I had a great stay at the Embassy Suites while I was in the area for work! Shuttle from and to the airport was quick and efficient. Check in was courteous and fast. Although this a very busy hotel I NEVER had to wait or be squeezed into a full elevator. When picking your room choose an even number as you will have a view of the NYC skyline which was nice to see for this southern girl. The room was nice and large! I loved the layout and the new decor. I have not seen this decor yet in an Embassy Suite. I did not take advantage of breakfast or happy hour which I’m sure were nice. And I loved that they had the TV channel Bravo! Kudos to this Embassy Suite and to its employees!

Fantastic hotel. Free shuttle from the airport ( every 30 mins ), welcome drink and snacks in the afternoon. Excellent breakfast. Clean and big rooms. I stayed for a night while waiting to catch an early flight the next day. It was great.

Clean. Close to the airport. Across the street from an outlet mall. Reasonably quiet while planes aren't flying. Restaurant on the first floor with excellent breakfast choices but limited menu for lunch and supper.

Love their suites, big beds, pull out sofas. The free breakfast is also good. I will definitely stay there again.

This staff is 5 star quality! I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The complimentary breakfast was amazing lots of selection from the hot buffet to the cold bar you won’t be disappointed. I asked the chef to make me an omelette one of his own creations it blew this “foodie” away I gushed over it all morning long it was very tasty! I love that also you get free happy hour here, with complimentary drinks and appetizers!

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, beds would be a little small for 2 people but are ok for just 1. Everything is very clean. Staff was very helpful and nice. There is a small area in the lobby to buy snacks and such but it's a little pricey for the convenience of it.
I was very pleased with happy hour and the snacks we're really good. Breakfast was also very good. The only negative that I have for this motel is that you have to walk through the lobby and the bar area to get to the pool, and fitness room.
I would recommend this motel to anyone

Although I was on a expense account, but the rooms in and around newarker very expensive especially with the taxes. However this is a pretty good deal it's a newer hotel, in walking distance to a Ruby Tuesday and an IHOP. It's close to the airport. They do charge for parking, but overall the rooms are very nice, large, clean. Again it's a newer Hotel, so that it's got that going for it. They have a happy hour with one complimentary drink and chips, but hey it's free. As well they have a complimentary breakfast, and I didn't get that at the Hilton for more money.

Checked in early with no problem thanks to Gloria. Loved the suite. Nice Happy Hour we received 2 free drinks and fully cooked breakfast. Will be back in December.

Very nice place to stay. Very clean and friendly/helpful staff. The breakfast was wonderful. The atmosphere here is amazing in the bar. I also like that they have a "Manager's Reception" set aside for the two nights that we stayed here. They had free drinks and appetizer for 2 hours. Thank you.

Very nice and friendly staff. The rooms were nice, but several of the outlets didn't work and the faucet in the kitchen area didn't work, no water. Not a big deal because I was only there a night. Huge bathroom with detachable shower head. The faucets in there were a little tricky and there was a slow drip,but again no biggie.

It's a beautiful hotel excellently located across The Mills at Elizabeth Garden outlets. Loved the convenience. The pool which we used was nicely stocked with towels and very clean.

Got there in a snow storm and the reception staff were great, I think we got last room. Suite was clean and bed was very comfortable and was glad to get some sleep. Next morning went down for breakfast and never seen anything like it, all the food was empty the omelette chef was so laid back he had a huge queue , no toast and this was early on so i ended up with a bit of corned beef hash with cinnamon French toast and a slice of bread and jam

Hotel was comfortable, my bed was great, the food tasted good and the pool area was nice. But, I think they were flooded with too many people. I was there on a conference. The breakfast ran out too quickly especially the coffee - It was always brewing. I also had lots of problems with my room key not working. The last day I was there the key code on my door ran out of batteries. I had to wait for a "engineer" to put new batteries in the lock. This was right around the time of check out so I was trying to leave quickly.

