Good long term stay option. Even though it says Morristown you need a car to get to the town center

I've had family stay here when they visit, and knew the rooms to be spacious and typically clean. Good reasons to choose them for our wedding room block. Dealing with them, was a nightmare. Many of my guests who had made reservations had to call multiple times to verify and be placed in our room block. My own reservation required 4 phone calls to be placed, as the bride I had more pressing matters to be concerned with. With the many times I had called in, the staff was unable to find my room block which led to a phone call to the General Manager. The sales manager got back to me instead and despite her assistance, there were still problems. Many of my guests were not given their welcome bag at check in, nor was one placed in their room. They had to be asked for. One of my guests was placed in a room where someone had been smoking previously, and was told the only thing they could do was spritz the room with air freshener. Another guest of mine staying in a 2 bedroom went without having housekeeping tidy up one of the bedrooms. The day of my wedding, we were arranged to have 2 shuttles run from the hotel to reception at 2 different time slots. The front desk had given my guests bad information which resulted in multiple panicked phone calls to verify what was actually going on.

It was a very nice and relaxing place to stay.. everything was clean and convenient for our stay. We were very satisfied:)

Great Room.. beautiful one bedroom apartment! Had everything you need. Good location. Terrific breakfast and friendly and helpful staff!

The furnishing looked fairly new, loved the kitchen and spacious double bedroom suite. Our stay would have been perfect if it wasn’t for the housekeeping staff didn’t clean our room, taking out the garbage or restocking the towels. After an entire day spent in the city, it would’ve been nice to come back to made beds and clean towels.

Great hotel for the night. Quick check in, comfortable bed, and very nice to have a full kitchen. We took advantage of late check out, and loved our stay.

Our second overnight stay at this hotel, as a midway point for our trip. Staff were all warm and friendly, room was clean. This is a great deal for a small family just needing a second space within the room. We used the pool and hot tub, which both seemed well maintained, and then had dinner from the kitchen on the BBQ patio. Dinner was surprisingly delicious (Korean street tacos, pizza, and salad with grilled chicken). Highlight is the hot breakfast spread, with omelette bar! We will stay here again!

Nice place. Easy access to roads and I-287. Easy to access parking. The rooms are big. Service is polite. Internet works well and is fast. We had a nice room that had a kitchenette with a full size fridge.

Staff were friendly. Complimentary breakfast was good with good seating available. Room was very neat with nice layout. There was a lot of noise from the street and in the hallway which was due to our rooms positioning within the building, but otherwise had a very pleasant stay.

A quite respectable hotel with reasonable prices, quality rooms and decent parking. Not much food available for breakfast, though several fast food restaurants are open early nearby. Very convenient to an exit on I-287 and to routes to I-95 and the NJ Turnpike.

The rooms are incredible. All of them. The staff has been outstanding and very accommodating. Would absolutely recommend staying here!!

Hotel is in a great area for my work. Check in was very smooth and friendly. Rooms are clean and modern bathrooms. I have a suite with a full kitchen and it is extremely nice. The only issue I had was that the smoke detector started beeping but it was fixed immediately once I mentioned it to the front desk. I've stayed here in the past, and I'll stay here again.

Got the suite room w built in kitchen and living room area very nice double doors to lead into the Bedroom. Great place to take a sexy female lol

I was so pleasantly surprised with the accommodation and staff were absolutely wonderful, kind and humorous! I thought the room size was generous, the kitchen area was perfect size- I needed to work and had to use my outlet pack since there weren’t enough at the bar area in the room, however that being the only (minor) concern and I am always prepared for that issue!

The rooms are spacious, the halls are usually quiet, the gym was convenient, and the bed was so comfortable. Creature comforts met! Parking was decent, too!

A little pricey for drinks, room was relatively.clean and nice could be updated a bit. Nonetheless a good hotel.

I have stayed in this hotel twice (total 4 nights) and everything is neat and clean. Highly recommend their suite which is ideal for big family.

When I got to Hyatt House, both me a d my work associate were upgraded to deluxe rooms free of charge. The hotel staff was very accommodating and the morning breakfast was good enough for a free meal. I would chlose to stay here again if given the choice.

