Staying here was a great a experience, felt like home and the staff are great. Eric went the extra mile and hooked me up with some bonus popcorn!! Can't wait to stay again in few weeks.

Rooms are very nice. The room we had the bed was put beside air conditioner. There is a dinner served Monday to Wednesday and every morning a hot breakfast. For $79 great deal nice rooms with kitchenette

Booked this place last minute while in London and was super impressed. Seems like everything is brand new! Suite was very clean...basically a bachelor apartment. It felt more like an airbnb than a hotel. Breakfast in the morning was to the higher end of your typical free breakfast. Decent coffee too!

Clean room, very nice complimentary breakfast. Love that there's a kitchenette. It was a very pleasant overall stay. Staff was very friendly.

The hotel room was clean, spacious and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room rate was also very reasonable. It is definitely my go to hotel when staying in London Ontario.

This was a great hotel! The service was great, the beds were comfy and the breakfast was very good for a complimentary breakfast. Also a great hotel for families since they have large rooms to accomadate. Will stay here again if we are in the area.

Full kitchen rooms are the best. One suggestion would be to have can openers or kitchen related things that can at least be used provided optionally by the hotel.

1st time staying here in 2017 and was back again in 2018 while in town for the Fleetwood Cruise In. Very impressed. Separate, supervised 24 hr. parking for the classic cars is a very nice touch. Even have a wash area with a hose for the cars available. Our 2 bedroom suite was excellent. Roomy, comfortable & at a very reasonable price. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Free breakfast. We will definitely re-book here when we return for next year's Cruise - did so in 2018 and will be be back again in 2019. Thank you Kimberly & the rest of the London Team !!!!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and the amenities you need for longer stays away from home with a fridge, microwave, plates, utensils, dishwasher and hot plate style stove for cooking.

The bed is comfortable and the rooms have a small living room style area for relaxing when you don't want to be sitting in tour hotel bed.

I didn't stay. Just popped in to visit a friend who wasn't even there at the time. I did find the entrance clean and neat, the staff were helpful.

Wonderful rooms. Terrific having a fridge and microwave in the room. Very clean. WiFi is not very good at all though. You really can't depend on it. Seems like a better signal was being received from neighbouring hotels.

Nice one. Especially i love rooms. They were so neat and clean. Bed was very comfortable too. They provide nice FREE morning breakfast. I recommend to stay at Staybridge Suites London if you get chance to visit London.

Clean rooms with a little kitchen. I wouldn't stay in a regular room with a family because our room had one bed and a pull out couch. It was a tight squeeze. The suites were nicer for 4-5 people. The pillows are terrible. Too soft. Bring your own. But other than that, it's lovely.

Room was amazing! There was some confusion at check in as we arrived just after 4 pm, the stated check in time but our room wasn't ready till 5pm. Jovane provided us with free bottled water and snacks and we sat and chatted in the lobby. It did not ruin our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing was outstanding, however nothing really was horrible about it. This doesn't stand out as any different than other chains. Services and amenities were standard. Bed was comfortable. The towels were better than expected. We went swimming. The pool deck had some puke on it. Breakfast had enough options. But I wouldn't want to eat it for too many days in a row. Overall, the room served its purpose. So that's why I gave it a 3.

Located near the 401 and 402. This hotel is made for extended stays, rooms are essentially apartments: studios, one bedroom and two bedroom suites. A home away from home.

Rooms were very clean, Decent size pool and staff was professional & polite. I would totally recommend this hotel for overnights and people with kids. Pet friendly as well

The location is alright, ideal for coming back to, after a day of sight seeing and traveling. The services were pretty good, no complaints. The staff are really nice and welcoming. The rooms are quite Nice. We had a big family so we had both double rooms and singles. They were both good rooms that had enough space for us. The weight room is good as they actually have more then a few dumbbells and benches. I didn't go swimming but it looks to be a decent size. And so I say the over all experience was very good.

