Homewood Suites is conveniently located, impeccably decorated, and includes all the amenities you could need for a quick getaway or an extended stay. Staff is so helpful and responsive!

This hotel is always my first choice when traveling to Albany. The free breakfast and dinner are well prepped and stocked, and the rooms are large and clean. Online check-in in great and with digital keys available, you can be in your room without ever waiting in line.

My wife, my brother-in-law and myself stayed here for two weeks (travelling from the UK) and throughly enjoyed it. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, from checking in until checking out.
The hotel itself is immaculate and the breakfast and evening meals were first class.
I just can't fault the whole experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anybody else.

We stayed here on short notice when work needed to be done on our home. The accommodations are wonderful, comfortable, and very clean. The Manager's Reception had a delicious meatball and rotini one day, and steak sandwiches the next. The breakfast is until 10am, and had a great selection. The pool is out of the way, and the lobby area is very comfy and spacious. Great location, close to the interstate, airport, a nice park, and three malls. If you want some place to stay on this side of Albany, this should be your first choice.

Service went above and beyond. The breakfast was fantastic every morning, and I was working and sleeping weird hours due to some middle of the night upgrade work. Was interesting because one morning I got back shortly after 8 AM, and my room was already cleaned. The next morning I went to sleep after 6 and left at 11, but they still went back through and cleaned the room. Not sure if it just worked out that way, but it worked. On Wednesday night (maybe every night, but like I said, weird hours) they had grilled hamburgers and hot dogs and had corn on the cob, pasta salad, lettuce salads, etc. for dinner. The food was delicious and they paired it with wine and beer, all on the house. Was able to get a shuttle back to the airport on my way out. All of the staff I interacted with were personable and friendly, smiled, like they actually wanted to work there.

All in all my experience was great.

Great location and overall friendly staff. The breakfast spread is ok and varies from day to day which is good. The evening social hours spread is good and much better compared to even the normal Hilton's executive lounge offerings. One of the better Homewood Suites that I've stayed in. Rooms are ok in size and beds are comfortable. Only small complain are the TV on the gym equipments which don't always work properly.

Rooms were very clean and well maintained. They offer a nice indoor pool with the hot bath. Also, they had a nice breakfast in the morning. I would definitely recommend this place.

Clean upscale comfortable quiet and very professional. The staff and management are wonderful. The prices are reasonable and affordable. Enjoy your stay. Kickback, relax take a swim and get nice. The summer is almost here ...

Had a great time. My daughter had a birthday party sleepover. The suite was great and clean. So was the pool area. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

My husband and I came here to celebrate our 10year anniversary. We loved the room it was very clean. The day of my check in I called for a late check out so when I got there I asked about it the lady said yes and she would put me down for 2pm check out. So that next day when it was time to check out I get a phone call from the front desk asking what time was I checking out. I told the guy I should have a late check out time he kept telling me the policy was to call a day before I come there for a late check out. How will I know if I even like this place to have a late check out.....that didn't make sense to me. Everything else was great except that one incident so I walked in excited and loving the places and left there disappointed.

We stayed at the hotel for a family party. The rooms were nice and spacious. They had an indoor pool that the kids loved and a nice gym.

This hotel was ok, it wasn't the cleanest and the sheets didnt smell fresh. Our room was nice and spacious, however. It wasn't my favorite stay.

Wish I could have had a room on the first floor. As I have situations with Elevator and Vertigo. I have sent a lot of time here off and on and one of receptions had always accommodate me with my request.

Nice hotel with rooms spacious enough for a family of six. Staff is gracious and pleasant. Check-in was easy. Room was clean and cheery. Beds comfortable. Breakfast (free) was sufficient and tasty. Have stayed here several times. It's a go-to hotel for us when we are in the Albany area.

Clean and comfortable. The suite was perfect in size and there was very little to complain about. The breakfast was good. Lots of restaurants and places to shop nearby and within close distance (driving or public transportation). Airport nearby as well.

