This is a real time review. The place is beautiful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Some of the staff hasn't been quite as friendly as expected but that happens sometimes. We always take staycations at Embassy Suites and usually the one at Tiffany Springs but this one blows them all out of the water. This is our new home away from home. We always stay at Embassy Suites wherever we travel to in the country and have rarely been disappointed, thanks Embassy Suites for another awesome getaway.

This hotel was very nice. I am very picky about my hotels and this one is kept in fantastic condition! The rooms are nice and big and breakfast was fantastic!

I attended a work dinner here. Food was ready on time and service was fantastic. We had smoked brisket and chicken. It was cooked perfect. Overall great experience.

Great place to stay. The rooms are very spacious and nice. It feels like a small apartment truthfully. A small thing, but unusual to see in hotels. A full on DirectTV feed, all the regular channels. Not a big deal, but very welcome! I will be staying here again!

This is not your ordinary Embassy Suites. The room was extremely clean, up to date in decor, with excellent, individual temp control in each room. This was the quietest fan system I have heard in a hotel. The showers are huge. The breakfast is excellent with made to order omelets and waffles. The only thing I would
have liked to see was coffee and water in the lobby. The staff were helpful and I truly enjoyed my stay.

Food was very good. Server had a wonderful personality, but service slowed way down once restaurant became busy. I'd recommend it but caution that you need to be patient.

Surprised how awesome this place is for our convention. Love the open air terrace, complete with big screens, moonlight and fun people. Nice out of way location. Great breakfast too.

Our view was of the roof and back of the bar. The room was clean and nice and so was the hotel. Managers reception and breakfast are good also.

This was a nice professional event that was set up by zoom. It was calm, relaxed and very professional all through the building. The pool looked awesome and fun but I did not get a chance to enjoy it.

Attended the Kansas Infectious Disease Symposium here in the conference center. Beautiful facility, kind and helpful staff. Very conveniently located and parking was easy.

Nicely appointed rooms! Very clean lobby and friendly staff. I was in a Jr suite and it was very comfortable. The breakfast was pretty great as well and had many things to choose from!

We have stayed here several times. The hosts are always welcoming, the beds are comfortable with spacious rooms. If you like special treatment ask for the premium floor. fast internet and daily snacks brought to you room. By far one of my favorite hotels. i wish I could rate it 10 stars!!

Rooms were very clean and modern. Very enjoyable. The beds were a little on the firm side and the pillows were okay. The pool area was very clean and kept up. The heated pool and hot tub were absolutely wonderful! The breakfast layout was the best I'd ever seen at a hotel. It looked so nice and had a lot of options. There was even a cooked-to-order omelet station! There is a "pantry" area near the front desk with all kinds of snacks and drinks that you can charge to your room's credit card. Overall, a great stay!

Fantastic experience tonight. Celebrated not only Christmas but a 21st birthday for a special young lady. The family stayed today and tonight while I drove the hour to join them. Wait staff Casey was wearing an invisible super hero cape in the grill as he managed an unexpected influx all night. We were contemplating jumping up and taking over so he could take a break but he managed the room like a champ, appearing everywhere like magic.
The kitchen outdid themselves: grilling huge burgers, barbecuing slabs of ribs and making a work-of-art delectable souhwest salad for our table that we cleaned up to the last morsel. Great menu, fantastic Casey (Wait Staff Supremo), accommodating front desk... No complaints! Suite was simple but very well appointed. Highly recommend this Olathe hotel in the Hilton family.

We had a company Christmas party there and we had food served from the hotel. It was a salad with dates and almonds, some sort of chicken, fingerling potatoes, rolls and a slice of blueberry cheesecake. The salad was okay, chicken was good, potatoes weren't very good, rolls we're extremely dry and like they were microwaved and the butter served with it was frozen, and the cheesecake was great. The room we were in was freezing at all times. Everyone had their coats on.

Staff are very friendly and answer questions professionally. Room layout is a big plus, sleeping area is separated from the rest of the hotel room. Allowed a guest to sleep and others watch TV in the separate area. Two things that I noticed that could be quick fixes; the shower water pressure was pretty low in our room and the spa could use drain and a thorough cleaning.

This hotel is nice and clean and new. It seems to be pretty busy most of the time and the staff is friendly and courteous and appears to be well trained. They have a couple really nice sculptures out front. There is an open Lobby which is pretty spacious and there are number of tables where people can sit. There is a workout center. There's also a bar and lounge area off of the lobby. They have a really excellent brunch on Saturday and Sundays for sure and I think it is provided with the price of the room. The brunch has a waffle bar and an omelet station a lot of sausage and bacon and fresh fruits pancakes several different kinds of eggs and also Bagels toast and jelly. I highly recommend it.

Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Rooms are we'll laid out and comfortable. The bar is welcoming and drinks were better than expected. The ambiance exceeds expectations of an embassy suites.

The hotel is very modern. The service was excellent, especially the front desk and the breakfast staff. I didn't interact with housekeeping, but I'm sure they were great as well. The rooms were very spacious. The large downside to me was the sliding door from the bathroom to the bedroom. It contained a smoky glass, which looked great, but the light shined through into the dark room in the middle of the night. It also prevented privacy, as you could hear everything from one room to the other (and no exhaust fan, which could have its advantages and disadvantages). You also had to make sure both the door out to the living area and the barn door were locked and then unlocked. The morning breakfast was your typical Embassy Suites cook to order, and didn't diappoint. The dining area was quite large and the foods offered a lot of variety, including a cook to order omelet with all the fixins. Ultimately, the stay was lovely. The beds were comfortable, the rooms very clean, the staff was excellent. We will good back.

