The WiFi at the top floor was not that strong and kept getting disconnected. The bed is too soft and almost sagging in the middle. Huge bathroom door in a small space. Other than that, comfortable and pleasant stay.

Rooms were okay. Very disappointed with the sofa sleeper. The mattress looked liked it had been handed down 1 too many times with stains on it. We stayed in a double bed room which accommodated 2 adults and 1 child. Luckily we had our air mattress in lieu of the awful couch bed. Could use a good deep cleaning but the staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good. Neat little perks at this place. Shower was good, liked the little kitchen, pool was indeed green as I noticed was in a few reviews. I am pretty anal about where I stay so a 3 star review is a good thing from me. I did use the gym which had some outdated equipment but that's just me being snobby, otherwise it got the job done and I enjoyed it. Not a bad place to stay if the prices are decent but all in all not something I would spend over 100$ for.

Great hotel. Pool, jacuzzi, theater room, office area, games, and even a mini putt putt green. Awesome free food. Breakfast, cookies, and dinner socials. Very pet friendly too. Rooms are clean, and packed full of amenities.

Was very impressed with this hotel! We had 4 adults and 2 kids that slept comfortably in the suite. We loved that there were board games and things at the hotel to do. We wound up buying groceries and cooking in our room because we were so comfortable.
We had no idea that a complimentary dinner is served mon-wed nights! Unfortunately we spent the day and Cliffs and took late naps, so we slept through dinner. This is a pet friendly, family friendly hotel! We will be staying here more often.

Shower was odd. Kept getting hotter and hotter the longer I was in there. Just continually cranked it colder gradually. Sink is separate from toilet/shower room, so not a lot of space between shower, toilet, and door. Door does not have enough of a gap between itself and the floor, have to move bathmat out of its way entirely to open it. Other than that, fantastic. Quite a lovely room, has basically all the essential items. Nice pool area too. Slow elevator.

Our 2 bedroom suite is modern and clean. Pool is small but well kept. Inexpensive, free breakfast, and friendly front desk staff made it an easy recommendation. Love this place.

I forgot to pack a contact lens case and thankfully the hotel had a small convenience store where I could by a case. The room was clean. The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly.

Tv was misplaced. We couldn't watch it from the bed without turning the dresser completely around. The parking lot was small and tight; however, the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good, but the dinners were severely lacking in taste and design. They had a we'll stocked sundry and plenty of snacks.

This was my first stay at a Staybridge Suites. It is really nice for short term or long term. They have everything you need, even microwave dinners. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and even have trays so you can dine in your room. Super clean, friendly staff. Highly recommended!

A very wonderful and attentive staff along with exceptionally clean and spacious rooms. Pricing is very affordable for a kitchenette room. They are also very child friendly and surprised my children with some free gifts to occupy their time. Would love to stay here again if in the area!

Polite staff. The breakfast had an ok vegan option selection, including almond milk for my coffee. They over booked so our upgraded room want available when we got there. Our room was clean & the maid staff was friendly.

We had an amazing stay here. We came for Spring Break 2018, and couldnt have been happier. The staff were super curteous and very friendly. We felt welcomed every second we were there.

Our room was clean, the beds/pillows were very comfortable, the food was amazing too. I have nothing but great things to say about our stay here. We had a king suite with two bedrooms (1 king bed and double beds in the next room), two bathrooms, kitchenette, and living area (with pull out couch). Great room for a large family The only sad part was that the pool was not yet open as it is outdoors. The hot tub was open. Overall this was a good saty. Manager always talked to guests and asked about our plans every morning. There is a board at the front with temperature, ideas for activities, fun facts, and the menu for dinner( free dinner Mon-Wed). The best part was the fresh baked cookies every night. 😉

The rooms are perfect. Customer service is great. Breakfast and dinner are the best out of any hotel I've stayed and I live on the road. There is also a putting tee and grills in the back. A great home away from home.

I was greeted by a most courteous, personable and welcoming front desk clerk. My suite was spotlessly clean, with ample accommodations and very comfortable beds. The common areas were equally clean and well maintained. There was easy access to the Freeway and the parking lot was secure and well lit at night. I enjoyed my stay and found the Albuquerque Airport Staybridge Staybridge Suites to be a very well operated and managed hotel as has been my expectations of Staybridge hotels as a Spire member having averaged 175 night stays per year.

Absolutely loved staying here! Super helpful staff! Always smiling, and greeting! Provided dinners three days a week and also breakfast everyday. They also shuttled my family to the airport! Great service!

Pretty typical airport hotel experience. Rooms are spacious and would be good for a week-long stay. Not much to do in the area, but the hotel itself is fine.

Our stay was amazing.. The Social Hour last night had amazing food the service was unbelievable. The rooms were very clean the beds are extremely comfortable. The breakfast this morning was delicious eggs sausage, sausage gravy and biscuits fresh fruit, muffins. Will definitely be staying there again.

Hotel is in great condition very close to the airport. There's a free shuttle to the airport and five mile radius of the hotel. Hotel has free weights and fitness center, pretty fast internet, and full hot breakfast. Several times a week they also bring in a chef for a free guest dinner.

This is the nicest airport hotel I've ever stayed in. Only a 4 because a water pipe burst, but it was fixed quickly by the awesome maintenance man.

