Wow! What a stay! Staff makes you feel like royalty. Beautiful, modern room. Really enjoyed bar (great bartender), breakfasts in restaurant. Would go back in a heartbeat. Complimentary car (first come, first served).

Beautiful hotel though honestly I am not sure it is worth wha they get per night. Walking distance from some great restaurant options including French Laundry and Bottega. Nice hotel feature to have use of on site Lexus cars if you want to take a ride around the area.

A world class experience. I enjoyed every minute of my time here. The same attention to small details that earned them Platinum LEED Certificatation can also be seen in the grounds, art, and service.

We are hotel snobs, but this place was hands down our favorite place we stayed at. The rooms were immaculate, and they kindly upgraded us for our anniversary. The pool and cabanas were a nice escape from our busy lives, and the food was amazing! We will definitely be back!

Great hotel, awesome pool with floats and huge cabanas. Free pastries in the morning, and to order room service it’s as simple as pressing a button on the iPad assigned to your room. Everything in your room, mainly the minibar is free, and when you check in: free glass of delicious wine.

The scenery is beautiful. The staff is great to deal with, I would recommend this to anybody.

The room was very spacious. Nice large shower area with a separate Jacuzzi tub. They have a pool area, but it was a little too cold for a dip. I tested the water and it was nice and warm. The view from the pool deck area was beautiful.
We had an issue with the WiFi and the tv and they sent someone over right away to fix it.
All of the employees are very accommodating.

Everything we experienced exceeded our expectations: front desk service, concierge, food, valets, and pristine property. Wife and I look forward to yearly visits!

Stayed two nights and was blown away. This place is top notch; service, scenery, food. Of all the hotels I’ve stayed in on this planet this place was hands down the best. We did the wine and dine at their restaurant, though it was pricey it was worth every cent. Most of the food comes from the hotel grounds, what they do not grow is as local as possible. Can’t wait to plan my next trip to the valley so I can stay again.

Extremely comfortable rooms. Large bathrooms. Great customer service. Pool is well maintained and they give coffee and pastries in the AM. Wish they had more deals for tastings with local wineries however.

Was here for a 60 minute massage for me and my wife. Since we did not stay at the hotel, we had to get a day pass. The way that works is you need to sign up for a massage that is 60 minutes minimum, and you will also have access to the pool for the day. Overall we had a great time here. All staff we interacted with, from the valets, front desk staff, to the reps at the spa were all courteous and professional. The massage itself was good too. I had the standard Bardessono massage while my wife had the mother to be massage.

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. Quite and private rooms on a small beautiful property. Most of the staff knew our names during our three day stay here. Take advantage of the complementary car service offered by the hotel that takes you around town.

Wonderful hotel in every way. Really nice room - love the automatic and external blinds, outdoor tub, and spacious interior. They are also very dog friendly and gave our dog a bed, bowls, and home made treats! We were here for a special occasion and the staff did so much to make it special. Thanks Taylor and team!

I heard that this was A Japanese owned Japanese Style hotel with an Italian name to fit in with the Napa Valley. Lol hey whatever works. But I also heard from a friend who stayed there recently that it is one of those earth eco friendly thingy's like you see people build out in the desert of New Mexico or something where the walls are made of Coke cans and car tires and it is heated with sunlight and recycled water or non GMO organic you know what I mean one of those earth dome places only really really fancy. Pretty awesome and never a hassle to use the bathroom while stuck in traffic on the weekends just pull in and go. Awesome! I Test places by how and if they let me use the bathroom. If they let me go with no hassle (meaning I don't have to buy something or get a negative attitude or told customers only stuff) ...wonderful. If not...or a negative attitude or whatever.....I never come back and I tell my friends. This place....great. I went there with my friend and it is really nice kind of like Ikea or A Scandinavian designs store or something. Very cool. I didn't stay here but I've been here a few times with my friend and again my test.....once for the bathroom. They passed with flying colors.
Good overall. 5 stars The bathroom thingy 2 extra brownie points 7 stars.

Beautiful architecture, the food was excellent, and overall a great experience. Definitely more expensive than I expected for breakfast, $19 for bacon and eggs, but hey "you're on vacation."

This is probably in the top 3 best hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff is incredible and there is a quiet, non ostentatious way they go about serving you and making you feel incredible that goes straight from checking in all the way to leaving. Whether it is offering to go to the market to pick things up on a very rainy day, providing a high quality glass of wine at check-in, or free shuttle service in luxury cars anywhere in the area, it is incredible. Before we needed to got there, there was a chance we had to cancel, and despite it being a non-refundable room, they were even willing to let us cancel.

The rooms are also big and finely detailed; great fireplaces, comfortable beds, and massive bathrooms with one of the biggest hotel room tubs with jets that I've ever seen, a patio, truly functional iPad in the room, and very comfortable bed. The only bad parts I experienced during our stay was lack of transparency around whether the food & bev credit that came with our room was good even after we checked out (they bent the rules and it was), and slightly slow service at Lucy, the restaurant in the hotel.

No question that I'd stay here again or recommend it without hesitation to others.

One of the best hotels in the Napa Valley! Luxurious and spacious suite-style rooms with private courtyards have all you need to relax and unwind. Even your pets are welcome! Pamper yourself at the spa or indulge in a massage in the privacy of your room, take a yoga or fitness class, soak up the sun at the rooftop pool, take a bike ride to explore Yountville, and enjoy delicious garden-inspired food at Lucy Restaurant on site. Everything you could possibly want or need in one location with excellent customer service. You won't want to leave!

We just returned from spending a week in Yountville at the Bardessono. The entire staff did a great job of making us fell welcome and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. Top notch service from the front desk to the bellman and valets. The rooms are very comfortable and private. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Bardessono for 4 nights for our super short honeymoon. Before going there, I was actually hesitating between Post Ranch Inn and Bardessono. Even though the hotel itself was really good, they don't pay attention to people going there for special occasions. At least Post Ranch Inn has a specific list packages for honeymoon, not to argue if it's overpriced or not,. And all we got from Bardessono is a note with a fruit basket including an apple, an orange and a banana. Apart from that, nothing else happened. We spent actually more time and energy trying to entertain ourselves by booking last minute restaurants and tours. I would say if you want to have a regular vacation, Bardessono is a good option. But if you're planning for a special occasion, many other hotels at that price range in the same area might give you a better time (Ritz Carlton at Half Moon Bay, or Post Ranch Inn).

In-room spa and stone heated outdoor tub made the room a destination in itself! The roof top pool makes you feel secluded, even though you're in the downtown of Yountville. Bardessono has the most considerate staff, with great connections all over Napa (often getting you complimentary tastings or hard-to-come-by reservations). The restaurant, Lucy, is on par with Bouchon as well.

When I was researching Bardessono I saw they had a 5.0 rating on Google. That sets the bar very high. When someone has a perfect score from every review, you're going to expect perfection. Well, that's what we got. Staff was attentive, knowledgable, and very human. Grounds were beautiful and impeccably taken care of. The room made you seriously consider whether you even wanted to leave it to see Napa. Bardessono is the kind of the place where the hotel IS the destination. High recommended and I look forward to my next stay.
