Enjoyed the front desk staff quite a bit. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming though. Always brightens your stay. :)

Very nice hotel, good spacious rooms, clean, modern and secure. Attended for a wedding downtown, and everyone really enjoyed the place. We came back after for drinks and really enjoyed ourselves.

Stayed overnight for a wedding nearby, very nice visit overall. Parking underground is pretty limited but managed to get a space. Make sure you get checked in first, you need a card to open the garage door. Room was large and included a full size fridge and even a dishwasher. Free breakfast buffet was included and everything we had was good. Only complaint is that the rooms are very dimly lit even with the lamps on. Would definitely stay there again.

If you are going to Hamilton, this is a nice hotel. Rooms have a kitchenette so you can make food...which comes in handy when you have allergies. This was a good location for us to visit Toronto and Niagra Falls. 'Go' bus to Toronto is just around the corner.

This was an amazing hotel to stay in. Our room was very clean and organized when arrived. I ran into a situation of leaving some stuff behind in my hotel room when I checked out. The customer service was amazing with getting my stuff back to me. I highly recommend stay here! Very safe and clean environment

Perfect for a weekend away or a longer stay! The kitchenette is so handy. Beds are comfy. Very quiet and clean. My only complaint is that I don't love the location. But the price was good.

Not my family's first stay here. Underground parking is tight but all you need. Wifi is good to go. Breakfast services any appetite, and is always done well. Dining in could be a day or two longer during the week. Or have an oven as well as the stove. Albeit their patrons as well as their workers. All of them, have been the greatest people to chat with and socialize with. A blessing of a stay again. Thank you Staybridge. We'll see you again.

Great location in downtown Hamilton! Room is very spacious and clean, great free breakfast. Short walk to fun attractions, restaurants and bars.

What a great hotel. The location is superb right downtown Hamilton. The staff was super friendly and got us into an upgraded room. Breakfest was plenty and good, and the staff was very happy and friendly. I would def recomend staying at this hotel.

This was such a great place.

We were visiting Hamilton for a wedding.
We got there waaaay ahead of check-in time because we took a red-eye.

Despite this the staff were very accomodating and got us an upgrade to a suite on top of things!!

One day we woke up late and thought we missed the breakfast...which we did. But again the amazing staff opened up the buffet again so we could eat!

All through our stay were were just amazed at how lovely everyone was.

This is where we will stay if we visit Hamilton again!

Location was great, we stayed here when we wete in town for a comedy show, so it was a short walk to first Ontario centre. The room was nice, and the breakfast at the hotel wasn't bad either. Would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast, rooms were clean, clean hot water indoor pool. One of the best hotel I have ever stayed. Thank you for making our experience an extra enjoyable and pleasant.

We rented a suite with multiple rooms and were very happy with the quality of the rooms, beds and amenities. Definitely would stay here again.

We were in a Studio on the 3rd floor, facing an inner courtyard. It was quiet.

The kitchen amenities are perfect. Full size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, pans, even a pitcher to make juice. A pack of complimentary microwave popcorn and a bowl in the cupboard to put it in pleased my husband to no end.

TV is small-ish Samsung flat screen that can move to point to couch or bed.

Nightstands are on both sides of bed, which great, as it is no longer a given in hotels and yet both of us need them! The bed only has sheets on it but we found a blanket in the closet and the thermostat was set in the 70’s so Room was warm and we were comfortable.

Desk has ergonomic chair. Closet has normal (removable) hangers which are so much easier to use! Many plugs in convenient places are a real win!

Breakfast had a good variety of savory and sweet, healthy and indulgent. Dark and mild roast coffee and good quality teas.

Parking is secured, underground and convenient, though it’s an extra $12.

Convenient location for FirstOntario concerts/shows.

Pricing was about typical for an overnight stay. The room was VERY nice, front desk staff was exceptionally polite, and the breakfast was thoroughly enjoyable (all the breakfast essentials were present). Would stay again.

My experience at this hotel was nothing short of excellent. Parking was easy and secure inside a parking garage that can only be accessed by your room key. The rooms are in top shape in terms of cleanliness and visual appeal. Everything that was requested at booking was honoured. On top of all that, the service from the staff was fantastic. I will definitely return to this establishment if I ever need to stay in Hamilton in the future.