Excellent hotel! It is conveniently located, spacious rooms, well kept, and the staff here are wonderful. They have social night Mon-Wed and they serve dinner. Their pool and spa are well maintained and they just bought new pool furniture. The even have a small putt putt area :) We stayed here close to a month and it was great! I highly recommend staying here whether it's a short stay or a long one ;0)

Nice hotel. Close to airport and they have a free shuttle. Good free breakfast every morning and free dinner on the weeknights. They have a theater in the lobby and you can get movies from the front desk. Full kitchens in the room along with cooking utensils.

Staff was very friendly, rooms are very nice plus they have a social on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday which turns out to be your dinner. Also a very nice hot breakfast in the morning, all included in your room rate. Will continue to use this location in Albuquerque.

On the good side: nice hotel, clean rooms, GREAT towels. On the bad side: powdered eggs on the buffet, mattress too soft.

We like Staybridge. The location is near the airport. The rooms are suites. They let my Mom have her dog in the room. There is a nice breakfast with egg whites, hardboiled eggs. Muffins, waffles, drinks, oat meal, chopped fruit bowl, etc. It was nice and easy. There is a pool and hot tub. We stayed in a one room suite with my parents. My parents sleep in the bedroom and we slept ok on the pull-out couch. There is a kitchen area in the room with a fridge, stove, sink, microwave, dishes. The price is not too bad of all of this. If you are going to the airport and need a place to crash before or after your flight, this is the place! We have stayed here at least 4 times. There is a common air where the breakfast is that has tables, couches and a big screen TV. There is a snack area where you can buy a few things if you are desperate. The front desk people are super friendly.

Rooms were good, front desk wonderful, beds a bit too soft for my liking, but the thing that made us switch hotels after 1 night was no internet. We were told it was being fixed but still wasn't by 7 pm the next evening. Not acceptable in 2017 especially for a long term stay hotel.

I stayed over a weekend at the Staybridge Suites. The rooms are affordable and spacious, the service was fine, and I would definitely consider using this hotel on another occasion.

Great breakfast, nice rooms, and great customer service

It is off of Airport road in a valley behind a few other hotels. Hard to find unless you know where you are going. The hotel is a odd layout, the guest service is good. Breakfast is awesome for hotel service. Far from activities but the adjacent highway makes it easy to get going. The beds are soft and firm like how clouds should feel.

We stayed here for an extended amount of time while waiting for our house to be ready to move into. The rooms were clean, the staff was wonderful and we never once the whole time we were there (almost two months) had any complaints of noise...actually the only thing I might could find that wasn't 100% to our satisfaction was at times the internet service was spotty/slow. I loved that the rooms were large with two separate bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living room and a small kitchen area.
Three nights a week they serve complimentary dinner with a social hour which was very convenient.
Regarding the woman that complained about the pool about a month ago, I was present when she complained and not only was her complaint not valid or true she was also heavily compensated (via free nights/large amount of points on her membership) in order to appease her.. I got the feeling that was the reason she complained knowing their policy to make everything right if one had any problems... My kids were in the pool frequently including the day she complained and it suited even my high standards of cleanliness as I tend to be a bit OCD!

The air conditioning in my room was completely awesome. the facility was very comfortable, the staff was very easy going and the food selection was excellent. there was also a nice convenience store where you could get snacks and drinks at the front desk which made things very convenient.

Arrived for business in Albuquerque and greated warmly by the staff. The room I stayed in was a clean spacious single queen bed with a kitchenette. The breakfast was fully stocked with a continental breakfast. Did not have to wait for restock when an item was depleted. The only downside is if you get a room that faces the airport and highway then you will be burdened with the unblocked flow of noise from traffic and landing aircraft. My boss stayed in a room that did not face the airport and reported that the noise was muffled and did not hear much of any of the aircraft landing. Cameras located just about every hallway and outdoor corner area with staff walking around at night keeping a security eye on the place which is a plus. Based on this visit I would stay again.

Some earlier reviews about maintenance are true, there is room for improvement. Small things like bathroom hooks being missing and such, but nothing of great significance. Our greatest annoyance was the noise level of the Air Conditioner, but I'm not sure how much they could really have done about that.

Overall, my family's stay was very comfortable. We had a two room suite that was just large enough for the four of us. The kitchenette was perfect for the length of our stay. The bed was soft for my taste, but I like them firm. My wife loved the bed. Breakfast was exceptional with a waffle maker, eggs, and sausage to go along with the traditional hotel breakfast fare. They even had salsa and green chile for the eggs on the side, perfect for a New Mexico location.

If you need a place to stay in Albuquerque, I couldn't recommend this hotel more highly.
The entire building is kept very clean and well-maintained, and the rooms are very comfortable.
The staff is excellent, too.
Mike in the maintenance department even left us a personal note when we put in a maintenance request for a minor issue in our room.

Clean, courteous and pet friendly. Close to the airport and main highway. Highly suggest Fox and Hounds (only a 2 min ride) for food and/or a beer!

Clean, new, polite, professional, quiet even with being so close to the city airport, good breakfast, large and we'll equipped rooms, etc. If you're staying in albuquerque I would recommend every time. About a mile from airport, right near gibson/central/I-25. You can get anywhere fast. Perfect. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations for my family as they visited.

I love this place! if you stay Tuesday through Thursday they feed you dinner they have a golf course, swimming pool, hot tub, movie theater, and a grill outside! The rooms are equipped with everything you would need to cook with. They offer strawberries and whipped cream with the Waffles and green chili!

Wow. Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It was clean, smelled awesome and had free snacks in the room! Amazing hot breakfast, all for $105 with the AAA discount.
