Only con is that the billing in ITC isn't transparent, they have a lot of hidden costs and also the breakup is quite difficult to understand.

Its a beautiful hotel situated in Begumpet.The rooms are good and the hotel has good security facilities. There are some nice restaurants in this hotel. Ideal for marriages and functions as they have nice function halls supported by excellent catering facilities. The food is good. The service is also good, the begumpet metro station is very close to it. An ideal place for stay.

Very nice. I compare it directly with other big hotels in Hyderabad such as Hyatt, Sheraton, Westin etc. There is a touch of heritage to it. Well groomed staff as it should be for such hotel but it's not always found speaking from my experience of Sheraton. Nice property as well, nicely maintained. The function was for a small gathering in a hall downstairs. The arrangements were good. Got nothing to complain. Will pose pics later.

Location is good fromnthe point of connectivity to the rest of the city. Breakfast has a lot of variety. Amenities are plentiful. Sometimes the switches in my room did not work. That's the only complaint I have regarding the stay.

I stayed there for 3 weeks and it was really enjoyable stay. The staff are really helpful and usually go above and beyond to assist. The rooms are nice, spacious and very cozy. There is a gym with instructor, a stream room and a nice pool. There are three different restaurants in this hotel. I guess food is the only disappointing part. They were super expensive but the quality isn't great. I actually had much better food from outside for 1/4th the price. The free breakfast buffet was good. I stayed at the tower (16th floor) so they had free finger food and selected hard liquor from 6 to 8 at the Tower club which I really enjoyed.

The service is great. The reception and staff are super friendly. And the the minimal tech upgrades they have do e is awesome. The TV mutes everytime you pick up the phone. It is mind blowing. Love it. Great stay. Would love to do another stay cation there.

Great colonial style hotel downtown Hyderabad. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but a little dated. Our rooms and the bathrooms were very clean.
The pool is a little odd shaped and is a rest area for many birds, but the pool is cleaned frequently.
All staff are very courteous and helpful.
There are two lounges, one business lounge on the ground floor and one executive lounge on the top floor, which also serves some food and drinks.
SPG Platinum recognition is good. We got upgraded and breakfast was complementary.

This used to be a luxury hotel. No longer. No fresh investments. Earlier once they had asked me to pay though they had instructions that bill should be sent to company. It happened again to another colleague last month. Water in swimming pool does not appear to be changed regularly. It is shaped like recreational pool. I haven't seen people using the pool. Barber isn't available most of the time. The Gym is small and the equipment is very old. The restaurants and service are very good. ITC has opened a new hotel in Hyderabad. I will try it out next time.

This is the place where you can find the luxury of having a greatest time. The staff of this hotel is excellent. I felt wonderful to stay in this hotel for my cousin's marriage. I was here for 2 nights in mid march 14-16th. The hotel was beautiful in the middle of the center of Hyderabad. Good food and the service was courteous and spot on all of the time. I enjoyed the stay and got energy for the further travel back to Europe. I can recommend this hotel for business travellers, but also health and tourists to recover. Thank you for the stay!

My experience here was absolutely exhilarating and was very true to the word 'luxury'. The staff was very welcoming and full of warmth. In my opinion, no other 5 star in the country can match the kind of hospitality that ITC offers. It was a pleasure staying here and I will surely visit this place again in the future.

The hotel is very appealing. Security check at the entrance. Even the bags are also checked. Every person is checked at the entrance. Nice atmosphere. Very clean and tidy. Rooms are available for small technical forums. Food quality is very good. It's old but the maintenance is good. Courteous staff.

Classic hotel with great hospitality.
Located at one of the prime locations of the city. City traffic is unavoidable and best time to visit places should be before/ after peak hours (Morning 8-11 and Evening 5-9).
Spacious and luxurious rooms with comfortable stay. Few eateries nearby but most of them are overtly priced.
Limited parking but personally never faced this problem.

Stay was awesome. Hotel is located close to the main road and is accessible. There were some issues related to door access and electric supply, but was resolved quickly. Some water work repair led to dirty water supply during the day. But then we got some complimentary offers for our family while staying there.

I have always enjoyed dining at Deccan Pavilion, ITC Grand Kakatiya, Hyderabad. The ambience is pleasant and delightful. Waiters and hotel staff are courteous. Food on the display is extraordinary for its presentation and consistent quality.

Its a matter of fact that not many restaurants in Hyderabad follow high standards of service and quality similar to Deccan Pavilion.

