Good place for official meetings. Many areas including large balconies for team activities, gardens for pics. The food quality however was mediocre for a star hotel. The staff also not the quality of a 5 star. Quite unattentive, some AC issues as well.

So all in all I would say this place had its old Glory in the past and Because of the structure and space it still looks beautiful n spacious. But they can do a lot better on service and quality and variety of food.

It's a decent business hotel. Compared to many of the other ITC property this one is bit behind in terms of room updates. I stayed in the tower and the older side. While it has the colonial charm, it is crying for room upgrades. If the rooms are upgraded with the digital experience that ITC has at its newer properties, it would be a amazing one to stay in. You can definitely expect same ITC service and tasty food.

Very charming and fabulous property in Bengaluru. ITC service and quality shines through in the rooms, staff and service. Stayed only one night in a business trip but will definitely come back for a longer stay next time. Highly recommended for a relaxing break.

As evident, a set of luxurious standard hotel. Rich in decorations and interiors definitely sets high expectations in customer for good service. In terms of service and security, hotel is finely equipped with all necessities. I'm some areas the visuals give nostalgic feelings. I went to attend one conference, arrangements and sound systems were good but not accommodative enough. Surprisingly got a white stone inside a samosa, for which I would like to escalate and have reduced one star.

Was staying at Windsor for the weekend and experienced beyond doubt one of the best hospitality and service through the stay. The architecture is modelled from the British era and is quite simply amazing. Part of the hotel we stayed at has some renovation ongoing, perhaps the only issue with the hotel was some construction noise seeping in, other than thst no complaints at all. The rooms are spacious and well designed as well. The food and staff is top-notch as well. It's definately one of the finest 5 star hotels in India.

Very a beautiful restaurant with well thought out layout. Nice seating arrangements. Lovely staff and amenities. Cost, well it's on the extreme side, but it's not really every day you decide to pamper yourself huh?? Any ways would love to visit ones more with me wife.

I mostly stay in this property on my visit to Bangalore. The best buffet breakfast in the town!! Very tasty food, excellent service, very well planned rooms and amenities, a fantastic gym are some of the highlights. The staff are extremely courteous too. The dinner buffet though is a tad let down. Nothing compared to the breakfast.
And oh! Fabelle chocolates are truly amazing.

The service is great and the people hospitable and honest. The rooms are incredible. The restaurants have a wonderful selection of food that's brilliantly made. Honestly don't have a single negative thing to say about the place.

If you want to experience the old world luxury.... A stay at this hotel is a must. The hotel rooms especially the manor and the tower rooms are a must stay. One of the rooms I had stayed in, opened up to a garden (I was staying on the 5th floor) calling it beautiful would be an understatement.
The food (needless to say) is one of the best.
The hotel is in the heart of Bangalore city and your next door neighbors are the ministers & the CM of Karnataka.

The interiors are wonderful. Absolutely themed on the Colonial era and how. This place reminds of an old army mess. Only much classier and luxurious. The service, staff and food, all are excellent. The bar is stocked with the finest stuff and their cocktails are a class apart. Not to mentioned quite reasonably priced.

Like every 5 star hotel, it's lovely from inside. The 24 hour restaurant is one of the reasons I like going there. It's the perfect place to curb your middle of the night dessert cravings in Bangalore. Placed centrally in the city it's convenient to reach from wherever one lives.

Can’t say enough about this place! We had our wedding here and loved every bit of it. Amazing staff, finger licking good food and every bit of this place oozes luxury. We later spent a night there in one of the suites in the old wing and it was lovely as well. Have had a couple of dinners in two of their restaurants which was really really good too. Visited the south Indian restaurant here. The ambience was excellent with live music. Food was yum and staff also helped us out. The place surely does bring out the richness in our Indian food. Must try place for everyone.

Amazing place to relax and enjoy the city. Location is really good. I'd say one of the best hotel I have seen in Banglore. Staffs are really polite and smartly dressed. They have got huge selection of foods especially breakfast. Rooms are properly decorated and nicely presented.

