Rooms and hotel are good. The amenities are a little dated like the jogging trail. It's okay, but concrete is cracked and needs a resurface. The breakfast & happy hour each day are good touches. If there was more to do around the hotel, I'd make it 4.5 stars.

If you're in town on business or with a large group visiting something nearby, this is a good place to stay. The rooms can sleep 4 easily. They're clean and spacious. They charge a fee to park, $12/day. They share a lot with an office park so I don't get the fee.

We travel a lot and only stay at Embassy suite. Out of all the ones I have been to this has by far been the best. Great staff and very clean hotel. Justin really know what customer service is and in my opinion doing an awesome job. Thanks again for making our vacation great.

I was meeting a large group for brunch after a wedding. The dining area is nice and clean. Both hot and cold food provided in the service area. Private room was available for the group.

Mediocre for an Embassy Suites in my opinion. I had a tiny room with an uncomfortable bed. The location was decently close to Love Field. The breakfast was pretty good. The hotel seemed fairly clean to me. However, the feeling I got when entering the lobby was more like a prison than a hotel. It was bizarre actually.

Clean, quiet, and great value. Conveniently located to restaurants and other amenities. Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are comfortable. Free breakfast has a variety- it’s NOT continental. Features a grill with made to order omelets, pancakes, bacon, eggs, sausage and a selection of other items (fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, muffins, toast). Evening reception features a variety of drinks and with snack foods

Comfortable rooms, close to Love Field, and a couple options within walking distance for food. The evening reception is great, with a hosted bar and crudites. The atrium/lobby area did get rather warm and muggy though, but I guess in an open air building with sky lights, there's not a lot you can do.

The rooms themselves were nice and the architecture of the interior of the building is a sight to behold. The atrium however has a strong scent of chlorine from the pool and is humid for the same reason. The pool water murky and the pool itself could use a good cleaning. The spa however has clearer water. The interior of the building does need some cosmetic work as there are areas that are worn. I would suggest a good ventilation system in the pool area as well as good drainage in the surrounding area. The breakfast good was well done serving buffet as well as cook to order.

Very nice hotel. Just on the north side of Love Field. Fee wifi: hot, cooked to order breakfast, and evening reception. Parking is about $12/night. Helpful staff. Nice facilities.

Great customer service. Norris at the front desk was very accommodating. Airport pickup and drop off service was great. I'd left some personal belongings in the room and Wendy Hernandez mailed it to me. Daily breakfast was amazing.

My family and I have stayed here many times as I have family in Dallas... Nice rooms, good service... The breakfast served each morning is as good as any you'll find at a restaurant...We have six in our family, so the savings for the breakfast really increases the value of your stay...They also have a reception in the evenings with snacks, wine etc... Plenty of space to sit around and visit and hang out...

Great. Free drinks and snack foods from 5:30-7:30pm. Great bartender. Room is very clean. We enjoyed our three day stay.

Excellent customer service. The room was very clean and well attended. My employer earned us a 15% discount and a free upgrade to a premium suite. We were only in the room for about six hours due to a missed flight and an early connection but highly enjoyed the few hours in the hotel. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

This is my first time staying at Embassy Suites by Hilton. Friends of mine are HiltonHonors Members and advised I become one so after staying at the Hilton Bentley in South Beach, Miami a month ago I did for our trip down here for Six flags with the kids. From the time I arrived it was everything one could ask for and then much more. The photos online do NOT do these suites justice. I took a couple but most are with my family. When we arrived, there was a family friendly reception from 5:30-7:30 which really helped all of us settle in and unwind a bit before going to dinner (which we were not planning on going anywhere as we had been in a car for 5 hours.) In the morning (every morning) there is a breakfast buffet with hot foods (eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast strips, fried potatoes,) cold & dry foods (yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, fruits, variety of pastries,) and a Made to Order breakfast (omelets, pancakes.) The hotel staff are eager to help, friendly, and excell at customer service. The pool area was very nice with a hot tub right next to the pool which made it easy to keep an eye on my little ones. There's an outdoor garden type area with table seating along with umbrellas as well as lounge seats if you want to lay in the sun that is surrounded with a wall that is right through the pool where you could sit outside if you wanted and not be interrupted by anyone entering or leaving the hotel. We decided that this WILL BE the place we stay when we come for family trips down to Dallas and use our Six flags passes and other fun things we want to do down here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We stay here when we travel to visit Lovers Lane United Methodist Church. The staff is always so kind and gracious and the accommodations are very comfortable. This is the only place where I can fall asleep easily when I travel😊

Rooms were incredible. Comfortable, spacious, presidential suite was fabulous! Happy hour drinks and food wonderful. Fresh made to order breakfast couldnt be better. Atrium was welcoming and comfortable. Staff extremely helpful and accomodating.