The hotel is quite good, you will find a mix in staff working there like receptionists are okay, the bartenders are good, the chefs are amazing, the shuttle drivers are rude. The rooms are decent. The place is a little outside, 10mins ride from town.

Pricey food but great accommodations

The rates are very low compared to many other hotels and the room I stayed in was more like a one bedroom apartment than a hotel room. Full kitchen with full sized appliances. All dishes, cookware, utensils, and silverware included. Extra roomy closet and shower.

When I travel back to the area I will be staying here for sure.

Can't say enough about the wonderful stay i had at the Hyatt House Morristown, NJ. the staff was friendly, engaging and efficient. The room was more then imagined. (And they had to down grade us b/c of overbooking) I Would highly recommend staying at the Hyatt House Morristown

Nice rooms, especially for extended stays or family. Some wear and tear starting to show, however. Comfortable beds, and A/C that doesn't shut off randomly in the night. Good free breakfast and Wi-Fi.

I had a very good overnight experience here. They had a cook making omelettes made-to-order at the breakfast, and the front desk was very polite and helpful.

We stayed one night at the Hyatt House Morristown and had a great experience. Accommodations were clean and nicely appointed. Especially helpful to have the separate bedroom with our 2 year old. Nice outdoor pool and grill spaces.

Hotel was a very reasonable price. Bed was pretty comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good with a made to order omelette bar. Getting in and out of the place from the road was kind of difficult. The turn in from the Park Ave. side is very cramped and you could easily have trouble depending on your car's turning radius. The other thing that annoyed me is that HDMI ports on the TV's were inaccessible (at least in my room) making it very difficult for guests to bring their own entertainment products.

It's a great place, the rooms are clean, the service is great, and the bed is comfy. I like that it's a very quiet so a goodnight sleep is expected.

Morristown Hyatt House was very nice. What really made my day was my interaction with Ashley at the front desk at check out. She was so friendly and kind and has a great spirit and zest for life. The Hyatt House is lucky to have her!

Comfortable, large suites and clean. Great location for trips to NYC, overall nice safe area. Front desk staff as well as Galley staff professional and friendly. Housekeeping staff loud when speaking to each other and unable to understand a guest request.

We got a great deal on a king suite here, and it did not disappoint! The room was spacious with a full kitchen and breakfast bar, living room seating area, bedroom with doors separating it from the living space, a closet and sink area, and then a shower and toilet area which also had a door. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was more than enough. Plus the staff were all very friendly.

Stayed in a king suite, and it was amazing. The staff was friendly, the omelet bar was fantastic and the overall experience was worth the price. 10/10 would come back again.

Room was clean and comfortable, nothing broken or needing attention. Front desk area is not inviting or attractive. Needs some signage or plants or something that is welcoming and makes you feel like you want to stay there.

Staff member was refreshingly cheerful, friendly and helpful with all my inquiries. My room with kitchen was spacious and surprisingly nice and quiet for a ground floor room. Breakfast was exellent with diff options to choose each day but ends too early... I believe 9:30.

Big, comfortable rooms and great service for a reasonable price

Very nice hotel. I was working at MMU for a few days and its minutes away. I slept great, the room was clean, quiet and nice. The front desk staff was really great, friendly and efficient. I'll definitely stay here again

Room was spacious and very nice. Wifi worked well. Unfortunately TVs did not have an HDMI port so that was slightly inconvenient

Stayed several days, very comfortable rooms. Staff was friendly. Only negatives: no room service if you order you need to pick up the food. Shuttle worked fairly well, though sometimes not available.

The location, customer service, and amenities of the Hyatt house are excellent. Cheaper than most hotels in the area, with better service and bigger rooms.

We checked in over night and the process was extremely smooth. Both overnight attendees was knowledgeable and very respectable. Our room was amazing and would definitely stay there again.

Checked in to the Morristown location for a business trip. No problems checking in even though we arrived before check in time. The overnight lady at the front desk (ashley) was friendly, cheerful and informative.

Enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, and will layed out. We travelled with 4 boys and had a two roon suite. It was perfect.

We Stayed here for 3 nights. As expected, our 2 bedroom unit was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and cooperative. Definitely would recommend it to everyone.