Very clean, super nice staff, convenient. Stayed here rather than my usual Marriott brands. Nice.cooked.to order breakfast. Evening.cocktails: 1 free.per person, then $2 refills due.to NJ liquor.laws. Would stay.again. They can.arrange a cruise pier shuttle for you

Stayed here on Christmas night before an early morning flight out of Newark. Beds were comfortable, water was hot, parking lot was really big, and the lobby was giant and awesome.

We missed the free breakfast, but I’m sure it was great - the front desk staff couldn’t have been nicer, too!

Room was very nice. I had read good reviews about the breakfast, but it was so so. The coffee machine was broken. Eggs and potatoes were empty at the buffet line for about 10 minutes.

I have the 4th floor, room 426. Decent view of the hotels across the street, you can see the docks and the airport runways from here as well. Had a snowstorm while we were here. The hotel was on top of plowing the parking lots and salting and keeping things safe. Even did a special dinner during the blizzard at a reduced rate and with a scaled-back menu. Use the airport shuttle of couple of times, drivers are friendly, on time, and competent. All front desk staff and wait staff in the restaurant and lounge were very friendly, courteous, and professional. I would certainly stay here again.

Very clean hotel. Full hot buffett free breakfast. Free drink and snacks in the evening as well! The whirlpool and pool could be warmer. It was very cold.

Wasn't happy with the shuttle bus that only ran every 30 minutes. That's not good enough in winter in Newark when all the other hotel shuttles are running every 5 to 10 minutes.

Hotel was good, but the infrequency of the airport shuttle at an airport hotel doesn't make sense.

Hotel was nice for the price. Staff was helpful and friendly, especially the bartender! The fire alarm went off at 1 am though, and the whole building had to be evacuated, so that sure put a damper on the whole experience.

I enjoyed my stay here with my friends. The room was clean, the staff was attentive. Breakfast was amazingly fresh. This hotel is a go to.

Honestly a pretty decent place to stay having an event (a course). The free breakfast is a nice touch and it's quite decent even an omelette station, for free that's pretty great! The happy hour prices are insane good at $2 a drink and there's even nice snacks and popcorn, awesome! The rooms are basic and clean enough the staff is friendly and attentive. The key card kept resetting which was a bit annoying but minor. The gym was pretty basic but then again what should I expect? The menu options for snack food like wings or nachos was lacking (there were no options like this) which seems strange for happy hour. The price wasn't exactly cheap. It would be awesome for less but it was definitely adequate for the price. I would recommend staying here.

The hotel is beautiful, however my experience with the staff was simply ok. Had to leave something for a guest and no one wanted to be responsible for it (sign for it)or provide their name. Finally security received it, but again refused a name. Unprofessional in my opinion.

This was a great hotel. The room was very nice and spacious. The complimentary breakfast eas much better than expected. I would stay again if i came back to that area.

Beds were very comfortable, but my room's AC was not working properly. They had to bring in a box fan. The toilet made a irritating squeal after use. Housekeeping would change out towels but would never refill coffee supplies.
Breakfast was good. Just make sure to get down early

Nice modern hotel. Decent breakfast. Only cons, my fifth floor window had a huge crack in it and the shower floods the bathroom floor because water spills out under the door. Hopefully not a problem in all rooms. I've only seen mine. What kind of girl do you think I am. 💃

Good breakfast, clean rooms but this hotel is nowhere worth what they charge per night. If you're from the south you might think the employees are rude. I quickly learned they didn't mean any harm it's just a northeastern thing I'm told. Stayed 4 nights. Popcorn and chips remained spilled in the floor in the area of evening cocktails for two days. I would only stay there again if I couldn't find a better place to stay. Never would be my first choice and will always be my last choice.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were helpful and polite and quick. Free breakfast is ok. Good selection but not particular good food. If you have the time, you can get fresh made omelettes but there was a wait on my visit.

Amazing rooms. Microwave and fridge. Clean and spacious. Breakfast is included and way better than most hotels. Made to order eggs and omelet station. Tator tots bacon juices and a soda fountain.

Nice Embassy, gym has dumbells up to 50lbs and benches. Unlike other embassy suites this location has a 1 free drink limit during the evening snacks/drinks. The breakfast is very good with a nice omlette bar and large dining room. Rooms were well cared for and large with fridge and microwave.