Best in its class, superb hotel, And the cleanliness of the room and the hotel is fascinating. The hotel is centrally located and off to the side with a private roadway. Due to the fact that it sits back and away from the main road, it is quiet. The property has several great restaurants, typical of Welcome group of hotels. The hotel was very gracious in all what they offered with the package as well as with their buffet spread. The food was just superb.

One of the iconic properties in Bangalore this will certainly remind you of an era gone by. The Jolly nabobs restaurant at this hotel is one of my favourite places to eat in Bangalore. If you are in town over the weekend to visit them on Sunday for the brunch which is, in my opinion, one of the best in town.

Great place to stay. Very close to the city centre. One can get to play a round of golf in the Bangalore Golf course which is just opposite. They have quite a few restaurants. They have a great midnight buffet. The place has a very old British era feel to it. The service is excellent, great rooms. The Dublin is one of the best places for good food.

We had a wonderful weekend in a Tower Club room. The evening cocktail hour in the library was pleasant and the service was great. We also enjoyed meals at Dum Pukht and the Royal Afghan, as well as the brunch buffet at the Raj Pavilion. All were terrific. Lastly, we spent days lounging under big umbrellas in a quiet area near the pool. While traffic noises are ever present, it was still very nice.

Really nice, comfortable and bright hotel. Very much in the colonial style. There's a pub called Dublin that actually is quite close to a true Edwardian style.

Nice team room and on site chocolatier. I did not have a chance to try the main restaurant.

This is just a awesome place. Indeed a luxury collection by ITC. From decor to ambiance. From room to food and from courtesy to service. everything is perfect and on spot. It will be expensive, but worth of it. Also, location wise is fine, but entering to the road leads to the hotel might be confusing. I enjoyed one evening there. But, want to explore more options as well.

After renovation the hotel looks really good. The food was great. The service was also commendable. Since it was a office event I don't know much about the pricing.

This is part of ITC group of hotels. It is a luxury hotel which is part of the Bangalore history. The building is a British colonial structure and a beautiful one. The restaurant are very nice and chic. The service, food, standard is all elite.

A completely faultless performance from this hotel, from the arrival experience until departure. A very warm welcome, friendly check-in, and a delightful room with patio in peaceful and tranquil surroundings near the Royal Park. The staff have all been there since my last visit 10 years ago, and made a special effort to make me feel welcome, and cared-for. A shining example of old school European hospitality. Dinner and breakfast in the Derby Grill were both delicious and service spot-on. Dangerously inviting wine list!

Attended a seminar there. Excellent arrangements. Large spacious halls to accommodate 300 persons approximately.
Plenty of parking, easy to park layout. Quite peaceful and very green.

This is my first stay at this hotel. Compared to other hotels I have stayed in Bangalore, including Leela Palace, so far I found ITC Windsor to be better. Rooms are nicer and I appreciate that there is no road noise once inside the hotel. Service has also been great and on par with other luxury hotels.

I was at this hotel for three weeks and enjoyed my stay there. The hotel is very grand, clean and the staff will always go out of their way to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Each restaurant within the hotel was outstanding also. I will definitely be returning here when I come for business.

My only negative comment is that a minority of staff insisted (very strongly) that I write an online review and include their name in it. Some staff would even play games where they'd cover their badge and ask me to repeat their name, even though they did not know mine. After three weeks this did get slightly tedious.

Otherwise, thank you for a very comfortable stay and I look forward to returning soon.

(Also, thank you to the man who made my omelettes every morning, the omelettes were great, and his humour was even better!)

ITC Windsor Manor, as the name suggests represents the legacy British Raj styled building. The ambience has been maintained, location is bang in the heart of the city. Good food, personalised service define the perfect ITC hospitality.

Good location. But very less options or say no options in afternoon Buffet. Overall very warm and helpful staff.

Jun 13: Stayed here for a night. The check in was very smooth. The room are very spacious with the a wooden floor and also carpeted. The bed was great and I had a good undisturbed sleep. Used the gym in the morning - good but I have seen better gyms elsewhere. One thing that so many hotels do not have is a water jet faucet in the toilets. That is basic hygiene in India and hotels need to cater to the same in India. Otherwise, the stay was good.

