Only first night here. People are friendly except fr one housekeeper. Rooms are clean, morning breakfast was good, beds are comfortable, toilet too low, it is quiet here. So far it's​ good. Loved the rooms, have a stove, full size refrigerator, computer, sofa. Water pressure is excellent fr the shower.

The hotel and amenities are wonderful. Clean, well equipped. The floor layout is odd when looking for the last number on the floor, so pay attention to the room map at the elevator. Security on premises and attentive. Definitely recommend this hotel.

They went ABOVE and BEYOND in customer service! This was the best hotel experience my family and I have ever encountered! If you're in Atlanta, really look no further for any hotel. Staybridge Suites is where it's at! Great rooms! Always clean! Decent breakfast buffet as well!

Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and modern. This location has a gym, laundry, miniature golf course and gated parking. They also have breakfast in the mornings and afternoon refreshments like wine, beer and sandwiches. I have stayed at many stay bridge suites due to the traveling I don't for work and this one by far is the best.

Place doesn't look like online pictures. Place is dark and needs more lighting. Staff was friendly. Entrance is cozy and inviting.
They offer a good breakfast, free washer and dryers and free parking.

Friendly staff and great location relative to Airport. Shuttle service was in time and helpful. Rooms were somewhat newly renovated with all the basics. Good Hot Shower and decent breakfast.

Very clean and nice rooms. They have many amenities available that I didn't use including a complimentary breakfast and a 24 hour pantry. The shuttle is available every half hour to get to the airport. I was put up at the hotel by Delta airlines. It was nice and relaxing to stay at this hotel after a trying day.

It was a very nice room. Also good breakfast, liked it better than Holiday Inn Express. Also Good Service when checking in.

When I missed my connecting flight, Delta set me up with a brief (6hour overnight) stay. What a great surprise. I wish I had been able to stay. We were checked in by a very pleasant woman (I wish I could remember her name). The room was beautiful. I was able to have a snack, complimentary microwave popcorn in every room. The shower was great and I was able to quickly wash and dry my clothes, so I could feel human when I got back to the airport. Complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. I wish I could have had breakfast... they were setting up as I was leaving. What could have been a major bump in my travel plans was saved by my brief encounter with this hotel. Thanks Staybridge and Delta. You didn't make me or my fellow travellers feel like an inconvenience!

Best hotel I have stayed in. Walk in shower, comfortable bed, good directTV package. Dinner provided Monday thur Thursday. Extremely nice personnel. Only opportunity I have is that keep your desk occupied as much as possible throughout normal hours. It took over 5 min to purchase something from their "pantry" which the attendant was very apologetic. They have to have one of the fastest elevators in a hotel I have every had. I press the button and it is there, all week long. They have on site security watching the parking lot. All in all, this is one of the most accommodating places I have ever been to lately.

Very nice place. Free breakfast buffet. They have 2 grills outside for customers to use . During the week the offer complementary dinners. Very friendly staff. Clean place

Very nice hotel, rooms are spacious, clean and decorated well. The staff was super friendly, especially Ronald. He went beyond the call of duty to ensure that we were comfortable. I have already started recommending the property to family and friends that I know frequent Atlanta.

The Front desk staff is pretty close to amazing. There were two of them (one in-person, one by-phone) that understood my fly-out requests with ease, grace, convenience & full-support.. especially as I asked about overnight parking!

This is a great hotel for a short or extended stay. Large, comfortable, and clean up to date rooms with a full kitchen and full size fridge. The beds are a little too firm for me, but overall great rooms. Larger fitness center with cardio, dumbbells up to 50 lbs and a nice cable machine. Very good breakfast and dinner with drinks 5:30pm til 7:30pm which is great as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Airport shuttle as well.

Good service, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is not very good and the connections with the city by public transportation are poor. They have a shuttle to go to and from the airport, but I discovered when I arrived to the hotel, more advertisement of this service would be nice

The staff of this staybridge location deserve recognition and a raise! My husband and I were utilizing their airport parking shuttle service while overseas when our keys were stolen. I had a spare set sent to the hotel BUT they were lost in transit by UPS(What are the odds?) So we were stranded, exhausted and more than just a little frustrated. The staff immediately jumped in to help us! The shuttle driver took us to the rental car center when we realized we were going to have to stay in order to have a new key made, our parking fee was waived, and the night we stayed was excellent. One of the desk clerks even helped my husband call several dealerships to determine which one would be opened earliest so we could get back on the road. Everyone was genuinely happy to help and kept checking to see what kind of progress we made. The icing on the cake was when we finally got a new key and checked out and the sweet lady at the front told us how happy she was that we'd gotten everything straightened out and that she'd prayed for us.

I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. They have the best service here better than any other hotel I have been to or stayed at. I enjoyed the complamentry breakfast and dinner they call social. The kitchen staff was wonderful Tabitha one of the girls in the kitchen was most helpful and kind beautiful people all around here! Thanks guys I'll be returning soon!

Very clean and comfortable the layout was quaint. Breakfast every morning and dinner Monday thru Thursday was good. The staff was amazing even the general manager made a point to greet all of the guest that he encountered. Overall I highly recommend Staybridge at airport.

I ended up having to stay over night in Atlanta and stay here. It was great. Very nice rooms and the staff was great. Would definitely stay there again.

I parked my car here instead of using Airport Parking. I saved $75 for my week long trip. The shuttle driver was friendly and staff when I picked up my car were also wonderful. Definitely recommend.