Its good to be dining at this restaurant as it serves the finest food, wine and assorted beverages. In my experience I loved the easter lunch which was exceptionally good. Sometimes, they do organize live music for entertainment.

Ultimately, there's no place I'd go for a meal if its not Deccan Pavilion.

Maybe one of the best hotels in all Hyderabad. Nicest staff. And quite frankly I haven't stayed here but I come often for lunch and meetings. Their spread for lunch is amazing and the board rooms are tip top. I really like their business centre as well. The only downside is the cost. They take 40 Rs. for a black and white printout.

From My check in to check out the whole experience was great . i was greeted by one of the the attended called cheshta. i never got a chance to think that the check in counter was busy and after that i have given a company till room and all the amenities has been explained . the room view was really great and the break fast as well. the room interior is as good as it should be and what some one can think ITC should give . each and everything was well planed and take care . i will definitely will come back soon for my next business trip and stay here only.

ITC is a nice hotel for English speakers. The English proficiency is not the best but the staff tries. The staff has a really hard time understanding over the phone so speak slowly and clearly, but are really fast in person. All of the staff are friendly and professional. The Executive Lounge is nice but seems understaffed. The food is great and are prices you expect from a 3 or 4 star hotel, over priced and small portions.

Update: The staff reviewed my comments and are working on updating the staff in the lounge to meet the needs. Management is engaged and actually asked me for more detailed information about my review. I will stay here again on my next trip. Because of this I am changing from 3 to 5 stars.

Great 5-star hotel. Good breakfast and nice service. All 5 star facilities are available. Good variety of food. All staff are friendly and helpful. Nice ambience in reception hall. Small and nice swimming pool. Workout room is well equipped. Overall good experience.

It is a good hotel for the tariff. Rooms are decently sized. Breakfast is good. Their Kebab & Curry restaurant food & service is amazing.

Located opposite the chief ministers camp office, this property offers luxury accommodation and fine dining. It has got a 24 hours restaurant which has a great menu. The ambience is good and there are many options for an informal meet with or without a cuppa. There is also a banquet which may host 300 people. Of course , the service is one of the best around.

Slightly dated property. However food is very nice. Dakshin restaurant serves very nice south Indian food. The service is friendly. The Kebabs and Curries restaurant serves nice north indian food. It's a luxury property so prices are high. But good food experience.

Stayed here for a day. Great food, especially their breakfast, (chicken sausage and chocolate chips pancakes ;)). Very courteous staff, clean bathrooms. Refreshments were worth mentioning too. Ambience of a heritage hotel.

Really nice hotel. Well appointed, good gym. Restaurant was very pleasant. It's a little far our from commercial centers to stay for work, but if you don't mind a longer drive, it's a good option.

We are a group of four and have stayed for 7 nights. We have explored almost all the facilities. The specialty restaurants were very good. The staff is very friendly and housekeeping fabulous. Everything served with a smile. I would greatly recommend staying at the ITC Kakatiya Hyderabad

Food could've been better. This is after I've had alcohol. And if you are ordering mocktails, stay away from Italian Smooch( it's plain. Lemon soda) Food review only for vegetarian. Everything else ambience, service, polite staff. Awesome!!

A welll maintained hotel.. the architecture will give the impression of a palace.. security and management are up to the mark.. except the food. Food is more suited for foreigners.. it is not spicy. Apart from that you wouldn't be disappointed

Front desk needs a major overhaul in staff training and check-in process. Property is amazing without a doubt, best location in the city. The massage chair in the room was an advantage, I wish it is well maintained. My chair didn't work well. Food was good, croissant is soft as cotton. I wish I met the chef who made the croissant and thank him.

Might be good . But I stay in the State Bank Staff College Campus next to it. Which is mistaken either as ITC Kakatia's property or teachers' colony.😢 I am fed up conveying this. Currently I an on vacation and have come to my hometown.

Awesome place ,a bit old fashioned. Very friendly, responsible and caring staff. Awesome food which is I know believe to be like a trade mark of the ITC Brand. The suites are very comfortable with smart controlers. Ideally one of the best places to stay at Hyderabad.

A Brand is a Brand always, when it comes to ITC, it is a perfect word to use in, i love to have mutton biryani and especially sambar when comes to vegetarian. Moreover the hospitality is really awesome and very much suitable for the foreign tourists.

I have stayed at several ITC hotels around India but was disappointed with this one. The room was comfortable enough but the service in the restaurant was poor and the food was terrible. It's not up to the standard of the other ITC hotels.