Nice hotel with great staff. The breakfast is good everyday and the dinners (M - Th) are pretty good. They also have some variation so it's not just the same thing every night. Ready access off the interstate with lots of food options nearby. There's more than just the standard chains along Wolf Rd if you take a second look.

They also have the best hotel pillows I've ever experienced.

We had to wait for our room to be ready and the front desk staff was keeping us up to date on what was happening. They were very nice and accommodating as we went through this process. That is why I like coming to this hotel and the breakfast can not be beat!

We have had the pleasure of staying at several Homewood Suites locations and this is by far our absolute favorite property! Friendly and courteous staff!We have stayed here a few times and each time our main housekeeper has gone above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special! Us Veteran's, VIP, Seniors, hard working families. Full service Hilton's have outstanding full service restaurants.

Big rooms with everything you might need. Delicious breakfast M-F and dinner M-Th. The pool and spa is clean and well kept. The gym is limited, but good enough to maintain a routine. Close to a freeway entrance. Relatively close to a good sized mall.

Hotel was easily accessible from downtown Albany. Suite was very nice. Pool and hot tub were great, as was the continental breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is the perfect weekend getaway. Make sure you get a suite though for maximum comfort. My girlfriend and I stayed here this weekend and it have been a marvelous time. The pool and hot tub is amazing and clean. One of my favorite parts was the delicious breakfast. Also though there isn't a bar in the hotel, there is two within 30 seconds walking. Amazing time, going to bring the kids next time for sure!

Business traveler. Had a one night stay. Clean room. Good location. Would stay again. Friendly staff. Room had full size frig, 2 top plate oven, and sink. Table, desk, king size bed, nice size walk in shower, large flat screen T.V.

I recently stayed at this location and enjoyed my visit. This location is very close to many restaurants and stores and only minutes away from the airport. The staff was very nice. The rooms are not modern but have a home-like feel to them which was comforting.

I have been there before and loved the large spacious double rooms and kitchen area. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I plan to go in coming months ahead. The free breakfast was so delicious!

Stayed here for Alumni weekend at RPI. Only a 10min drive to campus. Rooms were spacious and clean. What is worth 5 stars at this hotel is the attention to detail of the general manager. She's out front helping the breakfast area in the morning, noticed we had our three kids with us, and brought them coloring books and the signature Homewood Suites duck. Staff overall is great to interact with, and love the real (not powdered!) eggs for breakfast. Wish the other Homewood Suites would go back to this type service. This hotel is exactly why I'm a Hilton Honors Gold Member. Stay here, and you'll have a fantastic experience.

Rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable. Near every chain restaurant you would want and 27 minutes from Saratoga Springs.

I book it because of the good reviews. I wasn't disappointed the room was clean and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was the breakfast could have been better. The eggs where cold and the rest was lukewarm. I would have stayed at the staybridge but they where all booked up. I still would recommend this hotel.

The only good part about this hotel is the house keepers they are very nice and helpful !! The rest of the workers are stuck up assholes on power trips 275 a night was not worth it could stay at a much nicer place and with nicer employees I will never stay at this place ever again workers are AZZ holes they don't have any snake machines or soda machines the towels for the pool area are the size of a dish towel !! A soda is over 2 dollars a candy bar is 175 for the small kind stayed 2 nights and I will NEVER GO BACK there's a lot of nicer places to stay

Best stay ever! My room is the most homey place I've ever been to. And the staff are amazing! Breakfast and dinner was reasonable and delicious!

I've stayed here at least 6 times. It's higher priced than the others on "the strip" but I wouldn't stay anyplace else while in Albany!!!

Recently stayed at this location for the weekend and entire stay went great. Would strongly recommend this location to anyone traveling to the Albany area. Price was higher than other nearby hotels but the quality of the stay was entirely worth it. From check in to check out staff was very helpful, facility was very clean, and you could hear a pin drop at night. Excellent hotel choice.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in and I travel a lot for work. I was there for nine weeks. Breakfast and dinner were above average and had a quality craft beer on tap. GM Bob was excellent along with Erin at the front desk. The whole staff was absolutely great.
