I attended a professional meeting at this location. Staff was fun and friendly. Very clean and great experience.

They hit your charge card with an incidental fee that's held up to 10 days. Breakfast is awesome! Rooms are very comfortable and warm. Service is good

It's so wonderful there and the staff are so nice also . Im going very soon. You all will love it there and i can have my little pet with me if I had to bring him. The beds are so comfy and the pillows are so soft and they don't go flat the suites are clean and well maintained they should put this as a 5-star hotel. They have the best COFFEE !!! Ever. 😊

Everyone on the staff went out of their way to make you feel welcomed. The room was very affordable and clean. The breakfast was much better than I would have expected.

I will definitely stay here again when I return to Fort Wayne. The rooms were very well maintained and slept my family very comfortably. The breakfast was delicious, nice detached indoor pool, basketball area, grilling station and fitness center. Loved how social this hotel is, wish we could have stayed longer to engage in the Monday through Wednesday social hours.

This place is great. It's very clean and there are so many conveniences. The staff was also very helpful, especially the breakfast attendant. I would definitely come back.

Very happy with our stay here! Even though the hotel made a mistake in our reservation, they made it right, with no questions asked. Our large family ended up staying in two of their standard queen bed rooms that had pull-out sleeper couches. These rooms also had an apartment sized fridge, not the usual dorm fridge, a dishwasher, a stove, a microwave, and dishes, pots and pans, utensils, potholders, a toaster, and an iron board and iron, and the wall hair dryer. The rooms also had plenty of storage and closet space, a bedside alarm clock, plenty of outlets for charging electronics, a nice tv with DVD player. Everything was clean and in excellent working order. We did not use the heated indoor pool, but the kids did play on the basketball court outside. The breakfast was good, with plenty of choices. We have paid far more money on rooms in "upscale" hotels that were not near this accommodating! It was an excellent experience all together. I would recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through.

Amazingly surprised at this location. Room was over the top of what I expected and I wish I was staying there longer than one night to utilize everything. Basically a full kitchen with dishwasher in my room, nice linens, shampoo/conditioner and shower gel conveniently in the shower. A comfortable couch and a layout that made me feel like I was in a suite. Will definitely stay here again!

Great staff and clean rooms. Service is good. It can be a little difficult to get to based on the road layout, but has good proximity to a large part of Fort Wayne. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very cool hotel. Very nice rooms.
Included breakfast was fantastic and hot.
Pool and hot tub were nice as well.
My one complaint was that the pool/hot tub was not open at 8:20 am when we went in the morning when it says it opens at 8:00 am.

Booked a room a few a hours before arriving. Was not told on the phone that the pool was down until Jan 10. Disappointed because we wanted to swim. Thankfully they allowed us to cancel. stayed here before tho and rooms are big and clean. Breakfast is great.

We have two children, 2 yrs old and 4 months old, and the room layout was perfect for us during our stay. It was nice having the door to separate the rooms since I had to get up on the evening with the baby. That was I didn't disturb the others. Clean rooms as well.

A clean, relatively modern, hotel with amenities in line with it's price. I got a good nights sleep and had a reasonable breakfast (included in the price).

Had to take a test for work there. The lady was attentive and I got some coffee while I waited. Waited in the lobby area. It was very clean, the workers made sure of that. It had a nice breakfast area from what I could tell. Nice little conference room as well. Very close off of I69.

I came to Fort Wayne to watch a Komets game and decided to get a room for the night instead since I felt that I was too tired to make the drive safely. I opened up the IHG app to book a room at the HI Express next door, but found that Staybridge was actually cheaper than HIE, despite the added amenities! I regret that I didn't catch the names of the women who were at the desk when I checked in and out, but they were very polite and courteous throughout my stay. The building was very clean and comfortable, and the free breakfast was quite good. Due to the last-minute nature of my visit, I didn't have time to fully enjoy the room, but it was clean, well-maintained, and the kitchen was fully equipped. I would give serious consideration to staying here again, but only if I plan to be in town for more than one night or if the room is cheaper than HIE.

My room was immaculate and laege, as well as the pool area. I got the feeling that the staff enjoyed their jobs and would do whatever was necessary to make my stay comfortable.

It was a nice stay. We really felt welcomed. My daughter's loved the pool and hot tub.

My husband and I stayed for 4days/3 nights with his co-workers/better halfs' for their company meeting and party. The staff was FANTASTIC! Pleasant, smiles, and always asked if we needed anything. Nothing better than being treated with so much kindness while away from home!

As a larger family we need more space than a traditional hotel room when we travel so Staybridge Suites is appreciated. We have stayed at this hotel many times when we visit family in Ft. Wayne. It is very nice and clean and as a mom of 4 young children, I really appreciate being able to get a Coke on the way out in the morning. The only problem I have is that the pool is cold and always has been. The hot tub isn't as hot as I expect it to be, but that's good since our kids always end up wanting to be in there instead of getting blue lips in the pool.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. I actually didn't get to sleep in the bed, but instead in the pullout sofa. It was pretty standard for pull-out beds, could definitely feel the springs. Continental breakfast was ok. "The Pantry" had super basic needs...except for milk, juice, etc. Staff was great.

Superb level of cleanliness. I'm a housekeeper at another hotel so I inspected the room thoroughly and didn't find any hidden surprises. The room was super clean. They make beautiful fresh beds. Linen for pull out sofa was clean. We were extremely pleased with the staff. Breakfast was so good!! Huge waffles and you make them yourself. Big and delicious selection of food and such a sweety working breakfast bar. The only negatives, they seriously need new pillows and we couldn't watch a DVD. Oh and the bed is too hard. Plus when we sat on the end of the bed, the whole mattress came up from the top and we nearly hit the floor. But overall, 4 stars with the few issues

A very nice place. While we didnt get to use the pool or hot tub it appeared to be nice. The people that was in it looked like they were having a good time. Very friendly staff and the breakfast in the morning looked amazing. Fresh food and fruit. Loved that they had a soft drink machine in the breakfast area which was a nice change to the standard orange juice and apple juice. Would definitely go back if I had to stay in the area.

This is my 4th stay here for business and the staff have been very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it this hotel.

Excellent!!! This hotel is by far the best I have stayed in. The staff is superb - including Brad, Janet, Laura, Caleb, Cynthia and all the Housekeeping staff. The rooms were immaculate and the people were incredibly friendly - even with my dog! They definitely went the extra mile to ensure my stay there was perfect.

Only stayed 1 night as a small spring break get away. The service, rooms,& food was great. Will definitely be back.

A vacation all in itself.
