Great location and ‘home from Home’. There’s a wee shop on site for the basics and it’s possible to have food delivered from multiple restaurants in the area. Probably best if you are going to be staying in Newcastle for a while and you’d like more of an ‘apartment’ feel (kitchen, etc).

Fantastic place to stay. Just like a home from home. Very well equipped and the staff are excellent.. I would give 10 stars if i could.Definitely will be stopping there again.

Yet another enjoyable stay. On our arrival I was greeted with 'customer of the day' with my name on it, it made me feel very special and a few goodies in our room too.
The staff are all very friendly and happy, they all greeted us with smiles and spoke to us, from the young lady who was cleaning the rooms to the staff at reception not forgetting the breakfast staff too. The cleanliness was as good if not better than I expected. There was plenty of choices at breakfast although I didn't have a cooked breakfast, sadly my husband did and he was a little disappointed with it. All in all a fabulous hotel, at a very good rate, we will certainly use this again. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice suites and excellent service. The location is also very good if you want to have a walk around the city.

Really average. You pay for the size of the rooms and where you are. No room servicing on the weekends. The rooms come with everything you'd find in a Tesco value home. If you can afford a real hotel or a Premier Inn then do that. This place is good for large families.

My singing group Viva Acappella stayed at the Staybridge Suites in Newcastle last weekend. There are 40 of us. I cannot praise this hotel enough. It was excellent. From the booking with Patrick, who was charming, so approachable and never too busy to speak to me. All the staff were wonderful. We travel as a group a lot and have stayed in hotels all over the world. This was the best experience we have ever had as a group. The accommodation was spot on. Everything had been thought of. It was spotless. The little kitchen area even had a dishwasher. So brilliant. We won our competition and now are going to travel to New Orleans to compete in the finals. We are trying to book the Staybridge Suites New Orleans because our experience in Newcastle England was SO excellent.

The facilities are fantastic, with a kitchen in each room and a 24-hr shop in reception - where there is also 24-hr access to tea, coffee and water. The staff were wonderful, and could not do enough to make us feel welcome.

Amazing place with everything you need for a long term staying. The only thing they don't have is a restaurant but don't worry. You are 10 minutes walk from the city centre with lots of places to eat. I will highly recommend Staybridge Suites. Feels like home.

A very nice hotel and excellent value!

Location is great, rooms are clean and modern and the breakfast is good. all this for under 70 a night! Well certainly use a staybridge again.

One of our favourite hotels. The kitchens have everything you could ever need. Modern rooms with a very comfortable bed and a large TV. Everything we could ever ask for!

I wish there were more of these in the UK - they give all the benefits that you would expect from an IHG property, but with a spacious kitchen and working area, these apartments feel like a home-from-home, enabling guests to work and relax in comfort. The self-service breakfast choice (included in the price) was fantastic with cooked and continental choices and even bagels and cream cheese!

One of the best places I've stayed.. can't recommend highly enough, great staff, clean hotel, good location. Car parking as an extra cost feels a bit cheeky though.

I can't get over the incredible view from my room! Super friendly staff, easy walk into town / Tyne, hot drinks on tap, spacious suite with a proper kitchen, decent WiFi, nice breakfast and views so good across Newcastle city I slept with my curtains open so I could fall asleep watching the bridge light display! Fab.

This is now my favourite place to go. It is so welcoming and relaxed and with the addition of a kitchen area and a bedroom it feels like home. They even had a little shop that sells everything from toiletries to ready meals and wine

Excellent value provided at this hotel. Rooms are spacey and nicely furnished. Kitchenettes are very useful. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is OK, walking distance to the Quay Side and Downtown Newcastle. Facilities are adequate, however parking on site is not free and gym is small and could use an update (equipment is showing its age and is due for a renewal). Overall, a great place to stay when in Newcastle at a reasonable cost.

Great and very nice suites with kitchenettes. Close to the heart of town. Would recommend it to anyone who has a mid long visit to Newcastle.

Location is excellent, 15 mins walk into the city centre and 10 mins walk to the Qyayside. The suites are excellent with fully functioning kitchen area including dishwasher. There are laundry facilities on site, a shop/pantry, cost lounge with open fire. The staff are exceptional in the service they offer. They are warm, friendly and go that extra mile. I can't fault it. I have stayed their on 3 seperate occassions and it can't be beaten for value for money in Newcastle.

Had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped, much more than I expected. The staff were very welcoming too.

I went out to Newcastle with a few friends for a weekend away and good night out. The apartment was recommended and rightly so.

AMAZING, Staff are perfect, very very relaxed in all terms, Really friendly and always happy to help. Had zero issues, they give you a gym, nice room, kitchen and bed and bathroom area,

only cost me £2.60 to get into town in a taxi, Was very clean, and had no issues. I lost my card, no extra charges, there were hot drinks on offer 24/7, was perfect.

If you want a nice place to crash, were you will have no issues, very friendly staff, and i will also let you know, it is a nice place, so not exactly screaming and shouting but a nice place after a very crazzyyy night in Newcastle and get away from the madness and relax.

Fantastic hotel, will definitely stay again! Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. They offer a good variety during breakfast and free laundry facilities. Location's close to many restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

The rooms are smart. Nice friendly staff. A Free drink and food every evening. The rooms are like apartments rather than hotel rooms, with a full kitchen, cooker and microwave etc. Recommended. Small gym. Onsite parking.

Fantastic location, and the reception staff were so friendly and accommodating! Every time we came back from an outing, they would greet you and ask how your day was. The room didn't have an in-room washer, but the free guest self-serve laundry was a more than acceptable replacement for this. The breakfast buffet was fairly standard, but was more than suitable, particularly considering it's included with the room cost. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Newcastle.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and can not do enough for their guests. The room is extremely spacious with amazing amenities. Everything you could possibly need to cook a full meal. Tea and coffee available 24hrs a day included in room price. Brilliant range or choices for Breakfast. Excellent accommodation.

After walking the full Hadrian's Wall Path, this hotel was just what we needed! The building is modern, well appointed, and very clean! The reception staff was top notch and very friendly. In particular I'd like to say that Eleonora was quite lovely and happy to help us with anything we needed! Our room looked new. It was very clean and quite large. The bathroom was really big and the shower was oversized. The hotel even had a guest laundry that I used to wash a few of our hiking clothes. Everything was great! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back if we ever visit Newcastle again!

I stayed here for an 8 month stay with work. Overall a great place to stay, incredibly friendly staff and a fantastic location. There is a little kitchenette so you can cook yourself. Rooms are fully equipped with a lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. TV has loads of stations including all the sports channels.

The only complaints I would have is the lack of windows that can be opened in the rooms. It can make them very stuffy at times. And also the policy of ignoring do not disturb signs, if you are working nights while there it can be very annoying to get woken up by the cleaner.

Beautiful rooms, with everything you could need for a stay. Well equipped kitchen and 24hour pantry shop available. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There's complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day and the breakfast was lovely. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Good rooms, well furnished for longer stays. The breakfast buffet has everything you could want and managers night with free drink and cheese board is great. One problem I've found though when checking in is the staff seem quite unhappy and unhelpful.

I often deliver food here and the staff are always very nice. Unfortunately, I don't know what the rooms are like but if the reception is anything to go buy, they should be nice