I mainly used this hotel to park my car to fly out of love field airport. I flew out 2 days before Christmas and they should know that many people are traveling and should have expected a large turnout of guests for the airport shuttle. We used the first shuttle which was around 4:30am and there was a large group of people going to the airport. Luckily we got there early enough to take the first shuttle out but many people had to wait. There was another shuttle that wasn't in use I believe. The worst part was that it was the coldest day of the year and the temperature was in the teens and the driver was like 75+ years old and was moving very slow because of his age and he didn't even turn on the vehicle to let the heat warm up in the car. It took forever to leave the parking lot. The shuttle on the return took a while to pick us up as well. Overall it's a convenient service but there were some things that could have been better.

Overall it's a pretty awesome place. The hot tub jets are upside down so they just hit you in the face and the water pressure in the shower sucks. But the bar is great and they keep the place really clean.

Very clean,. Good service. Honestly the breakfast is not as good as other Embassy suites I've stayed at but it's still better than any other hotel. Great location.... very close to Love Field airport and very easy to gain access to all the interstate hiways. I had been staying at Double Tree over the past several months of my project but this is by far a better hotel in all aspects.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is traveling to Dallas area.

Embassy Suites by Hilton in Dallas has provided exceptional service. I am currently on a work trip and I would recommend this hotel. It’s roughly 5 minutes from Dallas Love Field airport. They provide free shuttle to the airport and local shops and restaurants nearby. Above all, the customer service is superior.

Great little airport. Though the amenities are numerous and interesting they are quite pricey but it IS an airport. I WILL be happy to use it in the future. Google maps seems to have a little glitch here ... or operator error. This review was supposed to be for the airport! As for the hotel. I had a great stay. LOVE the decor and interesting light fixtures.

Great staff throughout the entire hotel. I highly recommend staying here. The bed is comfortable and a rainfall showerhead in the bath. I do suggest you bring your febreeze. Otherwise, everything is great.

Great place to stay at a great price. Very clean and stylish. Atrium is your standard Embassy Suites flair, but a cut above others at the same price point.

Rooms are separate sleeping and living rooms with Tv's in each. Microwaves, fridge and in room single coffee maker.

But you'll want to partake in the made to order breakfast bar. Many, many options.

The breakfast and happy hour selections were also really good. I'd recommend this hotel. The only downside to our stay was that an elevator was out of order. The main working elevator got pretty congested, so they opened up a separate staff elevator on the other side of the building. I'm sure they'll get that resolved quickly but it was kind of inconvenient.

Very close to restaurants. Beautiful indoor pool. I am use to condos on the beach. So this layout, you still have a balcony just indoors. Restaurant inside the hotel as well.

I arrived very late for my reservation due to a 7 hour flight delay, however it felt as though they were entirely unprepared for me. The card system was down, so a security guard had to walk me to my room. They said they would slide the card under my door whenever they were able to get it working. Maybe 10 minutes later the guard lets himself in.. no knocking or anything.. to hang me the key. Aside from that unpleasant experience, the bed was like a rock and the AC didn't work. I imagine if I had requested another room they would have fixed it, however I elected to checkout and move to a new hotel instead.

I love the Embassy Suites. The rooms are fantastic. We were there 9 years ago and the improvements are great. Staff is professional and courteous. If we had known there was only one elevator we would have requested a floor on a lower level, but got to talk to alot of folks while waiting for it. If we are in the area again we will be stay with you!

Rooms were updated and clean. Beds amazing as always. Happy hour was good and free breakfast was excellent. Lots of stairs in the lounge area where breakfast and happy hour take place. Not very stroller friendly. Elevators are extremely slow. Wanted to break a $20 at the front desk to tip the shuttle driver and they didn't have cash, which seemed odd.

Our stay was perfect. Everything I requested via the online reservation system was granted when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Picked this hotel for a work convention. Needed 25 rooms and a meeting space. Great location to Dallas love field. Free shuttles. Room list got messed up and the meeting space the first day was too small for 55 guests. They moved us the 2nd day. Love the spacious room with separate living rooms. Elevators were slow.

Recently remodeled room are pretty nice. The atrium is very grand and is an impressive first impression. The breakfast is above average with an order your own omelet bar. Close to Love Field and plenty of parking.

I liked the room itself. The room was nice and spacious. The staff is friendly and courteous. The hotel has a nice exercise room and they only have an indoor pool . However, Bachman Lake Park is less than five minutes away, it is a nice size lake. You can go jogging, have a picnic or just sit and enjoy the park.

