We stayed there with our kids and the main thing they care about is a chance to go swimming! The spa tub was luke warm the first night we stayed. We requested the heat be turned up and it was. We enjoyed it the rest of the weekend.
The other issue was fuzzy TVs. All the lower channels were fuzzy in each of the 3 rooms. It's not a big deal unless you're travelling with kids, but we were and it was an annoyance.

The rooms are nice and cozy. Seems like a small apartments. Has a full size kitchen, dining room and even a walk in closet. The bed could've been a little softer and the bathroom could've been a little bigger but it was not too bad overall. The area is nice too, it has a pool and a basketball court. Parking isn't the best though. I do recommend booking on Expedia though because it saved us like $25 a night. Great place overall!

This was a nice hotel with a full kitchen. They offer a hot breakfast each morning that includes an omelette station. The hotel is located about 15 minutes from the airport. Restaurants and shop are nearby. The beds are ok. The shades they have let in the lights they have at night however. The rooms were clean but needed the bathroom door fixed (would not close completely) and the toilet would run unless you giggled the handle. Over all I would recommend.

Spacious rooms with a nice size kitchen. The rooms are very clean and well kept. They provide a hot breakfast that includes an omelette station. Wifi is free and there is plenty of parking. The hotel is about 6 miles from the airport. Highly recommend for a night or extended stay.

Rooms were excellent and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Just a step up from Hyatt place but with the full kitchen. Convenient location and near the highway. Had one issue which was city had shut down water for a few hours due to some complications but was back up shortly after.

It's recently renovated. Full kitchen, standing shower. Omelet breakfast in the morning for guests. Rooms are spacious. Our room included a living and bedroom. Great deal for the price of $94 a night. Located near everything.

Rooms were clean, and I loved not having to slide the key card into the lock. You just hold the card up to the lock and it unlocks it for you! Everything was great the only thing that was lacking was the breakfast. They had warm lunch meat ham instead of bacon. They could definitely improve on that. Overall a good experience!

2nd time staying here. Clean , quiet and lots of places to eat nearby. The free breakfast is also one of the best I've had a hotel. This place was once an apartment so it's got more of a home feel to it. Overall a great experience. When in the Dallas area I'll always return here.

The location is pretty exceptional. The rooms are configured nicely and everything was as stated. The only negative has been the road noise from MacArthur Blvd. Would recommend avoiding buildings 24 and 26.

I had my birthday lingerie gathering at this location. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive from allowing me to look at the property before checking in and making sure me and my guests needs were attended to. The room was very nice and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this location for business, pleasure and even just to get away

If you want a clean, safe, place with fully functional kitchen, friendly staff, & reasonable rates, (considering all the amenities) this is your place. Centrally located such that you can get to just about anywhere near or in Dallas conveniently. Close highway access. Lots of eating options and all the usual everyday shopping places nearby too. We stay here everytime we come to Dallas, 2 times a year.

Clean rooms. Exceptional staff. The room comfortably housed three adults. The fitness center was small but had all the basics. Pool and grounds were clean and we'll kept. Central location, close to great shopping, restaurants and entertainment venues. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to using that hotel again since they had great prices and customer service.

Clean and worthy of quality stay. A very quiet environment and a customer service which understands the needs of the customer and ready to attend to those needs. I won't have a problem recommending this place to friends and family.

Great hotel! Great location! Close to many restaurants and shops. The rooms are pretty comfortable, clean and spacious. It's not the nicest looking hotel on the outside, but awesome on the inside. Even though our room was close to a freeway, it was super quiet! And didn't have one of those loud a/c that wake you up every time it turns on. The breakfast was pretty decent, and they even offer custom order omelets! Overall a great hotel!

Nice place and pleasant staff. It offers a small swimming pool and spa. A small workout room is also provided. Free entrance to a gym in the nearby is granted, in case you need more.
Rooms are clean and breakfast has a lot of variety.

What a great place to stay. It's home away from home. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I wish they have a Hyatt House everywhere I travel to for business.

The rooms were clean and spacious; the kitchen and separated rooms gave it more of an apartment vibe them your typical hotel, which is great for any guests who stay for an extended period of time. The front desk staff were consistently pleasant and helpful; the shuttle service was very useful; and overall the facilities ensured that you had everything you needed for your stay.

The staying in Hyatt house was very pleasant and enjoyable for me. Frist of all I like the location very much.the service people everywhere were polite and nice.also, I like the breakfast very much.

Rooms are large with a separate bedroom and full kitchen. Very small swimming pool but it also has a basketball court. It seems to be for long term clients. Many of the guests seemed to be living in the rooms and many are loud and shady. I wouldn't walk around at night. They hang out all night.

The room itself is clean and the service is good. The outside is not well maintained. There were a lot of bird droppings on the stair railings and cobwebs on the celing where I am at. Saw a bunch of soiled diapers on the walkway leading to my room.

