Amazing accommodations, spacious apartment, nice kitchen, nice rooms and great bathroom. Location was alright, 5min walk from the subway but rather lively area.

Amenities are so good...bit expensive but a place you will feel safe and njoy

The apartment worked out perfectly for my family. The location to the train station, park and cafes was ideal. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was stocked with almost everything we needed. Coffee filters and sugar would've been nice and i wonder what will become of the leftover supplies that we have- i hope they stay for the next guests. Yes, the bathrooms are outdated and in need of some repairs, but not a priority for me. The only thing i really wish was different was that they charged my credit card upon checking in. I had really hoped to use my remaining Euros toward the room as i have done in the past, and put the remainder on the card but wasn't able to. Aside from that though, a great place to stay for a family.

Great place to stay. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean and suited our needs with 2 adults and 1 child. Easy access to metro and local shops, all about 5-10 mins walk. Would definitely stay again if visiting Paris.

Apartment was ok. Comfortable beds. Had things like dishwasher, microwave, oven, iron etc, but not enough utensils for cooking. Walking distance from metro station. There was no fan and as it was very hot we had to keep the windows open. The street can be very noisy even late at night(we stayed 4 nights). Housekeeping is not free. The apartment had only one toilet, one shower and one bath. The bath is not easy to get in for people with arthritis etc.

Great location, roomy apartment, friendly and helpful reception staff - only thing that would improve our stay would be air conditioning.

I'm giving 5 stars even though the property has a few flaws, because the apartment and the staff were amazing overall.

This is definitely a value property, for the price I paid I got way more than I expected.

The location is fabulous. You're surrounded by bakeries, groceries, laundromat, and more. One note. If you're arriving on a Sunday pick up groceries on the way because nothing is open on Sundays especially in this area. There was one small shop open on the Sunday I arrived so luckily I was able to pick up some cheese, bread, water, pasta, sauce, and popcorn.

Metro and RER is easily accessible for all attractions. Versailles and the Airport (CDG) are only about 1 hour away. Louvre and other central attractions are about 30 mins away by Metro.

Front desk staff when I checked in and out were exceptional. Explained area with a map, got me a room even though I was early, and really took the time to make sure I had a great stay. Also they spoke perfect English and were very patient.

Apartment I had was huge for one person. Bedroom has sliding doors for privacy if you have people sleeping on the futons in the living room. There's also a small dining table. Theres ample counter space and storage in the kitchen.

Apartment is equipped with TV, dishwasher, stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, vacuum, all the dishes and cups and cutlery you might need, also includes a pot, pan, strainer and some larger serving bowls. The bread knife I had was nice and sharp as well! One thing I did not find was a toaster and there is no oven, I also could nofnfind a broom which would have been helpful as I had a lot of bread crumbs, but I just vacuumed them up.

Soap and towels are provided. The soap in the bathroom was wonderful, great smell. I was happy to be provided with full sized bottles rather than tiny hotel size. There's also a heated towel rack. Bathtub is very large. There's a hair dryer as well. No issues with hot water supply.

The heat is adjustable and the windows open fully. There were extra blankets in the closet. The bed was huge and quite comfy, firm, and pillows are very soft and cozy as well. The curtains completely block out the light so I slept very well.

Sound travels pretty good from the street and hallways so it was a bit loud but that could be specific guests. Also my room unfortunately was situated across from the trash room so a garbage smell permeated my apartment a few times and other guests smashing and banging disturbed me.

I did not partake in the breakfast so I don't know the cost or what was available and I did not partake in the cleaning that costs extra, I kept the apartment tidy on my own (including vacuuming).

I had an excellent stay and will absolutely be coming back to this property. I have recommended it to all my friends as well!

This os a Nice place to stay but someone enter my Room durinho my stay in a day that wasn't a cleanning day.

Stayed here for three nights with six people in a six-person apartment. Quick walk to two Metro lines (20-40 minutes from city core depending on where you are going), a few restaurants, grocery store and shops in the neighborhood. Rooms in good shape and clean with enough space for six of us. WiFi decent.

There were three bathrooms, one with a shower, one with bath, and one with a toilet. All relatively small but the toilet room was tiny. There were few electric outlets and most of them weren't in convenient places; and if you have a large plug, you won't be able to fit it in. The other amnities were satisfactory.

Good and practical experience. To have an equipmented apartment is very important in Paris. Recomended Place

A little distant from tourist city centre, but with underground it is easy to reach. A little noisy - school near by, but it is city centre all around...
Quite modern standard rooms - no Paris magic but decent. Suburb feeling.

A good place relating to his price.
It's quite far from the city centre, but in less than 5 minutes there is the metro station (metro n° 11 - Jourdain).
There is a Simply in front of the entrance.
It's not a wonderful area but not dangerous.

Absolut tolles Hotel für einen Paris Aufenthalt. Wir (5) haben ein Appartement mit ausreichend Platz vorgefunden. (Sauberkeit gibt Punkteabzug, französisch eben ;-)) Speiselokale, Kaufhaus und Metrostation sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Appartementhotel ist in einer beruhigten Zone, also kein Strassenlärm und nur die "Geräusche der Nachbarn ;-).

Super für Familien. Sehr günstig. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit der Metro in 5 Minuten im Centrum. Die Appartements sind sehr ordentlich und mit kleiner Küchenniche zum selber kochen. In direkter Umgebung gibt es auch mehrere Supermärkte.

Hervorragendes Appartement für Familien. Zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder haben bequem Platz. Küche mit Mikrowelle, Herd, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler ist vorhanden, ebenso ein Balkon. Sehr ruhig gelegen.
