They were in the middle of renovations when we stayed and our room had not yet been renovated. It was clean and quiet, and well kept up. If i hadn't seen the before and after pictures of other rooms I would have assumed it had been done already. The staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was decent but not great. Overall a very nice experience, would stay here again.

Amenities in the suite are a nice feature. However, to use these extras in the form of rating themselves as a 4 STAR Hotel is absurd. I stayed one night traveling thru. Honestly, I have stayed in a 2 STAR Hotel nicer than this hotel. I noticed this location is currently remodeling. Sad part.... the room I stayed in, had been checked off as completed. Yet, the carpet was dirty and the bed skirt was disgusting with stains in numerous places. This doesn’t put your headspace in the comfort zone for a good nights rest. The bathroom door had paint peeling off it and the shower tub looked like it had not been cleaned plus, there was grunge on the wall that looked like blood 😖 I left this morning without a shower. Nothing worse than paying money to leave a hotel room without a shower, feeling dirty and disgustingly gross.

Located in a convenient location for tourists. Stays for 6days.

Staff was nice but the room was awful. The couch cushion were torn, the picture in the "living room" area was hung UPSIDE DOWN, the toilet was leaking out onto the floor, the top drawer of the dresser was broken and wouldnt stay closed and there was confetti from a party on the floor..."50" so I'm assuming someone turned 50?? The pool was incredibly cold, we went after a long hot day at the zoo thinking it would be refreshing but we couldn't stay in it bc it was so cold. Had dinner there, was decent....tasted like frozen hamburgers that were heated under a heat lamp, nothing special. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and wasn't a lot of noise feo m the outdoors.

The breakfast and dinner are both good. There is a nice seating area in the back. The free laundry services are nice. The room was clean and decent however the follow up once we were there was poor. We stayed at the hotel for a week. Our coffee maker was broken and they told us to wait to get coffee until in the morning because they didn't have any replacements. We called the front desk to ask for more towels and extra blankets and they never brought them despite calling three different times. Our key cards had to be reprogrammed daily. We were locked out of the hotel late at night due to the key cards not working. Overall there were simple things they could have done to make the experience better and hopefully they will change these things for the future. If you're only staying for a day or two it probably wouldn't be too bad.

Employees are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are comfortable. They are receiving only 4 stars for the simple fact of the terrible condition of the Laundry facilities (all but 2 washers and dryers have been broken for weeks) and the elevator needs repair.

Unfortunately, I've had several bad experiences here. The rooms have had mold, not been clean, TVs not worked, no remote and We've had our fair share of unwelcome roommates (roaches) We also had a very rude front desk person by the name of Sean check us in this evening that put me over the edge. I dont have much of choice on where to stay because our company pays for our stay here but If I had to choose I would stay somewhere else.

Friendly service, was able to change my reservation to same hotel company to a different location within hotel chain easily. Recommended!!!

LOCK UP AND TAKE ALL YOUR STUFF. PEOPLE BREAK INTO CARS EVERYWHERE IN THAT CITY. Maids left half a roll of toilet paper in my room. And no refills. What is that about? Other than that, it was nice. Food was good. Free dinner was nice. Cute kitchen in our room. Felt like a studio apartment. Air and heat worked great. Free laundry as well. Nice.

The hotel is very clean and everyone has been very nice and accommodating. Being it is a pet friendly hotel, the pet area outside is not very good. Needs to be a little larger and could have some type of artificial grass and a bench for people to sit on while pets roam a little bit.

We stayed for Christmas Eve with our family and they made it home. The guys and gal in the front desk made an extra special effort to please and make it a great stay. They are amazing. Sure, the pool was freezing cold, and they are going through a remodel project. There were some inconveniences, but the service was phenomenal.

This hotel is clean and comfortable. The housekeeping services were well done. But, it is getting a little run down. The sofa bed in the living area was worn and torn. They are still heduled for remodeling as shown in the lobby poster.

The location was great the rooms were very nice and service was amazing. The pool is a great temperature. The hot tub is great and relaxing. The internet service is great. The hotel is just really nice all the way around.

Great location to food and shopping. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. They offer free breakfast and dinner with your room. The rooms come with a little kitchen and separate living area. Overall clean and nice staff. You get minimal help with housekeeping though.

Nice hotel.. Get down early for breakfast cause they don't restock after 830.. Even Tho breakfast is still on for another hr.. Beds are comfortable and pillows rock! They offer room. Service (very nice) room had kitchenette and pots and pans.. Definitely nice for a long stay.

We love staying here. The staff is terrific, the rooms are very nice, even the breakfast is half way decent. However, if you happen to get room 220 ask for a different one. It's right next to the elevator and literally you can hear it all night.

I attended a professional training at the hotel. Their facilities were nice enough and my limited interaction with the staff left an impression of helpfulness and professionalism. Their parking lot isn't great and their location isn't necessarily ideal.

I booked two nights for my brother and his wife for their honeymoon and the people were very nice. I asked them to do something special and gave them some Dr Pepper and Root Beer to put in the room and they very graciously did it. They put towels in the shape of a heart and a flower. My brother and his wife said that they had a nice room. I am happy with the service.

Staybridge Suites had everything we needed, free breakfast, a great sized room and a 24 hour pool (which was a nice treat after a 12 hour drive)! This hotel also had some of the most comfortable beds! I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Location is the worst part about this place. It's super convenient for highway access and food and shopping, but it's sort of in an industrial area with shipping containers. As with everywhere in Albuquerque there's are chance of car theft, but this is far away from the worst parts of town. The rooms are clean and spacious, beds are comfortable, it has dishes in the kitchen for your use and a tv in the bedroom and living room. The business center has everything you'll need and the free breakfast is good. Comparing with the other options in Albuquerque, this is definitely the best value.

