Nice hotel. Indoor pool closes early at 10pm. Bedding is not bad. Room is big and has nice kitchenette

Food clean rooms. House keeping were courteous. Gym was better than many I have been to in hotels. Continental breakfast was quite good, and impressively the eggs were good, not chalky.

Great hotel with friendly staff. All rooms are suites with kitchen, bath, bedroom, living room. Complimentary hot breakfast and free beer/wine weeknights. Rooms are always clean, with dishes washed nightly. Comfy beds, too!!! Oh, and free HBO!

Very comfortable environment. Under staffed as only one person handling the front desk and all other customer request and one person handling the happy hour. Breakfast food was only lukewarm. Facility was nice and quiet. My wife and I were on the first floor and we liked the room's high ceilings. Great open lobby area.

Great hotel and super friendly staff. Had a good setup for kids with pool and a basketball court to use. Only issue I had was a smell left over from the garbage disposal in our room. Wasn't anything they could do.

Clean, fairly comfortable. Any issues were addressed quickly. Not luxury by any stretch, and no hotel bar, UT to be expected.

Booked multiple rooms for a vacation and everything went smoothly. Bedroom suites have a ton of room, food was great and hotel was clean. Would definitely stay here next time I'm in the area.

Central location for UB North Campus, UB Parent rates, clean, excellent coffee on tap 24/7, nice pool & gym, right down the road from Duff's a must go to for wings & beer.

The price was reasonable, and the included breakfast was decent. We only stayed overnight, so we didn't have time to use the extra amenities. The room was spacious and really nice for the most part. We carefully inspect every room we use, and there were no critical issues, but we were a little disappointed by the bedding. The linens were threadbare in some places, and had small stains in other places. Overall, it was acceptable.

Room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. A LOT of people using the lobby/breakfast area for meeting up though. One lady had her bare feet up on the table that people then used to eat at the next morning.

Overall the stay was great. I've stayed at this same hotel multiple times, and the service is always good. The room is clean, the staff is friendly. There is a pool and a hot tub, and a nice, small exercise room. The continental breakfast is ok, and the courtyard is nice. The only things that keep it from a 5 star rating in my book, is that the hot water in the room got fairly warm, but not quite hot, and the hot tub had similar issues: warm, but I wouldn't call it hot.

The staff is wonderful and helpful and make this your home away from home. It is convenient to the local collages and shopping and minutes from downtown. The hotel has a pool,spa,workout room and excellent internet for business needs. About has free breakfast and night social with beer and wine. A perfect light supper.

My husband and I came on a certificate and was very pleased with the hotel. Clean and has all the amenities of home. Didn't get to use the pool but it looked very inviting... My only suggestion would be they need bedbug covers for their mattresses and boxsprings.. Otherwise would rate more than 5 stars! Thanks Lisa

We stayed with our grandson's hockey team. We expected a lot of noise. There was none. The staff was very courteous and the breakfast was much better than most of the hotels where we have stayed. It is newly remodeled and reasonably accessable from the freeway system. A good choice.

Pet friendly makes it possible to have our pet when we travel. Free breakfast is helpful. Could use some GF options. Midweek social hour is nice. Room was large and comfortable..

The suites were a little on the smaller side but overall, the service was great, the rooms were clean, and we were comfortable. There are grills and a basketball court in the back but the grills take a while to heat up and were not fully working as they should have (although it had rained the night before so it might have been due to them being slightly wet. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and are indoors.

I visited a relative who was staying at the hotel. His suite was very nice with a small living room and kitchen area. This location is very close to UB's North Campus.

Room was clean and spacious as we had a suite. Two large beds and sofa bed included. Breakfast was complementary and was quite good including eggs, sausage, and potatoes. No complaints overall.

We stayed here for 3 nights/4 days with 10 other families for a weekend baseball tournament...Hotel is clean...complimentary breakfast is good and the staff were friendly and kind...esp.the gentleman in the front desk Dominic. I will stay here again👌👌👌

Rooms were clean, staff were relaxed and kind. Some delivery guy parked behind my car, however. That was frustrating.

The ice machine was very nice. Room cleanliness could have been better.

It's a nice hotel going through renovation right now. The rooms and services are nice. Could use better eggs in the morning and the layout of the bathroom and the sink ate inconvenient.

The staff are really friendly and willing to help even when you break the waffle machine like i did. The workout room, pool, and whirlpool are always available, clean and stocked woth towels at your convenience.

Pros/Cons-
- Complimentary breakfast and dinner. For extended stays this get boring quick. They have the same 3-4 options rotated daily. Sometimes the food was served burnt.

- There is always coffee and tea available in the lobby

- Free wifi is sufficient but slow at times

Complaints -
- I stayed in room 513 and for whatever reason had issues with my key card continuously deactivating, I overheard another guest having the same issues, front desk told me that it was likely caused by my cell phone so I kept the two separate but it still continued to happen, sometimes as frequent as twice a day.

- The way my room was laid out the air conditioning vent faced directly at the bed, now this is just a preference but I don't like it when cold air blows directly at me while I sleep. Thankfully the weather was nice so I was able to turn off the AC and just have the windows open.

Everything was fine. The room was nice and clean and the shower had a nice water pressure. I didn't like the soap they provided but maybe that is just my opinion. The breakfast they had was nothing more than standard. They had eggs, waffles, pancakes, and sausage. Nothing too special just very average.

Stayed in Homewood over a weekend while visiting family. The roomies were tidy and the staff was very accommodating. The breakfast wasn't the best I've had, but still pretty solid. And free coffee in the lobby at all times is always a plus. Overall, highly recommend.

We really loved it here. The staff were really nice and friendly. Also the rooms were big and comfortable! It felt as if we were at home during our stay at this hotel, I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!
