We weren’t guests for the hotel.
The location is perfect. It’s very close to the center of the city. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had great time on the beach. The beach is beautiful, water is super clear and the atmosphere is nice. We paid 25 JD per person for the beach, jacuzzi, swimming pool, spa etc. They gave us towels. There were hammocks. The bar is on the beach.
We had a chance to see the sunset. It was amazing.
And safety is very important for them. There is lifeguard at the beach.

The staff is absolutely wonderful, and I really appreciated the attentiveness upon our arrival to ensure that we had everything we were looking for in our room. I again appreciated the staff's concern when I fell ill and all the help they provided my spouse in trying to take care of me :).

The New Year's show was wonderful, and my wife and I love that they hired a belly dancer to perform every night at the Fun Pub. Suggestions for improvement would be that the salon was closed (we were able to find one nearby that was very accommodating, though), and that you can't smoke shisha inside the Fun Pub (whereas cigarette smoking is allowed and pervasive).

This is a great place. The reception is tidy and the security level is very high and safe. The buffet has a huge selection of food and is very clean. The people that work in there are very nice and welcoming and will 100% make you feel comfortable. I would certainly recommend this resort to a friend.

Fabulous hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff.

The Turkish restaurant is better than any meal we had in Istanbul. We went there two nights in a row.

Also, be sure and try the Lebanese wines. They're very good.

Brilliant hotel. We had a few issues during our stay which some staff were not quick in sorting out. Found most of the staff to be helpful and friendly.
Excellent facilities and the rooms were great with good views.
Would visit again