The kitchen in the room was very helpful. We got fresh food items from Jackson Square and made lunch whenever we were tired of going out. The staff are supportive and the breakfast is real food. There are shops and eating places all around and it is easy to get public transportation.

Family visiting us stayed here. They really liked their stay. The second floor restaurant with the free coffee and tea was very nice when we visited them at the hotel.

Really really really clean. Vert nice cozy room with an elegantly modern style. Full fridge in the kitchenette complete with real dishes. The hotel is located in a cool downtown area with lots of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice rooms and nice property but it is in the heart of a very rough neighbourhood. There was literally a shooting outside on the street that I could see from my window (4 Sept 2017, google it). I wasn't sure what to rate the place because it's a nice facility with a very good free breakfast but unfortunately... Location, location, location.

It's pretty nice. I'm in a suite, which basically has your bed in the middle of the living room. The room is well appointed. And complementary breakfast and dinner some nights adds value to your stay. I'd come back.

Nice comfortable place with hot free breakfast and free social evening get together dinners Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Very good place for the family and a short working distance to Jackson square and the GO Bus terminal

Rooms are pretty decent and clean. Although I don't think that the heavier of the white blankets has been washed since I got here (4 weeks ago). The provided food isn't bad if you're here for a short time. It is in a confident location and all the staff are very helpful.

Good service, good breakfast menu and great quality. Clean room and comfortable stays at the hotel. Located near several restaurant so easy to get food. Area around seems safe.

This hotel seems to be more suited for a long stay. It has a big fridge, stove top, microwave and even a dishwasher. I only stayed for one night and I had a very sound sleep. I did not hear street noise or hallway noise. The air conditioning unit was a bit loud though. If I were to stay again I would get the room cooled down before bed, this way it won't be running during the night. The one complaint is that the underground parking is very tight.

Nice suites with full size kitchen. Very small underground parking at 12/night. Overfloe I believe is at parking lot across the street. Decent breakfast with hot and cold items.

Staff was very friendly. Guest rooms were amazing and they really did think of everything to make it a home away from home. Couldn't recommend this hotel enough.

Extremely nice staff! Very courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious, with a full kitchen! There was even some dishes available for use. Would definitely stay there again!

Very nice room and facilities but parking was a challenge. A minimum number of spots were available in the attached garage but was "small car" friendly. Difficult for a full sized vehicle or SUV. Very clean and friendly.

The hotel itself is nice & clean. We had a 2 bedroom suite, which was well stocked, and it was great accommodations for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids - each had their own bed). Kids enjoyed the (small) pool area, we all enjoyed the breakfast. Would have been great to know from the hotel concierge about the construction happening right across the road from the hotel that had trucks working starting 7am on a Sunday morning... At least they provided earplugs.

Hotel was bright and the staff friendly and accommodating. Manager, (Marilyn) was onsite with a smile and genuinely cared about the guests. Will definitely be back to stay again.

Super nice staff! We were filming in their conference room for 2 days for a new show and they were beyond nice. Hotel is very nice and modern. The underground parking lot is very nice and spacious unlike the ugly underground in Toronto.

Great hotel with nice, clean rooms, friendly staff, and good food. The only annoying thing is that the lobby is on the second floor, up a flight of stairs or elevator from the entrance. It can be confusing.

Stayed for a small family vacation. Other then the potential for limited parking, the location is good. Clean suites with everything the family could need. Complementary hot light dinner makes it very economical.

Nice hotel. Feels fancier than it costs. Nice room, power points on lamps on night stands, easy to control temperature. Sometimes a little noisy from plumbing or traffic but overall quiet. Good food.

Pretty nice, clean rooms and property. But the neighborhood isn't great and they tried to to double charge us for parking. They did take the charge off right away when we asked. The breakfast is pretty good. Fitness center is better than most and pool is a little small.

The only thing I can really comment on is the room, but it was impressive. I got the jacuzzi suite. It was extremely spacious, and had everything I could have needed. It's essentially an apartment. I would stay here again for sure.