Very quiet room. Just a little dated. Crack in the bathroom sink ,nicks and chips in furniture. Otherwise clean. Breakfast was what you would expect for free. Friendly staff.

Like this place especially for longer term. Pretty much have to drive to halls and stuff but close enough. Good price.

Check in was prompt. Room was clean and had everything needed to cook a quick meal in the kitchenette. Beds were firm, and had soft pillows. Would have been nice to have firm pillows but not a deal breaker. Overall a very nice, clean hotel.

Loved my stay here. Was in the area for work for a few weeks. The fact that the laundry machines were free caused me to choose this place even though the price was a little higher.
The dinners they provide during the week were very good. The cook they have does a great job and is very friendly. If you need anything she, along with the other staff, are quick to help. I also enjoyed the kitchenette so I could cook a few meals.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Phenomenal hotel for its price! Hotel rooms have mini-kitchens, are clean and well kept! There is a pool, hot tub and exercise room. Staff is very helpful and friendly!

It is an excellent hotel to stay at very clean ,very affordable,great service. The service is amazing also the room are very spacious I like the fact that it has it s kitchenette just in case. Also the breakfast and dinner buffet it excellent for any kind of trip for the family or business.I recommend I had a great experience staying in this hotel.

1 night out of 3 into our stay and we know we won't be back. So far, hairs in the bathtub, garbage not emptied, unidentifiable sticky stain on the carpet and feces stuck under the toilet seat. Complained twice and only when I demanded new sheets (if they can't clean the toilet, who knows when the bedding was actually changed??) did I get action. To give them their due, they responded to my requests quickly and compensated us a night for the trouble as they had no rooms to move us to.

Our travelling companion had pre-paid her 3 nights' stay but was charged again when she checked in. The day manager was quick to retify the situation but it should not have happened in the first place. Breakfast was a rushed affair with some unpleasant moments and a lot of excuses as to why certain things weren't working. It ends at 9 weekdays and they literally shut the lights off at 9:02 , even though people were still getting coffee in a small dark alcove. Drink machines were turned off, as well and they stopped putting clean silverware out at 8:45.

The pool area is clean and sauna hot but small (max. 10 in the pool at one time) and the towels are small and thin. The kids needed 3 just to dry off their bodies.

While the staff are pleasant and responsive and certain problems were dealt with immediately (the reason I even gave 3 stars), the overall experience means we will not be coming back here.

Very few hotels present themselves with such great staff and well furnished place.

Around 70 KM from Grand Bend beaches, so a good idea to sling shot over night if you can not take long drives.

Even the location being within 4.5 KM from everything and anything you can think of even a hospital!

I've been to many hotels around Ontario recently due to my work nature and seen good and bad ones, Staybridge suites is by far the best i've been to during the last 10 years, nicely designed spacious suite with many things available that i didn't even think of, comfortable bed, very clean, great and very helpful staff especially Mr. Mark the front desk manager, high speed internet like never seen in a hotel before, i literally streamed on it for more than 2 hours without buffering at all not even once. very nice and neat kitchen corner with every thing available except for a tea pot :D that might be available but i couldn't find due to my nature as a person who asks his wife to find what in front of him LOL.
All in all i highly recommend Staybridge suites for everyone. personally i'll be looking for it wherever i go hoping that other branches will be as good as this one in London Ontario
PS: Haven't seen the fitness room, swimming pool, sport court and the BBQ pavilion

This place is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in the sense for accommodation to long term stays. Decent enough breakfast nice rooms. Even the staffs awesome.

Hi My husband and I stayed here while attending a wedding The room was great on main floor with kitchen facilities. The staff were pleasant but kitchen staff on Sunday morning overworked as breakfast buffet is included in room price. It was a bargain at 105 dollars (we booked early) We enjoyed duvet and very comfortable bed. The only downside was funky smell in hall and the buffet breakfast (room is small and staff unable to keep up with food coffee etc.This hotel is near Hwy 401 which was great and quiet .