We stayed here mostly because we needed a suite so that our 2-year-old would actually sleep. The room was nice and clean, and the staff very friendly. The fold out bed in the living room was not very comfortable but good enough for a toddler. No other complaints really.

Staybridge Suites is a nice hotel. The rooms are pretty spacious and the beds are comfortable. The failure comes in two parts: 1) The room did not smell clean and neither did the sheets. Also, the tub was absolutely filthy. It had stains in it! 2) 'Hot breakfast' is a joke. If you think powered eggs and a greasy sausage patty equals a great breakfast - I don't know where you are coming from.

We recently completed a 3-night family reunion , reserving 10 rooms for 42 family members, along with one of the conference rooms for meals, programs, and a fun musical "Disney Revue" (we're a musical family). We were warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The staff went out of their way to make our stay a memorable one. And we also enjoyed the breakfasts and dinners (we were there early in the week when dinners are served).

Just what you expect. Pretty nice, easy location and fairly quiet. Nothing over the top, better than normal 1 night stay hotels.

Wonderful hotel. They have breakfast everyday and dinner on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday all for free! They have 24 hour pool, hot tub and washer dryer facilities. Wonderful staff and good location for traveling around ABQ.

The staff was friendly and went beyond in one case to get my milk from the kitchen late at night. The location isn't the best: its a little hard to get to and its immediate surroundings are not good being located in a neighborhood that looks iffy. The hotel does offer great amenities: they serve breakfast everyday and dinner three days a week, 24 hour access to the pool, hot tub, gym (though it's lacking a weight set), and free laundry facilities.

Overall good stay. Had some issues getting towels for room but once manager was aware she fixed it quickly. Beds were comfortable but pretty tight fit by the wall.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, decent price. Only complaint was that the pillows were too thin, leading to a bit of toss and turn while sleeping.

Easy access off freeway. Close to amenities and food. Suites were very large. Could be a little more clean but we are neat freaks about stuff. I felt very comfortable. Beds could be a little more firm and would be nice to have flat pillows, my neck hurt a little the next day from the pillows they had. Very friendly and would stay again with no hesitation.

We have stayed here multiple times mainly because it has very nice clean apartment style rooms. Location is good for access to local shopping. Continental breakfast is very nice. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The double room suite is large with both rooms having their own bathrooms and doors between the rooms and the living room. The walls only carried the sound of heavy footed individuals, but not voices. The AC was quiet and kept the rooms comfortable. The front desk staff were great and very helpful. Breakfast was great and not busy at all. I really liked the coffee and my kids liked the waffles and milk. I highly recommend this hotel as it was one of the best places I have ever stayed.

Our high school hockey team stayed here recently, and the accommodations were spectacular. The rooms were clean, neat, and spacious. The staff went above & beyond to make our families feel welcomed & special!

Great hotel for the money. Very friendly and helpful staff, huge and well equipped room with kitchen and lots of seating, quiet, free wifi seems fine though I didn't try anything crazy with it, and there is a pool/hot tub/pretty good workout room.

I have been going there for training for safelite and the hotel itself is very nice with nice employees

Truly a fantastic hotel. The suites are huge in size and very comfortable. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Only complaint was shortage of towels both at the pool and in our room.

Didn't have any problems here. Hot breakfast was kind of a let down. Sausage, no eggs, just cheese eggs, and waffles, plus misc items. No bacon, or regular eggs or potatoes

This is a fairly nice Staybridge hotel. It looks a little older than some of the others, but it's in good shape. The location is close to the interstate, but there isn't really anything right around the hotel. However, you can drive 5+ mins to get to lots of restaurants.

Really nice!! Smallest room was quite large and even had a kitchenette and a couch. The fitness center, pool, and hot tub were all 24hrs and were perfect. TV options were great as well! Hot, continental breakfast was also better than expected.

I have stayed here many times. Each time the experience has been great. Even this past time when they were experiencing computer issues they worked to make the stay great. They got me into my room quick and even awarded me bonus points for my trouble.

Time and time again this place has come through. Great place to stay. I'll be back soon.

Great beds and clean room. Breakfast food is great but my only complaint is that there is not much space in the breakfast area. Had to wait 10 minutes for a seat at 8:45 AM. Other than that, great stay.

Hands down, the best hotel experience. From the price of the room to the amenities to the cleanliness/friendliness/comfort. The beds were like sleeping on my own. We were driving from CA to TX and had 3 bags of laundry and none of my kids had clean underwear for the next day. To my pleasant surprise, they had a free laundry facility on site! Free breakfast and fabulous workout facility with new equipment. I will be making Staybridge Suites a regular place to stay from now on! Well done!!!!

From the moment you open the door to the room, to the moment you sadly have to leave, you'll love this place. Small kitchenette equipped with all the basics you would need for a short stay. High speed internet, at time of stay it was 44mbps down 25mbps up, and all the small things like a bag of popcorn that read perfect to watch a movie with. The cleanliness and layout of the rooms was perfect. Thank you Staybridge Suites. Another note, your cleaning staff were extremely polite and hospitable too.

Very professional and comfortable environment, the front desk was kind and helpful! I booked last minute, when passing through town. My son wanted to swim... they have a 24 hour pool. The room was perfect, very clean and more then enough space for us! We look forward to staying again.
