The best hotel ever I stayed

A decent hotel with some spacious rooms. The check-in process was smooth but my requested late check out was not recorded in the system and got locked out of the room once. The walls are also quite thin, so except to hear the people living in the room next to yours. The food however is really good! A little pricey but with good quantity and top quality ingredients used.

Rooms nice, clean and the staff very helpful. Only one observation, if the hotel wants you to buy executive lounge access then they should ensure there is more than one staff member available. Plus locking the beer fridge! Why? It took 20 minutes to get a drink, not ideal when you only have 2 hours.

rooms were small. Good as a business hotel. Though there were no meeting rooms available. At a classy location. Far from fun part of the city and from the airport.

The management of Radisson Blue in media city is really commendable on maintaining the standards of the facility. Very clean and quiet rooms. The staff is excellent and very cooperative. However an area of improvement is the breakfast menu which never changes. I wish the management brings some diversity in the menu. Secondly if you are arriving or departing the hotel by a taxi then please take the metro or dubai taxi. Do not fall prey to the cars waiting outside and claiming to be as taxi drivers.

Nice small hotel split into 2 short towers, the towers connected by a walkway between. This hotel is ideally set in the middle of both internet and media city so ideal for business. The tower on the left has restaurants, pool and a roof top night club. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. The only reason for not giving higher rating is that the rooms are small.

I really enjoyed staying here. The beds are very comfy and the breakfast is ample. Lunch time and dinner themed buffets are great and good value for money considering Dubai pricing. The bar is very popular at night and they have some decent beers on tap. Not much around for food/ drinks entertainment. 10 mins drive to Marina.
The gym is well equipped and the business center have a free buffet.
Don’t take the hotel taxis as they are much more expensive than an Uber.
All in all a good clean and comfortable business hotel.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. He staff was really helpful. Good breakfast buffet which had almost everything of something.
They also have a tourist help desk, they arrange for all tours and travels. The staff at this desk also helped us a lot.
Room was really good and well maintained. We didn’t face any problem.
Location is also really good, because it is close to both the metro station and the tram service which goes towards the Atlantis.

Excellent! The food, the room and mostly the people. The people managing and working in the place are some of the best I have seen. I have stayed in other luxury hotels so I know what to expect when I'm there, but these guys take hospitality to the next level. One of the fastest check-in and checkout services. The room was very clean and had everything you need. The breakfast buffet had plenty options and the food was very tasty. Highly recommended!

Loved the sushi night the food was absolutely delicious along with the staff being very friendly and upbeat which made the whole dining experience even more fun.

The family and I will be returning again very soon defiantly a place I would recommend.

The best stay of my life. Everything went so smoothly starting from my check In to check out. Front desk staff are simply great 👍. Breakfast is also good. WiFi is really fast and easily works throughout the hotel. Once again thank you to everyone in the reception team.

It was a nice experience. We had a comfortable stay.what ever we where looking for,at any time it May be they made it possible.staffs are all good & polite.I stayed 4 nights & 5days.The hotel ambience & atmosphere was good & it is easily reachable.

Reaching to your room in this hotel is just tiresome. It has two towers, and to reach the rooms, you must change lift twice, and walk across other tower from second floor. I felt very odd and inconvenient for this Nice economic business hotel. I have been there twice. Staff are friendly, and courteous.
Breakfast is good. Staff at breakfast area are well trained and welcoming.

The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly. It’s in the center close to marina and JBR and close to Internet city metro station.

Their spa service is really nice - the staff are good and very friendly.

It’s not luxurious but it’s very clean and simple.

Good location, decent rooms and facilities, but overpriced. Check in staff had trouble with my registration and payment. Some rooms are noisier than others.

Very impressive German restaurant on the ground floor and even more impressive Spanish tapas bar I believe in the 2nd floor. Both serve very tasty food but I have to give the Chef of the Spanish tapas bar the thumbs up for presenting Dubai with an exceptionally impressive menu one could also say courageous. In fact I might visit again in the coming days

Very nice hotel in a good location. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The Dubai Media City Amphitheatre is located across the street which makes it convenient if you are attending a concert. The room was a good size and had a very comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was very good and featured a fair variety of food options. The made to order omelets are a very good choice. The seafood dinner buffet was good but kind of pricey. Each tower has a pool. The rooftop pool in the east tower offered food service, adult beverages and provided the location for sunbathing. The west tower has a rooftop club that stays open till 3:00 am on weekends. The music is played loudly and can be heard in the rooms. The metro station is about a ten minute walk from the hotel. The hotel features its own transport service but taxis are readily available and less expensive.

My wife and I stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Dubai Media City for the John Legend Concert for the Jazz Festival. We had an amazing time and it made our experience that much more enjoyable that we could walk out of the hotel lobby and directly into Dubai Media City Amphitheatre! The location of this hotel is a MAJOR BOUNS!!! Upon check in the staff was really nice and they were beyond accommodating of all of our requests (ice, more towels, reheat our food, toothbrush, etc). While the room was a bit small, it was quite cozy and the view of the pool was great!

One of the challenges we experienced was the noise. Upon returning to the hotel after the concert, there was a party taking place somewhere in the hotel. The music was extremely loud and it could be heard throughout the hotel. The bass from the party shook our room until about 2 AM. It would have been nice to be informed of the party upon booking the hotel or even when we checked in so that we could’ve made an informed decision about staying or even asked for a room that wouldn’t be impacted by the noise. The staff failed to do anything to try to accommodate us for the loud party and that had a large impact on our Radisson Blu Experience.