Friendly enough staff and rooms were nice but parking or lack thereof was enough to make me not want to stay here again.The "parking garage" is a joke if you drive anything bigger than a Prius or Fiat, you can absolutely forget about it in a full size pickup; I just happened to get lucky my first night but that was the end of parking in the "parking garage" for me. Your other option for parking is across the street from the hotel which isn't the end of the world unless there's a Dierks Bentley concert going on. If that's the case you better pray you showed up in time to get one of the 15 minute spots directly in front of the hotel or you're stuck finding a spot somewhere else, not sure where though as I happened to get the last 15 minute spot. Also the lot across the street is like driving through Fallujah, after all the bombs and IED's. Hands down the WORST parking lot I've ever seen in my life. Whoever paved that lot must have been on a week long binge of some sort as there isn't a flat or level spot to be found and an abundance pot holes which are probably large enough to swallow a small car. Like I said before, the room was fine, the staff was fine, the breakfast sucked but I think that's at just about every Staybridge I've stayed at, and it was close to food but the parking was my sticking point. I might feel different about the parking if it wasn't for the fact that I got a $155 parking bill at the end of my stay. I knew about it ahead of time but you'd think when they charge that kind of money to park they'd offer something a little better.

I was there for an academic meeting. It was satisfactory with regards to food and reasonable parking charge. The food was provided by the hotel. Generally it was clean and tidy. There was a parking lot near the Stay-bridge Suite costs 6 CAD for a whole day.

Very nice rooms, all suites, and affordable. Breakfast shouuld've been better.

Rude staff. Nice rooms though, and the complimentary kitchen on the first floor is pretty cool. You can get wine and beer from the fridge there if you run out...just by using your key card. Never did make it to the pool...probably because I drank all that wine and beer and ended up crying in the shower fully clothed for an hour, but c'est la vie.

I always have a great time at the stay bridge! The pool is lovely and warm, the food is always great and the rooms are beautiful.

Great place. I have been staying here for a couple weeks and the staff are very helpful when I need certain things you would need at home. The social dinners are nice and I have met some good people. It is a good place for an extended stay.

Was here as a photographer for a group of groomsmen. I was surprised at how stocked the room was--kitchen, bathroom, huge closet, sectional couch. Enough room for 6 guys and a photographer. A pretty nice backdrop.

The room was very clean, well furnished, and up to date. The bed was comfy, and the room was pretty soundproof. The staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast buffet was delicious! Highly recommended!!

Unfortunately that some guest pulled the fire alarm at 3am last night but the staff was good about it and compensated us accordingly. That's good customer service. Down to earth experience. Great room, bed and decor.

I travel extensively on business and came upon this amazing hotel only because of an error made by the "high end" hotel I usually stay at nearby in Hamilton. For the same price, I received a far superior room (suite), less chaotic location but just around the corner, friendly attentive staff, free breakfast and "social" light dinner on weeknights. These meals are awesome to me, freeing up a lot of time to prepare for my next business day. Bravo StayBridge, you have a new regular customer!!

we got our room for $170 and my god the room we got was absolutely amazing for that price!
we got 2 queen size beds, plus a pull out in the separate living room. A full out kitchen with a stove, dish washer and microwave and fridge. The staff was amazing and kind. Love it. Plus its 21+ stay so no annoying kids from Hess bars bothering anyone :) LOVE IT will deff be coming back :)

Heater wasn't working when we arrived later in the evening, room was freezing. Had to call down twice before someone came up to check it out. Old ac unit metal case on one window rattled all night, wind kept getting caught in it creating a loud bang. Then when we went to check out, we had a parking ticket because we parked beside the hotel rather than in front! even though i asked when i checked in if we were fine parked beside and the desk clerk said yes they had a deal with the parking lot. I went inside to ask if there was anything they could do and the hotel said no and they didn't even refund my hotel parking fee! They still get two stars because breakfast was nice and the room was clean. Way overpriced and staff were very unhelpful considering the headaches. I wont be staying there ever again.

The Staybridge Suites is a beautiful, clean hotel, with staff that are very friendly. The breakfast that is included is great as well as the friendly staff that is responsible for it. Also several nights a week there is an evening appetizers (almost a dinner) that has a cash bar which is a nice touch and very relaxing. We spent 10 days at the Staybridge and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