Classic place to stay. One that each and every guest that I interacted with, agreed completely about. Beautifully setup with detailed attention to every aspect, to ensure guest's comfort. Highly recommend.

Can't describe it enough. Had been to Dakshin for a dinner with clients. Best choice is that part of the city. Food was excellent. Property itself is impeccable. Friendly for kids. Currently alcohol not being served due to laws. Ample parking available. Be careful when entering property, can be confusing on Google maps.

Decent hotel and interesting pathway driving into the hotel. Good security checks and solid decor. Food is pretty good though the place gets quite busy. Service is average for the same reason (gets quite busy).

My family and I dined at Royal afghan for dinner. It was the best meal I've ever had in Bangalore. We got the nonveg taster menu, it had around 4 starters, 4 main course dishes and 2 desserts. The meal was very filling, each dish was better then its predecessor. The dinner was expensive but totally worth it, be ready to shell out more than 3k per head of you choose the taster menu.

We have always been a huge fan of this place and it's old world charm. We visit Raj Pavillion quite frequently and live the wide spread of their buffet - lunch / dinner. The butlers are super friendly and always ready to accommodate your smaller demands!

Amazing hotel with Georgian architecture! You will feel you are staying in center of London. Staff is extremely courteous. We hosted a conference in regency 1 which is one of the most royal banquet I have ever seen. Don't give this hotel a miss if you wish to make your stay an experience.

Nice and comfortable place to stay. Surroundings wise probably a posh area with other 5* hotels around and ministerial bungalows too. Getting local transport is a problem as the rickshaw drivers prefer to understand their language more than any other and do take you for a ride. Breakfast room is a bit crammed but staff makes up for all the trouble to get to the counter to serve oneself. Very courteous and always available to assist and serve.

Lovely hotel with a lot of character and history. Great service. I reached the hotel late after a long flight and the front desk did a great job of check-in. I want to specially thank Lily from the front desk who went out of her way to help me get in touch with a chef around midnight so that room service could cater to my dietary restrictions. This is a great example of stepping up and beyond.

One of the best luxury hotels in the country, it's charming, of great class, maybe better than Leela Palace and JW Marriott. It's got an old-world charm with all modern facilities. Not cheap.

I recently stayed here for 2 weeks while on a business trip to Bangalore, and couldn't be happier with my stay. The hotel has a colonial/Raj feel to it, and was very comfortable without being overly ritzy. The staff were helpful and accomodating. I had a small problem with the safe in my room malfunctioning (it had a power problem and kept beeping over and over) which was resolved quickly and efficiently. The hotel has several restaurants which were of high quality, and I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet spread. I'll be staying here again on my next trip!

If you are looking for the five star deluxe hotels which can let you feel like the resorts within city center then this is the hotel you supposed to be registered and enjoyed.

The first choice for anybody visiting Bangalore on business should be this if your business is located in Central Bangalore. Located strategically convinient from Airport as well as central Bangalore, it offers superb services.

I liked the place, both inside and outside the hotel. Maintained very clean. Staff are very polite and co-operative. Service is good. Above all, the staff converse in Kannada with us; we feel that we are in Karnataka eventhough it is a star hotel!

One of the luxurious hotels of bangalore the architecture is of british time but has been maintained in top shape. It has a great ambience and gives a pleasant feeling as soon as you enter. Being a 5star property dont expect budget options here.

The tower rooms are reasonably sized. Awesome ITC service. The food at the Afghan and the Dakshin are superlative. Some of the best dosas to be had in a five star property.

stayed in the hotel for couple of nights. Stay was comfortable but restaurant (Dakshin) didn't live upto the expectation.
Wrong cocktail served (which took more than 20 minutes to come). The prawn curry was great but same couldn't be said for the chicken gravy. The best one was sweet dish - moongdal halwa and the coconut based sweet dish.
The buffet breakfast was very good with huge variety and fresh items, like fruits and juices. the idlis was very soft and white. B'fast was much better than Dinner.
