Nice contemporary hotel. Everything was clean and well laid out. Bobby at the front desk was really helpful. The fitness room was nice but some sanitary wipes would be good to wipe down the equipment. Also I don't think the thermostat was accurate in my room, I had to crank it to 66 degrees to be comfortable. I usually sleep well around 68-70 degrees.

The staff was phenomenal! My room was very clean, fresh linens, complementary breakfast and etc. I loved the fact my towels smelled like bleach! They accommodated my request. David provided great customer service! Quite, great location!!

Great place for a get-away/leisure or for business travel. The suites are really nice and comfortable. Staff is courteous and very helpful and efficient. Amenities are nice, too. I recommend this location highly!

Just meeting friends who were staying there. Lobby was very neat, clean and nicely decorated. Staff was friendly. Their shop was priced like they were using it to pay their employees lol. A small bottle of water was $5 + tax a large was $7 + tax. So if you're going to get thirsty while waiting look for a fountain.

We arrived EARLY morning (4:30am) and nearly 6-8 hours ahead of schedule. The ladies stayed late to accommodate and ensure we could get in and get settled (after being on the road for 2 days solid). The place is VERY nice. The elevators have a strange slot machine type of jingle to them but one that definitely gets your attention. The room itself was excellent - CLEAN, modern, great bathroom (especially the dual shower head), and very comfortable bed, pillows, seating. The workstation area was helpful and used during our entire stay. The Samsung TV had plenty to offer (movie channels, news, and even some in 4K). The breakfast was great but be prepared to wait for it! We would definitely visit again and furthermore, our thanks to the ladies that kindly helped us (AND pets!) get settled after an exhausting drive from halfway across the country!

Great place in a great location. Staff was friendly and made the stay enjoyable. Room space is smart and clean. Breakfast was nice it you like only pork. Wish there were hand cleaner dispenser around the breakfast area. Otherwise, plan to stay at this Hyatt location again and highly recommend.

My go to Hotel for business travel. Nice modern rooms, clean environment, breakfast and comfortable beds. The staff is super professional and helpful! They even offer Uber to and from work I believe. The area is perfect since it's close to the mall and lots of stores/restaurants.

By chance we booked this hotel and actually really liked it, especially for the price and location. The room was set up neatly, I loved how you could turn the tv into whatever room you were in and enjoyed having the kitchen area for our little weekend. There was also a great variety for breakfast downstairs, so that was a plus for not having to go elsewhere for that. We'd definitely stay here again when in the area.

Hotel itself was great, good staff and clean hotel room which is always a good thing. Only bad part is I have an electric vehicle and the chargers weren’t working so I had to try and find other places to charge. The main reason I picked this hotel was that they advertised electric chargers which was perfect for me but ended up being a bust.

You have a real asset on your team by having Gilbert working your front desk. He exudes enthusiasm, is very friendly, efficient, follows through and is all about guest service! I look forward to seeing Gilbert’s smiling face when I come back again in July to stay at Hyatt House.

Nice place to stay, in close proximity to lots of attractions. My one complaint is that the pool towels were not replenished on our two visits. The only phone in the pool area appears to be for emergencies only, so I couldn't call the front desk or housekeeping.

It's a nice hotel and customer service is top notch. Only complaint is the walls seem pretty thin since you can hear people walking above you sometimes, you can hear the water from the toilet go down the pipes behind the wall, everytime it flushes. It's annoying but not a deal breaker.

This was a nice place to stay, but things are kind of fake-nice. The shower head was wobbly and the cabinetry was kind of falling off in my room. In some rooms, you can hear water flowing through the pipes when someone else showers or flushes the toilet. The elevator is slow and makes the most annoying sounds. Also, one night at 10pm, there were fireworks going off at the ballpark across the street. I'm not sure if this is a regular occurrence or if it was just for opening day. All that said, my stay was very positive and the apartment-feel was nice for my extended stay. I would definitely recommend it for the price.

The Hyatt House is Frisco really changed my mind about these type of hotel suites. The space was large enough to spread around and the bathroom was very modern. The walls weren't too thin as they can often be and the décor outside by the fire pit was cozy.

Love love this place. Rooms are equipped with kitchens and fully equipped with everything you need. Separate living areas from bedroom. Will be staying with Hyatt House Dallas again.

Service is superb. Room 311 would be great if not for the parking lot lights always on keeping the room from getting dark.

The Hyatt House in Frisco was excellent. We have no complaints. The breakfast in the morning included an omelette bar, waffle station, and most of the standard Hyatt breakfast menu. The staff has all been friendly. And my room, as usual at Hyatt properties, was perfect. Thanks Hyatt.

Right as I step into the building I’m greeted by the front desk. Check in was quick and informative! Room was clean and very modern. The bed was average as far as comfort goes. Check out was easy and we got free breakfast! The experience as a whole was incredible! Defintely going back!

Location is convenient to the business interests I have in Plano, though overall the area itself is otherwise pretty boring. It's a real estate investor/business developer's dream I guess but for me it's dull. Hotel is pretty nice, fantastic value and great amenities. One of the elevators wasn't working, and my room is poor for light sleepers; a little noisy and the window blinds don't keep the light out well. I could stay here again if I had to, especially for the price.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, Bobby at front desk especially! First night we had a great room but the shower leaked all over floor; Bobby sent a very pleasant young man to help us change rooms the next night and room was great! Very quiet and clean! Nice pool area and workout room. Limited number of TV channels to watch. Nice bar area, but is not closed off from lobby; also business/computer area by front desk with no privacy. I’m a Travel Agent, so I want you to know everything. That being said, this is The Best Extended Stay Hotel, in my opinion, you will find in Frisco, Tx unless you are willing to spend double these rates!