This is a great hotel. Close to the Delta complex. Great happy hour and food. Rooms are great. Air conditioning fan runs continuously..... No Auto function (self regulating fan) and it blows right onto the bed from above which I found slightly off putting. To mitigate this I turned the fan on and off several times a day. Not a game breaker just slightly annoying.

Enough can't be said about the staff at this hotel. Ron has been amazing when he see's us walking by the front desk he addressed us by our family name. The breakfast crew were very attentive as where the room attendants. Some nights they have a social gathering with complementary snacks, pizza and even beer and wine. I only hope that upper management appreciates the staff they have working here as much as the guest do.

Lovely facilities. Parking is complimentary, so no need to worry about paying to park. Also, parking is gated. Outside of dining area, there is a barbecue grill, miniature golf and water fountain.

This place is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. I enjoyed the hospitality and food the servers in the kitchen where wonderful and lots of help. Also Jamie the G.M is a wonder person and treats you like you are family. I love you all at stay bridge!

LOVE THIS HOTEL! The rooms are spacious for my family of 4 . The staff is awesome and I love the breakfast and dinner they serve. Nice, nice hotel. Overall this hotel gets 5 stars but I am rating it 4 stars because they have no recycle bins. Oh! I chose this hotel to be close to the airport. Not only is it close but the shuttle runs 24 hours a day, they have a computer devoted to printing boarding passes and they have a tv with flight info. Convenient to restaurants with a quick walk and secured parking. Love this hotel and now sold on this chain!

I used stay bridge for parking at he airport. This was a last minute situation when the Ramada refused to honor our reservation. Donna was so nice and accommodating. The staff was very gracious for the few minutes we interacted. Based on this I would prefer this hotel to any others.

10 minute drive from airport. Multiple dining options near by. Complimentary gated parking. The hot breakfast was also included. The room was very spacious, clean and new decor. AISHA at the front desk was great! She showed outstanding customer service and really friendly. One of the best services I have ever received from an IHG property!

This is where Delta sent us with voucher. We didn't know what to expect. Shuttle service was prompt and upon arrival after a terrible day of traveling, we were greeted and promptly checked in. The room was fantastic! Very clean, modern accommodations. If we're in Atlanta, we will stay here again. Buffet was great way to start the next day of travel. Thanks again to the courteous staff.

Staff provides exceptional service and seem to enjoy what they do. Rooms are appointed nicely and the breakfast/happy hour is awesome. Very clean facility. Only downside is WiFi is pretty slow. Aside from that this is an excellent choice.

After a drive from Florida, we were pushed from another hotel because their staff had failed to clean and stock our room. When they heard we were coming, Staybridge staff met us at the door at 3am with smiles on their faces. They made sure we had everything we needed, and saved our trip. Facility was clean and the experience was enjoyable. I definitely recommend this hotel.

This property is very clean. The housekeeping is very accommodating to a family with three children. The customer service is outstanding. The one complaint I have is that the food was terrible. Dinner most often was cold, the baked potatoes weren't cooked all the way. The French toast at breakfast was hard. We chose Staybridge, because as a large family it is economically friendly, and they provide breakfast and dinner. Unfortunately out of the many Staybridge locations I have stayed at this was the Worst for food! They also don't have a pool which is disappointing. On the upside there are plenty of restaurants in the area.

The room is very nice. I like the way it's designed. The staff is exceptional. Always trying to help and were very friendly. They were very prompt at cleaning. It was really nice for a long stay. The breakfasts and dinners are decent. It was nice to not have to leave to eat every time. Great location for the airport.

I stay at this hotel every year as we leave ATL to go snow skiing. The GM is awesome and her ability to keep a top quality staff is admirable. Most who have been there over a year actually call me by name when staying. They are absolutely one of the best groups as a whole out of any hotel I have stayed in and this includes some at 4 times the price. The rooms are well kept and my stay is always a pleasure.

Great hotel with friedlndly staff and very clean. Stayed here for 2 weeks and it had everything I needed from a good gym, breakfast, weekday dinner and laundry. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice room. I stayed in suite. I was in a room that I heard the plumping pipes knock against the wall every time someone ran the water. I couldn't sleep through the night.

The king suite is very nice. It has a mini kitchen with a full fridge and dishwasher. A crib is available upon request and the room has plenty of room for it. The pillows are small. Bringing your own may make sleeping easier. The breakfast is warm with a good variety. They even have soda as a drink option.

Wonderful hotel. It was clean and staff was very friendly. We spoke to one of the employees and she had a lot of good things to say about the GM. It was a great value; free parking, free hot breakfast, and they even serve free dinner Monday to Thursday. We weren't sure about the area when originally looking, but we felt very secure. It's convenient to the interstate, airport and has restaurants close by. We will definitely stay here and would recommend it to others.

Simply amazing! I stayed in a "standard room" It's like a small apartment. 2 queen beds in the room, then a kitchen followed by a living room with a pull out couch. We arrived to find a "social" which was a free dinner. Great food, and great place to stay. Well worth the money.

Awesome hotel accommodations. I made reservations for my family when they came to town. The kitchenette was a life saver for my cousin and her 2 girls. They also gave a great continental breakfast and they serve dinner . the grilled hot dogs, and bratz were delish!!!

Great experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Van drivers were polite and professional. Room was clean with nice kitchen amenities. Food was a bonus and gym was clean with both aerobic equipment and free weights. Will definitely stay there again.

The room was clean and everything worked. They do not get the SEC Network, so that was a negative. Also the toilet seat was put on really crooked so it feels like it is going to break off when you sit on it. Otherwise everything was fine.

Meals AM and PM, great environment and great service. I stayed here with my future wife! Happy place!