My room was right across from the elevators. Very noisy at night but convenient the next morning! Only two creamers for coffee. Wonderful towels! Comfortable bed though high off the floor for a 5'2" person.

Bathroom ceiling is low (a sign of remodeling ) and the shower head is at face level. I had to dip/squat to wash my hair and face. I'm 6'.
The AC issue is a bigger deal to me.

The atrium looks cool, I did not try the restaurant.

My husband and I stayed here with our dog Zeus. We had to leave the hotel for a bit, and the hotel employees generously offered to walk and play with our dog while we were gone, so he did not have to be alone. We also had the best experience dealing with the front desk! Ghanema was the girl who helped us and I couldn't be more happy! She has been wonderful, and has really made this stay a great one! We will definitely be staying again!!

Love this hotel/spa. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Staff was awesome. Was lucky to have a beautiful massage at the spa! Work out area awesome and track always being Monitored at night. Would come back again! Located northern part of Dallas, easy to get to from expressway.

Very quiet room. Soft pillows and comfy bed. Breakfast was totally awesome! A great weekend getaway for yourself or with family. Atmosphere and friendly front desk staff was very professional. Also, the young man who cleans the tables during breakfast time was very friendly and made sure tables were ready for incoming guests. A place I will remember next time I'm in the Lovefield 💘 area!

On Tuesday, 2.14.2017, Embassy Suites, shuttle, picked us up at Love Field Airport. Your evening driver was so nice and caring, that he dropped us off at our car in your parking lot. He proceeded to put our luggage into our trunk. But, I forgot my black tote bag. Unbenounced to me; I wasn't aware that my tote was missing; until I look for my tablet. I proceeded to contact Embassy Suites, Wednesday morning. The young lady that answer the call, I told her about my black tote. And she immediately let me know that the bag was found. I asked if she could mail it to me and I received my tote and all of my personal belongings today, Friday. Renovated since my visit last year. Very nicely done. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Evening wine, beer and eats. Breakfast in the Atrium.

Very impressed with this facility! Smiling, helpful staff anxious to please. A very enjoyable hot buffet set out from 5:30 pm to 7:00pm included, so arrive early! An excellent full breakfast as well in the morning. We upgraded to a King Suite that was extremely spacious and comfortable with a great bed.

Renovations are still going on but they almost have them complete. The new work that is complete looks awesome. The reception area and front desk really look good and the rooms feel bran new

I did not stay at the hotel, I just had a weekend seminar that I had to attend for continuing education. The lobby was under construction, but everything else seemed to be pretty nice. The breakfast looked decent though I did not eat any.

I didn't stay the night at the hotel. Instead, I parked my car in their underground garage so that I could take the hotel shuttle bus to the airport. The shuttle bus ride was okay... very bumpy, and a little uncomfortable, but luckily, the ride was quite short.

Everything is great. Only issues is that the hotel is being renovated so theres some construction and the internet leaves a bit to be desired but the overall experience has been great.

I stayed here for business and found the accommodations to be on par with other mid level Hilton brands. The free happy hour and breakfast were great. The service and staff were exceptional. My only complaint is one of aesthetics since the lobby is going through a renovation.

Very user friendly. Room has efficient Mwave. Fridge, Duo coffee maker, a/c, lamps galore and an awesome bathroom backlight mirror. Not to mention Ironing table and luggage rack!

The courtyard overlooking the triangular 8-10 floors with glass elevators is very airy and safe.

Excellent service with a friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast (meats included) and afternoon happy hour with drinks. Excellent shuttle service when your stay doesn't justify a rental. Great hotel, but they need to step up the cleanliness as there have been a few minor issues. Nothing validating a complaint, but it is starting to become a concern.

Only went for a dinner, staff was very friendly and food was good. Hotel seemed to be a nice place to stay.

Room had a funky smell at first, of course air con wasn't running because of stupid motion sensors. Bed was a little tired and saggy, but linens were soft and pretty fresh. Breakfast was above average and not the typical make it yourself waffle. Thank goodness rooms are away from atrium. The noise coming from the atrium is ridiculous. Lots of screaming kids running around the landings. Staff was very friendly. Good room for 129bucks. Too bad people can't control their bratty kids. Wi Fi is free, but only 1mbps so it's a little slow. Get the password from the lobby.

Clean rooms, easy check in. The employees at breakfast are in a hurry. It was served till 10:30 (double checked the sign) and we got down at 10:18. They were already picking up the hot food. I managed to grab some out of the trays on her cart but she did not seem happy about it. Not a huge deal but if they say breakfast is served till a certain time it should be.