Good hotel. Giving it three stars for the loud sound of the music from the club every night - even during weekdays. Great food by the way!

Staff is good but had realy bad experiance in the SPA. They made the lady with me to walk down to gym area almost a floor down in a bathrobe. Swimming pool is on terrace and is very calm and good. Food is good. The breakfast spread was amazing. But the conference area was little crampy.

.........we were just passing through en-route to Beijing and only spent one night, again just to be in this country where most things insight or seen are all glitz and glamour! Love-lii up market beautiful hotel, where staff are always pleasant and helpful and the rooms are big and well kept even has a full stocked-up bar!.......

The rooftop terrace (Tamanya) is a great place to wind down after work during the winter. Good atmosphere and music as well as an incredible view help you decompress after a long day.

Small rooms suitable for business visitors only, not ideal for families. Very few places to visit nearby & public transport is limited to taxis. Nearest metro station is a 20mins walk away, if one doesnt mind the sweltering Dubai heat. Good breakfast spread & meeting facilities though. Friendly staff. Keep it up.

Nice steaming and pool. Great staff and service. But now the big pool is under construction. Only a small one in use.

Had a great experience at the hotel.
The guys at concierge & waiters were very helpful & professional. Particularly Godwin was ever ready to assist with a pleasant smile to go with.
Wifi connection tho must be improved at the other block.
Will definitely stay at Radisson blu @ Media city again on my next visit.

I spent one wonderful week in this hotel for a training. The staff of the hotel was great, especially Mr. Godwin who took care of me very well.

I didn't know that the snack and drinks in the mini bar were so expesense : D so I was supprised to see the bill.

I had a lovely stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Media City, Dubai. The staff were super friendly and my room was well equipped, with a large TV showing most of OSNs channels, free wifi and bar fridge for snacks and drinks. The restaurants were also of high quality, serving good food by friendly staff.

Quite a small hotel, according to Dubai standards, but an excellent place to stay for business in the Dubai Media City and Dubai Internet City areas. The Business Lounge can be highly recommended as a convenient place to get some work done (available for residents of the Business Class rooms). The breakfast buffet is also very good.

The rooftop area is really nice when the weather is nice. Been there many times for Night Vibes and I liked it every time. Haven't been to the rooms itself. 3 star for the location

Conveniently located near many offices in Media City, this hotel is quite basic compared to other 5 star hotels in Dubai. It is suitable for business travellers who do not want to spend time commuting to office. Else Westin offers a better option though also more expensive than Radisson.

An ok place. Hotel based over 2 towers so if you are in the West Tower you have a hell of a walk to get there. Also, overeager staff tried to get into my room at 4:30am as they thought i had checked out. They couldn't get in because i had the chain on so they decided to ring the doorbell until I woke up and then said they wanted to check if anyone was in so they could make up the room for the next guest... Also very noisy as next to busy road so all i could hear were cars driving by.

Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. Feels a bit dated. Ugly carpet. Thin walls make noisy neighbors an issue. Breakfast buffet was OK. Again great service. Nice rooftop bar "Dusk".

Celebrated my friend's birthday at Certo, Italian cuisine restaurant. They came singing with a pastry. Nice food, loaded with flavours but not heavy on your tummy.

Nice hotel, very close to the offices (if you arrived for work) and pretty close to the beach (10 min by taxi to Marina). Good food, few restaurants around. Good to know rate per night goes down during the weekend, as this is business hotel 😉

I attended a half day conference. The place is well equipped for such events and things were very smooth. The restaurant is quite nice as well

Good hotel. Customer service should be better. Reception need to welcome customer with smile and should not keep customers for long time while he is in the phone or at least politly say that he will get back to me when he is done with his call.

We preferred this hotel for the reason being closest to our office in Dubai Internet City. This is also close to the nearest Metro station Nakheel which is just about 650 m from here. Breakfast spread was very good. Rooms were well maintained. There is a HSBC ATM nearby and you get plenty of taxi options just outside the hotel. Overall, a great experience.

Staff always there to help you out and always u can see a smiling face. Hotel neat n clean. Rooms comfortable. Tram n metro within a reach of 600m-900m. Ample of parking. Couple of Resturent inside d hotel n you may order from a pre set menu. Swimming pool relatively small. Rest all are fine. I really enjoy my stay.

I have spent 7 days in this amazing hotel. The rooms, food and hospitality have been absolutely fab! Have been staying in 5 stars hotels before but non of them can even compare to how I felt in here. The staff in the reception, restaurant and the kitchen makes you feel so welcome and appreciated that it's just unreal. I will definitely be staying here in Radisson Blue Media City Dubai again! Thank you guys for making my holiday experience so special!!!

convenient and has nice restaurants / pubs

I liked Certo restaurant and the quality of food but I consider the value for food somewhat high.

Value to money isn't amazing , was upgraded to business room instead of std and the room was veey bad , dark so I can't imagine how the std rooms was.what I like about this hotel is the locarion and the stuff.

Highly recommending Certo's restaurant. Great atmosphere, overly helpful staff, incredible food. Italian made by Italians. Go (and save me a seat).