Great place. We had a 2 bed/2bath suite with a full kitchen. It was perfect for our family. Beds we're comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

TONI at the Front Desk was amazing from the time we checked-in until we checked out. She really cared about us and was so wonderful to us during our stay! The rooms were well appointed and clean as well.

The apartment/condo style layout of each unit is nice, but a drawback to that is there is no covering when it rains. When it rains you will get soaking wet walking to breakfast, walking to your vehicle, and when loading and unloading your vehicle at check-in/checkout. The suites are nice one or two bedrooms with a separate living area with a sofa sleeper and a full kitchen. The only drawback is the bathrooms are located in the bedrooms, which means extra guests or your kids have to walk through your room to shower or brush their teeth, which becomes annoying when getting ready in the morning or going to bed at night. The full breakfast is a nice touch, but the daily selection isn't consistent. Day one the main meat was bacon until they apparently ran out and switched to sausage links. Day two it was ham only. Cook to order omelets are a nice touch, but again are limited due to ham being the only option for meat inside. The overall layout is nice, but there are drawbacks when compared to places like The Embassy Suites, who's suite layouts are more comfortable and breakfast is truly a cookout to order buffet.

Very nice hotel to stay. It has big rooms with kitchen facility. It has nice swimming pool. Provides breakfast in the morning. Has many stores within 3 to 4 miles. Provides facility of gym at LA fitness center. Which is awesome. Provides shuttle facility for near by corporate offices. The only thing I didn't like is the not so good behavior of few hotel staff. Overall rating excellent.

Really large rooms with full kitchen (fridge, sink, amd stove) and large bedroom also. Shower is a walk in and has a decent flow from shower head. Very clean room. It's more of an apartment style where you have your own unit that you get to from the outside area. Breakfast is good and included.. the sausage and potatoes were great. Parking is free and abundant even later at night (granted was here on a weekday for business). Location is good for getting to local businesses, gas, or food and it's easy to find on a corner.

Always a great place to stay. Clean, friendly, and comfy. And right next to a bunch of cool restaurants and Starbucks.

Room was cozy. Had an apartment feeling to it. Bed was very comfy. Breakfast was made up of a great and delicious variety.

The Hyatt house Dallas las Colinas was very beautiful. I got a two bedroom suite . It was fully equipped with dishes and pots. Even had a pitcher. Microwave, stove with oven. Everything was well worth the money. The people working there was very kind and helpful. I like people who at least act like they like their job. They never seemed bothered or not willing to assist. The complimentary breakfast was from 630am to 930am. They have a window to order omelets or they have a food bar including a cereal bar, eggs, bacon, potatoes, and pancakes. They have a small fruit bar with yogurt or cottage cheese. Everything was easy and very accessible. Workers kept the food fully stocked and fresh. They have an out door pool and basketball court. I was pleased with the cleanliness and over all appearance. I hope I have the pleasure of staying in another hyatt soon.

I love that the room has separate areas. The kitchen area is fully stocked. The beds are comfy and the room was clean. The free breakfast is good too.

Very clean modern suites. Mine was like a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with a living, dinning and kitchen area. Mediocre complimentary breakfast.

Las Colinas has amazing rooms that are fully furnished including the kitchen. Has a basketball court and a pool. Complimentary breakfast has a variety of options. Nearby are a few restaurants if you simply want to go grab a bite to eat. The only major flaw I have with this hotel is its unbearable slow WiFi. If you plan on doing anything productive with your laptop forget about it.

This was a very clean hotel/extended stay. Guest services was nice and the hotel was clean and up to date. Great for a quick getaway!

I've stayed at this location before and my past experience strongly influenced my decision to revisit. The staff are very courteous and prompt in responding to requests; regardless of the nature.

My room was flawless and very well maintained. I was able to get one of the small number of rooms directly above the lobby. These rooms tend to provide more solitude as you're not directly effected by the noise from people walking around the facility.

All in allI, I had a very comfortable stay and will return when the occasion presents itself.

This hotel is amazing. We stayed in the two bedroom suite. It had plenty of room, with a king, queen, a full size pullout couch and a full kitchen. The breakfast was wonderful, consisting of French toast, eggs, pancakes, potatoes, ham, an omelet bar and various complementary items. Service was impeccable, the front desk associates even addressed me by name. Excellent hotel, will definitely stay again!

It's like staying at home... Only better. The staff is awesome and will go out of their way to help however they can. I will stay here whenever I'm in the area.

Great stay. Just wish when they say online complimentary grocery store. There should be one and not try to charge 10 bucks for a dijorno. Over all tho would stay again

Great place to stay... I recently stayed here with my basketball team and they loved the way the hotel was set up ! They mostly loved how the breakfast was buffet and how you can cook inside of your room
