It is located near Montmartre, the rooms ( like almost all French hotels) are very small, but I found the hotel nice, modern and clean. The staff is very gentle.

This place is pretty cool! It's in the perfect location and the rooms were clean. This hotel is tiny. The taxi almost went right past it actually. Boston has similar sized buildings, small in width and tall.
That being said, I had a standard 2-twin bed room and the size of the room was fine for 2 people and 2 days. I believe that there were only 6 rooms on our floor.
The elevator can fit one person with their luggage, max, but I just took the stairs when I didn't have luggage and that was fine. If you're looking for an accessible hotel this is not the one, unfortunately. There were stairs to our room from the elevator.
There was always something going on outside the hotel on the street, but I didn't hear any of that in the room. I was also happy that we could open the window and get a nice view.
The staff was excellent. Very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to walk around Paris!

Very pleasant staff. Room 41 small, but clean and air conditioning works well. Nice bathroom with a good shower. View from room not the best, in fact really not good. Breakfast was reasonable. Fresh bread and eggs every day. Check out at 12pm although bags can be stored in hotel dining area until you need to leave. All in all a good 3 star hotel experience.

Great hotel. Location excellent. Rooms very comfortable although tiny. Very secure. Staff very friendly and very accommodating. We travelled with a bicyle and the staff were very happy to store this for us. Would definately stay here again.

This hotel is all about the location, surrounded by restaurants, bars & cafés & right beside bus stops & the Metro. The rooms are compact & bijou but clean & space is very well utilised. The buffet breakfast is basic but with good variety & a great view of the hustle & bustle on the main road. Moulin Rouge is barely a five minute walk & the Sacre Coeur a further ten to fifteen minute walk through Montmartre although it is all uphill. It was a perfect base for visiting Stade de France for the France v Ireland Six Nations match & the nearby Metro made getting around Paris easy.

Very nice room in perfect location! This was the best hotel I've had in Paris so far. The room was small but that's normal for the city. What I loved was the modern shower, cleanliness and fast internet. Would always stay here again!

We stayed on January..Very nice place, clean and comfy, closed to MRT station and many restaurants around, staffs are friendly..a little small room but enough for 2 person..

The value for the money we paid is really good. They provided a great service. The staff was always friendly and ready to help. The rooms are a bit small, but if you are planning to spend most of the time exploring the city rather than laying on the bed, it's not a big deal. The location is very convenient with the subway station just opposite to the building. I wasn't impressed about the breakfast though. Every day after 8 o'clock they were running out of scrambled eggs, and overall the food selection wasn't big as well. Few slices of ham, some cereals with milk, bread, jam, fruits and basically that's it. It could be improved. Despite a few relatively minor thinks it's a quite nice place to stay for a few nights.

Has the potential to be a really great hotel. However, a few relatively minor things were lacking. The shower and sink didn't drain, the bathroom door didn't quite fit its frame, one could hear mice in the walls, the stairs and elevator are cramped, and a spider made our bed its home before we arrived.

That said, the location is pretty good, the price is pretty good, the room itself is very nice, and it really feels like if they fixed a few small things it would be a very great hotel.

Overall good, very good location in the heart of Paris and very close to metro. Also lots of nearby restaurants and shops.