We stayed here for 2 weeks and I felt like at home during my stay. The building is gorgeous, beds are comfortable, and the vibe is fantastic. All of the staff are exceedingly friendly and Thanks to Gilbert and Bob for the help. The location is very close to work places, restaurants and shopping malls. I highly recommend this place.

Very clean, super friendly staff manned 24 hours and easy accessable for questions. Perfect for a week stay. Kitchen fully equipped and if not in the room, had it to borrow. Easy access, if no car, to groceries and food/entertainment. Also, same if staying for nearby convention center.

It was really clean, and I always saw staff constantly cleaning people's rooms. The hotel was really pretty, and the room I stayed in was neat, and organized when I got there with my friends. The food they serve there is delicious, and they have a big pool and workout room. It was just a really nice stay overall and I would definitely go there again.

Great amenities and location. The room was modern and well presented. WiFi does not work in all rooms. Make sure to ask at reception before checking in.

Hotels is beautiful inside and out. Very modern. Room was very clean and super comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly with everything. Heated pool was awesome, and breakfast had alot of options. Overall I had a very good stay and would definitely recommend to others.

Wonderful place for a family of five, all three children under three, to stay. Nice kitchenette and space to eat in the room. Had us all set up with two extra cribs several hours before check in. Wonderful staff, always so friendly and nice. Great breakfast. Will stay again!

The location was within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and it was the perfect location for a conference at Dr Pepper Arena. The rooms were great...spacious, clean, and comfortable bed.

Great location, great rooms, and great food! I stayed in a one bedroom suite and it's beautiful. I've also enjoyed the breakfast and the omelet bar! For dinner, they have a nice selection and of the few items I tried I enjoyed. However, the drinks were just okay...

Hotel was very nice. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great. Omelets that I was so looking forward to were tiny so there was more ingredients than egg. The bed was super hard and uncomfortable.

We stayed in a double Queen suite and our room was spacious and clean. Hotel staff were excellent and very friendly. The free breakfast was great, the only thing that would make it better would be more seating. But the food and experience overall was very good. We will definitely be back to stay again!

Like Frisco area and have tried several hotels. This definitely up there... value for money. Breakfast was great... Arturo makes one of the best omelettes ever!!! Stayed in a one bedroom.. kitchen well equipped and very nice size. Will stay again!

Loved it here! Everything was clean and comfy! The bar service was great and the location was perfect! My friend was in town and wanted a place to chill for the night. I chose this place because it was near everything. We could go get food nearby and shop. The service was nice and we were welcomed every time we came into the door! I would stay again!

My friend and I booked a 2 day stay for a mom weekend event we were hosting. We decided to go view the room we booked to make sure it is exactly what we wanted. When we arrived Tina at the front desk was very helpful, polite, and professional this company could not have a better person representing their business. Tina show us other options because we needed more room, so of course we wanted to upgrade. I gave this rating 4 stars simply because they are not able to upgrade the reservation the consumer has to go do it themselves.

Awesome stay. Excellent hot breakfast. It could have been a 5 star rating. But there was a power outage the night we stayed which affected about 1000 people in the area. The hotel did not have any clue about the cause of the outage. Local law enforcement officer showed up immediately to check if everyone is alright.

Room was outstanding, very clean and comfortable. Front lobby staff was friendly and helpful. Gym is well stocked and the complimentary breakfast was very nice. I would stay here again.

My first time staying at this hotel. I travel frequently for work and I am enjoying my stay so far. The staff are nice and the room is modern. The only complaint is I have stayed at other locations where it was easier to connect devices to the TV. Beyond that I will be staying here again next time I am in Plano.

Modern rooms. Best part is the patio. They let us stay out there until midnight around the fire. Honestly, they could charge more for the rooms and experience. Had The Wall Street Journal available which is a huge plus!

This is a new hotel in the area having just opened in March 2016. I travel to Frisco somewhat often for business and generally stay at other places, they were full so I gave the Hyatt House a chance.

This is a very nice place. Being new, it's quite clean with a modern, open feel. We had a non-suite room, which was nicely appointed with very comfortable furniture and bed, ample closet space, a nice bathroom (with very large shower), microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker.

The thermostat was adjustable down to at least 60 degrees, and worked all the way down. The hot water was very hot and plentiful.

And there are plugs EVERYWHERE. A very nice touch.

The staff is very attentive and friendly. The manager, Rita, came out during breakfast time and chatted with the guests who were in the area. That was very nice.

Breakfast was very nice, too. They have the usual scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes on the buffet. In addition there is an omelette bar with a cook making small omelettes to order. That was very nice.

And the per night cost was lower than the majority of the neighboring hotels.

If I have the opportunity again, I will consider this on my short list of places to stay when I'm in the area.

Hyatt house hotel in Frisco is a wonderful place. Comfy bed, modern and a great breakfast. Had a rough morning and Bobby made check in quick and was extremely helpful. He even checked in on us to make sure we were satisfied. We will definitely be back to this hotel. Could not have asked for anything better. No complaints here.

The Hyatt House at Frisco is a new hotel as at April 2016. It has modern rooms with comfortable beds, quiet air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a good breakfast. The hotel was reasonably priced too and has great access to local amenities.