Flights canceled and called ahead to confirm room but when I got to hotel they did not have my room. Had a different room and told me to check back the next day to see if they had my original request available. No luck. Breakfasts were good, room was clean, smelt like smoke but clean.

Embassy Suites was a good experience for the price. The location was somewhat distant from the city so it was peaceful other than the occasional planes from the airport. The room was clean and had everything we expected, but the bathroom did fog up and become very humid due to the lack of effective ventilation. This wasn't a big issue however once we opened the doors. Whenever we needed it, the staff were friendly and helpful in providing and resolving any requests that we had. This is an establishment I would recommend.

Great hotel close to Newark Airport. Easy access to roads and shopping. People are very friendly and the omelette makers are second to none in the restaurant. Highly recommend. Rooms are clean and the beds are nice and firm.

Rooms were very nice! Breakfast in the morning had everything you could want, including an omelet chef! Also an easy drive into the city from there. I would definitely return!

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are amazing! Clean, modern, comfortable. The beds, pillows and comforter are so nice and warm. Even compared with other Embassy Suites, this place has a newer room design and layout that is really cool. The breakfast is amazing as well. For sure the best breakfast out of any of the hotels I stay at. Highly recommended!

Niece and nephews love the embassy suites experience. This location was close to home and did not disappoint. They fully enjoyed the pool and fitness room. Begged to stay additional days but will have to make it up to them another time.

We had plenty of room for our family. Being right next to the mall and having indoor pool offered plenty to do. The hotel was clean and everyone pleasant. Great price with hot breakfast included. Good room and lobby coffee!

Overall the stay was good. More attention during check in by hotel staff with acknowledgements of Hilton Honors Members would have made the stay a 5 star. Very close to the mall so I would definitely stay again!!

Pretty good location near Newark airport. Rooms are suites which have microwaves and refrigerators and separate areas for sleeping. Sofa beds are also available. Being in NJ they offer complimentary drink coupons. Complimentary breakfast is included and has several choices, including a cooking station that offers freshly cooked omelettes and pancakes. Only complaint would be the location of the fitness room, which is in a far corner on the lobby floor, along with the swimming pool. Even being on the first floor you'll have to walk through the lobby to access this part of the hotel.

Great ambiance. Great staff! Clean, well designed. A bit pricey, but you have to pay for this level of service I guess.

Rude front desk workers. Rude! Lied about the shuttle coming to pick us up from the airport. We waited 45 minutes so they could stall to get our rooms ready. Then we waited at the hotel another 20 for her to ignore us. Pool is small and hidden behind the restaurant. But, room was amazing. Clean, smelled good.

I unfortunately stayed here for work. As soon as I walked into the hotel to check in at the front desk, she completely ignored my group and allowed everyone to take priority including the guests and phone calls. By the time she helped us, she did not apologize and wasn't very pleasant. When I went into the room, it was nice and I honestly don't have any complaints. However, when I went down to the lounge I dealt with a rude waitress who was more focused on the guy at the bar. When I received my food the pasta had only arugula and garlic with olive oil and the bread was completely stale. I informed her and all she said was "the bread was from a different cook who already left." If all you're looking for is a nice room, then be my guest, but do not count on good customer service.

The hotel is pretty good.. The rooms are clean and well maintained.. Free breakfast, free wifi and free airport shuttle.. There isn't much to do around the hotel though apart from a mall..

My family and I spent 3 nights there a week ago and everyone in my party loves it. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.The kitchen staff was great and served up an awesome omelet. They even have bus shuttle to and from the airport ,there you can connect to the train to downtown Manhattan for $. One incident we had was, we arrived to the airport after the last shuttle had depart for the hotel. However, when we called the hotel and explained the situation they kindly sent someone to pick us up. I will definitely go back there.

Would not recommend this property to anyone. It not worth the money. Terrible service, did have a few nice employees that tried to straighten out the problems I had. Was given two guest certificates but couldn't use them at an Embassy. Fire alarm going off two tines within a four days stay.