Very nice hotel, great service and excellent amenities. Access in and out of the hotel is great. The breakfast is among the best I've had and the bar area is a nice setup for indoor or outdoor relaxation.

Nice hotel, realitively new. Good, free breakfast in the morning. Rooms are large and there is plenty of space for a family. Lighting is not very good in bathroom for applying cosmetics and the shower head is way too high.

Great nights stay, very modern and upscale aesthetic. Complimentary breakfast was good, wifi was reasonably fast, and the couch pull out bed I slept on was alright. A few in my party complained about loud air conditioning keeping them up, but I didn't personally have any issues.

The atmosphere was really good. Snacks and drinks for the family is great, very good breakfast. The rooms are clean and spacious, everything was just great for the whole family. Thank you Embassy Suites Kansas!

Very likable clean rooms. Good location as a whole and pleasant staff. Haven't used it but they have a cheap happy hour and a late hour swimming pool access. Rooms a quite and carpeting muffles foot steps in hallways (a personal like of mine). You definitely get what you paid for.

My group had a great time here. There was live music on the patio and the hot tub was lovely. My only complaint is that other customers were letting their children run amok in the pool area. I feel it should be more closely supervised.

Spent a weekend at this hotel with my family and we all loved it. Nice great size rooms, very clean. Kids had a blast at the indoors pool (maybe kind of small for the size of hotel, still good) Friendly staff and efficient housekeeping. Made to order breakfast included is a big plus!

Deck nice, food decent, service friendly, but slow. Server disappeared for long periods of time, I was without a drink for 20 minutes...really? That's why I was there, lol

Great new trendy rooms, friendly staff, only complaint is the water pressure in the shower. It is painful off the charts hard. We stayed on the second floor.

Excellent hotel. From check in to check out the staff was great. The evening reception is a great perk. Breakfast is good, but needs more organization. The made to order omelettes are great. The rooms are fantastic - having a living area separate from the bedroom is perfect.

Quick trip to Kansas for a family event. Was pleasantly surprised and will definitely return. Rooms are really comfortable. The JBar is very cool. Arrive early to spend a little time there.

A perfect place for guests having family reunions, weddings, birthday parties, or even if you're on a busines strip . Breakfast A+, Happy Hour A+, and the second floor outside bar is fun too. Inside restaurant and bar are nice as well.

Elegant without being prissy, quiet, clean, excellent beds, great coffee, excellent restaurant...what more could one want? How about a top-notch staff, a full breakfast, and convenient location?

GORGEOUS brand new hotel. We are having our wedding reception here. Large ballroom to fif all our 300 guests. Mark had been so good with helping us and setting up the menu tasting. We are so excited to celebrate here with all our friends and family!!

I give it 3 stars based on the cleanliness and made to order breakfast (which was very yummy). The 2 bedroom king suite was not very roomy at all and when someone is using the restroom, it lights up the entire bedroom because the door is frosted and therefore lets all the light in. A decent place the stay, but I wouldn't want to stay more than 1 night.

If you get the chance stay here and you will enjoy yourself. The grounds are clean as is the inside of the property. We found the rooms to be nice and comfortable. We still had to check in at the desk even though we checked in on line but it all worked out in the end.

Beautiful place! Very nice carpet. The breakfast was very good. Better than i anticipated. They offered way more than the simple eggs, bagels, coffee, and orange juice that I was expecting. Breakfast was diverse and it included bacon, sausages, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, pancakes, muffins, cereals, and a variety of juices and jams/spreads. The room itself is very nice. Clean. Smells nice.

Great service, amenities and food/drink. Don't miss happy hour or breakfast and the posh Jbar is the perfect place for a nightcap! Management is attentive and responsive. Rooms are great and the hot tub is relaxing.

Nice building. Can be a little bit tricky to find if you don't know where you're going or what you're looking for (have heard several complaints and had trouble myself). Look for the Embassy sign. Employees are nice.

The conference center itself is great, I have been there twice now but if you are holding a gathering there and you drink alcoholic beverages not at the bar but with their servers it is horrible. The selection of alcohol is subpar and offers no popular options. generic whiskey and vodkas. Food is decent but much could be improved.

Best business-focused hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Cooked to order complimentary breakfast, nightly drinks reception, outstanding terrace bars and rooms that could be high end condos in NYC. The lobby itself is a work of art.. and no I don't work for the hotel..

I attended a corporate event here, and it was fantastic. The ballroom was beautiful and had fantastic lighting, the food was way beyond anything I expected, and all the employees were really friendly.

Stayed here for 3 nights, and it was a great experience. Staff was super friendly, facility was clean and very nice. Me and my family very much enjoyed our stay here. We had a couple of minor hiccups but the staff was very quick and effective at resolving them. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I've stayed there twice. Nice rooms, good food, nice deck bar with heaters for the cool nights, good service. Met the owner Michael who is hands on. Great free breakfast.

Our family was looking for a nice place for a "staycation" and we LOVED this hotel. Helpful and friendly staff, delicious food, tasty drinks, comfy room, and all the amenities we could have wanted. We will definitely be back.
